First and foremost I would like to say that this place is extremely clean which is very important! Tools are properly cleaned and sanitized. Very friendly and professional guys that are very detail oriented! The atmosphere is very relaxing. Their prices are outstanding and I think I found my new favorite place to treat myself.

My experience was very good. Tge Nail techs that were here were all men. They were polite and gentle. My pedicure turned out great.

This place truly the worst..I was so upset when I left but I was to afraid to say anything. Paid 105 for the worst nails and pedicure ever in the 25 years I have been getting them done.I generally never leave a review but people need to know how bad this place is

Only father and son, Tony does a fantastic job with my nails and Richard gives a great massage and he took his time when doing my pedicure. They were very nice and talkative, they listened and I had a great time talking to them. Overall the service was great.

Wonderful customer service, they talk to you, listen to what you want and have to say. They have great selection of nail paint and nail art. The one gentlemen draw his art all free hand, very talented and must have really steady hand to draw those to because those design looks beautiful.

My mom went to this place newly in town and was treated exceptionally well. And the job they did on her was amazing! I highly recommend Fancy Nails!

Why anyone would go to any other salon in Crestview I do not know. AMAZING job and absolutely wonderful service, and way less expensive than a lot of their competitors. I’ll be returning here for all of my nail needs from now on!

I use to go here they had really good prices and did pretty good work and the foot massage was amazing, however I eventually became very uncomfortable with the one technician (skinny, young guy with short hair was one of the brothers) he made several comments that were a bit inappropriate(he had dreams about me...?! ), and serveral more that were very confrontational(I some how was making everything sexual and about rape (we were talking about pets) then followed it with comments of how he is single and doesnt understand why when he is so good looking (had a look that I should agree; I am married -very happily with children and he knew it) and asked some questions I felt uncomfortable with. So since then I have avoid going in. The other two were fine just that one technician really made me uncomfortable.

Richard who does my pedicures is awesome. He also does great art work.

This is a very wonderful place where the staff are pleasant and they make great conversation while getting your nails done. The price are very reasonable and fair. They will always do your nails the way you want it done.

The guys their, the son and father was very friendly, the son gave a great pedicure he was very talkative and had a great conversation, where most places you just sit there, and he also gave a great leg massage where most place just felt bland and rushed, and the father gave a good Acrylic nails he was quite, but was still gentle on my hands.

I love this place excellent staffrgey do wonderful job on nails they are the best in town I wont go anywhere else hospitality is great they take time to meet your needs

Been going since I was 14 I’m 27 never had a bad experience

I went to get gel nails with a square cut and i didnt get the cut. The guy who did my nails did not go to the cuticle on any of my nails. Then the next morning my nails are chipping. 3 days later i just peeled them off they were chipped so bad. I paid more money for gel because i thought it lasted longer than regular polish. I wouldnt recommend them for manicures.

My first visit was wonderful, the nail tech Richard wz very pleasant, and helpful with tips 4 nail psoriasis, I left there with a wonderful experience. Today I went in to get my nails done and encountered another tech which wz the brother, very rude and abrupt, his customer service was one of the worst experience Ive emcountered in Crestview, definitely wont be going there again!

So upset that I wasted my time and money here... my nails were cut and shaped sooo uneven on my toes and hands ! The nail polish got smudged while they were doing my nails and they didnt bother fixing them, nail polish was left on the sides of my nails and not cleaned up.. They are not professional what so ever and have no idea what they are doing.. again i am so so upset about wasting my money here... dont waste yours too

My experience was okay. The place was empty when I got there but I had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone came to do my nails. I did not like having to wait when there wasnt anyone else there. Id only go here again if I have lots of time to waste.
