Anna and Andy are both amazing artists and fair price with fantastic work

Always so kind and welcoming even when busy. My wait is never too long and Anna has done a phenomenal job thats held up against time. I could have easily gone another week between fills!

Ive been utlizing L.A. Nails off and on for at least the last 10 years...L.A. Nails provides a nice atmosphere along with great service and a decent price...today was spectacular!!! I got my nails done by them and my left hand set is shoter then my right and on both hands my nails r lumpy amd the acrylic was not put on evenly i will never go here agian!

This place didnt hurt my feet! I have nerve damage and many places ignore my pain!

EVEN THO MY NAILS AND TOES CAME OUT REALLY NICE, THE RUDE LADY DID MY NAILS. SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE. I DONT THINK SHE SPOKE UPON ARRIVAL. SHE WAS KINDA ROUGH WITH MY HANDS ALSO. I WANTED TO LEAVE OUT BUT I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Very nice and courteous people. They were slammed but managed to work everybody in. All in a timely manner. Ive always had very good results from here...especially with Anna.

I have went to her for years, I go to get my nails done for family pictures and Anna didn’t take her time. They bubbled up one time way I was there. I get home and do dishes and my nail bubbles and pulls off

Agree about the bubbles. However, this is the only place in Crestview that holds my hand comfortably and without discomfort.. The only thing I think is rude is they are always on the phone and talk with each other in their own language.This applies to any business that has oriental and/or Mexican speaking owners/workers.

By far the worst service I have received. It’s great if your in a hurry and don’t care about what your nails looks like but however in this instance I do. Anna didn’t bother to listen to anything I said regarding my nails. She just kept on doing what she wanted and they were very rude. I understand it’s the last hour of the day but if your tired and not in the mood to do nails just refuse to do them don’t accept the customer then try to shove them out the door. She wasn’t even finished with my nails and she wanted payment. And she didn’t bother to check and see if my nails were even on both hands (which they weren’t) . I’m usually not a picky person when it come to things of this nature but I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE come here at all

Ana is good. Quick. My nails lasted 12 days. I’ve gone to places where my nails lasted a month, but since I’ve been here in FL...I haven’t found a shop where my nails last longer than 8 days. So far this is the longest. I’m still searching for a great nail shop. While Ana is good, she is the only nail tech every time I’ve come in here...with at least 3 people waiting every time. I will agree with other reviews...they aren’t the most friendly nor very welcoming.

I would put zero stars because after I got my nails done by the husband and my mom got her nails done by the wife our nails were cute but the people were rude and while we were there the husband was yelling at young kids and then took them to the back and whooped them and when we took the nails off under our real nails was infected because they weren’t very clean the files they used were already used and everything but when we asked for new ones they refused. So would not recommend!!!!!!!

I am literally sitting at the drying table and couldnt wait to give a review. I just got a pedicure and a fill in. First I asked for a GEL fill and a pedicure as soon as I walked in. The guy who did my pedicure was awesome but as I sat at the nail station, the lady asks if I want gel polish and I said no thank you but Id like gel powder since thats what I have already. She looks at my nails and says no I dont think so. And she takes out the acrylic powder. I said 5 more times that I wanted gel powder and asked if she used gel powder. She said no, its regular and kept trying to convince me that her acrylic wad good. I said maam I asked for gel and with an attitude she says I dont have gel powder. You not from here? You just move? You never been here? I told her that Ive lived here for almost 2 years. She then gets quiet and told me to wash my hands. Afterward she gave me my price and when I asked what the individual prices were, she practically throws her little calculator at me and says you look. I just stared at her and gave her my card. She finished but had an attitude the whole time. I cant even say that I wont come back because they did a good job. She just had the ugliest attitude! And when I gave her a tip, she wanted to give it back. I should have given it all to the pedicure guy!

Love love love! Anna is sooo good! Always been treated like they appreciate my business. My husband and I travel and I make sure if we are within two hours of Crestview, I am off the interstate and driving to Crestview to have Anna do my nails!

In a hurry. If fast service is what you want this is the place to go. Man rubbed a sore on my heel with the pumice, in too big of a hurry. With no apology. Bubbles in the nail polish even though I made a comment about it, woman ignored. Will not return.

Pretty good. Not talkative staff, but thats o.k. Nail jobs look good ,and the price is right here. Will be going back. Interior out dated and a bit messy to the eye, but clean enough to be comfortable in there. Nice that they keep the door propped open.

By far the best nail salon in Crestview! Anna is amazing! She’s been doing my nails now for almost 10 months. My nails are strong and healthy and I get compliments everyday! They always have updated colors and they are quick and efficient. I never have any issues when I go. I usually go every 3 weeks. That’s how long my nails last! Thankful I found this place as I have had terrible experiences with other nail salons in Crestview.

Im really glad I gave this place a try...I was hesitant because of the couple bad reviews. An Na is awesome...she can do a gel manicure in 25 minutes and it looks great. No chipping or peeling after 2 weeks. I highly recommend this place 😊

PLEASE READ. So I have never felt the need to take time and write a review for anything...ever. However, this had to be the most god awful, unprofessional, and pathetic excuse of nail salon I have EVER been to. I have been to some pretty bad nail salons and this was absolutely BY FAR the WORST. I was treated terribly when I showed up, the lady was too busy on her phone to even acknowledge I walked in the door and then after I sat down told me to wait while she continued whatever she was doing on her phone. Here’s the kicker, I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WHOLE SHOP. I went for a fill and she was rough and not thorough in terms of the shape or color, and now my nails are completely ruined. I also don’t know what the hell she put on my nails but they burned so bad that I felt like someone was ripping the nails off my fingers. Even now, hours later my fingers are in pain. When I tell you to never set foot and waste your time or money in this establishment, it’s literally to save anyone from having an experience as terrible as I did. Go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else.

I went in for a pedicure and gel polish change. The girl continued to watch a movie on her phone while doing my pedicure until she clipped my toe and it started to bleed. I had to ask for a second coat of polish on my nails and she dipped her brush straight into the bottle of polish remover to touch up my poor excuse for a french manicure. She said maybe four words to me the entire time until it was time to pay. She kept asking for cash instead of my card. I went in around 6:15 and was out the door and in my car by 6:40. Never again!

Never will go there again the lady his my sister a couple of times on her hand with the filing machine and then when she move her hand and said ow the lady grabbed her hand squeezed it and gave her a rough stare. I was unaware about this till we left the salon and were already home. On me she filed one side completely cricked and the other was straight I asked her to just file the straight side she began and then went to the other side again I told her to just forget it ... Iam very upset that I spent 75$ for such horrible service.

Im so inloved with my nails they did a great job

So the first full set I got two weeks ago were amazing ! I go back yesterday morning to get a fill and this is the job after. You can still see the old set under the acrylic. I have a bubble on the left pinky and right index finger . The right index finger just look terrible . Im very disappointed in the work, it seems they just rushed through it . If I did this job on someone I wouldnt let them walk out with it . Its embarrassing . I live in ft.Walton and I thought I found a good place in Crestview since we are moving there this month but I guess not . I will continue to drive to the ft.Walton stores. I only gave it two stars because they guy who did them is very nice and friendly .

Very rude staff. Lady was upset because I didnt want to pay 15$ for the gel coating sonic got thr gooey overcoat and no fan.What a waste of 30$ !!!!

My boyfriend and I went to get a pedicure, walked in and instead of greeting they just stared at us. Since we werent greeted I decided to take it upon myself to greet them. Again nothing back they just looked at us. I refuse to spend my money where people are rude.

So do not come to this place because all they will do is use a pumice stone on your foot that was rinsed off in the sink not sterilized or anything. That is an infection control disaster waiting to happen!!!!!

Went in today and sat for 30 minutes I wAs with my two kids, I was not acknowledged. She finally asked what I needed and then continued to work on the client she was with. When she was done a lady walked in and she took her before me. I walked out again with no acknowledgement. Rediculous.

By far the best nail place in Okaloosa county. I love the home like feeling and the peace and the instant welcoming when I walk in. Never had a problem with the work! Sofi is thr BEST!

I was not happy with the service at all. They older guy that did my pedicure dtruggled the entire time. I had to keep telling him what to fix. I asked for a french on my toes and it was the sloppiest job ever. The fill wasnt much better. The lady who did it was in such a damn hurry she kept messing up. In the end I was charged a whopping 63.00 for crappy work . I will NEVER set foot in this place again.

It was a quickie, did not even try to get the roughness off my heal and let me walk out with wet toenail polish.

Service was terrible.They left me sitting in my chair for 15 minutes with only my tips on.Were very aggressive when filing and left my skin dirty afterwards. The lady also gapped my nail and filled it with glue as well as my friend.Terrible shaping techniques, I had to correct her multiple times while shaping my nails.i will say polish application was good and the nails didn’t come out horribley. My complaint is really the service
