I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and Sang does an amazing job on my nails every time no matter what style im going for. They are the best nail salon in Colorado Springs I know my opinion and I would recommend them to anyone. All of their nail techs are great at what they do!

They are always busy, but they move fast to get you started. I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a fill and color. They do a great job, I love this place. Short nails are hard to make pretty, but they slay every time. Acrylic fill, gel color, & design $80 +tip😍

The process kind of hurt at some points (not too bad at all!) but it was totally worth it because the nails are gorgeous 🤍 If I lived in the area I would definitely go again! Very good service and kind employees as well.

Im extremely disappointed after going here. I got a basic pedicure and the price said $30 and then they blind sided me with an additional $20 for a gel top coat? If you are going to charge that much you need to be up front about it from the very beginning. I wont be coming back. No she did not tell me it cost more and I read clearly the description of the pedicure I was purchasing. Despite the response provided. Readers be careful dont let her response deceive you Honestly who would knowingly pay $20 for gel? I could buy 2 bottles to use myself at home and buy a $30 light with the amount I paid.

Kelly and Daniel were so fun and professional! They talked and joked with me and my friend, and made us feel comfortable and welcome while they gave us AMAZING pedicures! I don’t get pedicures often but this makes me want to go back soon! Amazing service and quality.

I have been going to Amys for 19years. The quality of the products that she uses is top of the line. They never lift or pop off. And the Volcano pedicure is the best. Best place in town.

Just went and got a simple set done. Two letters , one color for all the nails. Came out to $60. Some of the nails were Crooked as well as my nails are basically see through because of not enough polish. Also the lady had dropped some of the tools on the floor and continued to use them on me without washing or replacing them. When i tried to call and get a refund. I was told that was not possible. Would have much rather gone to my normal place and paid $25 for better quality care and experience.

So the lady who did my nails was pleasant and did a nice job painting. However that bucket that they bring over with the pedicure lotions, oils, and scrubs. All of the containers were dirty. The lady kept touching them and then touching my feet. I was wondering how many people before me they were used on because she did not wipe them down after me. The handles of the spoons in the scrubs were dirty and she touched the spoon to my feet and put it back in the stock container. The cuticle cutters that were used on me were in the container and she sprayed them once and put a cover on them. They were not allowed to dry. I am praying I don’t get a fungal infection from these practices!

I didnt realize it was possible for someone to cut me with every single tool she used, but the lady who did my nails today managed it. And with no apology, she even charged me $10 more than I have ever paid here before! Suffice to say I will not be returning.

I just got simple purple acrylics with nothing else on them and it came out to $53? That seems very expensive for such a simple set. Not only that but on 3 of my nails i was cut, if its gonna be 53 dollars can the nails im getting be good quality. The nails are supposed to make me feel pretty but with them cut up it doesnt make me want to show off my nails. There are so many places that have cheaper nails and dont cut you that i would rather go.

Honestly I’ve been to a lot of nail salons but this one has been my favorite. It’s clean and the staff is friendly and they do great work! The prices are fair for the quality of work you’re getting also.

Zero stars worse place I have ever gone. Just got my nails done and they look Like I had them a week. My mother in law for hers done as well and they argued that the acrylic isnt supposed to go to the cuticle.

I used to go to Amys Nails when it was down south, then I saw she moved up north! I have ALWAYS been happy with the service, pricing, and quality of hers and her employees. They are very detail oriented and very respectful. I recommend Amys Nails II !

Amy is awesome!! This location is right across the street from my work so it’s convenient for me. She’s very thorough and does an awesome job. There’s lots of pedicure and manicure stations and the staff here are fast too. I had gel polish in the glitter photo and then went back in to have to tips removed and Amy did the powder and I love it!The glitter was taken after a few weeks so you’re seeing them after they grew out some.

Sang is very professional and friendly. Did an excellent manicure using gel polish on my nails. I will be back!

They are anyways so nice, quick and attentive, and above all clean at this nail salon. I never fear getting a foot fungus here, they use liners and clean everything so well! I highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had ever. Do not go here. I came here to get gel nails done for a wedding. The man who was doing my nails was really disrespectful. I kept pulling back in pain because he was filing my nails too hard. And when I told him he was filing too hard, he told me that I was being too He left a lot of space in between my nail and the gel. And when I asked about it got an attitude with me. My nails look like I’ve had them for 2 weeks instead of two days. THE WORST service I’ve ever SERIOUSLY. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great place! They didnt talked my ears off and my nails are perfect! No chips and even with gel my nails dont last a couple of hours. I work with leather so I know about this.

Amy is amazing! The work is great, the place is immaculate! I love going there and how they fit me and and stay late and do whatever I need for my schedule. Ive had fills, full sets, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Never been more satisfied long term with a salon. My very dry cuticles have cleared up considerably and I dont have bleeding fingertips between fills anymore. Thanks! Oh, and the prices are fair too!

I have this weird ankle callous. In the past when I have gotten pedicures the tech has been able to easily remove. I upgraded to a spa pedicure and the nail tech seriously cut my ankle and removed a chunk of skin and didnt remove the callous at all. The tech who painted my sisters nails did a terrible job and we had to ask that she repaint them and she was not very nice about it. I had heard great things but I will not be back. This was a horrible experience.

Nice and polite but $60 for ombré with a coffin shape isn’t worth it to me. Been getting nails done for years truly got over charged with no design and one coat of clear. Never again

Mike was patient and very good at his job. I came in with hoofs and came out very relieved and a great pedicure. Highly recommended.

Amy & Kelly have been doing my nails for at least 2 years now. Im extremely picky about my nails, & theyve never disappointed me.For people that are concerned about price, you get what you pay for honestly. Sorry. Ive never paid an outrageous price here, I leave feeling like Ive paid an acceptable price for the service provided to me. Quality nails are not cheap. I go 3 weeks+ in between fills, never had a nail break, & Amy is great at squeezing me in last minute when I procrastinate.Highly recommend making appointments in advance, as the entire salon can get very busy.

Ive been going there for several weeks and have had no issues. Last week I was with a different tech who was VERY rough. I was told by Amy, your mom changed your appointment. She did not call, her co worker who has a daughter named Jennifer called to change her appointment. Amy made it my fault and was awful sorts of mean to me. They have lost 5 customers over this as they have become mean and nasty with us. Beware!

My sister and I went here today for pedis for her birthday and we will not be returning. The lady that did my sisters took a chunk out of my sisters ankle and she never attempted to apologize for. My toe nails look awful even after having the nail tech repaint my big toes. When we tried to complain to the lady who cashed us out, she didnt try to apologize either for what happened to my sisters ankle and just argued with me about mine. I really wish now that we had never paid. Definitely not worth the $60.

They do as good as most other nail salons I’ve been to.. but 50.00 for a gel fill is a little on the steep side for me.

Had an appointment on December 1. Arrived a few minutes later. Waited for about 30 minutes before I decided to leave. When making the appointmentI spoke with the owner who I assume is Amy based on the name of the salon. Apparently I didnt have an appointment because two regular customers walked in after me and were seated to get their service started. Amy never said anything to me or stated how long the wait would be.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Staff is nice, but prices are high and “basic” services don’t include much.

You are sleep if you havent been here. They are beyond awesome. I moved here from Texas last month. It has been really hard to find a nail salon. I even gave one place two tries. I am soo happy I no longer have to search for my nail shop. I have found it. By the way thanks JJ (Male technician) for fixing that horrible job the last place done! I am soo happy with my nails.

If you want poor service and love to treated like a second class citizen go to “Amy’s Nails2” When the owner Amy opened her shop up north 5 years ago, I gave it a couple of tries with my pedicures but her technicians all fell short with their poor quality of work and lack of keeping up with the trends. I would only go in for my brow waxes with “ Kelly “ well my most recent visit to see Kelly has me writing this review to warn all!!! After multiple times of walk ins and even trying to set up an appointment time to get in dealing with Amy who is the most unprofessional rudest owner in the nail game that I’ve ever met. I would never subject myself to pay for such poor customer services. Each and every time I walked in or called Amy she would come up with literally any lame excuses she could come up with why Kelly was unavailable. So warning all the five star reviews listed on google are most likely her employees. Not worth spending your money or time there.

My money is very valuable to me and I want to go to a place where I know I will get the best. I get talked about in another language,my nails break after two days when I open a door or soda. I want a great pedi not one that sucks. I want to take load off not worry about what there saying about you. One day Ill tell them off Im done being talked about while spending my hard earned money . There rushing and I dont like that because my nails always come out bumpy and break too fast. Take your time and maybe Ill be willing to give you a tip.

I went to get my nails done and asked one person how much a full set would be and they said 35 dollars after he was done and no fancy art work or anything he charges me 55 dollars. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

This place is so unprofessional it is pathetic. Asked for my toe design to match my hand design and was told it was not possible because my hands were gel and my toes would have regular polish... Omg, where did they get there nail tech license that they cannot due two polishes on a big toe without it being gel to clean up there lines, i thought you learned how to do straight lines in kindergarten....Then the manager and two workers were playing cards at workstation 11 like this is a casino....AGAIN UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER AGAIN

I am from Georgia and just recently moved here. I have been getting my nails done for years and never have I had weak flimsy nails after soaking acrylics off myself. Well my nails are stripped and painful and are very damaged. More than likely they use mma acrylic on nails instead of ema. Mma is what is used to fill cavities. Will not be going again.
