I just moved here from TX and I have been looking for a place that I can trust to do a nice job. I made an appointment with Tammy and she did a beautiful full set on me today. Her work is such good quality!! She cleaned and sanitized after every customer and she was very friendly and professional. I can’t wait to go back for other services. Trust me, she is wonderful!

Went in yesterday with my mom. I had my nails dipped with added length. Tammy is SO sweet and she is really proud of her salon, which I admire. She also keeps her salon super clean. When I told her about my nails’ sensitivities to certain tools, she listened, and made sure I was comfortable. She did an amazing job on my nails and I can 100% genuinely say that she has earned herself a new client for life. 10/10 highly recommend. 💅🏼

Tammy is amazing! The other ladies I didnt care for much. I walked in and nobody greeted me, just gave me the stare down. Then Tammy came out and greeted me. Shes so nice and I enjoyed chatting with her. Her staff definitely needs better customer service skills. 5 stars goes to to Tammy! And I absolutely loved my nails!

I unfortunately did not have a good experience like the rest of the reviews state they’ve had. I must of gotten an inexperienced manicurist. My nails started chipping a few days after and my cuticles started piling like the pictures show. I also This hasn’t happened to me with any past manicures. I called the salon and the owner tried blaming it on me and saying it wasn’t their fault, like if I damaged my cuticles myself...very upsetting and a waste of money :/

I just left the Salon a few minutes ago and can safely say that was one of my BEST nail salon experiences I’ve ever had! Tammy is so sweet, kind, and really likes to get to know her guest! She sees what you want and brings it to life perfectly! My nails have never looked better!

Both of the ladies in the salon were so happy and upbeat, I was able to get in for a last minute pedicure after my Nail professional waxed my overdue brows (they are perfect too). She made sure the water wasnt too hot, got all the dry skin off of my feet gently and gave an excelent massage with the sugar scrub. I may mot get pedicures often but I will be back here. I have never felt more welcomed at a nail salon than I did here.On a side not the place was exceptionally clean and tidy, the polish jars were all clean and the music was easy to listen to! Cant wait for my next pedicure!

The owner is amazing! My new nail salon. About 5 bucks more expensive than my last place, but at least he does my nails right! Awesome!

After trying six different salons across the springs and being disappointed I finally found the perfect nail salon! Beautiful shop, very clean and I LOVE Tammy the shop owner. Being as picky as I am I can confidently say Tammy goes above and beyond to make sure Im happy with my nails. Prices are also lower than I expected for the level of service I get. After being a customer for over five years I would highly recommend fantasy nails! :)

I’ve been seeing Tammy since I have lived in Colorado Springs (6 years). To start, she does beautiful work; be it acrylic, shellac, or dip (I’ve had her do all three). Kim, her very sweet sister, does a mean shellac pedicure for me once a month. This salon is clean, professional, and is customer-service focused. Tammy has fixed nails that I have broken being careless. Honestly, these ladies are just really wonderful people and do terrific work. I cannotrecommend them enough.

I have been going to Tammy for over 10 years. I love her and her staff and the friendly atmosphere. I am always more than happy with my nails and I love getting a pedicure too! I think of them as family and enjoy myself each and every time I am there!!!

I got my nails done here for the first time. Got an infection underneath every single one of my nails that led to a trip to the ER. My skin is cracking and separating from my natural nails and it is very painful. Could have used a dirty tool, but I have had acrylic nails for the past 2 years and never had a problem. I will never go back.And the technician did go underneath my nails. They always take the drill and file the underside of nails. It is not only the bottom that is infected. My cuticles are double their normal size and the sides of my cuticles/ nails are bloody and cracked.Maybe you should take criticism and problems like a dignified human being and not filter your reviews and think your business is perfect because due to my visit it was anything but perfectly. I was going to other nail salons for manicures and pedicures and I was never sastified and always treated like a number until now. Tammy the owner and her sister Kim treat me like family and give excellent service every time. Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years now and Fantasy Nails is the best place by far to get your nails done in Colorado Springs. Ive searched and searched for a good nail place in Colorado springs and after a horrible experience at bliss nails today I came into fantasy nails and found my place !!! Tammy was so wonderful and sweet. My nails looks amazing and she really took her time and effort on them . She was very tentative asking me if I was okay or if that hurt . By far one of the best experiences Ive ever had . I recommend this place and Tammy to everyone 💛

After going through countless salons I am so happy to have finally found fantasy nails! Every other nail salon Ive been to in Colorado springs has been terrible, and I find my polish chipping within days, and thats even with shellac! Tammy is an absolute gem and so are her employees, they are friendly, professional, and actually care about their clients wants and needs. I recommended fantasy nails to my roommate and mother, and they as well wont go to any other salon now. Sometimes it helps to call ahead and make an appointment because they can get pretty busy but other then that they are amazing and I absolutely recommend going here.

Ive been getting my nails done for years and this is by far the most friendly and comfortable place to go. They are so personable and my nails always look perfect.

She would fill my nails and they would break the next day and they would always have hairline fractures which when I pointed them out was told was normal. Each time I had to come back within 3 days of a fill I was charged for each finger fix which sometimes was more than just one. when it happened three times in a row I brought it to her attention that this is happened every time she got incredibly defensive and thats when I realized I was a fool for going in one last time after she had screwed up my nails three times in a row with chips and hairline fractures each time

My wife came last week, and had a manicure done, in where they damaged her cuticles to the point of serious pain. She left out of town the day her nails were done, and called the nail salon to voice her concerns about the pain.I came in person to speak with Tammy about my wife’s nails and was given the response of complete denial. Tammy stated that it had been two weeks since her visit (not true - it was actually 4 days). And that it was not even a remote possibility to have done something wrong. My wife has been getting her nails done for the past 15 years, this was a first time incident in where we were thoroughly disappointed.The establishment gave no solution to the problem, and instead embarrassed a customer who was currently doing her nails, by making her stand up and show a comparison of cuticles.

Loved this place. I would come when it was under previous ownership and it was ok. Now that Tammy owns it, its wonderful! So friendly and they do a great job.

Tammy, the new owner, was patient enough to deal with my short brittle nails and I am super impressed with the outcome. The full set of acrylics were not too thick, the length I requested, and never felt like I was rushed through the process. I will definitely be back!

Let me start off by saying I am a licensed cosmetologist, specializing in nails. I would do myself but my stuff is still packed from California ( just moved here) this place is Totally overpriced. I would say that being from California the market is so saturated there that prices are low due to competition but that is not the case. Ive been to two other salons in the area. One was booked and I have a movie to see and I couldnt remember where the other one was because I stopped on a fluke. $15 for one broken nail and a polish change....$15!!! Ridiculous. Almost the price of a fill that comes with a polish change. I got one repaired just last week with a polish change for $8. (Im in the process of moving lol) Almost double the price. I thought the national $ for a broken nail was $3 I say that because Ive broken many and have been to many different salons to repair including one in this area. Maybe $5 because its coffin shape. However, Ive been wearing coffin for appx 3-5 yrs and have still been repaired for $3. Their pamphlet says $8 for polish repair and 3+ for nail repair.....soooooooo I was charged $7 to repair ONE nail. So done with this placeUPDATE: I contacted them to be sure I wasn’t overcharged. She said $7 for nail repair because it was coffin shape and long.....see pic. Nail is medium length. Don’t go somewhere who’s going to nickel and dime you for everything. They do not care about the consumer or returning customers only the dollar.

I’ve been searching for a good place to get dip in the Springs and this is it! Tammy does an amazing job — last month I went five weeks between appointments and my nails looked perfect for the entire five weeks. It’s never super busy and the color selection is great. Tammy is also just so fun to chat with. This is a family-owned, family-run business and you can tell how invested these women are and how hard they work. So glad I found this place!
