Nail Perfection is literally that-perfection. Every single person in here does your nails with the highest quality and the utmost care. They go above and beyond. I always leave here feeling my best and the results are consistent and top notch. I’m about to move 30 mins away and you can bet I’ll be commuting here still! The atmosphere is also wonderful and their prices are awesome. In the past, I’ve spent way more for far less and you won’t have that problem here.

Whether I make an appointment or need a walk in, the staff are always kind and timely. Nana is my favorite! She is a perfectionist and my feet look and feel great.

Christoph provided me with a French acrylic full set.He made sure both hands were even and looked the same. He took extra care to ensure my nails were without glue or acrylic powder underneath the nail. I loved the attention to detail otherwise I will pick them apart.He was very kind, personable and funny. I would recommend him for nails for sure!

I have been going to this salon for 13 years and have never been given a reason to go anywhere else. The service is always amazing, everyone is so kind, and the environment is very welcoming. My favorite nail tech (not to say the others aren’t amazing as well) is Kristoff. He always makes sure my nails are done thoroughly and with great quality, makes sure to check at each step that I am ok with how they look, and is always fun to chat with. The prices are much lower than anywhere else I have gone and the quality is much better! I would strongly suggest visiting Nail Perfection, just make sure to make an appointment to be safe!

This place was so inviting and had a great atmosphere. The girls were very kind. They talked and joked with us and showed a genuine interest in all of their customers from what I could tell. Since they are by appointment it didnt feel like a rushed experience and the ladies really paid attention to details.. I cant wait to get my nails done here again! It was the worst pedicure Ive ever had! I didnt get what I wanted, it was very painful and the polish was running and she didnt fix it. The lady that did my manicure touched up the polish on my toes when she was done with my manicure. The manicure was mediocre but she had to redo the polish on my fingers because it too was also running. At least she fixed it. I flushed 80 dollars down the drain going to this place. Ugh!!

After having several great shellac manicures .. the last 3 have been less than desired. Not only being cut where I left bleeding -- which I understand it can happen but leaving globs of polish on the sides of my nails, having my nails filed down on top surface (not the edges) to the point where my nails are so thin -- my nails all split. I have given up on this shop.The owner did one manicure and was upset with me and the color I picked out .. The polish was thin, bubbly and uneven -- after the second coat went on, I commented and had to press him to make it right and put on another color .. he was less than pleased and annoyed with me for picking the first color to begin with.This last visit was the worst .. I was reprimanded from not sitting perfectly perpendicular to the nail station (which I had done my best in a VERY crowded salon) -- their reprimand came all the while the technician was focused on everything else but my nails! He was up and down -- suddenly talking in Vietnamese to staff and and at one point he abruptly got up to serve another client and passed me off to another gal .. in the end the other clients left. So he came back and rushed to finish my mani. When I point at all the polish smudged on my skin .. he proceeded to take a nail file to my skin in order to remove. I doubt this is the technique taught to new nail stylists. My current manicure left my nails down to stubs .. clipped down to the pink area due to the weak nails. I am so disappointed -- I loved this shop but no more .. 3 strikes and they are out. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt -- but 3 times in a row, to leave unhappy is just not worth it. I am now in search for a place that takes pride in their work.

Hannah is a great nail tech! She is so sweet and does an amazing job. Nail perfection is not overly expensive like many salons in the area(Anthony Vince). The quality of their work(Hannahs) is superb and I’d nightly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing nails in the springs! Thanks always Hannah!!!

I have been going to this salon since I moved to Colorado many years ago when it was owned and ran by Momma Delena. When Momma Delena ran this shop it was AMAZING! ALWAYS VERY CLEAN, NEVER RUSHED, SO FRIENDLY, everyone was so happy and EVERYONE WAS TREATED LIKE FAMILY. Since about mid August this salon has been on a downward spiral to no place good. They brought in some new cheap colors that dont last but a week tops, the salon is dirty and I always feel rushed in and rushed out by the unfriendly gal who sits up front (Hannah). Hannah has done my nails on two different occasions, both times were poor quality, had I had to go to a different salon for fixes. They only two employees at this shop who are worth seeing are Jenn and Christoff. Of course they are wonderful because they were part of the Momma Delena amazingness. My recommendation, if you want your nails to last more then a couple days, either get an appointment with the oldies.... Christoff or Jenn or just find a different nail salon because the days of the amazing business Momma Delana ran left when she retired, and 90% of the great staff left. :( I personally decided to start going to another shop unfortunately also have told everyone I know to go to other shops as well, and stopped recommending this salon. I will forever miss the good old days of when Nail Perfection was THE BEST!!

I gave this nail salon a shot after a botched nail job two weeks ago at a different salon. I have to say that this place rocks. The lady I had took her time and totally fixed my nails. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be back!

I took my daughter for her birthday. It was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and friendly and they did a great job. We will definitely go there again.

The quality depends on the technician you get. I recommend making an appointment with the experienced technicians. There’s only 3 of them that are good, the rest take on walk in customers. The good ones are the young female with dyed blonde hair, the white female, and the older lady. So, the ladies are good, the guys are not consistent with the quality and take on walk in customers when the ladies are not available, which they are not. I’ve had good and bad experience from the same male technician.

I got a simple set of acrylics. I was greeted and seen quickly. I like the atmosphere of this salon. The tech I had was friendly and we had a decent conversation, but I should have done then myself. I typically do but today I decided to treat myself. They were longer on one hand and both of my index fingers were noticeably crooked. I went home and spent an hour trimming and trying to straighten them. There was no cuticle pushing or trimming, all though I do try to keep up with that myself. I went to this salon because they have great reviews but Ill probably find somewhere else to go closer to my house.

I think if you are going to turn someone away an hour and 15minutes before you close and ask them to make an appointment-you should advertise as appointment preferred or only. Bummed that I came on a Tuesday evening at 5:45pm and was kind of avoided for the first 5minutes after walking in, and then asked to come back tomorrow.Seems like a great place, but I wouldn’t know. But I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. I will go elsewhere.

I’ve been going here for years for pedicures and an occasional manicure, sometimes by appointment and sometimes walk in, and they always do a great job. Friendly staff, bright and clean interior, and the salon doesn’t have a strong acrylic nail odor like some places do. I recommend calling ahead before walking in because they are often busy — it’s obviously a place loved by many!

Ive been coming here since 2007 and Im satisfied every time. Ive tried 20+ salons throughout the Springs and no one comes close to the professional, friendly service at Nail Perfection. Even my 14 year old daughter sees how much better they are.

Every single staff member is so nice. The lady who did mine actually cared how I wanted my nails to look and they turned out great. The prices are cheap too. By far the best nail experience Ive ever had.

People are very nice, but the quality is not consistent. Ive had a few good experiences, but Last time I went in with my friend, the owner did my friends nails and was answering calls and talking on her cell phone the majority of the time. The guy who did my nails seemed annoyed and didnt ask what level of service I wanted, just rushed me through a basic pedicure. Ive never been able to walk in, they either tell you to pick a color (from a very limited selection) and you wait 45 mins to be seen or they ask you to leave and come back in a couple hours. Doesnt matter what time of day or day of the week and Ive Left the last couple times thinking I could have done a better job at home.

Went for my full set after Covid and 5 days after my pointer finger broke went back had it fixed 3 days laters broke again had to wait 2 days to get it fixed after that was fixed that same night I was throwing away a few plastic bags and my pinky nail popped off had to make an appointment to have it fixed was a week away in that time all the rest of my nails fell off one by one so I go to my appointment and they wanna charge me for another full set all that happened within 2 weeks of paying for my full set to not even last 2 full weeks go somewhere else better quality and a bigger selection of colors .

Wife was frantic over a nail chip from another spot. Nails Perfection happily fixed it and didnt charge but 5 dollars.... Also went over the rest and placed some sort of glue on them to help. Been searching for a new nail salon for over a year and just found one for her... Will be taking our business this family owned salon

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! The BEST nail salon in CS. I have visited quite a few in the last 10 years and was so happy when I found this one. I have been going for over 3 years! Kimberly is amazing but I would see any one of these awesome ladies!! They are all very artistic. This family owned business makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I will never visit another salon and have referred quite a few of my friends and family members!!

I moved here from Chicago and wish I would have found this place sooner. Kimberly is a perfectionist my nails are always flawless 😍 not to mention she’s enjoyable to talk to so spending an hr at the nail salon isn’t me staring off to space in silence. They have a great selection of colors. My nails always last until my next appointment and no one does my coffin shape like she does. I’ve been to pretty much every nail shop in Colorado Springs until I found this place I won’t go anywhere else. Even the atmosphere is nice it’s family owned and you feel that vibe. Everyone was so nice. Great prices and service. Everyone spoke English. It was nice to be able to have a conversation with the girl doing my nails. That was a first for me. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Went there to get hombre nails, almost through with the set, they told me they actually don’t have the powder to do so... ended up having to get my nails re done 3 times and ended up with a set I a)didn’t want and b) not so great.I almost walked out when they said they couldn’t change the color... but totaled to 50.00 still and I still tipped 10.I won’t be going there again....

Do not come here as a walk-in. Walk-in welcome does not mean 1+ hour wait. If you are going to accommodate walk-ins, have techs available. I will not be returning, nor recommending this place, even though its within walking distance from my house.

I got my sisters nails done here (her first time having acrylics) it was a beautiful salon. I had been here once previously and it wasn’t as nice as this time around. We got here and they seemed busy but squeezed is in :) The nail tech was amazing and took her time doing the nails. She was super polite and talkative. The only issue I had was they had multiple dogs and a small child in the building. The toddler kept crying and screaming. In response everyone would get really loud to cheer her up. I debated getting a pedicure but I want to be in a relaxing environment. This is definitely not the place if you want to destress and unwind. It’s loud and chaotic.

Stopped in today because they had the best reviews on Google and I am so glad I did! Jennifer was the sweetest gal and made my coffin nails look amazing! I even got to play with little Jack and Babe! Super friendly staff and all the other customers were so kind as well. I walked out feeling like a brand new lady! Thank you for fixing the mess that was my finger nails 💕 Cant wait to come back in a few weeks!

I decided to try nail perfection as they are right next to my neighborhood. I got the gel polish. The older women who did my nails, was very nice but I noticed she was putting the polish on very THICK, which I know your not supposed to do with gel. Sure enough, not even a week later they are lifting and pealing at the cuticle. Very disappointed!! Nancy

Finally found a place I like! I dont get my nails done often, but I think its because I really dont like the common nail salon. This place was great. Just needed some mommy time and they were the only place near me open on Sunday! Fun, great customer service, spoke ENGLISH, and good prices too. I just became a regular. Thanks!!!

Im giving them a 3 star rating due to having to listen to the owners 2 year old cry for 20 minutes while getting a pedicure. Then they have 2 dogs running around the salon jumping on the furniture. I like dogs, but I dont think a nail salon is the place for them.

The amount of times I’ve tried this place I can honestly say I’ve had only one good experience and that was from a nice young man. It’s the rudest place I’ve experienced with very little gratitude for you giving them your business. When You walk inyou feel as though you’re an inconvenience to them. No one smiles and welcomes you or seem like they value your business apart from the little dogs. The fact they have a baby in a pack n play amongst all those fumes is terribly irresponsible! That’s not an environment for a baby to be 24x7. Won’t be going back here.

Super nice people- awful nails. You could totally see the grow out under the fill plus they were lifting UNDER the fill 🤯. Started lifting more within a few days.
