My first visit is pleasant. The place is clean and I like the way my nails were done. The store seemed busy and I would recommend to make a prior appointment. I paid $73 for gel French manicure & regular pedicure. It took about 2 hours.

My first time here. They did an excellent job on my wedding nails - I brought in a picture from Pinterest and they gave me recommendations, explained what would look good and why, and overall the staff was very fast, professional and friendly.

Clean, safe, professional. my technician was very nice and used amazing techniques I have never seen used by other nail technicians that made my manicure quicker and more painless than any I’ve ever had! 10/10 will return.

First nail salon I went to upon moving to Colorado. Was scared to look for a new salon since I loved the one in Florida so much! All the employees at Ridgeline nails were so nice and accommodating! They did a fantastic job on my nails! Can’t wait to go back again!

I asked for a natural look and although it turned out more doll-like than I had wanted, it still took me a little while to realize that clumps of 5-6 lashes were attached to each lash. Its supposed to be ONE per lash, TWO for volume. (These look like lashes you could buy at ulta.) Note that every clump here is still attrached to ONE eyelash... which pulled out of my eyelid :( You get what you pay for I guess. No wonder it only took a little over an hour for her to apply a full set.

Absolutely horrible experience. One of the employees was bad mouthing about customers that just left in front of myself and other customers for 45 minutes. It made me feel bad to say something when my nail tech was doing a poor job on my nails. My nails came out horribly. They were so unbelievably thick and uneven. My 3 year old could’ve done better. And it took me 2 hours to get them off at a different salon. Honestly the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten, and the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. They made it right by not making me pay, but I’d warn anyone else to be weary of going there.

Andy knocked my nails out of the park! He was able to create his own version of two different pictures I showed him which really proves his talent and artist side. The whole staff is awesome and Im happy to call this location my new salon! :-) thanks guys!!!

I walked in this morning as I was on my way to get coffee. I had a horrible dip manicure from a different nail salon in town. Andy took off the horrible nails and gave me an amazing natural looking hard gel manicure. My nails feel natural even though they are gel. Andy did an amazing job and I wont be going anywhere else in the Springs! I also want to note that the salon didnt smell at all, a lot of nail salons have a nasty chemical smell and I feel like Im being poisoned when I breathe but Ridgeline did not have that at all! Thanks so much Andy!

I used to like it here until my last appointment. Andy was 30 min late to get to me. Not once did he apologize. He didnt say anything the entire time. He rushed through and they were not done as well as they have been in the past. Then he gets up and leaves, says nothing. The whole experience was just rude. Im not going back.

I already booked next month’s appointment using their online booking app, Vagaro. Please make sure to tip extra right now!! To keep everyone safe, they’re cutting capacity to have 10 people in the salon at all times including employees. I doubled my tip and suggest that you do too if you can afford it. Bring your mask! The technicians here ABSOLUTELY know what they are doing! My nails LOOK AMAZING! I have been getting my nails done religiously for at least 5 years or so. I recently moved from Texas and it’s always so hard to find a new nail salon. These people are friendly and do such a great job. I will continue to come here and get my nails done by Kayla or Andy they’ll get you RIGHT!!

There was a very welcoming feel going into Ridgeline nails. I was greeted immediately and didn’t have to wait at all. I was totally surprised about that being that I went on a Saturday. I initially was going to get just a pedicure but after talking with the ladies I also got a full set as well. They were very informative and patient with me trying to make the final decision on what I wanted. Would definitely go back and recommend others to try them out.

The staff here is amazing and so thoughtful when doing your nails. They take care of you instead of just rushing to get to another customer and make your nails look beautiful! I have an issue with biting my nails so they were pretty hard to fix up but they made them look perfect and didn’t judge me for biting them like other nails salons I had been to. They also had so many people working and got us in so quickly. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for 4 of us to get pedicures. We came in and 2 girls who said they were walk ins were taken right before us. Then when we were all set in our chairs my daughter had to wait for 30 minutes for someone. When we asked several times & reminded them that we made an appointment they just kept telling us they were busy. Then when my daughter FINALLY got some guy to come to her all he did was put her nail polish on. Nothing else. And not a single apology. AND they still charged me for a full pedicure for her! I would say dont waste your time.

I moved from Arizona to Colorado Springs. I thought Id try the local nail salon - and I was blown away! Best service Ive ever had! SJ is awesome!! They take their time and appreciate there clients, while teaching you about your nails! Then to top it off the owner is in nail competitions! Best Ive ever seen!

I love this place I have not had so much fun at a nail shop not never and Ive been going to nail shops since I was 15. SJ is hilarious. She is the first nail artist that I have came encounter with that did not say that she will try to do what I wanted she said she can do it and I just love that.

I’ve been trying different salons in the area. They did a good job with my nails, but they were significantly more expensive than the other place I tried right down the street. They didn’t offer any extra services or ambiance for the increased price. Additionally they had 2 different people trading off to do my nails which was strange since I had an appointment. I also think that made it take a little longer. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get a dip powder.

I live in Castle Rock but wont go anywhere else to have my nails done! I have had acrylic nails for over 20 years and have never been to a salon as wonderful as this one!! They always do a fantastic job, my nails are beautiful every time. The staff there is so friendly! Sammie and Andy treat you like family! Salon is clean and prices are reasonable.

The nail tech did an amazing job. I would give her five stars. Better than any place I’ve ever been. Unfortunately, one of the men working there was very pushy. I wanted shellac nails and he was trying to push me to do dip. He wasn’t even the one doing my nails. I almost walked out of there in the middle of the process because he would not stop. He consistently during the entire appointment would tell me I should do dip instead. Meanwhile, there were about 7 other customers there listening to him tell me why I’m not doing what’s best. If it weren’t for this guy, I would go back in a heartbeat. However, I’d rather go to a place that is respectful. So I will never be back and I’ll be sure to let others know. All I wanted was a relaxing manicure before my interviews at law firms and instead I was stressed out and irritated. No thank you.

SJ is here to make you feel good, look good & give you ‘therapy’ all at the same time. She has become my nail tech ‘mama’ since I moved to colorado. I have followed her from another nail salon she previously worked at because she is that amazing. She is very, very specific about the way she cleans and does your nails. Her massages while you get a pedicure are unreal, and there’s never a quiet moment. Ridgeline itself is very clean, great atmosphere & great nail techs but I highly recommend SJ for all your nail needs. If I leave go travel & come back, I go right to SJ & we pick up right where we left off!!! 5 stars for Ridgeline!! Never a bad experience!

Honestly, I just dropped in because they were open as I was driving by. What a fantastic surprise! The shop is adorable and the employees were so friendly. Angela took a little over an hour to do a complete set of dip acrylic nails for me but it was ABSOLUTELY worth the wait! She was SO detail-oriented! I will definitely be back!

Andy and the rest of the team at Ridgeline Nails are wonderful! The atmosphere is always friendly and professional and they take great care in their work. In my previous life I was a fan of acrylics but Ive recently started doing dips and I have to say Im totally converted. Ive always been a nail biter, and worse, Ive done a lot of damage to my nail beds and cuticles as I pick at the skin around my nails as well. Since I started doing dips a few months ago its like I have brand new hands. The ridges in my nails are completely healed, my nails are long and healthy and grow like crazy! Im no longer embarrassed for people to look at my hands. The dip is strong like acrylic and looks just as great, but it stays on so much better (remember, nail biter--I even managed to tear off acrylics after time), and it feels more natural--I dont feel like I have anything on-plus my nails themselves just stay stronger and more healthy--it doesnt tear them up.

I went in for a manicure pedicure. It was the slowest service Ive ever received. 2.5 hrs later and I left unsatisfied with the manicure. They assigned me the most unskilled and the slowest nail technician they have. Im also certain she had zero credentials. I asked for a shellac manicure with clear nail polish, pretty simple or so I thought. However, the manicure itself was awful, barely touched the cuticles, didnt buff the nail or anything. I had unevenness on my nails and I actually said something to the owner because of it. As a result he came over to work on them. At that point I wouldve just finished and never returned. Next thing you know the original nail tech starts using a glitter shellac polish. I said that I did not want that, I just wanted clear. Next thing you know the other girl says oh you can just come back Monday to finish. I looked at them and said please remove the polish Ill just leave now. After all was said, I paid for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was great but done by a different nail tech. The manicure took an hour and a half. It looked terrible and I cannot believe I left paying for it when it looked Worse than when I came in. Did I mention that I left without any polish? Do not recommend and I will never return. I will also advise everyone I know to go elsewhere.

Im so excited I found Andy, hes awesome!!! The place is always clean and theyre always friendly. I come in with an idea to do on my nails, and Andy says yes lets do that hes so much fun and his work is amazing. I havent found anyone in a long time that can do my nails the way I like them done. He listens to my corcerns about my nails, my ideas on what i want to do, then he will come up with a incredible color that I just love. I love coming here. Its 25 minutes from my house ,but I still make the trip to come here. Hes the best. And the other girls in the salon are amazing as well. I always see them doing the latest techniques and designs so do yourself a favor and go to this place.

These ladies are artist! They can make literally any design you want. Truly amazing!The most amazing customer service.  The ladies here are SO NICE.  They recently stayed open a little late for me (I didnt ask!  I was ready to just come back the next day!) near closing time, for starters.  Thats above and beyond in my book.They also were aware that I had an injury and were extra super gentle with my manicure/massage due to that and are always up for lovely conversation if youre into that, or fine with quiet if that works better for you.I recommend to book an appointment because they do get pack.

Wonderful nail salon!! All of the people there are kind and funny. I was there less than five minutes and felt like I had just stopped in to chat with my best friends. We laughed and caught up on our lives while getting our nails freshened up.My nails have been so cute and unique each time. Nails are always straight and look so natural (never bulky or uneven). They take their time and really work on keeping up with trends and techniques.Thank you for always making my nail appointment something I look forward to!

My daughter’s appointment for a standard manicure/pedicure (scheduled on line) was lost. The management was able to fit her in, which was nice. However, the quality of the manicure is what prompts the 2-star rating.The nails were trimmed unevenly, and not filed well. The polish was in place for less than 72 hours, then started peeling off. Due to the nature of my daughter’s job, she had to remove the polish from her nails completely at that point, as it appeared unprofessional. Very disappointing.The end product was not worth the cost of the service. We will not return here again, nor will we recommend this place of business.

My nails were so weak from other places I had been to because (as I found out) nail techs should not use a power grinder or soaking to remove shellac nails. Since coming here my nails are stronger and last so much longer. The owners are so wonderful and kind every time I come in. This is a great secret spot with fast, safe, and affordable service!

I will not be returning. My nail polish is lifting.Cons: when she started to do my nails. I told her I wanted small to mid length nails. I could overhear the nail tech and the female customer beside me talking about what is the point of getting your nails done if they are not long. Not everyone wants claws,some of us want classy nails.the nail rech was wrong for engaging the cx in that conversation. The nail techs reply was go long or go home. I should have stopped at that point and gone home.Next towards the end of my nails being done the same nail tech started cleaning the store and also sweeping around me. That I think was very rude. I dont care what time it is, you should have waited the your cx left the store.Edit nail polish lifting 2 days after

I have never been so happy with my experience. I have three times so far with Angela and I have only positive things to say. Nails are always done perfectly, I feel welcome, and will keep going there.

I normally have a great experience at Ridgeline (Brianna and SJ are great) but I just had a lousy manicure with a technician named Mimosa. It honestly just hurt and It required a lot of work to talk her into little things (like round vs square nails, and she was upset I wanted a regular manicure and didn’t want a gel manicure this time). She was really rough on my hands for a regular manicure, and I ended up stopping before we even got to adding polish. I’m disappointed.

First time visit. I received a mani (dipped) and pedi (shellac). Friendly service and nice care! My nails look beautiful but it was extremely expensive. I realize you pay a little more for the services I received however it was still a bit high. With tip, it was more than $100. Ouch!! 3 stars for the price.

I am from out of town, saw the reviews- so drove 45 min to get to them- had a apt, wasnt seen exactly at apt time, but ok. The front desk lady had me sit in x chair, ok. Another lady comes up to me a bit later and asked nicely if I had a problem w/1of the other techs- uh no, this is my 1st time being here. If your upset I am not seeing the other tech- talk to front desk- I certainly didnt pick the chair. But ok- moving on. Nails done, washed my hands. Liked the nails. I get like 10 min down the road, looked at my 1 thumb nail, it never got the gloss/shine on it. So looks tacky, but will get some polish and fix it-. I am uncertain Ill visit this shop again as WAY out of the way, and will be sure my nails are tip top before I walk out.

This nail salon is the best one around! Sammi did a great job on my nails, and she explained the whole process to me while she was working. The staff was very friendly and professional. This place is the worst, place to get your nails, I wanted a pedicure and the only thing I got was hot water on my feet, paying $ 40,just for that I also wanted to do the manicure another $ 40 and I had to come to my house to paint my nails again, and the worst thing is that they ask you in front of everyone how much the tip will be, I do not recommend it at all, apparently nobody speaks English, since I repeated many times that I wanted the French style and it was a failure 90 $ in the trash.

I was told that my acrylic nails would cost $28. When I went to check out, I was charged $43. When I questioned the $15 discrepancy, he told me that the polish I chose was an upgrade. I NEVER chose anything except I said Id like pink nail polish! SCAM! BAD BUSINESS. It was my first & LAST time there.
