This salon is amazing! Everything from the nail technicians working to the cleanliness of the store, no other place around can compare. The prices are cheap compared to the amount of time and effort they put in to make my nails looking amazing! I have been back and back even since I discovered this salon! I take everyone here when they come visit me. And with being a pandemic, they are taking precautions as well as increase safety protocols to protect their clients even when they busy! That’s a plus for me. Highly recommended!

Got my nails done for my 21st birthday by Stacy and she killed it! She was incredibly gentle with my natural nails and turned them into this strong gorgeous photo! The salon is incredibly high class with gorgeous decor. The staff gives off an extremely chill vibe. I do recommend an appointment because they are often booked up

Its few and far between that I can find nail techs who are good at doing designs. They do such a great job and are not over priced! Make sure to make an appointment though.

My cuticles were not properly cut. There was almost no proper prep to my nails except that my gel polish was taken off. They are lumpy and are incredibly thick and uneven. I doubt I will be back. All pictures are from RIGHT after my appointment.

This has been my go to place for pedicures for the last year. I’ve always had a good experience. Prices are fair. My feet and toes feel and look good when I leave.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they schedule everyone at the same time to where your waiting more than 20 minutes from your APPOINTMENT time to get seen, not only that if they’re busy and you do get seen they rush on you.Maybe try scheduling better.But assuming they make good money. They probably don’t care

Been here numerous times before without any issues but recent experience was disappointing. Vibe was off as staff was not as friendly or gentle as before. Nail tech doing pedicure acted as though she did not speak English and caught an attitude because I wanted to go with a service other than what she recommended. Overall, the experience was not as pleasant as usual but maybe I caught everyone on a bad day. Wish this salon the best and it’s time for me to try something different.

I went to tt nails for the first time on 9/17/21 and I would have to say I liked it very much everybody was very nice I’m bad with names but the young lady who did my nails did such a great job and was very nice and talked to me which I liked because a lot of time when I get my nails done they won’t talk and I will for sure be back and the price was not bad at all and I’m bring my sis inlaw with me and tt nails has a lot of nice colors to choose from and the place was very clean and I like how they ask to wash your hands before they start so who ever read this I would say for sure go

I went in to get a dip manicure, to start off he began doing the nails, no manicure. I brushed that off but then I asked the gentleman multiple times if the color selected would be transparent or if it was an actual color, after reassuring me it was NOT going to be transparent, he put it on and it was transparent. When I told him I wanted a different color that wouldn’t be transparent and that I’d pay for his time, instead of starting over he applied one coat of the color on top of the other. When he went to buff them out, they had some spots of the transparency color and some spots of the actual color. I mentioned it to him and he did nothing. After spending 2hrs and 45mins in the salon I paid and left. I won’t be back.

Very disappointed. Was not what I asked for. Let her know there were lines and it was not blended well and she said it was the powder. When I think she just didn’t want to fix it. Not happy with how ombré was done here. Will not be back again.

I went here for my second time to have a fill done. When I made the appointment, I stated I had two broken nails as well. My nail tech started off nice, and that mood changed quickly when she had to remove two nails because they were broke. One was fine but the second one hurt. She ripped off an entire piece which exposed a piece of the nail bed. Now I know accidents happen, but it was the complete unapologetic attitude that got me. Sides of my nails are catching on my hair. Which tells me they weren’t filed smooth. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because of my first experience being decent. I paid and tipped because I’m in a tipping industry and realize people have bad days. Be aware of your mistakes and attitude for the tech who did my nails.

This place was so clean and pretty inside. They were practicing safe distancing and everyone wore masks. My husband and I both got a pedicure and our nail techs were very nice and did a great job. I will be coming back and highly recommend.

Probably the BEST manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had!!!!Things were ROUGH after quarantine when I was trying to find a new salon. I bounced around and tried every place you’ve heard of. After a barrage of terrible experiences we finally stumbled in to TT, and thank god we did! I admit, I was ready to throw in the towel but the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and handled my nails with such care. Just a few month in and my nails are in the best NATURAL state of my life! I love going to TT and relaxing and my mind is always blown with the talented staff!Wonderfully maintained location, fantastic Covid protocols and I always feel at ease. 🖤

They take their time in getting you all glammed up. M e and my girls went in and was a bit late but they still accommodated us the best they could. We did mani and pedi including eyebrow. The lady that does the eyebrow is a gem. All 4 of us left with perfect brows,like so perfect we amazed at how she could get each persons perfect enough to fit their facial structure.I later took my husband there for pedicure and he loved it.

I have been going here for years and never had this type of experience before. I made an appointment on Wednesday and arrived on time. I showed the nail tech a picture of the color, shape and design I wanted. It was supposed to be an ombré fill-in with powder. Also coffin shaped. Nail tech Bella did a very bad job. I have 3 colors on my nails that are uneven, not blended, white powder in the wrong places, rough and bubbles all over them. I was rushing to another appointment so I called immediately to complain and requested them to be fixed. I was told to come back in today Saturday, which I did. When I got there no one else bothered to see the horrible job that Bella had done. When I sat down with Bella she kept saying all she can do is remove the top layer of gel and nothing else. I did not want to cause a scene so I just got up and left. No one else bothered to assist me. My daughter and I will never ever go back to this business again.

A Wonderful place to get your nails done! The staff except appointments & walk ins....they are ALL very knowledgeable and give credible advice on what types of nails, colors or shapes of nails work best with you personally along with advice on skin care for hands & feet.The place is quite large and can accommodate quite a few customers. The place is well maintained, very clean and they work with masks and always consider theyre customers comfort & safety over all else.I highly recommend this place for Accrylic nails, French tips, Manicures & Pedicures, waxing and everything else they do. They also have the most diverse selection of nail colors & styles I have ever seen.

Horrible design work. If I had the time would have had them do it all over. Not to mention all the paint residue on the skin they didnt clean up. Noticed the clumpy uneven powder work. Definitely NOT coming back again.

I wish google would allow you to post pictures but I went here after hearing so many good reviews about them but left with a horrible experience. I paid $50 for chunky uneven nails. Please do not go. Your wasting your money.Edit to add: I was able to post pictures. Also I did contact the nail salon and they have agreed to fix them. Responding to the owner... regardless wether or not you agreed to fix them they should of been right the first time. First impressions are everything and if you can’t take a negative review then don’t be in the service industry.

Sad day, the visit started out accommodating but quickly rushed soon after.

I had gone there a few times with the same person . She started off good and this last time she for lazy. She did a poor as job on my nails and had attitude . She also over charged me to do cuticles not a full manicure.

Went in with best friend and her sister and got my very first pedicure yesterday. Eli did a fantastic job and my legs and feet were so soft! Ive already made an appointment for my daughter and I to get our nails done tomorrow

I spent $90 on an acrylic set that literally lasted me one week they all fell off so easy ! Definitely will not be returning. Wouldn’t recommend

I would most definitely recommend this place! Everyone is always super nice and cheerful. The pedicures are always amazing and staff makes you feel so welcomed. The girls running the place are always on top of any questions or concerns. One time I went in and my phone was uncharged and they even let me borrow a charger. I love this place and I always go back here for my pedicures, as I have tried multiple other places in town for my pedicures I always end up back here. Great staff and environment!

Ive had mixed experiences here. The first was expensive and a bit disappointing. The second was great! The place is clean with a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall I would recommend coming here, but do yourself a favor and make an appointment first.

Usually I have a pretty good experience here. Today though, I went in with my best friend for a pedicure. All was fine til the tech painted my nails, there was no thin coat application which would have allowed the polish to dry evenly, however it was so thick, even after ten minutes the polish wasn’t dry. One little touch and the polish completely moved. Unbelievable, had her fix it, all for it to do it again. I ended up taking a napkin to it and removing the polish from my big toenail altogether. Not sure I’ll be back unless I have another tech. Thanks

Ive been to nail salons all over Colorado Springs and this place is by far my favorite! The shop is clean, they really take extra care in making sure everything is sterilized. My nail techs are always friendly and pay attention to detail. Couldnt recommend this place more!!

Amazing service! They were able to book my bridesmaids to have nail services and were kind enough to change services at the last minute for the girls that didnt like to have their feet touched. Their pedicure chairs are amazing and the new location is so beautiful. The picture is of my nails I got done for the wedding, theyve grown out a little, but theyre gorgeous.

While the atmosphere was pleasant, my nail tech was not!! i came with a friend and we got a full set each. her nail tech was super sweet and gentle, while mine was super rough, left me with cuts on my fingers from the drills and her own nails, nail polish on my hands and not even the shape or length i wanted!

Love this nail salon, definitely will be my go to salon from now on. They have soooo many colors, and everyone is so sweet. They actually take their time on me and do a good job, cant seem to find that in any nail salon in the springs, and I have tried A LOT.. They also have kids chairs which is a huge plus for me.

I always go to T&T and see Stacy! She’s awesome and listens to what I want and is meticulous! Ever since I went to her I haven’t let anyone else do my nails.

I’m yet to find a nail place better than TT nails. They serve you wine, soda, water while you get your nails done. The staff is great and friendly. Check them out. They even now have their point system computerized, this way you have discounts.

This is the only nail shop I’ve ever been to since I’ve moved to Colorado Springs. Excellent service every time I go in. It doesn’t matter who I work with, everyone is amazing!

Walked in for manis and pedis, my feet felt and looked good BUT manicure? it was the worst experience ever he messed 6 of them up and didnt even want to fix it, it was just a catastrophe he hurt me a few times didnt know how to do the fillings nor apologize.

Will never be coming back here again! Such a shame The woman who did my nails basically did them her way...Literally asked for a specific set and she said “that’s too much work” 👎🏽 And at the very least my nails were not prepped right, She couldn’t even push back my cuticles. Seemed like she was in a rush they came out very thick acrylic put very thin polish I was left with uncleaned polish on my fingers. Very disappointed. Terrible service

This is such a nice classy nail salon As soon as u walk in its clean it smells great and everyone seems to enjoy being there I love going to Bella for a fill/ acrylics & gel toes she’s so sweet and so good I told her what I like and she remembers and she’s so gentle usually most salons cut me or make me bleed but not Bella she’s great it’s always a gentle vibe in the shop.

Sloppy rush is what i do for the girl who does my feet for 60$ but completes it in 40 minutes

Basically didn’t get asked anything when it came to my pedicure just assumed I wanted the basic pedicure then when I asked to get a more deluxe pedicure I was told it was to late and personally I found that extremely wrong and rude I will never come back the workers at liked they didn’t want to work just one of my worst experiences!!!

It really depends on who you get. Ive been here before and i would rate that time 5/5. This time wasnt good. My nailes are super chunk on one hand and really thin on the other. I came in for a fill and color chamge and pedicure. My pedicure wasnt done very well either

It was my first time here, and as a walk-in. They got me In quickly, and Kim did my pedicure. Although there was language barrier, she was attentive and took her time to do a great job. Although it had been a while since I had a pedicure, she was gentle and my toes werent sore like other places cause. She was very sweet!Ann did my manicure and even adjusted the design per my request. She was careful and made sure that each nail was correctly shaped and that I was happy with the results. I did not feel rushed like some places do, and for this, I will be back soon! I really enjoyed it here.The receptionist, Rabecca, was nice and accommodating as well. ❤

I used to love coming here, I move two hours away and I drove up for my birthday. I made a appointment, they were rude and rushed. I felt so uncomfortable I just got basic nails even though wanted Halloween nails. Of course gel because they push it on you and it is peeling after one week ! I never had gel peel. I’mSo upset, I spent over 100 dollars.

Me and my husbands first time today! And the inside was gorgeous! The people were extremely nice and welcoming, and they used NEW UTENSILS! & liners in the pedicure bowls. A huge plus because I’ve been to a few shops that have tried to use dirty, already used utensils. Pedicure was relaxing and fast. I’m giving 4 stars because there is a rough spot missed on my heal but nothing a little foot scrub can’t fix :) this will be the only place we go to in the springs for now on!

Tammy did a great job with my eyebrows and upper lip. Note to self for future: do nott shade eyebrows in if getting a wax the same day. Wasnt really planning on getting it done, but Kim was very accommodating.Im the awkward customer that does not talk at all but I love watching the process. Rosa did an amazing job with my manicure. Never treated myself to more than a shellac but I felt adventurous.Thank you for another great visit. In my honest opinion, these ladies dont leave any customer feel left behind or forgotten!!

This is my first time but I loved it. The nail tech was extremely gentle and he was surprisingly fast. They do facials, waxes, pedis and manis. I got gel nails. It is a nice establishment and I will go back there.I also noticed that they have pink and hello Kitty chairs for kids who are getting pedis.

I was really hoping for a nice and relaxing experience for my birthday, and while the nails turned out amazing and everyone there seems super talented, the person who I got to do my nails was rude and made me pretty upset.

This is such a great place. Love the environment! The girl that does my nails is always Lexi. She does an amazing got she takes her time, only to do an amazing job. I don’t know about others but i prefer to take their time rather than rushing to get me out the door. She talks to me and always starts a friendly conversation. Her job is remarkable. Definitely worth my time and money!!!

To start off I’m extremely disappointed! You guys came highly recommended and did not live up to it, I came in yesterday evening for a full set pink and white ombré and was told it would be $55 the lady starts them and someone came over and said something to her and whatever it was she agreed well more than half way through she tells me oh she said I have to change it to $65 because of length so I told her no problem as long as they are nice! The length I should have had is not what I have because she took some off trying to fix them. Then they still came out uneven in length and on the surfaces and to top everything off she cut two of my fingers and instead of helping me clean them up or something she just said oops and touched my other hand. Definitely not worth $65 it was money wasted
