This place is amazing! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by multiple employees, I even got help choosing the perfect nude color. They did amazing!! Got all my ingrown toenails without causing any pain which is really hard to come by. I am so impressed with this salon!!!

Came to this nail salon because I have heard lots of great reviews. I made an appointment and the moment that I walked in the lady who did my nails was extremely rushed. I picked a color and sat down. She was removing the previous powder and she was in such a hurry that the tool she was using was all the way on high and was hurting and burning my natural nails and she proceeded to tell me just a few more minutes of burning its not supposed to hurt!! She then began applying the powder and it wasnt the color i picked!! She said, this pink will look better she didnt even ask me if I wanted to cut down my nails, and I told her as soon as I realized she was applying the powder without a cut down if she was able to make them shorter she told me its too late you should have asked at the beginning usually I dont have to ask, they are supposed to ask me. Okay whatever. I got ombré and they are SO ugly!! I will not be returning!! On top of it all my pedicure was not all that and everyone was super rude. I didnt even get a massage with my pedicure

Let me start off by this nail salon was very rude . I had brought 4 family members to receive services from this business they showed us clearly that my youngest daughter was “to much “ . The color selection was mentioned NOT A TOY , while I let my daughter pick the color she wanted with so much excitement.Her birthday is this weekend and I wanted her to experience a surprise of her toes and nails done like mommy . After I realized they didn’t welcome children I knew this isn’t a good business. I decided not to receive service after all . My elderly grand mother did and when my mother decided to the gentleman used the same gloves he was using on a past pedicure service. They make you clean your hands at the beginning of the service but if the staff can’t follow safety guidelines to change used equipment on new guest , than what is the point it’s crazy . Horrible service and experience.

Love my nails! My daughter and I usually go to another nail salon but after the one we normally go to closed earlier than their scheduled time so we decided to try Top Ten Nails out. So happy we did! They did a much better job and even cheaper than our normal place! Very very happy and will definitely be back! This is for sure our new nail salon 😊 thank you!!

They included many precautions for Covid. They were sanitizing everything in between customers. I showed my tech what I wanted and she did exactly that. Pretty salon, hardworking staff:)

Ive been going here quite often after things started to open up! They also are really nice about doing designs that I just show them photos of, I love this place. This is now my go-to nail salon for mani-pedis.

I got my nails done twice in 2 months and both times I came out with a color I didnt choose. This most recent time, they didnt take my previous dip color fully off, didnt use acetone just a drill. There was still dark blue on my nails as shes dipping the light pink I chose. It didnt cover the blue she left on. So she grabbed a darker pink that was completely different and said this will be better. Im not sure why it wasnt just completely taken off and done right the first time. I also didnt get lotion after and that just added to the already stressful and dissatisfied feeling. I definitely did not feel pampered and felt like an inconvenience at this place. And I was literally the only customer there.

Best place to get your nails done and pedicures. They always try to accommodate the customer with scheduling. I would not go anywhere else.

I called and made an appointment. The lady who answered scheduled a time for me and I still waited almost an hour to be helped. When I told her I would come back, she immediately sat me in a chair to be helped and apologized and started the process. After she started she went over to another customer and finished something else. She kept going back and forth and made the process even longer. It was very frustrating. Especially when she told me a specific time that I would be helped. I got gel nail polish and she kept putting more layers to make sure it was completely covered,but it seemed to be too much. My nails were lumpy and uneven. The tips of my nails were bubbled due to too much nail polish. I wasnt happy with the customer service. The lady who did my nails seemed to be in a rush since she was helping more than 1 person at a time and was rushing. She was very rough when filing my nails. Not pleasant

I have never had a bad experience no matter who does my nails and feet. Staff was so friendly and prompt, it was the fastest Mani/pedi Ive ever had.

The lady was super nice, place was clean, and they opened a few minutes early to accommodate us. But my daughters $30 gel polish (manicure) came off in less than a week. :/

The first thing that I noticed when I got there were the devises they use to sterilize their tools. The store was ready for service during this time of Covid-19. My temperature was taken immediately, and I was told to wash my hands before they even looked at my nails. I liked the way the technique took their time and never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend this business!

I made an appointment for 2:30pm on October 11, 2019 for nail dip. She said okay no problem. I get there and there were 3 customers getting a pedicure, one get her nails done, and one waiting. The lady I spoke with asked what I needed I told her I made an appt for nail dip. She looks at my nails which all ready had dip I just needed a fill. She said she didnt have time

I went in for a pretty basic manicure. It took three people to do my nails. I think the younger girl was new, but my thumb nail had huge bubbles in it and when i pointed it out she got upset and had to ask one of the older techs to fix it. Twi did my design and he was very nice and did an amazing job. I didnt get the other two names but they were very rude from the beginning. The prices are good if youre wanting to save some money, but the customer service is horrible.

Great service. Nice people and fair prices. I had 2 people help me and they both gave me little tips for my dry skin and how keep my gel polish looking nice. They even have a little area for kids to play. They took their time and did my mani/pedi really well. And for $5 my 4 year old gets her nails done too.

Twi was amazing! My nails look great and you can’t beat the price.However the customer service from everyone else in the place was absolutely horrible! They were rude and acted as we were an inconvenience.

I dont know how anyone can say they had excellent service! These people are rude, unprofessional, and over priced. I asked for pink and white acrylics and apparently changed my language to pink OVER white? I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years I have never asked for a nail tech to apply pink acrylic over my white tips? I then asked if they could do the new coffin shaped nails, they said they could do this for my friend and I both. Our nails look terrible! I didnt realize how badly they turned out until we were gone. The nail techs were having broken English conversations about our services the entire time we were there. The lady who appears to be the owner seemed annoyed by everything we asked her and when she started the service incorrectly they then blamed my language for their misunderstanding. I will never go back! I would strongly encourage others to avoid this place as well. The shop is not tidy and the techs are not welcoming, friendly, or efficient. I wish I could add photos especially of my friends nails. Her fiance was pissed that we even paid for the service at all let alone tipped.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are very unsanitary I had paid to get my old set soaked off and the owner gave me a bowl of old acetone someone else had used to soak their set off before me! I could tell because she grabbed the bowl from another station and it had acrylic residue on the bottom how gross for her to even think that would be ok! And after using a nail drill bit they should be disinfected and changed out but I noticed they had all their bits in a mint can and she kept using them and putting them back in there who knows when was the last time they were disinfected, this is how nail funguses are transferred and this should be taken seriously! Also Before I went it I called over the phone to ask for pricing I was quoted 30$ for what I wanted when I was getting my nails done the guy said it would be an extra 5$ for the length I wanted so I agreed thinking in my head ok I’m at 35$ now, anyways he gets done and says okay 45$ wait what how I got basic clear acrylics no polish or anything! So I asked him and explained what the owner had quoted me over the phone so He calls her over and she said oh your length and shape 45 dollar, which I don’t understand how they charged me for a shape when I got square nails? She kept arguing with me and not listening to a word I was saying so I paid and left and will NEVER recommend this place again! The owner is very rude and greedy person you can tell she was annoyed by any customer coming in who wasn’t her “regular” customer.

This place is horrible!!! I would give it no stars if i could. the ladies were rude made rude comments to me a few different times I was there and the job they did was horrible not only did she cut my finger 2x with the file but my tips where too close to the beds on my nails and not even. and not even 2 days after I get them done they are lifting. DO NOT GO HERE WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!

I went in last week and the one girl did great! I went in again the day before my wedding to have my acrylics filled in and a simple blue line. This time it was the owner that did my nails and she was rude and talked about me and my friend to her other worker. she blatantly didnt care if my nails looked nice she kept globbing on the nail polish and I kept asking her to thin it up and make it cleaner. the nails were uneven and gritty. I went too Helens nails tty go get them fixed!

It was awful. I walked in and first the ventilation was broken and when I was getting a pedicure and was on the verge of passing out. Im also 33 weeks pregnant and any other salon Ive been too I never felt so sick and uncomfortable in my life.. Also im sure the girl that did my pedicure and a nail fix (which took over 4 hours) was uneducated and couldnt speak any English at all. SHE had four different nail techs to come help her shape my nail and to fix my one nail I needed fixed. It was absolutely ridiculous. Im a cosmetologist and they did NOT sanitize anything at all, which is disgusting. They took 10 mins on my pedicure, massage included. Awful experience and Ill be taking this to the boards for no sanitation/ disinfection and lack of hospitality.

I went in for a pedicure and she pressed her thumbnail hard into my flesh to move the skin away from the toenail. It hurt so much it made me flinch. After I said ouch, she thought it was funny & called the attention of the other staff members & continued to make me inch another 5 times. I will never go back.
