I wish I could give zero stars. I had an awful experience. I went there for my first time today and had an appointment. When the older guy who was doing my pedicure was about the finish us he said “we can’t do your manicure today” I said “even though I have an appointment? Why not?” And he in the most demeaning tone, laughed, and said “hey don’t get on me about it lady. We are busy.” I was so mortified and paid for my pedicure and left. I will never go back.

Always have great looking nails and soothed feet. This is 3 weeks out. Dont mind the hospital apparel.

If i could give zero stars i would so im a returning customer and i wanted to bring my mom and my 2 sisters to get pedicures i called and asked if it was okay ams the guy said yes that the girls would jua sit on my lap and that was fine i made the appointment and when i arrived the girl that was going to do pur pedicures was rude and proceeded to say that she wouldnt do it bc they cant SIT on our laps and then said that she wont be able to do bc they were busy but there was NO ONE in the room to wait and there wasnt a wait time which made me very upset at the fact they could treat someone that come in about every 2 weeks im not gonna be going back there

Speed is all that matters. Not worth it. They dont care if your nails look good or not. More customers equals more money. Thats all.There are literally nail salons on every corner. Check them out! Itll be worth it.

First time ever going here. It was nice only for my nails done the man that worked on me did a good job. The only thing I didnt like is there tables are connected and you sit little bit to close to another customer. But they did a good job on my nails would go back

Pedi was reasonable as it was a regular pedi the nail tech did not speak to me through the whole process!! Which was not a nice experience she looked like she was fed up & not happy she didn’t look at me & when she was massaging my legs it was so sloppy like she just did not want to be doing it!! As I left she said thank you ma’m I was know way gonna give her a tip!!she has know customer service skills what so ever even with her face mask on her face expressions said it all👎🏽 I just looked at my phone & enjoyed the massage chair.

Nail Palace charged too much for the set and the nails popped off in less than two weeks. I wouldnt visit this establishment for service ever again.

Today was my first time going to Nail Palace and my first time getting dip and let me tell you I was not let down. Aly, the one who did my nails, was amazing she took her time and even helped me with picking a design because I didn’t know what I wanted. I will most definitely be coming back!!!

Last Thursday was my first coming to this salon. After 3 days my nail chipped so on that Monday I went back and the older man that sits on the left; tried just file the area chipped instead of adding more acrylic. I told now my nail is crooked. He family took off and applied minimal amounts of acrylic then he didnt shape it as the other nails were so once he polished my nails he only put two coats on it and the young lady who did my nails Ally she put three coats on that so the color was off eventually he calls her over she filed my nails add another coat come to find out its the wrong white nail polish. So now Im walking around here with different color white nail polish. Dont think I will be visiting that Paul again as a matter of fact the man who did my nail he act like he had that attitude because had to fix my nail

Wife said I needed a pedicure and I was hesitant but omg Im so glad I got one. This place rocks. I got a back massage and a foot massage. Feel like a million bucks. Feet are clean and fresh!

Super friendly and nice. The young lady that seats you is so sweet and the young man that did my pedi was very good and OMG THE 💆‍♀️ massage was amazing ive never felt so relaxed that I could fall asleep 😴 during a pedi.

The technician that worked on my nails did not care about what he was doing, and he did not pay attention to detail. He left nail dust from the nail file on some of my nails and applied the gel topcoat like that, and he also let the topcoat leak onto my skin and cured it like that. The gel polish on my pinky finger chipped (because it was stuck on my skin) so I came back in again. One of the guys went to the back running and laughing to tell the man that worked on my nails that I was back.A lady (whose name I didnt get, unfortunately) kindly fixed my nail and left it perfect, but at that moment I was already pretty frustrated that I had to ask twice for some my nails to be fixed, all within an hour.From the work I saw on other clients, the service is overall great, it was just the man that worked on my nails that didnt care and didnt do his job correctly.

Everyone here is amazing! I have been going here for over a year now. I normally request linda, she does an incredible job on my nails. No matter what i ask her to do, she does it even better than I imagine! 💓

I used to be a big fan. But after today they won’t see me again. Frankly one star isn’t low enough to what I’m wanting to give. I requested a specific technician, but the owner kept pushing another... I don’t even know what to call her; technician isn’t it. I felt I was being practiced on. Stressed the whole time. Not going back. There are many other places that do a way better job for a fraction of what they charge & won’t have anyone carelessly playing with your nails.

Great Staff, Great Service.Everyone in here is WONDERFUL. Always nice, accommodating, and patient. I’ve been to a lot of places where they don’t care enough about the quality of their work. But here, it’s their biggest priority! Anything I want, I get and they always do amazing! I’ve been coming since they opened and I will never go anywhere else!I go here very often and have seen some of their worst customers, but they deal with them so professionally. I have tried 4 nail shops in Crestview, I tried this one twice before I settled here. The nail tech I have is awesome as far as the quality of my my nails.

Im always satisfied when I go to Nail Palace, Linda always have my nails looking good.Usually Im indecisive about what color I want, but Linda is so creative always coming up with the perfect color for me adding a little bling to my nails.

These owners owned a previous establishment. I was a regular customer at the old place. When I found out they were moving, I quickly followed. It took several months for them to open the new place (new construction/new plaza) but I waited. I waited because in Crestview, this is the ONLY reputable/clean/friendly nail salon. I tried all the others. The owners (husband & wife) do nails as well and joke and speak to all the customers. They know many of them on a more personal level due to the number of months and even years they have been a servicing them at their salon. Its a relaxing, clean place that I LOVE being in. I dont even mind when I make an appointment and my nail tech is running behind. I dont mind waiting there AT ALL. This is how relaxing it is to be there. THIS is how a nail salon should make you feel. We all joke and laugh in this place and it feels comfortable. I feel pampered there and THIS is the way a nail salon should feel! Ask for Anthony...he does amazing work and is a great guy to top it all off!! LOVE THEM!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My mom and I walked in. It was clearly busy but we had no problem waiting. We have never been here before and have no idea how they operate for check in. We sign in and stand at the desk for a few minutes a young lady employee keeps walking up to the desk where we are standing she did not acknowledge us. She kept walking to a man working and rudely telling him that he is super busy and have more people coming in. And how people are leaving. Needless to say we walked out. At least a hello what are you here for would have been nice.

I’ve never been to a better nail salon than Nail Palace! Faye and his team always treat me respect and give me the most gorgeous nails! No matter what I want they come through! This is the first place I tried dip (after their recommendation) and ever since I’ve had healthier nails! I’m never going anywhere else.

I got a full set with the dip. The lady that did them rushed through it and I could still see my nail bed so I assumed there were not enough layers of the dip. I was okay with it before leaving the nail shop because the color was very pretty - my nails started to crack the next day and I called to ask them if I could come in to get them fixed and the guy rushed me off the phone and did not bother taking my information or anything of that sort. I wont go back - I recommend finding a specific person at this shop to ensure a good job. Not at all worth $50.00.

I use to have to drive to Pensacola to get nice nails now I’m just minutes away. Thank you for the amazing service you have earned a new and loyal customer. Look for yourself ☺️

Went in today for the first time to get pedicure and eyebrows done. I choose to have a deluxe pedicure and a simple color that was $40, eyebrows was $10 but when I went to pay they charges charged me $70. When asked why the cost jump $20, the owner said the paint was gel but I told the woman I didnt want gel when she offered and because there was a line that the polish makes itself. He would only take off $5, even they told me $50 for pedicure and eyebrows. Receptionist was very nice and understanding, but there was nothing she could do but apologize. I will not be returning for any further services. First and last time experience!

Recently went in for a pedicure which turned out cute until I got home my toes started swelling up and they all got red and VERY itchy. This has never ever happened to me until this nail “salon”. I noticed something was wrong when I saw the lady rinsing the things she was using on my toes on the water. They DID NOT disinfect their tools properly. Went to the doctor yesterday because the itch and the swelling will not go down all because I got a nail infection that could be fungal from this place. I’m very upset as I have to go through the process of healing my feet. Not only did I pay all that money, but i ended up having to pay the consequences of this place. Not only that, I went in for powder nails on a couple of mine and the girl who did them DIDNT SAY ANYTHING at all to me throughout the whole time. Not a hi no nothing, just head shaking like WTF. As if my experience was enough, I get home and noticed this lady totally got the wrong color to match my other nails and not only that they have no shape at all. I’m just very disappointed in this place. I will go through my bank to try to get my money back because after reading all of these reviews it seems like they don’t refund and I don’t have time to argue.

Every time I visit from MN I go to this place they are the best nail place ive ever gone. They do some talented things. Its a shame I have to get on a plane to come get my nails done.

This is my second time going into this establishment ,and my last. Both times, I felt unwelcome, the older guy that’s a nail tech/receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. He was asked one simple question on both visits “ how long will it be before, we’re seen” and responded in frustration/anger and went on to speak in another language. I was scheduled for a pedi and mani, but I soon declined services for the pedi. I was too upset at this point to even want to spend my money here. But I understand now and looking at the reviews on here as well as being new to this city, this place lacks diversity , which sucks for all of the military families that are relocating/living here. I give this place a 1 star...hopefully this review helps someone or confirm whatever vibe you may have received while being serviced here.

I recently moved here and after trying multiple other salons and being unsatisfied, I fell IN LOVE. The employees here are kind and would literally do anything to make you happy. There is always a relaxing family environment and they keep the place very clean. I admit, I am very picky about my nails, but they never dissatisfy. The products are very good and last a long time on my nails and the pedicure chairs are actually heaven. If you ever have an issue or concern, just bring it up to the older man in the front corner and he will fix it for you. I recommend to everyone!

The service was great until when I went to get my full set done, the man who did my nails had an attitude because I did not want the shape of my nails square one and it almond shape. After After I return from washing my hands when he started to paint my nails he rushed through it and there’s parts of my nails look messy. When he took my card to To pay for the service, he snatch my card out of my hand. After that when I want to go dry my hands he sent me under the dryer and I was in there for 20 minutes before He even acknowledged that I was still sitting there. I will never go back. I got a pedicure and so did my cousin. We both got french tips, it looks awful. The white lines are all messed up and chipped my pinky toe has white paint all over my skin. My cousins lines on her toes are all different sizes. We are both pretty disappointed, it was such a pretty place and nice people but if Im going to spend so much money i d like it to look better than if I were to do it myself.

I had a pedicure done on 31 July 2019. The girl who did it did not speak English. I asked her if she sterilized her equipment, and the manager came over and yelled at me. While she was taking off the dead skin off my toes, with what I call “a cheese grater” she cut me with it! I am still having trouble walking one week later.

I have had Phe and Van do my nails since they owned their last shop. I love the pedicure chairs! No where better :)

Lady didnt even look at me . Got there asked how much pedicure was... then said give me a min to decide. I was in front of the door for 2 min. Came in and i said Im ready....she said we are booked now! Someone called in. Have to wait a couple hours .... all while not even looking at me. And. Didnt try to schedule me for later. I stood there while she played on the phone and acted like she was calling someone else. Then I asked .. can I make an appointment She said, we are booked.. not looking up.Me:What about for tomorrow?? She still didnt look up ... ok. Maybe you dont want to schedule an appointment .. ?? Thanks for the nice service.. Oh u can book for tomorrow.Thats ok Ill go over to another place Horrible customer svcs.Traveling and here for a few months with big work crew... DO NOT RECOMMED if you want to be treated nice, with respect, and.. looked at when spoken too.

I wish I could give no stars. This is the worst nail place I have ever been to. Unprofessional and flat out disgusting behavior from the owners and their young daughter working the register (legal?) I went in to have a simple ombre french gel manicure. I got this all the time in Hawaii. I showed the tech a picture of my OWN nails done this way in which he said he could do it, but not with gel polish...only gel powder. I told him that I never had it done that way and as long as it was still my real nail and he could do it, then it was fine. He said he could. He pulled out a grinder and I immediatley told him no, I dont want fake nails. He said it wasnt going to be, he just needed to file my nails shorter. Weird. But he proceded (please look a pic...he destroyed my nails filing them almost off). He started to dip my nails in this white powder and then took purple powder and started splashing it on top of it. I had never in my life seen anything like it. He finished one hand, and it looked like a spackled easter egg and I said no that looks NOTHING like what I showed him. It wasnt even a french manicure, forget the ombre. He then goes, I cant do it, Ill try and fix it. So he pulls out the grinder and grinds down the weird purple and then dips my nails again and again. Why even tell me you can do it? A simple no would of been fine and I could of chosen something else. I was literally mortified of what my nails looked like (9 months pregnant and all I can think is this man just destroyed my nails and I wont be able to fix them before I give birth).I wish the story ended there. The child at the register charged me and I left...legit in tears. When I got home I checked my bank account and realized they over charged me or charged me for something wrong? I show my husband and he felt that they were taking advantage of me, I mean I paid for something I didnt even ask for and on top of that they charged incorrectly for what was done. He goes to speak with them and they said they wanted to speak with me to fix the situation. I go in and the owner refuses to refund me the money. The tech lies and said I got what I asked for, in which the child at the register says you cant get something you ask for and change your mind. What??? Attitude from a 10 year old. I politely told her I did not ask for this, even showed her where I signed in with my name and ecaxtly what I wanted done. The owner has to tell his daughter to be quiet and then said again he cant refund me the money but he can try and fix it. I just wanted my money back, which he kept saying he couldnt do. Pretty sure that is not legal either. It was absolutely the most horrible experience Ive ever had with a business.I ended up going to fort walton to have them fixed before I delievered (2 days to be exact lol) the nail tech said he had never in his life seen anything like this before and hes been doing it for 25 years. The gel powder was so thick on my nails that he even compared it to three credit cards...my nail was the same thickness from him dipping 3 times. It took 4 hours for him to safely remove whatever he did to my nails. He kept apologizing and he didnt even do it! I never onced recieved an apology from the nail tech at Nail Palace who btw never told me his name (but he has blonde highlights and styled like a rooster). No apology from the owners, not even when their child spoke down to me. I hope no one else has this experience and if this is how they run a business, I truly hope it doesnt last long. Unprofessional.

I went to go get my nails done on Saturday and it is now Wednesday Jan.31st and they are breaking off.The acrylic on the nails are to thin that they are literally breaking my middle finger snapped off on Tuesday, now I have a crack in my thumb nail today. It was my first time going and I don’t think I’ll be returning!
