Me and my friend went and got our nails done to get a refill the red set are mine she burned me over eight times on my skin there was no cleanup of the cuticles no cleaning of nails underneath before the process not the color I wanted not the shape I came in with she didn’t file them wasn’t able to do a simple flower design ended up getting these weird Jules added to the bottom that she completely covered in polish …. onto the black nails my friend had two missing fingernails she wanted to fill also they proceeded to add these tips that curve down like eagle claws she asked them to take them off they did show them to her simple design he said he could do it once it came time to do the design he stopped everything and I can’t do this pick something else so she did he got upset and said he couldn’t do that either they had no glitter in their store her set is too wide for her finger nails acrylic is touching on her skin and is attached mine are bumpy uneven and have literal dents in them and we paid $120 for this I will be going and getting them removed and never going back there bad service they were nice kept laughing everything off every time she hurt me he didn’t even want to try with her I could give them a zero star for this visit I would last Phil they did great we loved both our nails this time I will not be coming back

My sister wanted to get her nails done for her birthday so me and our cousin took her.They did a good job but the didn’t listen to what we wanted my cousin wanted the purple nails and she wanted them short but the lady refused to make them shorter and said they were already short so we had to go back to get them fixed.My sister wanted really short nails and the guy gladly made them short but cut her one every finger.And my nails cut me but not as bad as my sister and he made them really Crooked and had to bend my finger in weird ways to tell me it “wasn’t crooked” but it was.They were all really nice and welcoming at firstbut I don’t think we will be going back.

Very welcoming and friendly service. Lots of smiles here. They do nail art and gel nail polish. Manicures and pedicures. She even gave a nice hand massage after my nails were done. Highly recommended. It was $40 for manicure with gel nail polish. This stuff doesnt chip and has to be removed by them so it stays on a long time.

So I’ve used this salon a few times but this time they’ve definitely lost a customer. It was just a bunch of events that made this particular time horrible. 1. The pedicure tech burn me with the drill 2. As he was taking me polish off my nails he let the drill cut a hole in my finger. (Pictured although it’s healed a bit) I asked for something like vaseline to put over the cut so the acetone wouldn’t burn and I think he brought disinfectant. So I had to sit there burning. 3. At the end they put oil on your legs well he accidentally poured acetone all over my leg. Smiled said sorry the just added oil on top of that. The work this time was just ok. The dip on some nails covers the cuticle and my toes could have been better.

Took my 5yr old daughter for her birthday. Our first time there. They were great with her and she loved it! They convinced me that mommy could use a little pampering too and I’m so happy they did. I got the gel and they lasted a long time and looked great! Great service! We will be going back again

I am happy with my experience, the salon is clean, quality of pedicure was good, stuff is polite. I greatly appreciated complimentary water as I forgot my water bottle and was thirsty. Massage chairs are very nice they sized well. It was our first visit to this place and we plan to return

I have been going here on and off for years.Unfortunately, each time I try to go back and think “maybe it’ll be better now…” howeverIt’s not. There are two people I enjoy letting do my nails . The others are usually rude, and attempt to tell me I do not know what I’m talking about when I explain what I want … when I get the same thing each time . Today, I was spoken over when trying to explain the book given to me by another nail techs for my manicure previously . She swore I was wrong, and said “you got this color …” my son was with me so I did not want to argue . I decided to see how it turned out, despite telling her it wasn’t that powder. The tech then ran out of the color they “swore” I previously got; then, without even asking - combines what’s left of “their” choice, and some powder he got from another tech station. Now my hands and feet are completely different colors, at full price . Indoors they appeared to match, but in direct sunlight- they are totally different colors . I also have rough edges on my nails . It also does not help that when we arrived, I specifically asked if they would do a massage for my child, without a full pedicure . The male tech said they would, then when Maria started to provide my kiddo with service, she refused to do so without a full pedicure. It’s not a consistently positive interaction. And people are paying for what they want, not for what the nail tech FEELS like doing. I highly recommend NOT going in the morning . They rush you, and have attitudes. And idk about y’all but I do not want that negative energy to start off my day. I’ll be going back to another business locally. Their prices are higher, but their prices also reflect their good customer service . I will say, the owners daughter is awesome and always tries to accommodate what you want , and I’d highly recommend Max . If it’s not those two, don’t bother. I’d also like to mention that my services somehow always have different totals , even though I get the same things …SKETCHY.

They were amazing ! I had two people work on my nails, a lady (didn’t get her name) removed my old set and prepared them for the guy (Louis) who actually applied and finished my nails. I showed him two pictures and he nailed it perfectly. The length, shape & design all came out perfect ! It was my first time coming & I know I’ll be a regular for Louis. He was friendly & patient. They started to get very busy and he still didn’t rush through my nails, loved that ! I spent $110 total, that’s for the removal of the set I came with, getting a full set of long tapered square acrylics, with at least 3 different designs. I feel was more than a fair price. They came out better than I expected. ( Purple and blue marble with butterflies )

I love my nails. This was first visit to this nail salon and they did not let me down. I FEEL AMAZED TO SEE THEIR AWESOME TALENT AND NICE BEHAVIOR TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.

Would not recommend Mystic Nails for acrylics. It was $135 for a pedicure and full set and not one of my nails is shaped properly. Besides the nails being different shapes/sizes from each other, the sides are are curved and not smooth/straight. Even the thickness of the nails are messed up. Every nail is lopsided because the right side is noticeably thicker. I wish I could attach photos because it is almost comical how poorly these nails are done. Majority of the nails also have bumps and bubbles. I’m getting them soaked off asap because it pains me to look down at my hands.

Ive been here for a year and never once tried this place. We came in about 30 minutes before closing. The salon was very clean. The staff were very nice and professional. We were in and out in about 40 minutes with quality work. Its been about 2 weeks and My nails still look amazing. My husband says it was the best pedi ever! So if your husband (or bed mate) has feet, that attack you in bed; this is the place. We will definitely be going back.

Only thing I didnt like was that my sister asked for a service but they kept saying they where busy but they had no one waiting after us. The nail tech just didnt want to do what my sister asked for. Both him and another nail tech said that service isnt good dont do it. So to me why offer something that isnt good to your customers. Also my sister wanted a certain color but they told her that the color is ugly so they picked out the color for her. Even after i said she wants the color she wants. Over all did not like it. I hate that we paid what we did. Was 100% not worth it.

This place always does such a great job I just pull a picture and she makes it looked printed on my nails I love this place always so clean and so nice keeping good conversation and always willing to do crazy ideas the man does so great on my moms nails so great we love them 100% recommend

I usually don’t write reviews but I have to this time. I’ve only been to this shop TWICE and on my second time visiting I was touched very inappropriately without my consent by one of the male nail techs in front of everyone who was there!!!! I felt very humiliated, uncomfortable and unsafe. I should feel safe and comfortable while I’m getting my nails done. LADIES COME HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK, I SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

This salon is very beautiful and cozy inside. They currently require masks & will sell one to you if you don’t have one. They require clients to wash their hands as soon as they come in which I can definitely appreciate. They also sanitized the pedicure chairs right after a client leaves which again is definitely appreciated. Prices are typical. I had a little bit of difficulty communicating what I wanted initially but they were very nice people overall. I just wish they had more options in the glittery dip powder. I’d definitely come back.

The white female technician with an accent gives you attitude when you kindly ask her to fix your nails. She turns a simple request into a big deal. I went in with a picture of one thing and left with something completely different, couldve gotten a better look with some cheap glue on nails from a convenience store.

This is the best of the worst in Crestview. Normally they do good enough, but the last two times were disappointing. The gentleman doing the pedicure made me very uncomfortable and slightly inappropriate in my opinion. The lady who did my manicure was rude and had earbuds on while constantly stopping to change songs. My nails arent smooth and there are blotches and ripples.

Went to the appointment to get soak off and new set, proceeded to rip off old acrylic nails and although i was bleeding, still roughly filed my now-brittle nails. Recently got those removed and learned they used MMA acrylic powder which is dangerous

Great location and beautiful inside. Everyone was very nice and attentive. For the pedicure the chairs are new and amazing. Amy was able to fix my ingrown toenail. The wife also enjoyed her mani-pedi combo!

This was my first time here and I’m really disappointed for multiple reasons... called to set a appointment and waited for over 20 mins to be seated for a Pedicure. Once received the guy was super rough and fast not relaxing at all! Then my full set nails are all different shapes and some are crooked. Showed a picture what I wanted and it does not looked like the picture. The nail tech could of said no I can’t do it instead of taking my money. Even asked her is it complicated she said no it’s just paint dripping. I still tipped everybody for their service but I will not be coming back or referring anyone here.

Although I liked the job done on my nails, I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time and was persuaded into spending nearly double what I expected. I was constantly being told I needed to wax my arms and my face. The man giving me my hand massage kept laughing at my arm hair and i told him several times that it was a part of my heritage. Then I got the most painful hand massage- I told him several times that it was uncomfortable.

Spa pedicure was awesome but $15 to remove previous gel seemed extremely steep. Would go again just make sure to take the 5 mins to remove previous polish prior.

. I have been coming for almost 1 year already but today I was very disappointed. I went to get my nails and my eyebrows, everything was going very well up to the eyebrows, I told the lady that only the eyebrows and She wax my whole face and I said no and she told me its fine girl I want you to try and when I went to pay it was 100 dollars and I told her why so much and she told me because I wax your face and I said yes but I did not ask for that you started doing it without my consent I am very upset, especially that I had to pay for something that I didnt even ask for

Not a good experience. We heard good things so decided to try them. We made an appointment yesterday for 1:30 Sunday we arrived 10 minutes early and signed in. They had 3 customers not real busy at all...we had already been here for 35 minutes and they took 2 ppl that walked in. He kept saying in a minute. So at 2:35 enough was enough we left. That’s the only reason I’m writing this review. I can see 15-20 minutes wait but over an hour. Not acceptable.

Mystic Nails did an incredible job. The atmosphere is relaxing and very professional. They are experts at facilitating a comfortable experience and take pride in the detail of their work. Everyone is very polite, professional and welcoming. My wife and I did the deluxe pedicure and I chose a basic manicure and I enjoyed every minute of it. The pedicure is absolutely relaxing.

I go here every two weeks to get my nails done and it is worth it. When ever I get my pedicures I always go to John. He takes good care of your feet. It never fails With giving me what I want. They got a customer for life.

Overall the place is clean and sanitary when you walk in no prices are listed and when you ask they don’t really directly give you a good estimate of how much it will cost and it’s a little pricey.

I am so glad I found them in Crestview. People compliment & ask all the time where I get them done. Excellent & beautiful nails THAT LAST!

Ive been hunting for the perfect nail technician for a year. I finally found one at mystic nails. Their lines are on point. The shape is amazing their techniques and skills when it comes to full sets and colors are absolutely exceptional. I got my nails done by a woman named Heather. She was extremely patient with all my dos and donts on how I wanted my nails. Im very picky. She was amazing!!! I will be going back again and again.

Oh and they always do an amazing job on my nails! I am a regular, I have been going in about once a month for 6 month and a half now. Always get wonderful service!

Fantastic service again. I switched from acrylic nails to the dip nails which I researched was healthier for your nails and wow they are not bulky and the edges are perfect around the cuticle!

I’ve been a few times and have never been unhappy with the result. However, after the appointment today I felt rushed by the technician. Bringing friends to partake in a girls day of $250+ in services. I was disappointed with the rushed and unpolished finish. Wish I could include pictures.

Went in with a picture as an example of what I wanted, exactly what I wanted from the shape, length and color of the nail. Unfortunately that’s not what I left with, I left with some crooked solid white nails that are different shapes and length. The lady was on FaceTime with someone half the time she was doing my nails and rushed right thru it leaving me with nails I did not want and a bad taste in my mouth due to the fact that my sister also got a fill but left with clumps on top of her “old” nails with literally no rhyme or reason to the shape of each nail. She previously went and they did a wonderful job however the tech that did the wonderful job was no where to be seen today. When you have a small business and know that you did a terrible job and not even fix it is beside me and I will not return. Neither will my sister! Plus we drove all the way from Navarre to Crestview because the last time my sister went there which was her first time- they were amazing, this time not so much! What a bummer!!! 🤑💸💵💸💸

Never have I ever had such an amazing experience at a nail salon. Usually I play on my phone while getting my feet done. But I walk in and was just amazed by how beautiful it looked. It is a very big place with wonderful workers there! The massage was absolutely amazing, they have great skills here! The best part is, they offer, water, coke or wine for your experience

I bring my daughter here and we love it. The salon is clean and smells good. I use Max at each visit, he listens to what I want makes suggestions for color and I’m always happy with how my nails turn out. The fees here are great and I look forward to trying their pedicures

The first time I had my nails done here it was wonderful. They were the perfect shape and the guy who did it was extremely friendly. The second time however was awful. The guy cut my fingers 3 times, I have acrylic all over the sides of my fingers, my nails aren’t even or the same length and half of them are thick. He didn’t say one word to me the entire time or apologize for cutting me.

First time customer, they treated me as if I had been coming forever. Heather was my technician and took wonderful care of me. I am so happy to find a salon in town that finally meets all of my expectations! Definitely coming back.

I set an appointment and was very late - the staff was very accommodating regardless of my tardiness. Amy did a beautiful job on my nails - it has been about a week now and they have proven to be very strong. The pricing isnt bad at all. It is beautiful and clean inside and 100% worth the money. I will definitely be returning.

All I have to say is this place is amazing! I’ve never liked the dip but decided to do it because my nails were so messed up from getting acrylic . Max did my dip and promised me it would last and it has it’s been on 3 weeks I will now never go back to acrylic. Also Absolute best pedicure I’ve ever had!! Go see Max he’s the best.

OMG! Love this salon! It is the cleanest, newest, and friendliest one I have ever been to! I got the deluxe spa pedicure. Each product used is individually sealed and new. The chairs are brand new and top of the line. I can say enough about how clean and sanitary this place is! I found my nail salon!

Im visiting from out of state and didnt like what I had done at home. I called Mystic nail for a color change that got me right in and were very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend. Next time going to try some of there other services.

Simon was awesome! He was so funny and sweet. I asked for ombré nails. The picture I showed him to look from looks exactly like the way he did my nails but better! These are hands down the best nails I’ve ever had! If you go here, ask for simon!!!

Went today for my first ombré full set. I’ve been leery of getting one since I’ve saw ones from other salons that were awful. I absolutely LOVE the work they did and the cleanliness of the salon !!! Will definitely be making the drive from Florala from now on !!

First time visiting with my mom and sister. the guy who helped my mom cut her finger and messed up her nails.. the guy who did my nails painted all over my fingers and didn’t even clean up the nail polish.. they were honestly too pricey for the type of service we got.. we will be trying somewhere else next time.

This was my first visit to Mystic Nails, and won’t be my last! Luis did an amazing job with my ombré dip. I’m EXTREMELY PICKY he listened to my wants and delivered better than expected. I will be back.

I have never left a review anywhere but I am so unhappy. I get vitamin nails every two weeks and my normal salon was closed so I thought I would try this one. Every single nail is a different shape, none of them are filed down and smoothed they all have massive clumping on the base. I went back in and asked for them to be smoothed out and they did just my thumbs....I drove to another salon and had them soaked off, and paid more money to have them down right !

Oh my lord this is hands down the best Salons in Crestview I came in as a walk-in they immediately got me in the salon is so clean and the staff is amazing they make you feel at home and for a nail salon that has been open for three weeks you would think it’s been open for years they are highly educated and they pay very attention for details I went in to get my homecoming nails done and they are phenomenal I have a bruised cuticle and they paid very close attention and care to it this is the first salon I’ve went to that comfortably holds my hand the workers are very easy to talk to there more than willing to fix any problem you have and AMAZING prizes my full set of acrylic dip powder was only 45$ if I could give this place 10 stars I would and they don’t talk to eachother in their own language and if you’ve been to other nail salons you know what I’m talking about
