Upon entering this salon I checked the reviews and was thrilled to see they had such great reviews by so many as this was my first time. I was hesitant going to a different salon but I was unable to get into mine and I was in desperate need of a fill since I was going on 4 weeks since they were done. I just needed a simple fill. No broken nails. Can’t mess that up right? Boy was I wrong! Don’t get me wrong the staff was very friendly and very welcoming. But you definitely get what you pay for! I left with my nails all different lengths, unevenly filed, and uneven polish. I didn’t mind until today. It has been 1 week since I got them done (I thought it had been 2 weeks because of how horrible the polish held up and how quickly the nail broke, after checking my calendar I realized it’s only been 1 week)I entered the salon asking how long til I could get a broken nail fixed because they were full. She told me to come back later today but I had to go back to work so I was unable to. I told her I needed to know if the technician put acrylic or gel on my nails so I knew which one to get done at another salon later. When I got them done I told him to fill with acrylics which he did but charged me for gel. Gel costs more money. It wasn’t until days later I seen their sign with the prices. That whole time I didn’t mind because of their friendliness that day. There was NO friendless today after they were VERY WRONG for over charging me and didn’t care not one bit! The lady im assuming is Kevin’s wife, tried to push it off like it was my fault by saying you must’ve had a broken nail then and I told her no I didn’t. Only received a fill of acrylic and the color of my nail was changed, obviously. You charged me me gel price for acrylics. She said oh ok. That was it! Didn’t even get an apology for the wrong doing. I was ignored til I walked out !That’s literally all I wanted and led me to leave this review. So if you’re a new client interested in coming here, Beware! I wouldn’t suggest it though!

I love Alia! She’s the sweetest and always does such a fabulous job on my nails. Takes her time and cares so much about how I like my nails. I just love everyone there. Always so lovely and great atmosphere!

I went in to get 3 areas on my face waxed. They were very busy, I waited maybe 5-8 minutes. I was a walk in.I think the ladys name was Alia. She was so concerned if the wax was to hot, & when she pulled the strips off, of it hurting. I reassured her, I was fine. She apologized anyway.Very perfessional, concerned about her clients, and very sweet lady. I will be using Regal Nails for waxing, and everything else should the need rise.Very short time from start to finish!!

I got acrylics done still been on for over a week in a half not chipped or anything very good quality

Worst service ever. I went for a full set of acrylic nails. They pulled out all my nails, it hurt too much and left a bleeding nail. The lady only said its easy. I told her, that I no longer wanted the service, but I decided to paint my nails cause there were ugly. They did them badly, and was missing on the edges. when. I complained to them told me that the nails are seen from the front, not from the side. worst experience of my life. Rude and lousy service. NEVER GO THERE.

We are here on vacation never been to this salon before. We have had an AMAZING experience. Alia, Ana, and another tech (I didn’t get her name) she has long beautiful hair. They made my mom and I feel personal. They asked us our names. There is no language barrier at all. I wish we lived here! We would be here all the time !

Love this nail salon!! Had my nails done for my wedding and they turned out so pretty!! I’m really picky when it comes to the length of my fingernails and usually want fake nails off right away, but these are so comfortable and the length is perfect so I can do daily activities no problem!! Staff was SUPER friendly and very quick with their services also!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love Ana. Ive been going between here and Diva nails for 5 yrs to get my pedi done. No one is perfect and we all have our days. Sometimes my polish last for a mo+ and sometimes it dont but they are super good at getting my nasty cracked up heals smooth 😆

I do not go anywhere else. I have read several of the reviews here and some of them I just cannot believe. They take the time to learn their repeat customers names. They joke and play with their regulars. What some people are calling rude I believe is them misunderstanding the atmosphere. One comment said they dis each other in their native language. NO! They are playing. They are one big family. They keep the atmosphere light and fun. I always receive excellent service. I know I need to make an appointment because if I walk in 9/10 they are packed and I have to wait. You know what that tells me. They are good. They take the time to ask about my family. My mom. If I have to miss several weeks in a row when I come back I am told I was missed. I truly feel valued and appreciated as a customer. I will say though that there have been times when I have been sitting in a chair and a customer has gotten testy... Cindy will give it right back to you. She does not put up with being disrespected and nor should she. My whole family loves it here. We do not have a special person that has to do our nails because we love them all. Cindy, Kevin, Dawn. Aleah, Ana Everyone in here is awesome.

I had a last minute pedicure here and the lady was very thorough and took her time massaging my feet and legs. For the price it can’t be beat!!! Update: I’ve been back several times now. This is my go-to for pedicures. They take their time and do a good job and keep your chair massaging you. They are so friendly and kind. We love this nail salon!!

Really like the people here. Very caring.—————Some polish is old and doesnt go on that well or last well.Employees need refreshers regarding health concerns--why tools are disinfected.Employees should be nice to each other, but sometimes disrespect other employees in Vietnamese. I don’t understand Vietnamese, but I know when a person is being dissed. (I am not referring to the husband and wife manager team joking with each other.)A lot of dust is created by the place, and everything needs to be dusted.

My daughter and I love going there for pedis! I also get my brows waxed there, definitely easier than driving to FWB to get them done.

Went here the day before my wedding with my bridesmaids. The techs rushed our pedicures. They wouldnt do the color polish I brought with me. Then they made us wait to finish manicures so they could work on a regular who had just come in. The gel nail polish didnt even last a week. The gel polish on my maid of honor peeled off the next day. Terrible service and quality of work overall.

So and so. Never completely happy, either the nails not all cut/filed, always rushed, but it was affordable. Didnt go back for about a year.

Come in as a walk thu on April 9th 2018! The lady sat my daughter and I down and started doing our nails. Then had the audacity to tell me to get up cause her appt was in, that I had to wait 15mins!! First, if she know she had an appt coming in... she could have asked if I can wait 15 mins. They are rude and disrespectful!!!! Will never go again!!!!

My daughter and her friend went in this nail salon on 7/11 and the lady that done her pedicure was so rude to her. The lady called my daughter ugly. Who does that?!?!?? I can not believe that they conduct business this way. I didnt even want to give them one star but it appears I have to in order to write this review.

Horrible, they didn’t push my cuticles back before putting the acrylic, on my first time full set, and now I have sores on my fingers, I had to tear my cuticles away from the acrylic myself as they grow out, it’s painful and now I have to wait for them to heal before I go somewhere else to get them filled in, not very friendly either... I went in at the beginning of June 2018, never going back, I should’ve looked at the reviews online before going there!

My nail polish came off the very next day.My cuticle started to come up as well. My pedicure has never been worse. I will not be back.

Rude! Ive tried to be serviced here twice. They dont speak and told me both times they could not help me even when the shop is completely empty.

I went here as a last resort. First fill in literally picked off when I left. 2nd time got a new set. Tips turned yellow within a week. 2nd fill in it chipped out 2 days later. 3rd fill in I have just tips left. Really disappointed. Its bull crap they let this happen but complain about other places. Im ready to make a 2 hours drive to Flomaton AL to ensure my nails will be done correctly and to my satisfaction.

Just wanna give a special thanks to Cindy....My name is Angie.... me and my dtr in law brought my mom up to get a pedi & mani on Feb. 10.. my mother has been a very sick woman since her early 30s & shes in her 60s, so every day is a struggle for her ... she has copd, emphysema, heart issues, to name a few....i also started getting sick in my early 30s & im 42 now! I fight my health issues as hard as i can cause i have watched my momma fight.....shes my best friend... lately, her health issues have gotten worse.... so i have been having to help my daddy out with her and i can see the worry in each of there eyes....im the oldest of from my mom and dads marriage... my mom has 3 kids from a previous marriage also but none of them have spoke to each otjers in years and probably never will.... the only thing my momma ever has enough energy for is getting dressed and me taking her to get her nails and feet done as she says, then shes so exhausted she goes right to bed as soon as she gets home. She has to hae someone with her at all times just in case so we all do it!! Shes my Momma..she feels rushed at times when she goes and effects her anxiexty at times so i stay with her while shes there... but today... i felt comfortable enough to give my momma a little space so she doesnt feel like shes being baby sat, as she says...and gives me a chance to run through the store to get wher at my parents need, my anxiety was up a little too but when Cindy sood up, walke up to my momma and took her hand, and said Hey, Mrs. Hicks, what u want done today, i will help u, all that anxiety went away..she helped my momma to the chair, up out of the chair , etc... today was the first day i have seen my momma smile in a long time.... i cried the whole way home. But it wasnt a bad cry. So thank u Cindy, u made my mommas whole year!!!! It means alot!!!

Very ruff with my pedicure, the lady burned my toe with the rotary file and when I said it was hurting she didnt listen and just continued with my pedicure. Then after I chose a color she put a different one my nails.
