STILL in love with my nails! Got them done again and I am so pleased with them! This salon has an amazing handful of nail technicians that enjoy their jobs and that is reflected in their work. My nail tech did an AMAZING job, and was so friendly, communicative, professional, etc the entire time…all around—2 thumbs up, 5 stars! Love this place!!Original-I am absolutely in love with my nails. Tan did such an amazing job!! The atmosphere here is great too!!

SAD!! I’m so sad. I was getting my nails done for my bachelorette party and wasted $122 (before tip)! Now I’m feeling super anxious that I will have to pay MORE money to get them removed get them redone when I save up for this (wedding planning is expensive)!! The shape, style and technique were completely off. I have been here before for a pedicure and full set and I’m seeing a trend in lack of ability and creativity at this salon. Instead of using a cutting technique he fully built out the pink acrylic and PAINTED on a white square at the tip of nails. I asked him to make it more round to look more natural and like the photo but it was past the point of no return. He said he couldn’t do the original French tip technique and this was how it was gonna be. At that point, I just let him finish so I could leave. I wish I could just get a refund and go on my trip with my natural nail 😭The photos show that the nails are different lengths, they are ALREADY lifting around the cuticle area (I just got these done today!!), build up under the nails and lack of symmetry.My pedicure was relaxing and the technicians demeanor was kind but the quality is unacceptable. I wanted a darker pink to match the pink on my fingers. It looks like the only product he applied was a matte topcoat! He clipped the white off of my toenail which looks unattractive and originally put on a shiny topcoat when I asked for matte. Then I realized after he looked around confused that he doesn’t speak English so no wonder he couldn’t provide the service I asked for!! Management-this is unacceptable! He has a caring hand and could have a lot to offer if he knew what the heck he was supposed to do.Very disappointed and should’ve listened to the reviews. I won’t be back.

As someone who has been going to skyline for about three-four years, I can I would say the quality of nails is absolutely amazing and the staff are fun to be around at times. However, over time the cost has risen. For example, as I did just get the SHORTEST possible French tips nails and the most basic pedicure, the total was $112 before tip. As someone who just got the most basic possible, I’m sad to say I will be looking elsewhere for nails. Although the nails are beautiful, be prepared to spend your money.

This is my second time going to this place with my daughter as a date and they never disappoint me with their excellent service I forgot the ladies name but she did awesome with my nail color after I saw the one I choose was lighter then I wanted he read my mind and fixed exactly how I wanted thank you!Definitely will comeback here every time I need 🙏🏼

Thank you for taking me with no appointment. I walked in with no appointment and waited for 5 minutes and they did a whole pedicure for me. Other nail salons I have an appointment and I wait 30-40 minutes before I sit down. Work was decent. I got French tips for my pedicure

I love it this place. I went in at 3 to get a full set of nails and a brow wax and was done by 4. But I think it was a little sooner than that. Everyone was extremely nice. I seriously hadnt had my eye brows done since this pandemic started I would just pluck my brow Here and there but Im not good at it. I cant even belive these are my new brows they look so good 😊 its so incredible how a nice set of nails and good brow wax can make you feel. The spa is extremely clean and beautiful inside. Very nice and professional staff all around great place. 💜💜

Great experiences, Ive made this my nail spa since being in CO. I enjoy relaxing and knowing my nails will always look great upon leaving. Ive had both mani and pedis and have loved each time Ive gone. I normally just get a natural mani and the gel polish last so long for me! Good prices and friendly customer service!

Its hit or miss when you come here. Last couple times service and nails where good. Ive had times that the nails where horrible.Went in today asking for picture below. I had pink and white Umbra on. Was told couldnt do what was in picture without taking off my old set and doing all over. Yet it was never a issue before and my nails where in good condition set was juat put in 4 weeks before. Obviously just wanting to make more money on me. When i stated its been done before without getting a new set. He said he cant do it and go someplace else. So I did. And they did an amazing job on what I asked for not giving me a new set and at a better price! I paid half of what I typically do here at skyline and got better work. I highly suggest going elsewhere for your nails. They do give a nice pedicure here at skyline is one good thing I can say about this place.

They were very nice and prompt w my appointment time. I didnt like how no one stated you shouldnt leave a tip via swiping the card so you had to either zelle or venmo till the end but next time Ill just bring cash.I liked my dipped nails for the first day but they are quickly lifting on the sides and its only been a week tops... other places they actually dipped my nails but here they place it on via brush bc of COVID.. . Im not sure If this is what makes a difference. In the past when I got my nails dipped they lasted for a month.Overall good service but dont like the lift on the dip...

I had a great experience today! I came in at 9 am when they opened, and decided to get a certain design on my nails. They helped me entirely with no hesitation. They dealt with my picky self and cared to all my needs completely without complaint. I don’t normally write reviews, but I had a great experience and i want them to have more business because they were great! I will definitely be back. My nail tech name was Louis. He did a great job! He gave me matte acrylics with designs and a deluxe pedicure and both were fantastic!!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would, absolute worst experience at a nail salon ever. I went in for a full set and had dip acrylics on, this business proceeded to remove the dip by cutting off a corner of the nail and then using a new acrylic to shove between the dip and my nail to separate the two, causing multiple nails to completely tear and splinter. Once both nails were bleeding profusely, the nail tech then started covering the nails in glue to try and stop the bleeding. I literally had to ask him to stop super glueing my nails to stop the bleeding as that isn’t safe or sanitary. I have NEVER seen any of these methods used as someone who has gotten their nails done for years and it is completely unacceptable. I left before they could destroy my nails more. They may be able to do the most basic of manicures, but the level of unprofessionalism showed was beyond me. Do not go here.*I am still waiting for both thumbs to heal and had to visit a the doctor when both nails started to get infected, this place is not clean either

The front desk assistant is very nice and they obviously stay very busy. Ive had quite a few bad experiences with nail salons so once I go through the process of explaining what I want to one person and then Im transferred to someone who seems to not comprehend english very well (or is pretending not to) then I start to get annoyed having to repeat what I want done in various ways when they wont just let me do it myself real quick. In this case I just wanted a polish change which consisted of soaking off the old gel polish (before I picked the rest off and damaged my nails more than what they did last time), smoothing the edges and repainting them. Since the other salon destroyed my nails im still in the process of growing them out but did not want them shaped because I did not want them shorter. I asked to do the 3 nails myself but she put the file down and saying they werent gonna look right. But then when she seemed to understand what I meant I still had to tell her it was ok to do it 4 separate times because she kept going on about filing them. Maybe theres a specific jargon for it I dont know because I dont go often enough but in the end it was $30 for a gel polish change which is expensive to me. But the establish is nice overall, not the cleanest if you are looking for anti-fungal or anti-cross contamination because I watched a couple of techs grab drills for pedicure from manicure stations and then toss them back in the drawer for the next manicure without sanitizing them. Also I was there 2 hours for a polish change. At least in the end it looked ok.

I’ve been searching for a nail place since moving here and I was not disappointed! I usually get pretty basic sets but I wouldn’t doubt what Kim can do! She worked really fast on my nails and I loved the results. I can’t remember the name of the girl that did my pedicure but I had a great visit overall! I couldn’t leave a tip because they only accept cash and I was rushing so I couldn’t leave to go get cash and come back, but I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks and give a big tip to make up for this time that I couldn’t leave one! I also did a walk in probably an hour after they opened and they said 30-40 minutes and had me in a chair probably 10 minutes later. I love this place!

Went to this place about a week ago and the guy seemed to be rushing just to get my nails done, didn’t know his name and was basically ripping my POWDER nails off because he didn’t want to waste his time. I have high tolerance of pain and that still HURT, I can only imagine for someone who has a low pain tolerance. He didn’t even ask me how I wanted to shape my nails or anything and rounded them and I HATE my nails like that and it didn’t even last. My thumb nail peeled the second day and it was the one I had him fix too.

I came in two weeks ago for a full set came back yesterday for a full. One nail had broke during the week and so one full replacement and a fill. Whole the young tech was taking my existing nail polish off I noticed that another nail might be cracked underneath and so I pointed it out to him. He told me it was my nail underneath that was giving it that appearance no need to replace. I believed him and when he was done they looked amazing. Fast forward to today at work I work in an office typing all day low and behold that nail popped right off in the very spot I told him it was cracked at. Im here now at the salon for a replacement nail acrylic with gel. They are not charging me and were nice about it but now I have to take 1 hour of my Friday evening to take of this. I do recommend this place but my suggestion is probably best to do a full set each time not a fill or be insistent if you notice something

First time experience. Great service, works fast. Not impressed could have done better.

They were able to get me in last minute and provide the design I wanted from the picture I showed them. They were okay and they did the design but the nails were shaped pretty weird. I had acrylic residue all over my fingers and the gel top coat flooded my cuticles. They were also too thick for my liking. I know they have some experienced nail techs there that produce amazing pieces of work, but I feel I was provided with a tech who didn’t have much experience. The nail design I wanted wasn’t necessarily the easiest either. They were very professional though.

Love Skyline nails, best in town that I have tried. Always do a great job and my gel manicure usually lasts a long time.

Pretty awful. My nails looked way better before getting a manicure here. She cut me 3 times, missed so many spots, top of the nails look scuffed.

I went today for pedicure and full set. Tina cut my finger with the little machine and i was bleeding. she didn’t fix my cuticles, she didn’t even ask to do it. very poor job, my nails look like i did it two weeks ago, this photo was taken after i did the salon. i paid 55 dollars for this ?

I’ve been here a few times, the past experiences have been amazing but not today. I got a pedicure with gel polish. The water was scalding hot, I tell the guy, he changed it out & starts sanding away at my previous gel polish, he sanded one toe so long, it burned. He sands all the toes & tells me to put my feet in the water, it’s scalding hot AGAIN. I removed my feet & tell him it’s too hot. He adds cold water and starts cleaning my toes again. The worse part of this whole experience, he broke my toenail on my left toe. He stuck a pedicure tool so deep under my nail, it cracked. & to fix it he applied gel polish. 😡.when he was done , I paid(even tho I was really upset & in pain) I cried in my car & was really shaken up. I’m really angry and I won’t be returning.

I wish I knew the name of my nail technicians because they were great. They gave me exactly what I wanted and were very attentive to detail and took their time. I feel horrible because when I went to pay, I must have missed the option to leave a tip. Because I surely would have! I am very happy with my experience.

Skyline nails uses MMA!!! When the acrylic was applied to my nail it burnt and numbed my fingers terribly. One of the worst pains I have ever felt. Girls, when you take off your acrylic and it is sticky it is MMA. Also I spent 110+ on nails that were hideous. I kept asking the lady to shape the nail nicely and the nails literally had a curve to them. Skyline nails also uses an electric shaver on the REAL nail. Please be safe out there ladies!

I would not recommend making an appointment here because it doesn’t matter to the staff. i called for an appointment, came in on time and they had me waiting. a party of six comes in, and that’s when they decide to finally seat my wife and i. they went to work on the party of six before us although we made an appointment and was there before them. the guy who was supposed to do my nails, told me to pick a color and left for at least 15 minutes , they didn’t add any water to my wife’s pedicure tank and nobody even came to tell us to just be patient, or tell us they were super busy and it’d be just a little while longer. we left and they immediately seated a lady where i was sitting. smh. 0/5 stars if you ask me.

My best friend and I came here for the first time yesterday afternoon and let me tell you, this place is amazing!!! The staff is very friendly and they make sure that you know if theres ever an issue with your experience or your nails, they’ll do anything they can to fix it for you! We will definitely be coming back! Ask for Tina she is amaazzinggg!!!!!! My nails have never looked this good before.

My pedicure appointment was at 4pm. I went in and they sat me immediately in a chair. After about 5 minutes someone came by and filled the water so my feet could soak. Then I sat there for 40 minutes. No one came by to let me know what was happening. There was even a couple that showed up after me and sat in the chairs with their feet soaking for about 30 minutes. They ended up walking out after no service. I should have done the same thing. The store was not clean. It looked like it had been a while since someone had wiped anything down. The floors were also littered with clicked nails. My nail tech was nice, but it really seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I wish I would have spoken up too. She didn’t trim my nails, which they really needed it. She only filed them and somehow the nails are not smooth. I will not be returning and if you want good service, I wouldn’t come here either.

Today was my first visit to Skyline. I had gotten a fairly disappointing gel manicure elsewhere. Sylvia was my tech and she did an amazing job!! I love my nails and will definitely be going back! Cant wait to have a pedicure next time.

I always look forward to their friendly demeanor and attention to detail. All the technicians I have had an experience with were tentative and professional. Jenny, one of the technicians is always kind, personable, and is fantastic at her skill. I highly recommend this salon, if you are looking for a relaxing, clean, and welcoming nail spa. God bless!

I had made an appt for 1pm and arrived 30 minutes early. I was told I’d have to wait 20 minutes which was completely fine, however no one started working on my nails until 2:30. After working on my nails, a different nail tech came in to finish and he did the majority of the work. He seemed rushed the entire time. None of my nails look even or match in length / design. He didnt make sure that my nails would be even on either of my hands. He just eye balled it. Once we were done he left without telling me we’re done, and he quickly went to another customer without washing hands or switching gloves. Since I’m not comfortable with confrontation- I just paid and left. Pretty disappointed from start to finish.Also as I was sitting there, a customer was done with a pedicure and left and a new customer came and they didn’t clean out the tub or replace the plastic bag and just refilled the water for the next customer. Grossed me out. 🤢Third picture was what I asked for.

I’ve been going to Skyline nails every 2 weeks since October 2020, and every experience has been great up until this month. Earlier this month I got a gel manicure from one of the younger guys, and he did a decent job, however there were bubbles in the gel that made my nails uneven and bothered me, but I didn’t say anything. I went back in today and got a gel mani from the gentleman at the front right table, and I am not happy with the results. The gel on my nails are really heavy in some spots, the color does not look even, the color on one hand is darker than the other, and the gel is covering my cuticles and makes them look sloppy. I honestly feel like my nails look dirty, and I don’t feel pretty after coming in today. I’m disappointed with how my nails will look for the next two weeks, and I don’t think this was worth $41 plus a $10 tip.

Been a faithful customer for YEARS!! They are too busy. They rush to get people in and out as fast as possible...so it shows in their work. Two nails are crooked, even after I pointed them out to the technician. He proceeded to tell me from his angle, they were straight. All nails are different lengths. My daughter and I both noticed horrible work on our nails. Will not be returning to them.

I came here a little over a week ago to get a full set done. They got me in right away and the man who did my nails was nice. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of the price. I got a new gel set with some butterfly stickers. The price ended up being $100 for everything. The man didn’t let me know how much it would be until I was mid way done. I knew a new set wouldn’t be cheap, but I was not expecting it to be $100. After a couple of days, the stickers started to scratch and so did the gel. Definitely not worth $100. Especially when the prices are confusing.

I got a fill on my acrylics and they were terrible. I paid $98. I was charged $78 for the nails and I paid a $20 tip. I tipped well because the design was beautiful and they looked great. I very quickly regretted that. After only 6 days, 3 nails had broke and one had lifted. I very politely called and requested an appointment to get them fixed. It took almost an hour after my appointment time to get me seen by somebody. There was some partial acrylic left on some of my nails. He peeled it off and on my thumb he made me bleed and then just put more acrylic on top of it like he didn’t just rip off part of my real nail. After applying acrylic (to 3 nails), I didn’t see him for 10 minutes and there was only one other client in the salon. Finally another nail technician saw me just sitting there and came and finished my nails. (I did not have them replace all the nails, just fix the ones that were broken). I left and thought everything would be fine but was sadly mistaken. My nails are 2 weeks old and 4 have fallen off, 1 has broke, and 3 of the 5 that are left have chipped gel polish. They had a very “I don’t care attitude” and I felt like a burden. Only the receptionist talked to me when I came into get them fixed. I paid a lot of money for my nails and I’m very upset about the quality of them.

Do not get acrylic nails from here! They use ELECTRIC file on the natural nail. Only a nail file should be used for applying acrylics. The technicians are also unexperienced and are heavy handed. The guy filed down too much of my natural nail bed. It hurt so bad. I have never felt so much pain when getting my nails done. I would not recommend getting nails from here.

I was very excited to go to this place as the reviews and pictures looked amazing, but left extremely disappointed. For starters nails are not a cheap investment and I mean you’d want a nail artist to take the time to make sure your nails do look good for what you’re paying. Well that was not the case with this place. I made an appointment for my nails three days in advance and when I showed up it was very busy which I understand and waited for about 30 minutes before they were ready for me. The man who did my nails I think was either a manager or supervisor and acted like we were in a race and he had to finish my nails as fast as possible. He took my old acrylics off with another fake nail and the way he did it was extremely rough and hurt a lot. Before he finished he did not even ask me to wash my hands (which were covered in nail dust) and just went ahead and applied the clear gel coat over top. He then told me I was done and did not even look my nails over and went on to the next customer. When going to the front to pay I snagged my jacket and looked to see how and found a few little bubbled up areas on one of my nails. I brought it up to the man and asked if he could possibly fix it and he did try buffing it away and said that there must have been some dust that got trapped inside the final coat ( which yes my nails were covered in nail dust since I hadn’t washed them). After paying and leaving I ended up finding even more bubbled up spots on my nails which was disappointing considering the price I paid for them. I did tip because it felt bad not to do so, but honestly I did not want to. Overall I understand that the place was busy when I came, but that is no excuse to not provide quality service to customers.***Response to owner. Clean and friendly. Fast. Did a good job on my pedi and payed attention to details. I wish I could have gotten a better, deeper callus removal - they didnt use the gell stuff that helps soften them and only scraped for a few seconds. But overall, fair prices, massage chairs, and good service.

Got a long gel acrylic manicure, their website says $53 for gel + acrylic, $5 for shape, & $5 for length. They charged me $80 (& wanted to charge $85) & told me the shape brought it to $60, so you mean to tell me length is $25?!? Really frustrating will never go back.

Skyline used to be my go to for nail services, however lately there attention to detail and service has declined. If you are looking for a relaxed 30 minute experience this is NOT the place. My services have lately felt rushed or almost unprofessional being shuffled through. If you are catering to being a nail shop great, but adding the addition of spa can be tricky because this is far from it. Now someone reading this might say, its its nail business. Im a local business owner x 4, and a retired mechanic, even cars are handled with care.I really want to see all local businesses prosper after COVID! In order to do that we have to keep our expectations honest and if you are in the service industry you have to still exhibit care with you customers. If you are looking for a quick get it done nail job, have time to be rushed, knicked a few times and handled roughly this is your place. If you just want a good manicure and pedicure experience you should invest in doing your research if this is your plan to relax for that 1 hour.

I never leave reviews, but being that I read reviews to find a nail place… I feel obligated to leave one. First off, I had an apt at 1pm, but was not taken to the pedicure chair until 1:46. Good pedicure, but was left with foil to soak my nails for over an hour. No one took it off until I told them it was burning. I wanted dip, but was told that they could not do it because of COVID. They brushed it on. My natural nail was long and beautifully shaped. I asked for it to just be shortened a little so all nails were even. I don’t understand how or why the nail tech made my nails SO THIN. I asked her to stop multiple times, but she kept filing. These are the thickest, most awkward shapes nails. They said the best they could do for the sloppy manicure and ridiculous wait time was $5 off.

I went to get my nails fixed today but I think they were so busy that the guy was working too fast. some of my nails are crooked and some are thick some are thin some are not painted. I just wish I didn’t have to pay such a high price for minimal work and quality. Hopefully they will do better next time.

Was hoping to like this place because it was recommended to me, but it was not good at all. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and then when somebody finally came to start, they then said never mind I would still have to wait and when I said it was fine but could they tell me how much longer it was going to be because my appointment was 20 minutes ago she sat down and said fine I’ll just do it. It was just a fill so it didn’t take very long but it also wasn’t done very well and it seems like I was kind of a burden for being there at my appointment time. And then when I went to pay I was charged for the fill and for “add ons” And when I asked what that was for they said for the shape, but I did not change my shape it’s literally the exact same shape it was when I walked in there. Regular short round, nothing special about it. When I told her that I didn’t change the shape she just said oh I don’t know and then answered the phone and I guess I just paid $50 for a normal fill. So hard to find good, quality salons with people who actually want you to be there.

I went as soon as they opened around 9:00am and didn’t have to wait at all. I needed an acrylic fill & trim and Jenny did such a quick and efficient job. My nails turned out beautifully and exactly how I wanted. I’ve been coming to skyline for 13 years and never once have I had a bad experience. The staff is full of hard workers that really deliver quality service!

Very rude, non-English speaking person answered the phone both times I called and did not listen to a thing I was trying to say while attempting scheduling an appointment. Not even sure if I have an appointment. I attempted to schedule one for 3 people as a mothers day gift. Do you actually take appointments, or are you truly just a walk-in only salon?I will be canceling my appointment and going elsewhere to a place that actually listens.and understands what I am saying.

Such a good experience at skyline. They got me in quickly for an appointment. When I arrived they asked if I had any ideas in mind I showed them a picture and I feel like my nails look 10x better than the picture I showed them. The price on a long full set w/ design is better than most places I have been. Will definitely be booking with them from now on.

Service is great and the result of my nails were perfect! A good way to not have miscommunication with what you want done and the price of service is showing an example of what you want. This way, they can give an accurate price of the service.

My best friend and I will only go to this nail salon! They do such and amazing job always make sure you leave with out any debris on your hands never leave any detail untouched and are never rough with your hands like other nail salons! Plus their work always looks amazing and leaves you wanting to come back. Every moment from checking in to leaving they are professional and personal. I would recommend any one to try them at least once because that’s all it takes for you to fall in love with the place!

I have been going to Skyline nails and spa for over 6 years and love them so much. I have gotten very close with the owners. Jenny and Tam are the nices and always make my experience pleasant. All the staff are so kind and friendly. Its clean, doesnt smell strongly of nail chemicals and the prices are spot on for me. 💅🤩💗

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional and a waste of your money. I went in for a simple gel manicure and a third of my nail is not pained, bubbles are all over my nails and she didn’t even cut my cuticles correctly, she kept cutting my skin instead. The manager displayed how unprofessional he was over the phone during our conversation and I will do anything in my power and post anywhere that I can to not get anybody to ever go in this business again.

This salon is AMAZING! They are incredibly efficient. I’m always in and out in about 30 min (depending on service) and the quality is still fantastic!

My son got me a gift certificate for a full set and a pedicure and I am thrilled with them! It was the first time I went there and I will be back. I showed Mary a picture of the design I wanted and she did an awesome job. They were so pretty that they even took pictures of my nails while I held Christmas ornaments. Its a very pretty Christmas design. Wish I could post a picture of it on here. Ill be going back in a couple weeks or so. 😀

Great service and available for walk ins. Me and my friend didnt wait even 5min and they got us in. There was up charge for my design and they notified me before. I do appreciate that a lot 😊

Me and my friend came in originally I had red nails with diamonds I told her to just keep the same color because I don’t know if she can change it since I wanted to keep my diamonds she than take the diamonds off and than ask after if I wanted a design and I said no because that’s not what I asked I was missing one of the gel nails when I came in and she didn’t replaced it when I asked she just painted the nail she cut my nails and try to make them “even” the paint job was horrible not even at all I will be coming back

Had an appointment for 3pm on a Saturday didnt get serviced for nearly and hour. After service there was still dead skin on my feet. Overall underwhelming. Also cost more than average ( I still have my receipts proving my service) I inaccurately said sunday but it was a Saturday and the service was less that desirable

From the phone call making my appointment to getting my nails done BEST SALON HANDS DOWN!!! Reception was friendly, helpful and understanding!!! & KIM did a great job on my nails very fast friendly and professional, we moved here in July when we bought our home so I had to find another spa and after looking at reviews this is the one I picked and I’m glad I did , I’m very happy with the service and will be returning for sure , (the only issue i had if any is that my nails are a little to long )but , that is a easy fix and my fault as KIM asked several times and they looked short enuf so I said they were (I was just so glad to be finally able to get my nails done again after a year of COVID-19 and being high risk but again that was totally my fault and a easy fix!) the quality, shape everything was perfect ,I have OCD so I would notice if anything was off lol ! The price was also a value compared to other salons not over priced so another bonus!!! So thanks everyone at SKYLINE I have found my new salon yay!

Worse place ever! Expensive for the quality and time. Horrible customer service!! Left glue and dead skin on my nail and then charge 60.00 for a full set. Wow! This place is dirty and not santized. Sits were disgusting. The lady that did my nail her station was dirty. Looked like she had several people and never clean. She would get upset with me because I refused to place my hands on her station. Usually you wash better polish is applied, she wiped my hands. I had to ask to wash.This business does not take pride in the business. Totally disgusting. Will never go back here!!!

The nail technician was very friendly and accommodating. They were right on schedule with time and the price wasn’t very expensive. I will definitely be taking my mom back for a manicure and pedicure.

Came here for the first time and they were absolutely amazing! Jenny did my nails and they came out perfect and the shape was exactly how I wanted. Definitely will be going back and recommending to friends.

They are very inconsistent in their pricing. Ive been multiple times and each time they charge me a different amount for the exact same thing. It makes it seem like they just judge how you look and assume if you look expensive they can get away with sneaking in extra money and you won’t notice. I’ve been charged $38 for a fill, $45 the next time for the exact same thing. Today I called and pretended to be a new person and asked how much for a gel fill would be and they said $40. That is immoral. A price is a price if the service is the same. It’s almost like they just pick a price out of the sky on their mood. If other businesses did this they would get in so much trouble. Well you’re not fooling me and I will take my business somewhere else that is honest. I am willing to pay more for honesty and consistency not tricks!

It’s such a shame that the services here are subpar because the staff is super nice! I spent $85 on a Mani Pedi just for my nails to chip the very next day. So sad.

A lovely lady there did just...the most wonderful job on my nails. I am so in love with the way they look. I came in because my usual lady was unavailable and so I found the next top rated place and it shows!! So many choices of color and design to choose from, everyone is incredibly nice and professional and they are very accommodating. Today was my first time visiting this place. I chose the eucalyptus aromatherapy pedicure and I loved it. The scrub get wonderful on my legs and feet. John did a wonderful job making my feet look clean and pretty. I will definitely be back.

This place is a joke. We had an appointment and waited 1 hour to get started. A lady walked in who didn’t have an appointment and was done and left 30 minutes before we left. Also their pricing is a joke and quality was garbage. Charged more for a fill than a new set at other places. Told the lady at the desk how unhappy we were and she just shrugged her shoulders. Not worried about keeping customers just the money!! Do walk away from here run. First and last time there!!!!

Waited over a half hour this morning, after scheduling an appointment! Watched them take walk in customers without even acknowledging me- very disappointing. Then sat at the table for another 15 minutes before I had to get up and walk out because no one came by or even spoke to me. The customer service is terrible because they are not staffed properly. Turned down business within the first hour of opening because they claim to be booked for the day. Not sure why this place hasnt adapted to the demand as they are very popular. Suggestion: find patience, or like myself find a new salon as this one is no longer up to par.

All of the staff there are hard working and make sure you leave looking good. I never leave disappointed!

We went and waited an hour to be seen which is fine because they were pretty busy. The woman that did pedicure was awesome, but the lady that did my nails was extremely unprofessional. I showed her a photo of nails, which she then took a photo of my phone with her phone so she can see the design I wanted. When she was doing my nails I told her that I didnt like the color but she kept going. Then I showed the photo again and told her that its not what I wanted and she got an attitude and said that she is doing what I wanted. Then she started being rough, hurting fingers while she was filling my nails. Then I look over at her phone and the entire time I thought she was talking to herself she was on FACETIME! the whole time, not even looking at the reference photo of nails.This is the first time Ive been to the nail salon in 4 years and I am so embarrassed of my nails. I know it sounds dramatic but I wanted something and she did what she wanted. I paid $121 and I feel robbed. This salon is awesome for pedicures and basic shellac nails. I didnt want to cause a scene but I wish I did because my husband even says she did a terrible job. Oh and they werent wearing name tags. She has short brown hair with brown/blonde highlights. AVOID HER.

Not good the lady who did my nails really messed them up the polish is coming off like peeling and I just got them done yesterday and it’s like they aren’t cured fully not satisfied. Will not be there again probably.

I’m very satisfied! Nails are almost perfect! Sophia tried to fix my nails that Signature Nails murdered. Sophia and Jenny are awesome and they did my nails great!!!!
