This was my 1st time here. I had a hair appointment with Mai. She was awesome! She made me feel so comfortable and I loved her vibe and how friendly she was. Its a beautiful place and the energy is great. Before I left I had already booked again with them. I would 1000% recommend this place.

I have had many services at Beyond Wax Studio, from hair, nails, facials, massages, lashes.. and every service and provider was outstanding. You’ll never find another full service salon/spa as professional, relaxing, with great results. The owner makes every client, even ones that aren’t hers, feel welcomed. I recommend this salon/spa to anyone and everyone. I love how diverse they are and willing to please every type of client. This place is a hidden gem you wish you would have found sooner! One of the best salons for sure in the area. Only complaint I have was whenever I would get my hair done by the stylist Julia, it seemed as if she never really took the time or listened to what I wanted. I decided to start seeing Mai and she definitely gave me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend Mai if you want your balayage done right. She’s super sweet, funny, and very attentive. Everyone else does great work too and would highly recommend this salon.

I had the most amazing relaxing morning with Shayla for a massage, facial, and brow waxing. The place smells nice and has a spa ambience that was very inviting. I enjoyed my experience and added on more time and more services so will definitely be back. She was so sweet, listened to my needs, offered great suggestions, and catered to me perfectly. Hey everyone! Just wanting to warn everyone! If you go to beyond wax studios their stylists will let you leave the salon looking like a tiger, try to blame you for not booking the correct appointment even when you know you did and even if I didn’t I told her I wanted full highlights like I have been getting for the last 3 years. Apparently my hair is too heavy and thick to hold the foils. My last stylist never had a problem with this. I left with brass patchy hair. I can’t even wear my hair down without seeing jagged lines in my hair. They offered to have me come in and fix it but I did not feel comfortable having them work on my hair again. I’m already going to be paying a bunch to have someone fix this mess. They gave me less than half of my money back and would not return mine or my husbands phone calls today about getting the other half back. So don’t be like me unless you love chunky highlights, not toned correctly, and jagged lines in your hair!!! I would leave zero stars if I could.

Absolutely love this salon, Ive gotten my hair cut here, it was fast, extremely professional and she listened to what I wanted. The atmosphere was so calming and inviting. Had a few massages here as well and I will say that this is the first time someone has actually told me exactly what was wrong with my back and helped it feel a million times better. This place is amazingly beautiful & very warming, my overall experience was great! Beyond team is very attentive, professional, and goes beyond to make sure your comfortable.. I was very insecure about my teeth and I got my teeth whitened here they are gorgeous it really does make a difference definitely scheduling another session!

I got the hybrid lashes and I am beyond please. My eyes feel so light I feel like it is not there. It has volume but professional enough that I don’t have an issue wearing such a long length to work. Great customer service, professionalism, clean atmosphere and great prices.

This salon is a gem and I did my research thoroughly before I even moved to Florida and needed to get my hair done ASAP. I have very dark natural hair and my stylist did a magnificent job. My goal was to get an ashy balayage. She was so patient with me in getting my hair to the color I wanted and was so sweet. The manager and whole entire team is very attentive with what they do. Kecia was amazing at doing my nails and Teneka is so professional, understanding, and will always put the clients’ needs first. Her Brazilian waxing skill is the best too! Shayla is the best massage therapist you could ever ask for. Her knowledge and skills are on point! The lash tech does amazing with her lash application and I have very fine thin lashes, but she was still able to make them look full and beautiful. It’s a great one stop shop in Crestview Florida to get everything done at once. The environment is relaxing as you walk in, everything is sanitized for covid safety, it’s clean and smells good!

I made an appt to get my hair colored blonde with pink highlights. She only highlighted the bottom half of my hair pink. No blonde at all in my hair. I paid and left. My husband called after he saw how upset I was. They were very dismissive. The owner hung up on my husband. They refunded me 66 dollars out of 219 dollars. I had to go to Bloom Beauty and pay another 300 dollars to get what I actually wanted. I’m very sad to write this review as I see many other people have had good experiences. I truly wish mine was the same.

The owner and staff are very friendly, professional and communicates with you to ensure whatever service you receive is to your liking which I really appreciate.

I came to get a silk press that included a deep conditioning and trim. A week after my services my hair is STILL silky straight even with the summer Florida humidity. I am so amazed with my results and with the amazing customer service. On the same visit I got a full set of acrylic nails and a week later my nails STILL look “walk out of the salon” fabulous! Everyone working makes you feel at home and THEY TAKE THEIR TIME to ensure the best results that last long..I’m so impressed and I will be a regular in the future.

This salon has a great appearance and reminded me of my salon back at my home town so I was drawn to it. It’s a very religious setting, which doesn’t bother me but it’s a little in your face. I’ve been in for a facial before and had a great experience. I recently went in for a soft look balayage with my natural root medium brown.I went in for a balayage. I’m a medium brown naturally. She died my hair and it pulled a lot of red, which I warned her I have red undertones, so it was orange instead of Carmel. I gave her the chance of fixing it which was a mistake!!! She died my hair black the second time .I gave her the benefit of the doubt which was a mistake. I was there for almost 6.5 hours! Instead of apologizing or compensating me in anyway she continued tried to upset me with other services!I had to go get my hair fixed somewhere else the following weekend. It’ll take a few more appointments to get all the black out without damaging it. I only have balayage 2-3 times a year to keep it healthy. So vey upset.

Where do I begin? The owner is an amazing, loving, and ambitious person! The salon itself is beautiful and provides a relaxing feeling. The staff provides an upbeat atmosphere that makes you feel incredibly welcome. My nails look fabulous! I cant stress how much I support this business and its staff!! Made an appointment over the phone requiring a credit card down to book it. I was warned if I was late or didnt show, I would be charged for it. I show up early, 10 minutes, and then wait 15 minutes past my appointment time. They then tell me I should reschedule because the client theyre working on is taking longer than expected. No apology, no sorry, or any way to make up for their mistake. With a bad attitude, the owner makes excuses saying this sort of thing happens with all salons because treatments and services can vary in time with different clients and its not always easy to keep appointments. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND I WOULDNT GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE. BEWARE!
