I absolutely love this place. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve gotten my nails done, strictly because I’ve never had a good experience. This nail salon is right next door to my place of work and I finally had time to stop in today. I’m not much of a girly girly so I couldn’t answer most of the questions asked of me. Hanh was amazing, she smiled at me told me to sit down and she’d take care of me. We went though the nail choices and she helped me pick a style and color I liked. The atmosphere is so calming and clean! In few times I’ve gotten my nails done, she was the FIRST AND ONLY ONE to NOT blame a crooked nail on me having a crooked finger! Hanh is so detail oriented, and cares about the job she does! I love her! Definitely the place to be. Patience during communication is key!

I came here to take off some very ugly nails I had got during a trip in Texas. Had to soak off my acrylic that was mma and it took a long time! They made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job with my gel manicure after. Very good prices, highly recommend

Came into town to visit family and Found this place off of google since I desperately needed a pedi. Got a pedi and ombré full set. Cindy did my full set and it came out very good! Not perfect but good! I would totally go back again if I needed some services done while in town.. Not the nicest looking place but always super friendly staff and good service sometimes you do have to wait a bit but they always make you feel welcomed while you do. do a great job with my pedicures always pumice very thoroughly and massage amazingly! I go in about once a month for them :)

So I went here once with my daughter. The older lady was rude, she felt the need to speak on how I was disciplining(fussing) at my child. She felt the need to speak on everything which to me was uncalled for. I pay for your services not your opinion. She was so busy speaking on things that weren’t her business that she messed my toes up outlining them with fingernail polish. She also was unorganized and kept having to remember to do certain things like cutting my cuticles. Yeah, I don’t recommend.

My daughter and her friends made an appt for 11:45am. At 4:30 they still were not done. There was only 1 tech there to do 4 girls on a Saturday. My daughter said the woman took $5 off the price of her full set because she saw I was upset. The price at the end was $30 with the discount. This place totally took advantage of 4 teens trying to spend quality time together and get their nails done.

I’m only giving this place 1 star to leave a review but honestly that’s being too generous. I have been coming here for the last several months and today was my last visit. My first appointment started off bad so I shouldn’t have came back. My first appointment I was asked if I could wait for a walk in who didn’t have an appointment! I told the nail tech (Cindy) I couldn’t wait because of time and asked what happened to my scheduled appointment time. She ended up doing my nails first and apologized for the wait and explained to me how she is short staff and is having a hard time. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and come back. My next couple of visits the customer service was good, however, she didn’t have a good variety of gel polish. She has the typical fake nails displayed for gel polish but half of the colors displayed are no longer available. I ended up switching to powder instead of gel because of the lack of colors and this is where the HORROR begins!!! First and foremost she did not explain how the powder is more permanent then the gel polish so you can’t just switch colors. Getting the powder also requires for drilling which is damaging your nails. If you want the color completely off you will have to get it soaked and Cindy will charge you money to soak off. I don’t understand why she is charging to disk off when she is the one suggesting customers to get powder instead of gel polish. To me that is greedy and very shady business. Powder is not like gel polish and should not be offered like it is the same! My last straw was today when she messed up doing my nails got frustrated and did not want to fix it. She claims I didn’t tell her right away. Well I didn’t notice right away and why would you want someone to leave your shop with messed up nails!!!! My nails use to grow and look healthy from the gel polish and overlay, now my nails are weak, broken and unhealthy. Stay away from this business!!!!!

My Daughter brought me here for a late mothers day gift. These ladies are Fantastic....Kim did my Pedicure, she was Awesome. The thing that really made me know Ill return here, was a customer came in and neither of the ladies rushed with myself nor my Daughter. We will be returning.

Did not use liner, metal tools were sanitized but file and pumice were previously used.Used an electric nail file on my foot and burned me.Also, had only one person working and still took an appointment for 2 mani pedis.Did not scrub the bottom of my feet. Told me to come back later to get my color done. That is right... she didnt get to paint my toes. We were there 90 minutes. My friends pedicure was completed... that is it.

She took her time and made sure everything was perfect and did not file my nails roughly and she was very sweet and has great prices

I brought my friend with me to go get pedicures and we’re were totally satisfied with what we got, yhe nail technician was super friendly and made light conversation with us which normally would make me uncomfortable but it was enjoyable we’re definitely going to make plans to go back soon!

She told me that she could get me in next... I did not realize that she had an appointment coming in as she started my manicure. The nail tech made me super uncomfortable... She complained that my hands were too sweaty, my nail beds and fingers were so so wide. It was taking forever.... She wouldnt do the shape I asked for, she did what she wanted. She gave me the worlds thickest nails, while switching back and forth between me and another customer. Then halfway thru the ordeal her appointment comes in and sits waiting forever, angrily, on the couch. Finally, the nail tech basically refused to use the polish Id picked out. This light color will look better. I asked for dark burgandy and got a pale pink. Im so ready to get out of there at this point, hours later, that I just let her do it... I went home and painted over these huge terrible nails that I paid for and was now stuck with for my vacation. Not at all the pampering experience I was hoping for.

Clean and organized! She did an awesome job with my nonexistent nail due to a really bad anxiety. Really friendly.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in for white tips like Ive been getting for like 20 years. The lady was like oh the white acrylic powder will be better and they wont lift. Ok sure. Some nails the acrylic was thin some were ridiculously thick. The lines were crooked. One nail she couldnt get the acrylic smooth. I was like whatever when she was done Ill just get a new set done elsewhere next week. 3 days later a nail broke....across the middle of my finger causing it to bleed but based on the break I couldnt remove it. I had three nails break like that. Never in my 22 years of getting my nails done have I ever had nails break so horribly. She was correct they dont lift but the tips are glued securely and the acrylic isnt applied correctly so the breaks were across the glue line. Not I must wait for my nails to grow out and be healthy enough to apply. DONT GO HERE!!!

Just about the only good thing to say of my experience is that the owner and her 1 staff were friendly for the most part. However, my nails were done with what seems to be low-quality materials; furthermore, they were not filed properly and have chips and rough, uneven edges, as they were in a hurry and distracted. Also, the owner (who did my nails) was told exactly what I wanted before she started working but tried to talk me out of it when she was trying to hurry me out the door. Also, she didnt tell me beforehand that it would cost extra when she did something which I had expected was included in price. (The lesson there is to just ask what the total is beforehand but how can you know when something is not itemized on the menu and you are charged for it unsuspectingly?)Overall, it was an unprofessional experience, but I had to try it out to see if I could save time and money by going somewhere more convenient. This experience shows that this was a case where it was not worth it. 2-stars because I understand being understaffed and because they were not flat-out rude, but only 2-stars because of the aforementioned and I have higher standards for a manicure given the fact that, elsewhere, I have received service as it was meant to be.
