After having fake nails for 6 months, I needed to let these beef sticks breath for a little while. I went with a basic gel on my natural nails. The people that work there greeted us with a smile. Friendly vibes from the gate. Baby daddy and I each got pedis. He dropped a piece of concrete on his toe over a year ago and they were able to make it look like a real human toe again. My only comlaint is the AC would have been nice because I am 9 months pregnant, but 5 out of 5 just for the smiling faces and small chit chat. Oh, and the massage chairs were on point for the lower back.

Got my eyebrows done. Fast and friendly. They look good too.

Came here for a pedicure. Pretty sure the box the women took tools out of was marked SOILED. She made fun of the length of my nails. Gave a mediocre massage. She wanted to use a cheese grater on my heels. She had a a very worn out pumice stone. I wont be back.

They did my nails soooo good and the service was really nice.

I went to this place because my regular nail tech was not available that day so I want to try this place I’ve never been here before and I can say I am highly highly disappointed I came in asking the girl for this pink and white/nude marble design and she told me from the jump that she would be able to do it she would just not have the square jewels that I wanted she just had the small rhinestones and I told her that was fine so she gets doing my nails and first off I have to correct her on the sheet three times and I didn’t wanna be rude about it but after the third time the guy who is doing my aunts nails had to come over and fix the shipping on my nails and then whenever she wants to do crystals on my nails she not only did random colors on a pink and white nail she also did flower jewels and teardrop shaped Jules and then when she was using the drill she went over my cuticle and I started bleeding she didn’t apologize didn’t anything she went into the back to go get the blue septic stuff put a little bit on my finger and kept going I thought everything was fine I get up to the register and mind you I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I wish Google would let me add a picture of what I wanted and a picture of what I got because I’m highly highly disappointed if I can get this play zero stars I would and I don’t like to run people down but especially with Winnie being the manager she shouldn’t have a greed to do nailsShe knew she was not capable of doing. I went to pay for mine my aunts nails my aunts nails were OK they were drawn on hearts black white and red nails for Valentine’s Day they length was not long it was the same length as your fingers and for both nails they charge us 12o each I paid for them because I did not want to be rude. I got home that night and one of my nails were already falling off so I had to go and take the rest of my nails off because they started popping off two of them popped off the same night I got home. I called Winnie today and I told her that I was not happy about my nails and she told me you liked them last night and I tried to explain to her I said I told you you needed to fix the shape and it looks nothing like the picture and she agreed for me to come in and get them taken off by her and that she would issue me a refund for my nails I look on my bank statement and for some reason I was charged 24 extra dollars I did not leave a tip and I told her I don’t know where this extra charge came from and she told me that my bank was lying I made an appointment for 3 o’clock to go get my nails taken off and she called me at 2o’clock and told me she was going to offer me a refund but I would be needing to go elsewhere to get my nails taken off. This place is highly unprofessional please save your time and your money!

They always do a great job on my nails and are super friendly.

I went to this salon to get a fill I called in they got me in 15 m later ,that lady that help me was super nice she did a great job she got the shape I wanted , thank you so much for getting me in today

The man was so nice but man my nails, were so bad I asked if he could do a certain set and they said yes but couldn’t and I just told them to do other wise, my nails were so crooked lumpy and fell off within 1 week sadly the man was so sweet just quality isn’t good !

This salon is very close to my office and my go to for manicures and pedicures. I was reluctant to have gel nail polish as my experience with it has not been the best and prior technicians scraped my natural nail when removing the polish making my nails thin and brittle. Michelle applied the gel, but Winnie removed it when I had to have it redone 3 weeks later and she was gentle and did a great job. I again a fan of gel nail polish and its long lasting effect. Winnie, the owner also does 3-D and now the new 9-D nail applications. The staff converses with the customers and the atmosphere is comfortable. Highly recommend. Check them out!

Friendly staff but dip nail is lacking. This product should last 3 weeks. 2 days later, I have one that entirely popped off and another thats cracked. Also they told me cost was $35 over the phone but charged $40 when I checked out. Would not recommend.

Went to Nouvelle Touch Nails n Spa on my lunch break after being dissatisfied at another nail shop in the city. Shes sweetest and is extremely meticulous. I love the scent of the airy here, which I feel relaxing than ever. My price is Nice.

The got me in for a walk in and it was fine, I didnt notice until I got home that one nail was not covered fully, but I am sure they didnt mean to. I will be going again to see if they can change my mine. Fair prices though!

Winnie is the best! This salon is very clean and all equipment sanitized. She is professional, super sweet and goes out of her way to always get you in on your time table. She also does waxing and is amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised when my wait was only about 5 minutes ( maybe less! ). My technician worked wonders & her reputation as a highly skilled cosmetologist was definitely well deserved. I will continue to go back to this place.

I like this place! Its near my house & the women do an excellent job with my pedicures. No complaints at all! Its very relaxing & my husband has even enjoyed a pedicure there!

HORRIBLE. I went in today. Asking for ombré acrylics “coffin shape” they are BY FAR coffin shaped. And are just pointed along with not being faded. Looks more like plan pointed acrylics. Also 2 nails are crooked and 1 nail is down to the bed of the nail, hurts to touch. Have pictures but cannot post.

I did a walk in for a pedicure. The staff was very friendly and I liked the place. The problem is that I got my pedicure Saturday and by Wednesday it was already chipping and cracking. I havent worn heels or peep toe shows that would have caused that. When I do my own pedis, it lasts at least 3 weeks not 4 days! I even took pictures but cant post on Google review.

Lovely spa to relax and get pampered. I’ve been coming to Nouvelle Touch Nails & Spa for about a year since moving here. The ladies are fantastic and accommodating. It has a great atmosphere and I recommend it!

I came in here a week after another salon did an awful job. Nail techs are experienced and do an amazing job! I would say this is the best mani pedi Ive had since moving here. Would be happy to refer anyone here who may be looking for a great place!

I tried to like this nail salon, but after my last visit I refuse to give them anymore of my service. It took an hour and a half to get a fill. Ive had my nails done plenty of times and I do know that a fill can be done in less than an hour. I ended up going on my lunch break, but I ended up having to take time out of my paycheck because they werent organized enough. Then - I was sitting at the nail dryer when an older woman came and checked my nails. She touched my nail and said they were dry so I got up to pay. I was reaching in my purse for my credit card and two of the nails on my left hand smudged and the lady laughed and said oops. She didnt offer to fix them. I left ZERO tip. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Everything is very clean AND modern. In addition, before starting my mani/pedi, My technician gave me many good advices to take care of nails. I will definitely come back every two weeks … and see them once more.

The absolute worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had in my entire life. I only went here because it was one of the few places open on Memorial Day that had decent prices. They didnt have the proper acetone to remove the gel nail polish and so they continually filed it off my nails. My nails are real - so if they were originally the thickness of a cereal box, they are now the thickness of a piece of paper. She didnt use the proper machine to set the gel polish, so I left with them being sticky....................... Highly dissatisfied.

Amazing place feels like home. The nails are beautiful, they are clean, fun and outgoing. They do eyebrows, tint eyebrows, full face wax, pedis all in one stop.

They are really nice here and always do a good job. You cant beat the prices and I feel like they do a great job cleaning and sanitizing their instruments.

Got a spur of the moment mani/pedi here on friday morning. I like this place a lot! The staff here are sweet and always smiles - very pleasant! We chatted the entire time they did my nails. Super clean and good selection. Really great at it. I know Ill be back here again soon.

Minnie was verry friendly but the quality of my set of nails i had got done were horriable. I spent 57 dollars in there and i had a wedding to go to. Wasnt a good selection of colors i just wanted pink powder and glitter she started putting gold glitter that was All dried out and i asked her do you have any other glitter she pulled out loose glitter that looked like it was from the dollar store my nails were really lumpy. I drove down the street to fusion nails right after had to pay another 25 to fix. Felt bad winnie was super sweet but my experience wasnt good. While i was getting my nails done a lady came in And said i just got a pedi and my feet are really rough and minnie told her (ill give you a plumis stone to take home) the lady said i dont wanna go home and do it myself i pay you guys to do it 5 min later a lady took her back to fix it. When i go to check out minnie said if you dont like your nails come back ill fix it. She knew it looked nothing like the picture i had showed her

The people were friendly but Im disappointed I just got my nails done with gel polish not even a week ago and its already chipping and coming off.

Dont go here for acrylics.
