I havent had my nails done in 2 years & eyebrows in over a year. I was a nervous, tense mess & the people here are BEYOND nice & patient. I loved the experience & was even given a complimentary beverage while I was having my nails done. this will be my go-to place for eyebrows & nails from now on. absolutely wonderful people.

Just like another reviewer I read the reviews and thought Id try them anyway since I was pressed for time. Terrible mistake. Pedicure was not relaxing and nails were cut so short they bled. Gel manicure didnt even include a lotion massage so Im not sure why they even call it a manicure. They cut my finger nails entirely too short and filed down the tips of my fingers...not my nails, my fingers! I went wild with blue gel finger nail polish, but I could have done better painting them myself. You dont even want see the paint job on my toes. So disappointed this was my treat for myself. I would not recommend them at all.

Very nice,friendly, and professional people. There customer service is A+. They offer you food and drink at no charge while youre getting you nails done. Where can you get that kind of service? Nowhere but top ten nails.. I love the place!!

Very kind, pretty good manicures for the price. Although, at a different time when I had my eyebrows waxed the wax was too hot and the tech literally burned part of my forehead. The lady was very apologetic and definitely professional. They gave me some great cream, and extra after care product. I was happy.With all that being said, there’s definitely a language barrier. It can be very hard to understand why the Nail Tech is trying to ask, or trying to tell you about the products. But overall, a good place to get a decent manicure for a decent price.

I first discovered them approximately 3 weeks ago. I know they are under new management so I know nothing about them before but I have to say this place is amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease and welcomed. They take their time, do quality work and are priced quite reasonably. My tech was Selena and she is fantastic. I would highly recommend Top Ten Nails in N, Crestview to anyone!

This nail shop is really cozy and the staff is very nice; they do an amazing job with my nails every time I come! They listen and take into consideration what I want for my nails (nail shape, cuticles, nail design, etc); they truly care for their customers + its not expensive!!Great service + affordability, literally the only nail shop I go to.

My favorite nail place in town. Ive tried others but always come back to top ten. They go out of their way to make sure you love your nails when you leave. Smooth nice nails and awesome at designs and shaping . And also they treat me great everytime. Kind and pleasant. I had a small cough and they fixed me some ginger tea and even sent me home with a few packs of it. They excel at good customer service. Taking their time with you and perfecting what they do. Ps the homemade egg rolls they always offer (for free) are delicious. Its an all around great experience every time I come.

Highest quality nail salon in this area by far. Ben is amazing! I always ask for him or I’ll wait for him. I never have any lift when he does my nails.

Very nice, gentle. Had an ingrown cut out that didnt hurt or get infected for the first time. These are new owners and theyve been there for only a year now and ever visit Ive made theyve been super nice

They always do a great job on my nails. I had them do my eyebrows for the first time, while they were thinner than I like they still came out good.

My husband and I came here to get pedicures and they did a great job. It was quiet and relaxing and everyone was so nice. Definitely would recommend

New to the area and gave this place a try and Im very glad I did! They’re VERY nice and welcoming! Reasonably priced and have a large selves of colors esp dip power. He did a great job on my nails.Wish there was 6 stars to give them for the nice and crispy, hot, fresh egg rolls they gave me when I left!!! Lol! 😂😂😂 ill be back for sure

One of the best pedicures I’ve had in a long time. The place looked recently remodeled and was very clean and pretty. I was very impressed with how much attention to detail she had while doing my pedicure and waxing my eyebrows. They even have massage chairs in their waiting area. I would highly recommend checking them out, as I will definitely be back in the future.

BEST PEDICURE EVER! I decided to try this nail salon since it’s a Sunday and it’s the only day I could have some time away from the babies ❤️ Hands down best pedicure I’ve ever had and my gel mani was amazing as well! They took their time and made sure it was nothing short of perfect-the massage I got with my pedicure was everything I needed on a mama day and same with the mani! Sent my teenage daughter and toddler there to get their a pedicure, eye brow wax and nails painted. My girls came home soooo happy with how they were treated and how awesome their nails look. My teen texted me while she was there saying “she loved these people”. They were attentive, proffessional and genuinely caring to my girls and I appreciate that. They will definitely have my family’s business going forward. Oh and their prices were extremely reasonable and fair! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

My first time there was with my kids so I can get a pedicure and my daughter a manicure. They was so friendly and did an amazing job! I went the next day to get a full set and decided to get the powder dip and we’ll the color definitely wasn’t what I picked but he fixed it with no problem and was very apologetic about the mix up. I will definitely be going back again :)

This experience was absolutely terrible! My nails look horrible. My manicure is soooo poorly done. My cuticles are dry and crusty from the lack of the supposed Gel manicure that I paid $35 dollars for. Got home to notice that my nail polish had began to bubble up and peel off. The whole time she (the owner) did my nails it was as if she was rushing me. Very sloppy no effort applied at all. When I came back the next day for them to fix it they proceed to argue with me about how they never have these problems. They insulted me by offering me to just charge me half....huh??? What??? Half???? How do you charge someone half for YOUR MISTAKE!!! Absolutely NOT! Even we agreed to fix at no charge the husband was very rude about it. I believe they use their culture to fake like they don’t understand English. They understand it when it’s time to pay though. Please to anyone who is reading this. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND FAST!!!!

Worst nail salon Ive been to. Nails are HORRIBLE. The polish was like syrup and he didnt even paint down to the cuticle. Was charged 3 bucks for a cut down that he didnt do. Will never go back. Now I see why I was the ONLY customer in there

One piece of advice, DONT DO IT! I was pressed for time, and didnt want to make the trek down to Fort Walton Beach. Boy I wish I would have. The experience started off great. Mindy was very friendly, and attentive to my wishes. However, her self proclaimed 14+ years experience means nothing to me after I received the worst gel manicure and spa pedicure of my life. My gel toe polish is already chipping the day after, and my nails were so bad I didnt even want to stay and have her fix them. The upgraded pedicure that I paid for wasnt even comparable to regular pedicures that I have received elsewhere. The polish is uneven, and they almost look dirty in the sun. I went there to treat myself, and I am VERY disappointed, and will do everything in my power to have people NOT visit this business. It is a complete rip off. They should be embarrassed charging for such a poor quality of work.

Read the reviews and tried them anyway. Wont go again. Have NEVER had someone cut my cuticles so hard that they bled. Every Single Finger. Which made the manicure burn. They charge for removing existing polish, the manicure and then the service. Very misleading. They dont sterilize equipment and the place was cluttered with papers and smelled like fish.

I got a mani/pedi there, and it was a great experience! Clean, friendly, and relaxing environment. I had to do some housework and gardening the next day, and my paint didnt chip at all!

The worst service! I have no problem with men doing nails. I do have a problem with men doing my nails while watching the soccer game on tv. Hello customer service!I went into the location expecting to get a manicure and pedicure for $35 and a $2 discount for military. I had called prior and this is the information that they game me on the phone. When I go to pay $60! No warning about extra fees.okay right... maybe the job was worth the price charged.... HELL NO! Before I left the place my polish was cracking, it had bumps all in it, the paint was hanging over my finger and the top coat was peeling off. I told them I was unhappy and they would redo it. I just spent 2.5 hours in the damn place when it should have been an hour job (but pre-occupied with the TV and the score) why would i want them to do the same crappy job that they just did... and they would probably charge me extra because of it. It was that type of place.For anyone looking for a place to get your nails done stay clear away from her! Very dissapointed in the service, and the product!
