I tried other highly reviewed nail salons in the springs to get a nail appt on the same day and inspire nail spa was the only place that could take multiple people.The salon itself is very nice and clean.The gentleman that did my nails (full set) took his time doing my nails. I asked for my acrylics to be thin but it wasn’t as thin as I’m used to. I can tell he wasn’t the best technician there but I appreciate that he took his time and didn’t rush the work despite the fact that they were understaffed that day.If I could give some feedback my nails looked good only for about two days as he didn’t really ensure the acrylic and my nail beds blended. Once I started having growth the separation of the set and my nails were apparent. I noticed he didn’t really focus on my cuticle area to be smooth.My party got pedicures which they thought were great. Overall a good experience but I’d probably go to Ruby next time since other reviews state she’s the good one to go to.

I was in town for work and found them on Google. Im so glad I did. This place is nice, reasonably priced and the staff is WONDERFUL. They chitchat with you and have fun. Queenie took GREAT care of me. I let my feet go too long and my big toes had a little bit of ingrown toenails going on. Queenie was gentle, but extremely thorough. I wish I lived here because they are way better than any nail salon U have found back home. Give this place a chance. I guarantee you wont regret it.

Made an appointment weeks ago for a full set, eyebrow wax, and gel change on my toes. I arrived about 10 minutes late and was seated within 5 minutes to start my nails. My fullest took almost 2 hours. The nails itself are okay. The polish however is not! The owner (male) did my nails and his wife did the polish. I felt like she was rushing and the quality reflects. My French tips look HORRIBLE. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! And to make matters worse I was told I’d have to wait another 10-15 minutes to get my eyebrows waxed and toes polished. Once i stayed if it’s any longer I’ll be leaving the women asked me to pay because she knew it would be more time than that. Why make an appointment to sit around and wait? Why take two hours on a full set? I paid and left. I’ll be getting my nails redone tomorrow. Oh and she also didn’t clean up the polish around my cuticles. I left with polish on the slide of my fingers. SMH

I had the best experience! The atmosphere, friendliness, prices, and the cleanliness were amazing! Plus, Alani did an awesome job on my gel set. Im rough on my hands, being a server, and she made them look so nice. I will definitely be a reoccurring customer. 🤗

I was in the area for lunch with a friend. I had some extra time, so decided to see if they could get me in. As I was sitting in the chair for my pedicure I was delighted to see Dre! He used to do my nails! He moved salons and I lost track of him. So happy that they were able to fit me in with him. The girl that did my pedicure was great. They are an awesome group of people that work there. They have fun at work, but also do a wonderful job. I will definitely go back.

Inspire nail spa is my absolute favorite! The quality of their work is unmatched. I have had multiple techs and they all are exceptional! The nail art either for myself or watching others is unbelievable. A friend and I went to a different spa each week for over 3 months, to find “our” nail salon. We made it “our” place immediately. I do recommend to always make an appointment. They are usually very busy. I recommend being very careful when you make the appointment. We’ve had some issues with misunderstanding the time or the full service(s) we wanted to do. Also, take care to arrive about 10-15 early. You will not regret it!

My appointment was at 5, I had to wait 45 minutes before I was started. They over book and take walk-ins that push your scheduled appointment back. I understand maybe a few minutes of running behind, but 45 minutes is excessive. They have a group of great people, but their scheduling is something to be desired.

The artists at this salon are extremely talented. I’ve never enjoyed my nails more. The staff care to make sure you know exactly what you’re getting and ask you, every step of the way, if you like the work so far or if you would like any changes. Also, the staff is super friendly! I am a licensed cosmetologist and could have easily done this at home but my child wanted a salon experience getting acrylics for the first time in a salon for her birthday. So I chose this place based on the reviews. The man doing her nails kept leaving her to do someone elses nails. Guess he figured since she was younger that it didnt matter. I saw him walking around a couple of times but had no idea it was to service somebody else while he was in the middle of doing my daughters nails. If I would have known that I would have addressed it immediately and certainly not tipped. I cant express how unprofessional this was no matter who you are servicing. Then we can add the fact that her nails already looked slightly grown out even though they were just done and then less than a week later they were already lifting and falling off. Seems there needs to be some training on how to prep a nail?! The woman that did her pedicure was great and my nails are still intact 2 weeks later. The only complaint I have on my nails is the gel polish was applied way too thick making my nails a bit lumpy and bulky. Needless to say after the experience my daughter had I will not be going back to this place. So unprofessional and extremely poor quality certainly not worth the over $200 we paid!

I do not usually complain but this was by far the worst nail experience. I had an appt. but it seemed as if they just paired me up with someone. Unfortunately, this person, although nice, should not do nails. My nails are so sore to touch, paint on my skin which still has streaks and bubbles, nails are uneven and scratchy. He was so shaky. I only paid and did not cause a disturbance and he appeared to be trying very hard. I was only given the option to come back in a couple of days as another patron noticed my nails and offered to fix them but was too busy to fix them before I left. Gave me a card to call, come back and he went back to assisting a fellow customer. No apologies, discount or anything. I came here be as a friend recommended this place and there were awesome reviews but that is completely the opposite of my experience.

The staff was super friendly and amazing! Not only that but the product was perfect and fairly affordable! I paid for 3 of their special pedicures. Their staff was fun to listen to and made us all laugh! The gel polish has held up really well and everybody there was super nice and amazing!

I love this nail salon! They’re always professional and always have room for us! I absolutely love getting dip powder on my nails and they last for weeks (at least 3). This is really important because otherwise I pick my nails and the polish off if it starts chipping.

The pedicure was AMAZING. I also got my dip nails done and the man doing them was not nice, got upset because I wasnt sure about my colors and wanted his help, rough with my hands and didnt do a very good shape. I filed them at home to look better. I wanted to feel relaxed coming here but that didnt happen.

The staff here is amazing. I am normally not picky when getting my nails done but I came in to get my nails for my wedding and the owner couldn’t have been more patient with me. I got ombré nails and changed the base color 3 times and then he had to redo my thumbs because I felt like they were crooked. I felt so bad and apologized so many times and he told me not to worry, he was so considerate and made me feel so much better. On top of that I was holding my nephew when he painted my toes so when he was done I was unable to put my shoes on due to my nephew being asleep. I asked if I could just get a pair of flip flops and instead the owner put my shoes on for me. I can not recommend this place enough, they are absolute angles and I will definitely be coming back!!

I love Inspire nails. I am a regular customer coming once a month. I have seen a couple different people (all good) Andy, Rea and I have stuck with Allani. We seem to connect. She gives the Best Pedicures and my nails always look amazing. I do the Dip and I can go for 4 weeks. I treat myself monthly to this wondetful experience. This salon is clean, safe and professional. I had an excellent experience with Ri. She helped me figure out what I wanted and I appreciated her input so much. She did an AMAZING job on my nails, the best Ive EVER HAD IN MY LIFE, and I get my nails done every other month at least. Everything was gorgeous, the color, the length, the almond shape was perfect and all the lengths were measured and equal. Also, she didnt hurt my cuticles at all and they look more cleaned up than ever. Im beyond satisfied with my experience and will continue to travel to inspire nails from Canon city because it is WORTH IT

Went there for my pedicure appointment yesterday, the girl that did my pedicure did not even greet me nor ask me of what type of pedicure service I wanted. She assumed that I only need a regular pedicure. She seems like not interested doing her job, no customer engagement and she did not even out my toe nails, the service was so quick and I am not pleased at all. The service she gave me I could’ve done it myself and do way better than she does. Yup I still gave her a decent tip inspite of bad service coz that is what I do. I’ve been going to this place three times since a new management took over. But today the service I received was very disappointing. She did not even give decent time to scrub my feet, she only did it for less than a minute for both feet not that my feet is bad, my feet doesn’t need an hour scrub but doing it for less than a minute was my very first time experiencing that. I will not recommend this place, they only concern about the $ but not the quality of service.

I used to come here pretty often before the new management, it wasn’t all that special and the people weren’t very friendly. They got the job done but it was unwelcoming and boring. Since returning to the salon with new management I can absolutely say that it’s a wonderful salon. The owner is very kind and very professional and did a fantastic job on my nails. His wife did my sisters pedicure and she was just as charming. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Overall a great experience with nice people. Will definitely return and recommend.

Very convenient and directly across the street from my office. I hate going into nail places especially during weekend. In terms of cleanliness, they have they open up sterile packets for each customer. To handle callouses they have a fresh head each time. Highly recommend it. Price is very reasonable!

I love coming here to get pampered! Seriously, it’s such a treat. The music is so relaxing and inspiring I think last time I was in there they had pop covers being played by string it was uplifting and relaxing at the same time. I love that you can put tips on credit cards here. Its always annoying to me to have to have cash to tip because Im the girl who doesnt carry cash. This visit I happened to, and it was convenient due to the fact that I needed to tip two nail techs. But I will go to a salon based on that fact alone. Love the service and experience here.

The people who work here know how to keep the atmosphere just right. While they have fun & keep the customers having fun, they know how to keep it real & professional. I travel from the downtown area of COS, just too get my pedicures here. My daughters also love coming here to get their mani & pedis. It’s great bonding time, or just relaxation time. Im a very specific person. Like ridiculous.. Even annoying.. Ive been several times now to the new owners and had a great experience each time. Even if I cant understand them or they cant understand me. Everyone can understand the difference between kindness and rudeness. These people are kind and are just trying to provide a service in a place that had a been a nail salon before with a great reputation. I was a loyal customer for 12 years friends with owner. I will continue to come and hopefully other people with give them a shot!

Everything about this nail salon I loved, they were very friendly and welcoming. They were all Covid-19 certified and was overall an extremely clean shop. I had the pleasure of working with Reana and Andy they both made me feel comfortable, and made my experience spalike and for someone who doesnt treat yourself this was very much appreciated. They both asked me for my preferences and also fufilled my requests with no resistance. They also gave me a 7 day guaranteed for my gel nail set and well its been 2 weeks and 4 days i am ecstatic that my gel polish and french tip pedicure are still hanging on great. (Ready to refresh but all solid with NO chipping) This is the only shop that I see myself recommending and visiting from now on!
