I have never been before and a friend wanted to try it. When I went in I had dip powder on my nails and the man told me I would have to pick a dark nail polish to cover it up because he didn’t have time to take it off. So then I asked if he could just do a fill and blend it. My nails are now three different colors and all different shapes. Awful!!!! Will NOT be going back

I couldn’t ask for a Better place to get my Nails done. They make u feel very welcome. I have been with them for over a year and this Husband & Wife Team are Absolutely Wonderful.Lady’s let me also tell u that there prices Are Absolutely Amazing.

I would Recommend this place to all my Friends & Family. Couldn’t ask for a place that there prices are far and there Service is Great. They absolutely take pride in doing your Nails. Hello all, my experience at this business was a very short and bad experience. I have Traveled 5+ hours to this city, and decided to get a service done (gel fill in and cut down). There were two kids there, which is fine because my favorite nail salon in my hometown sometimes occupies kids as well. No problem, until the owner asked me if it’s okay. I replied “Yes, the price is fine.” The owner then accused me of looking at the children “some type of way, like it’s a problem or something.” I am a pediatric nurse, so I think I love Kids, ya know? I decided To leave this business because I did not feel welcome as a paying customer nor was there any hospitality.

Great job done on my nails and he had to correct another stores mess. The gentleman there has a great personality. I will return.

Wife gets her nails done here, swears by the couple that run the joint. She doesnt go anywhere else.

I watched them put USED acetone back into their bottled after my friend soaked her nail in it

Ive gone here twice. First time the male did my nails the second time the female did my nails. The male talks very condescending to the customers. The female never speaks. And their young children run around the place. Not very relaxing for the clients. Either time was I asked if I wanted my nails cut down, if I wanted them rounded off or square. I got gel polish both times. The polish only lasted 1 week, when it should last 2-3 weeks. There are 7 nails stations for only 2 workers. People have come in both times and have left due to the wait being so long. I would go somewhere else do not waste your time or money!!

They were very tentative. My mom loved her pedicure. The guy listened to what I wanted and he did exactly what I asked. Hes quite funny as well, I enjoyed my visit an livw my full set. Thank elegant nails

You need to update your service online and also on your door. It says you are open online until 6:30pm on Sundays. And on your door it says Sunday “Open” clearly not until 6:30pm. Because it’s 5:30pm

This nail salon is worth the wait!!! He listens to exactly what you want then transforms your nails into a masterpiece!!!! I enjoyed my overall experience

Dirtiest nail salon I’ve ever been in. Ac was broken smelled like mold. If you are going to do someone else’s nails as a paid service you should probably clean underneath your own beforehand just gives off a bad impression. I would suggest a complete renovation of the entire shop newer cleaner equipment and some customer service classes for the staff. Please someone call the health department.

Just moved to Crestview and found this little gem of a place! The husband and wife owner are so sweet and take their time to do a good job! Will definitely be back for another pedicure! Only $35 for a Mani pedi... Great spot!

Worst place in Crestview, went for eyebrows and owner didnt wash hands before touching my face (he was eating prior) I mentioned I wanted just a clean up, since I had grown out my eyebrows thick. He waxed my eyebrows super thin and uneven. He even had the nerve to say that one of my eyebrows is ugly and uneven. Will NEVER go back especially since there are other nail places in Crestview. Avoid this place!

Worst pedicure ever, dont waste your money in this place

Most unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to in my life! The staff is horrible. Seriously, do not waste your time or money! I live in Indiana and I had to come to Crestview Florida to help my 70 year old parents return back to their home in Okeechobee Florida after they evacuated because of hurricane Irma. My dad physically could not handle getting my mom, their animals and himself back to their home after leaving in a hurry. My dad needed my husband and my help. After a 13.5 hr drive, I just wanted a relaxing pedicure. I went to Elegant Nails and was so horribly treated by both the husband and wife owners (I found out it was the husband and wife later) the male spoke down to me, insulted me right away and then yelled at his wife non-stop. We are not of the same culture so I try not to judge someone else when I do not know anything about them but it was uncomfortable to be in there. He then left and his wife started the pedicure, it was horrible. She was rough, she left my two big toenails severely uneven and when I asked her if she would even them out... She started to yell at me, told me they were fine, that she did what I asked her to do and if I wanted something different then I needed to have explained myself better. She then called the male and proceeded to tell him that Im making her do work over that shes already done. As she was on the phone, she continued to work on my left big toe and she really started to hurt my entire foot by being so rough... so I told her to stop, that she was done working on my foot. I asked her how much for the work she had already done (which was three toenails) and she told me $10. I only had twenty dollar bills on me, so I handed her a twenty, she then proceeded to say she was wrong... it was $20 for what she had done. Honestly at that point, I literally tossed the $20 on the table and left. Terrible physical service, the cleanliness of the establishment was seriously lacking...then compound this with the rudeness and unethical charges. Just horrible!

Horrible! The male owner just did my shellac manicure. My nails are worse than when I came in with the shellac peeling off. If I could leave a photo I would. The shellac paint is on my skin and peeling back as I walked out of the salon. The paint is not even and theres areas that you can see the nail underneath. The owner even took the acetone out of the bowl he used for me to soak off the shellac on my nails and put it back into the bottle! Sucked it right back up into the bottle he used to put the acetone in my bowl. That cant be legal or healthy right?He kept calling me baby too. Not professional at all. Watched TV the whole time he painted my nails. Lesson learned. Hope you dont get the same experience as I just did! I would NOT recommend this place at all!
