Had the pedicure. SUPERB. Beautiful chill environment, clean and airy. My tech is very skilled, strong technique. Highly recommend as a pedicure venue to treat yourself! Thank you!

My tech is fantastic! She listens to what you want and strives to make you happy. She is a great conversationalist and creative. I have gone multiple times and had a great experience every time.

When I walked in and asked for a full set of acrylic nails, I was greeted right away and directed to a seat. The nail tech then proceeded to show me only gel polishes that cost $10 more than the basic options, never letting me know that it was the more expensive polish. When roughing the nail before applying the acrylic, she destroyed my cuticles, making 3 fingers bleed with the nail drill.The end result looks nice (see pictures). But I paid 30% more than I wanted to and now (a week later) I have many hang nails and the acrylic at the base of my nails is lifted above the nail as it grows out. With the plethora of other options, I will not be going back to this salon.

Great place to get your nails done. The staff has always been very good every time I have gone and they do a good job with your nail and will fix any mistakes along the way that you may not like. Would recommend.

My nail tech did my nails and she was phenomenal! She was super detailed, never made me feel rushed, was super gentle and super friendly.

I had a manicure on Saturday with gel polish. Today is Thursday and the gel is coming out. The service was very poor and she didnt clean my cuticles well. I do not recommend this place

I read the reviews before going to diva nails and most of them said to request helen so I did that. She was incredibly sweet and efficient. She did a wonderful job on my acrylic nails!!

I really enjoyed both the SNS Dip manicure (removal and new polish) and spa pedicure. The process of removing the polish was more efficient than I have experienced at other salons and they accommodated us when my niece arrived so that we could get our pedicures at the same time, finishing up the manicure when we were done. I thought the prices were reasonable based on the service we received.I will definitely go the next time I am in town.

Ive been going there for a while. My sister, mom and niece go.I have been paying the same amount every time then all of the sudden they upped their prices..Im not happy. I have enjoyed going there but their prices have gotten too high. Try Nails for you or Lavender nails..much cheaper and great work!

** definitely wouldn’t recommend this even its last minute!! Not worth it.!Probably the worst place I’ve been to. I asked for stilettos nails and got some almond shaped nails. I was very straight forward with a what and wanted and got just mess back. My nails were all uneven some were longer some were short shaped differently. When I went back to complain the old woman said she’ll fix them but still left them uneven. She was so blind to see that her work wasn’t good, and she kept insisting that my nails looked when they were still different shapes and lengths. I just asked he to take them off and she got offended and said that she won’t give me my money back. I didn’t even ask for my money. Really shows character of the people that work there and the owner was there and didn’t do anything, not even a simple apology for her messing up my nails.

I have lots of scars and nerve issues in my feet. Great care is always taken to avoid hurting me. My feet look lovely and my gel polish lasts for more than. Month.

This place is filthy!! The owner was sitting in a pedi chair picking her bare feet. Get up and clean!! Pricing is higher than my usual place - Nail Perfection. They couldn’t get me in and I was in a pinch. Will never return here. I wonder if they are even licensed? BEWARE

Okay so I’ve been here three times in about 2 years and I’m so disappointed each time you’d think I’d learn my lesson but my regular nail tech, at another shop, was on vacation... So I went about two weeks ago on a Saturday because it was last minute and I needed them done for a trip. The older lady that sits in the first chair to the right did them. This is my second time with her. Both times the nails begin to lift above the cuticles after a week. The new nail I got replaced is coming off already! She cut my cuticle and it started bleeding which freaked me out! She did my pedicure and it started chipping a few days after. Wasted over $65! A year ago the other nail tech, Helen, did my nails. She’s very nice and did an okay job, but she cut the skin under one of my nails when I was getting a new set. Again, started bleeding and she also cut my cuticles TWICE with her nail tool. She was very nice, don’t get me wrong, but was rough! I normally don’t do reviews but it’s been really bothering me

Ive been with the same tech Helen, for about 17 years. Ive never experienced any issues. She always does a phenomenal job. Comes in earlier, stays later for people who are I inconsiderate of her time, she too has a family. But she puts in plus plus hours. I was reading the other reviews, dont know who did your nails. But I am sure it wasnt Helen. They always speak when I come in. They have never been rude. I will continue to go to Helen, until she retires. 💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻💞💞

I took my fiancé to get her nails done and she loved their work, the workers are very nice taking there time and making sure that her nails were on fleek. It was our first time there and not our last. Thanks Diva Nails we appreciate your hard work and dedication.

I understand like wanting to be out of work by 7:30 but like tell us. We came in at 6:25 for acrylics and I’ve never gotten anything so fast and so uneven.. didn’t even ask what I wanted just went at it and tried to put gel, when I didn’t even say a color yet. My nails are long and crooked and my pinky nail is cut. No massage, nothing.I even called ahead to make sure we could get a spot.

I always feel they are talking about the customers. They should converse in English so we feel comfortable. After all we are paying for their service.

Poor service. The lady cut the side of my finger pretty good she wiped it off then put super glue on it. It really did hurt. Makes you feel real uncomfortable when you cant have a conversation with the person you went in with because all the people working there were speeching in another language really loud.

First timer! I read the reviews so I decided to try it out. She cut my nails to short too. I wanted her to square them off and she cut all of my nail off. She was not personable at all. I have never had someone take shellac nail polish off with the tool they use to remove acrylic. She sanded over my nails nene toys times. My nails beds are all nasty underneath now.

Ill keep this short and to the point; nobody conversed with me, acrylic was very poorly done, nails are uneven, and French tips are crooked. This shotty job was worth $15. I didnt even get a goodbye, have a nice day..NOTHING! Just ran my card, gave me a receipt to sign, and done.1 star for the cute flower I asked for.Im NEVER coming back. I will take back any recommendations Ive made to friends, and I will tell everybody to avoid this shop. Not worth the trouble!

Their limited reviews were mediocre but I went as a last resort, and I dont know why I was hoping for them to do anything better. I already had acrylic nails on and needed a fill (which cost me $16). It started out well, the technician used the proper tools to sand the acrylic down but she only put one layer of acrylic and it made the nail bumpy. There was no straight, smoothness from the cuticle down through the nail, you could basically see where the old acrylic ended because it was necessary to put another layer of acrylic to even it out, but she didnt do that. Then when she was filing my nails she went on a rampage and filed them wayyyy too short. By the time I looked down at what she was doing, they were the same length as my real nails, which makes no sense...whats the point of getting acrylics then? She didnt even ask me what style cut I wanted (square, round, coffin, etc.) and she didnt stop to ask me if I was satisfied with the length either. When I told her they were too short, she gave me an excuse about how I needed short nails. I was on a time crunch so I couldnt demand for her to re-do the work. The whole process was super rushed; I was in and out within 30 minutes (including the drying time) which goes to show how careless for the work she was. As soon as other customers came in she started to get sloppy with the nail polish because she was going so fast and didnt even paint the end tips of my nails. I had to repaint my nails once I got home. I will not waste my time in giving them another chance.

I love this place, I feel right at home. Got an amazing mani and pedi today, plus eyebrows and left on top of the world. Everyone is super polite and extremely talented. Helen was my artist and she took her time care and put everything into what I asked for without complaint, only help on my misunderstanding of differences. I wont go anywhere else.

It was ok. Nothing fantastic. Ended up paying twice the amount that was advertised. No nail art for me, just wanted a touch of glitter by the cuticle of the nail. Ended up paying $10 + for some glitter polish. Not even nail glitter, just a swipe of glitter polish. I could have added that at home with actual nail glitter for a few dollars.

Cute little hole in the wall, but every time single time I go get a pedicure from them its always done in a lazy matter, and I feel like I waste my $35 every time I go.... Going to find a new nail salon that will actually get my dead skin off my feet, and paint my whole toenail not half of it. (and this is every time I come in)

I see Helen and feel she does an awesome job! She treats me like family and is professional everytime.

I got a gel manicure there and the polish began peeling off within a week. Usually they last until my nails start to grow out. Very disappointed...won’t be a repeat customer!

Went in got a pedicure and a full set of solar nails. pedicure felt good paint didnt last and the flower they put on my toe looked like a blob of paint with a rhinestone in the middle of it they put glitter on it to cover it .Fullset sucks.. uneven.. length and thickness. 2 days later the nails started to lift off and the nail u could tell they were fake. went in to get them redone for free.. in process of redoing the nail she got so far down my nails she actually went thru my actual nail. still look very fake..Very expensive for a full set of solar nail and a pedicure was $75 dollars.. will never go back and would never recommend to anybody!

Dirty and dust all over. Sloppy, rushed job. Did not clean my nails and cuticles thoroughly. AND to top it all off, the old guy, I guess hes the owner, picked his nose. NEVER again.
