Pearl is the Girl! My first visit and all I can say is I found the right salon. Im new in the area and have been seeking a stylist for nearly six months.

I have been going here since it opened. I love my hair every time I get it done. Amanda is great, and I can always leave happy! Everyone that works there is wonderful. Very clean and peaceful inside. They have awesome pedicure chairs. Everything is nice and new too!

Liana was wonderful and made me feel at home. My hair color was a hot mess when I walked in and she brought it back to the blonde color I desired! Highly recommend.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Honestly save your money. I went in thinking I was finally get the hair color I wanted. I had a consultation with Liana prior to my appointment to make sure she could do my hair ombre and I was assured by her that she could do it. After 5 plus hours my hair is awful! It looked like attempted to bleach my hair with a box color at home and then my roots grew out a few weeks later. I cried when i got home and my husband cut it all off for me because it was damaged and colored it for me. I work in service industry and couldnt go to work with my hair looking that bad. I didnt get to see my hair until Liana was drying it! My friend used to work at the salon called me right after I left because she could see how messed up it was. I still paid! Oh and heaven forbid you say something about it because she contacted me via facebook and sent me some nasty messages. Stay far away from this place ladies.

Nail specialist was excellent. Spa chair was working and enjoyed a great chair massage with my pedi.

Everyone had a great attitude and was very helpful!

So I was nervous about entering since they have signs saying that kids are basically not welcome in there so I coordinate with my husband to have him take the kids all before I even try making a appointment. I call and ask if they do dip nails. Yes they do great do they have a appointment for tomorrow perferably after 4. They dont know so they take my number and name and say the technician will call me back. Now o called in the morning and literally its been over 24 hours and I still havent received a call from them and I doubte I will. Bad business practices, buy whatever I will gladly drive to Miramar Beach to get my nails done by people who will actually call me back. On my way there now . 6/20/18

Went to this salon as a new client I had read the reviews and decided to bite the bullit and give it a go since I have not had any luck in crestview with other Salons. When I went in I had light blonde hair with brassy tones I wanted to be platinum blonde with a few low lights to make it more dimensional and not flat looking everything seemed to be going great the stylist was nice and friendly other staff were friendly and the process was a little slow but pleasant once the foils came out she put a toner on which turned my hair dark and dull looking I had already been in the salon for 3 1/2 hours and getting a little frustrated by this point I told them I couldnt leave looking like that I was so discouraged and heartbroken it had taken a lot for me to make an appointment after all the let downs from other salons in the past she agreed to fix it so again more foils went on and again rinsed and to my dismay more freaking toner now not only have I been in the salon for almost 6 hours but now I have further damage to my hair for the same damn result!!!! I am extremely upset and not only that they still charged me over $100.00 I feel robbed and now I have to go and spend more money to get it fixed!!!!! This experience was supposed to be a treat from my husband and kids for me to have some time to myself and get something done that I have wanted done for over a year and not only has that been crushed I then had to try and explain why I didnt just walk out without paying - because Im not that callous! But if the salon is reading this a refund would be a good gesture considering the trouble I now have to go through to fix your mistakes and the fact I will never trust anyone else to ever touch my hair again!
