I honestly feel bad giving them a poor review, because they were all so incredibly nice.. but I am not impressed with how my nails look. 😔 A bunch of us girls went here for a pedicure before our Vegas trip. I got a basic pedicure. I was not asked if I wanted my nails trimmed, and I did not realize that they were being cut until it was too late. I had trimmed them before going, and just wanted them filed to shape. They are much shorter than I like my nails to be. They are also very crooked, and were not filed smooth. I also have a bunch of cuticle left on my big toes. I am going to have to fix them myself before flying to Vegas in a day.

Not friendly AT all! The nail technician didn’t greet me or say one word to me! I won’t come back or recommend them

Worst pedicure I have ever had and I get them once a month. I tried this place because it’s close to home and had great reviews. Made an appt and they saw me 15 mins late and the woman rushed through. She cut my toenails using the cuticle trimmer and cut them WAY too short. Did not massage my feet at all and polish is bubbly. It pained me to have to pay for such an awful rushed job. She was done in 20 mins from start to finish and rushed out the door as soon as I signed my credit card slip. Will never go back and would not recommend.

The staff was so friendly and kind! It was crystal clean, decorated beautifully & didnt have the overwhelming chemical smell that so many places do! They were incredible! VERY thorough, efficient!!! The polish was excellent and their art is on point! DEFINITELY MUST COME HERE!!!!!!🖤💜🧡🌈

Supremely disappointed in the quality of services here. Outlandishly expensive compared to other places in the area, and they did a terrible job on my (4 yo) daughter’s nails. They were not painted/cut evenly, and chipped within hours. Staff were very short with her and didn’t help her feel comfortable. My toes also chipped quickly and the overall job was not well done.

I really enjoyed Lyn whom did my pedicure and a simple manicure. I’ve used also another young girl before, I recommend this place. I wasn’t rushed like cattle through a herd. It was relaxing.

I dont believe in negative reviews unless its a safety issue. But what I can say is, my typical fill and shellac is $20 less than this place. They were on time but I had very few colors to choose from and I was told a different price than I paid. Granted, it wasnt a huge difference, but its not a good practice.The pedicures looked nice though. So Ill give that a try!

I came during their soft opening and everyone was super professional. My nail tech Nick did a wonderful job on my full set. After three weeks they still looked great! Just went back today for my 2nd fill and again wonderful! So glad I finally found a great place in the Springs.

Over priced nails, the same day my nail cracked in half, my toe polish is a mess and she hurt me cutting my cuticles too much.

I had been here a few weeks ago and got a pedicure. Today I went only because I wanted a polish change on my toes. They make you feel bad because you don’t want a pedicure, I was asked twice! Then they charged me $20! I could have had a pedicure for $7 more dollars. Polish change on your toes goes for $10-12 other places. Won’t go back. And to the owner, I’m not lying!

What a warm wonderful OVERALL experience. I believe her name was Phoebe, not sure of the spelling but she was so professional! Just an all-around kind nice person. Very refreshing to meet somebody as outgoing and nice as she was! It makes the experience that much better! I was so happy with my gel nail polish after my pedicure . Shes very skilled. I will be returning to get another pedicure alot sooner than I normally would. Try her out, shes amazing! 🤗

Went in for a simple manicure. The employees were friendly and greeted me. My manicure wasn’t the best as the woman didn’t get off all the previous nail polish and my nails were kinda messy which is why I give them 3 stars.

My 4th nail salon in the area. Trying to find the right one. Its was very clean and my tech was awesome. I will go back.

Management is awful. They charged $100 for a nail trimming. They take advantage of the elderly. It’s fine though we’re not going to be cleaning peoples feet for the rest of our lives.

I love the new owners. I’ve gotten my nails done 3 times by them so far and I drive across town to use this place. I will be a long term customer.

The salon has changed ownership since I was there last time and prices have gone way up. I wont pay $60 for a service I used to get for $35. Still the Classic pedicure was wonderful and my feet are ready for summer.

NEVER GO HERE. TOO MANY CHOICESTO CHOOSETHIS PLACE. I give thems a NEGATIVE -5 star if I could. When I got there I picked out two colorsone for my toes one for my hands, turns out I spent $80 on some of the cheapest nail polish known to man. Before the night was over my nails were chipping by the next day two of them lost thier color all together. I went to get them fix and they want to charge me full price again.i can buy 6 bottles of good stuff and do them myself. NO TY

Lys nails is amazing! I love getting my nails done here. It’s clean and they have great customer service. I have tried a handful of places before coming here and this has been the best by far. For the price I always get quality nails that last until the next time I go in and I go every 3 weeks. I usually see Phoebe, she is great at listening to your wants and needs.

My first visit, and I was impressed! They were very careful to follow Covid guidelines, and constantly cleaned their areas. I didn’t even see any dust from nails left on any of the work stations. I asked for a pretty unique nail design - and they did it, without complaint. I wasn’t rushed, and the detail of my nails are amazing. They still look great and are strong. I broke one, my fault - I’m rough on them. Decor is lovely and relaxing, everyone is very kind and friendly. I’d bring friends back with me, that’s how much I like it!

What an amazing experience! I had trouble with my previous salon with the nails lifting and coming off. I came here and they removed them and gave me a beautiful french manicure. Exellent quality, service, mood and decore. I couldnt be happier. And my nails were perfect!

What a fabulous experience I had at this salon. Making an appointment is so easy and they were ready as soon as I arrived. I love that they make you wash your hands when you get there-it really shows they care about the staff. My nail tech was quick and efficient but oh so amazing. My nails have never looked better and you can’t beat the price. I will definitely be returning.

Ive been getting my nails done for the last 20 years several different locations. This is the nicest most beautiful Spa with professionalism, welcoming and superb service. You will make an excellent choice Lys Nails Spa.

My tech did absolutely the BEST job. He made suggestions but ultimately listen to what I wanted. He explained the differences between different types of nails I could get very well. The shop was decorated beautifully and very clean. I will absolutely go back there every time I get my nails done theres no need to go anywhere else.

Overall poor customer service and quality! WillNot be going back as you can tell they do not like what they do! They do it because they need the money! That’s how there customer service attitudes are! I will say if you work in customer service ..first be good at what you do and second have a pleasant attitude with your customers or you will lose them like you look me! Best of Luck!

Walked in and was ignored. No one was in there. Asked for a pedicure and she said 1/2 hour. Literally saw 2 techs walk to the back doing nothing. Wanted to give them a chance and their rude customer service blew it.

Had a relaxing time getting a pedicure this evening. I knew my feet were in rough shape and the tech was professional thorough and made my feet and myself feel much better. The place is also very clean and I loved the relaxing music and beautiful chandeliers.

Love this place! Nick does a great job and always pays attention to detail! I like to do unique things and hes always willing to try new techniques on my nails!

Pricing is high and well worth the extra money if you get the right nail tech.

I said to charge a 5$ tip to my card and the guy charged 9$. Also I was a walk in and needed a pedi but had to make an appointment. When I was getting my nails done another walk in came in and they were going to service her. Doesn’t make sense why I needed an appointment. Nice little place that did a decent job on my dip.

Exceptional Nail Salon. Brand new interior. My nails stay on for a long time. The mail technician is courteous & kind. I drive all the way from Manitou just to get my nails done. Best in town! I got a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. For the pedi, he didnt smooth out the soles of my feet like most places do. He hurt me from cuticle cutting 3 times and the shape doesnt look that good. For the mani, the nail tech was super sweet, but she made me bleed from cuticle cutting. She also cut my nails too short after growing them out for a month when I told her to only cut a little. She just kept cutting shorter. The paint job is okay I guess, I have a gap between the color and my cuticle like theyve already grown out which is super annoying.Theyre also not following the mask mandate.

As soon as they lined the tub, I knew I would be happy! What a treat! Beautiful mani & pedi for under $50!
