First time here and really liked the service. Top notch quality too. Catherine did a great job on my dipped manicure and Nicole gives amazing pedicures. She is also an eyelash technician. Nice, clean, friendly environment. Oh!!! And they have complimentary wine 🍷Will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years three times my nails got messed up by the same person. My nails are supposed to be gel polish but yet they already peeling never going back to them again I’ll look elsewhere smh

I am not someone who typically gets my nails done on the regular, but since coming to sofis I have been back every three weeks.It is such a nice place with absolute quality service. Very hygienic salon without a harsh chemical smell. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails. Definitely recommend.

Nicole did a great job with my lash lift and tint and eyebrow tint and wax. She explained what she was doing the whole time and the results are outstanding. Highly recommend Nicole. And I’ve never had a bad experience at Sofi’s!

Today I went for my eyelash extensions Sofi did amazing as always! Highly recommend her! She recommended a facial because I had a sunburn on top of they were running a special! Rachel made my first experience a blast! My skin feels amazing! & I feel like I made a new friend! All around spent my day off here! And wouldn’t have had it any other way ☺️💜

Today, I had the most fabulous facial done by Ms. Rachel. It was an experience that I have never had before. She was so kind and so educational the entire time. She taught me things about my skin that I did not even know. One of the best, strongest massages I have had as well (really worked out the knots in my shoulders) and I wasnt even expecting it. Overall, 10/10 experience and will definitely be recommending my friends!

The nail tech Christine is awesome. I recently had a pedicure and loved it. The chair actually fit me while using the massage. Because Im short most massage chairs dont fit me right. The chair was perfect!!

My toes look fine!The first time I went to see Sophie, and I loved my nails.So, I can back of course. This time it wasn’t the same unfortunately. I got stabbed with one of the tools while trying to remove the previous nails, my nails are shorter than stated, and uneven.Very sad, because the first visit was perfect.I returned* & my nails were fixed, and now they looks amazing again! Everyone was super helpful, and no hard feelings. I will be retuning for more pedicures and manicures.

Sofi is hands down the best Lash Tech! Her technique is flawless. She pays attention to the littlest details to give you the most flattering lashes you will EVER have! Highly recommend Sofi! I love the new location! The COVID procedures are manageable and enjoyable. The employees are very nice and have your safety and enjoyment as a top priority. There are a variety of choices when it comes to scents for pedicures as well as colors.

First of all they mess up my appointment and then the guy was very rushed or frustrated... I asked for acrylic because I know Vitamin dip will not be strong enough for what I do at work. But he kept on saying no dip is better do dip and start doing dip.. now some of my nails are cracked and chipped not even 1 week.... I had to go somewhere else to got it removed and got a whole new set done.

Well priced and good service. A little bit of a wait in case youre in a hurry. But I think it was worth it :) they have a detailed pamphlet on the plexiglass explaining their policies. Very honest and fair!

If you tell someone to make an appointment and they are on time for the scheduled appointment but yet you don’t honor their appointment time and make them wait for over 20 mins as people continue to walk in and get their nails done but the person who made the appointment has to wait then have the audacity to ask if they want a drink while they wait! You’re a poor excuse for a business poor time management and you clearly don’t know how to properly run things and it shows you should be ashamed of yourself

The perfect nail salon may not exist, but this place sure does give proof that it can! I enjoyed myself way too much! I even fell asleep! It was so peaceful and enjoyable.

The nail spa is so clean and beautifully decorated. It’s modern and facilitates social distancing. The people working there are very friendly. It’s the kind of place you don’t wonder if they’re talking about you because everybody is predominately speaking English. I got the best pedicure there this afternoon. I have had mini pedicures at different places around Crestview, but this by far exceeds every other place. My pedicure from beginning to end was a little over an hour. The technician did a very good job and I plan on returning soon.

First time walk-in and I will now be a regular. Excellent service with great attention to detail. Showed the tech a picture of what I wanted and that is exactly what I got.

They put my feet is very very hot water, and they didn’t even get the dead skin off of my feet. and i was just over all disappointed for what i paid

The new location is absolutely gorgeous!! It’s welcoming and very classy. The staff have new polices in place to ensure everyone’s safety and protection. It really attests to the quality of service you get at Sofi’s. Everyone is so nice and happy to be there - it’s really refreshing! I’ve been going to Anna for over a year now and wouldn’t let anyone else touch my nails at this point. She’s amazing!!! Best place in the area HANDS DOWN!!

I had my appointment this morning with my friend. She was running late and they were totally cool with it and still saw her. They are so friendly here, and everything is super clean and sanitary (so dont worry about catching covid or any infections lol) they did an amazing job on my nails I got a full set of stilettos and they look fire!!! My friend even switched to this salon from her old one cause they amazed her. Her nail tech was amazingly funny and great at his job. And I had Sofi herself, and she was very polite, funny and professional. Ill definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend so make sure to book an appointment cause they are a busy thriving salon 🖤🖤🖤🖤

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons during my 7 months in Florida and Alabama. I have to say out of all the places I’ve been Sofi’s is definitely number 1. I got right in shortly after they opened. The staff was friendly and personable. I needed a fill, trim, and new gel polish. Something summery before I head back to NYS. My nails look amazing. I am so pleased. And the pricing in my opinion was more than fair, less than I’ve paid in other salons. When I visit Florida again Sofis will be the place I’ll go to for nails and spa essentials. These guys are the best♥️

My friend referred me to Sofis. Her word where “Sofis will not disappoint you on price, style, cleanliness. I am pretty picky and very fond of my comfort zone. I have been twice. My first experience was wonderful. Called first thing Saturday made an appointment for acrylic full set. Ones getting to my nail station Ms. Kay notice I was a nail bitter and explain the benefits of the dip. I stepped out of my comfort zone and got a dip set. Boy was she right. My nails grow so fast in two weeks. My second experience was just as equally wonderful. I went today and had Racheal. She really helped me stepped out of my zone and I throw away my 90’s square nail look and went with a new shape. I am so thankful to have found my new nail salon. They are amazing.

There hasnt been a single time that I walked out of Sofis without a big smile on my face!! I absolutely love going there and being pampered! My fiance laughs at me because he sees me marking off the calendar, counting the days until my next appt!! LolIts a GREAT place with GREAT people/staff!!💖

Sofi claims her prices are the same as everyone else in town; however, I had to go somewhere else after she called and canceled my appointment the day before because her nail tech was coming in later. I was charged $45 for full set of acrylics with gel polish where I went in town. My daughters’ appointments weren’t cancelled because their appointments were later. They both got the exact same thing as me and one was charged $55 and the other $50 and even had a design, so I’m not sure how they charge when her price scheduled shows $40, nor do I have the desire to investigate. She claims “Nice nails ain’t, and cheap and Cheap nails ain’t nice”. I’m always willing to pay the cost of nice nails, but for my daughter to be charged $55 and the other $50 for the same thing? I’ll just got to someone else where they do the same exact job

My first time here was nice. It has a very cozy atmosphere, the nail techs know what theyre doing and the prices are decent. Everyone was very friendly, I was even given a bottle of water while I waited (consequentially which I realized halfway home I had left on the counter, Im really sorry!!)Im definitely coming here again. Sofis is a definite recommend.

Highly recommend getting anything done at Sofi’s! Sofi and Melinda do a wonderful job at eyebrow tint and waxing. Mimi is fantastic at pedicures and is very patient and takes her time to get everything done perfectly, and I really appreciate that! Never have I had a bad experience here, and I love how much they invest in the cleanliness of every experience and service they offer.

I love Sofis Nails and cannot reccomend this salon highly enough. The prices are inexpensive and the pricing is clear and easy to understand! Ive never been charged more then I expected and the results are always beautiful and amazing! The salon is always clean and relaxing. Everyone who works there is friendly and immediately puts you at ease. Ive never been unsatisfied with my nails and receive compliments on them daily! Sofi has all the newest colors, in all the newest trends, hombre, mood changing, glitter, matte, you would be hard pressed to to want something she doesnt have. She is constantly improving the salon. Its a very upbeat, laid back, and happy environment. I do have my favorite techs (Anna and Melinda) but am always satisfied with my nails regardless of who does them. Along with nail services they also do waxing, lash lifts and tints and several different manicure and pedicure packages. If youre not going to Sofis Nail Salon youre seriously missing out!

I seriously cannot thank or praise the staff at this establishment enough! Wonderful environment with exceptional service. I was in town to help my parents return back to their home in Okeechobee Florida after evacuating to Crestview Florida because of hurricane Irma. After having the worst service I have ever experienced in my life started at Elegant Nails (see their 1 star review) I came to Sofis Nails for them to fix the mess that was created by Elegant Nails. It was close to their closing time and they were completely booked. I told them what had happened to me at Elegant Nails, showed them my feet and the owner/manager told me that she would take care of me and to come back at 6:30 pm (after hours) which I thought was so amazing. I did not think at that point that I would get a pedicure, only to repair what Elegant Nails had done to me. I was so pleasantly surprised that I not only was told I would be getting a pedicure but I could still have whichever one I wanted. Several staff members were still there and whoever helped me took their time with me. They also asked how my parents were feeling and they asked me how I was feeling after such a long drive. Everyone was so polite and compassionate. They seriously made me feel like I was so important and special to them. They finished everything close to 8 pm (an hour and a half after closing) and I was not charged for the acrylic nail repairs that had to be done to fix Elegant Nails mistakes. I have never, ever received such wonderful and friendly service like this before. This place and its wonderful employees are seriously top notch! Go... treat yourself to their establishment and services, you will not be disappointed!

A very welcoming, clean, and updated salon that gives you the utmost attention as a customer from the start! I appreciate that there is always an appointment as soon as the next day and that I do not have to share my time with 50 others walking through the door. The prices are reasonable, the options are many and no matter what youll get more than what you payed for! Its a quiet relaxing atmosphere with the friendliest staff. I will definitely continue going to Sofis. Its a gem!

May 2019 - I was back in town for graduation and made the mistake of not coming to Sofis first! I went to another place whose name wont be mentioned here, I gave them their own one star review. I walked out of the other place with only one of the 3 services I intended to get that day. I immediately called Sofis and made an appointment for the next day. Whenever Im visiting Crestview and need my nails done, I will always call Sofis. Thanks Ladies!July 2017- Im in the area from Tampa Bay to visit with family and wanted to treat myself and my 2 teenage daughters with pedicures. After reading other reviews, I called Sofis to see when they could fit us in and was pleasantly surprised when they said to come an hour later. The salon is gorgeous, the pedicures were amazing, and the staff is extremely friendly! I wish I had a place like Sofis back home that I could go to regularly. Ill definitely be back again when visiting the area.

Update to respond to Sofis response to my review:First:I did not have nails removed! I am allergic to the glues salons use and have not had artificial nails in over 25 years! My nails on my hands and toes are my own... So I was Over charged $10.00 for a service I did NOT receive.Second:I was told the kids would be $7 for hands and $8 for toes. I would have liked to have known before hand that It would cost $20 more to add water to the basin! Her nail polish only lasted 1 day before it started chipping and was gone in 3 days time.Third:The gel polish you used on mine, and I was told $15 extra while sitting in the chair, did last about a week and a half longer than my daughters basic polish before it started chipping/wearing away.In conclusion:Sofis is one of the most recommended nail salons in Crestview. The salon was clean and the technicians were friendly and personable (although, the gentleman didnt speak at all). There needs to be a little more communication regarding additional charges and the charges need to match what youre told in the chair to what is actually charged at checkout. (you are handed a picture menu to choose your level of pedicure - but once things get going, you start getting offered add ons and up-charged items, like gel polish instead of regular.) I will be driving back to Niceville for Mani-Pedi treat days for my daughter :)Original Review: Sofis was the most recommended in Crestview. I called and made our appointment and was told the kids would be $7 & $8 so I took my 10 year old daughter with me for a kids Mani/pedi as a treat. First you are seated and they have disposable plastic liners over the foot basin and I really liked that for hygiene. The kids chairs are cute too but do not massage like the adults. You are offered a little menu as to the options and point and choose as they fill the basin. I was told the gel would be an extra $15 if I wanted to try it as it lasts much longer than the basic polish, so I agreed on mine. As they were filling mine my daughter seemed antsy I asked what was wrong and she pointed to her empty tub. I asked them doesnt she get to soak her feet in warm water also for her pedi? They said yes and began to fill her tub at tht point.. There was one older man working in the back where we were seated and 2 women. One of the women started working on my feet fist then a few minutes later the man worked on my daughters. She didnt get any of the lotions or anything on her legs, just her feet soaking in the warm water with a tsp of the salt... He did an ok job on her painting and the lady that did mine was personable and did a good job. When I went to pay it came to $100.00!! 😱 They charged me $20 for the gel, not the $15 and charged $25 for my daughter to soak her feet in the warm water plus for the Mani/Pedi..! I have taken her with my several places in the county and have NEVER paid that price for the both of us! I was a little taken back! The place was clean and the workers nice but the $$ doesnt add up....

This was my first time going there, and let me say, it was awesome. I came in as a walk-in and I legit didn’t even sitdown before the could fit me in. I got some amazing quality nails done, for way cheaper than what they were worth. Sofi is such a sweetheart, and she talks the perfect amount. Good experience, good nails, and good price.

I can truly say if there is a problem here or if someone is unhappy, Sofi goes out of her way to make sure that she satisfies her customers. Im not one to complain but there was just a few things I was concerned about when I got the gel color on my nails. I addressed her with my concerns and reassured me that things would be taken care of. Sofi is super easy to talk for someone as shy as I am. It is a very pleasant atmosphere in her salon and I watched her great everybody as the came in the door and even calling some by name. I will definitely keep returning to get my nails done here.

Dropped my wife and daughter off for my daughter to get her nails done for her 4th birthday. They were nice enough to take her in without an appointment, however charged my wife $50 for the service. $25 for her little fingers and $25 for her little toes.My wife told me she will never return. My wife had her toenails painted in Niceville for $9.$50 should be the cost for a toddler year long membership where she gets her nails painted for a year whenever the paint fades away.
