I cannot say enough about how much I truly enjoy coming here. For years I have had them change my color, match my color , Grow my hair, cut my hair off etc. But, just recently decided to stop battling my gray hair and go with it. Sarah blended my gray growth with portions of my hair and I truly love it. I also have received a large number of compliments.Yes I am a continuing customer, but it says a lot about your Salon when family, friends and even strangers come up and ask, where do you go to get your hair done. It speaks even more volume when my Aunts, sisters and Mother, are their now return customers also.I would not go anywhere else.

Amazing salon, very friendly ladies and always willing to work with me and my schedule. Sarah is amazing when it comes to nails and Cat just blows me away with the vibrant colors that come of her chair. Definitely a hidden gem in Colorado Springs!

I had an appointment last friday for a cut and blow dry of my long hair with Abby, she ripped through my hair with a brush repeatedly and cut my hair crooked. Terrible experience, I had to go to another salon to get it fixed and I am sad I paid for it. Think twice before booking.

This place is expensive and it’s not worth it depending on who does your hair. I’ve seen good reviews and I’ve seen bad reviews. First off make sure before you go you ASK who specializes in blonde! Because blonde isn’t for everyone to do. My hair is long and it was grown out around 4-5 inches and my roots was setting me crazy. I wanted my hair touched up to where it was bright blonde and you couldn’t see my roots. I paid $200 and the lighting in there tricked me.. I left and got in my car and my hair in the front didn’t look horrible but it didn’t look good either. I get back home & you can see blunt lines from my roots still where it was grown out. $200 for it to look like I done it myself (and I’m not a hair stylist).. it literally looked like I bought a box of Clairol and attempted to fix my roots myself. My hair looks green now where I used purple shampoo (over toner) like I was instructed to do! And they wouldn’t give me my money back when all I wanted was money I paid for highlights however much that would have been. Other than that I understand paying for the trim I got and toner. I’m not kidding you when I say my hair has disappointed me and it’s made me not wanna fix it or mess with it. I called them and told them I wasn’t happy (I didn’t change my mind, I just wasn’t happy) and they told me there was nothing they could do to fix it or refund me until I came in and dealt with the owner who should have called me back or been out on the phone to me in the first place. Needless to say I’m not wasting my time because the receptionist I talked to didn’t act like she give a sht on the phone. I wasn’t asked any questions and I wasn’t offered to talk to the owner 🤷🏼‍♀️ -so I do recommend this place? Negative.

This is the BEST salon I have ever been to. Super reliable people. Always answers the phone with the best customer service, the receptionist is so sweet.Abby is a hair stylist and also does facials, eyelashes, eyebrows. Etc..... Everytime I’ve had some kind of service I have been so impressed. She’s so great.Kat a hairstylist who recently did my hair for my maternity pictures, is AMAZING. She was the kindest, most realest hairdresser I’ve ever met.This salon is so comforting, clean and professional.So welcoming and all the ladies here are genuine.I love coming here, and this is definitely my new salon for my time in Colorado.Also the prices for the services are so reasonable.

After being there once and having a wonderful experience, I decided to go back for a second time. Where to even start! They scheduled me with a different stylist which wasnt an issue for me. She was nice but also very quiet. Which made my experience very awkward. Having to sit there for hours in silence is quite odd. My hair was rushed and completely looked horrific. A complete hack job. Sadly, the color was just as bad. I had some inspiration photos of where my overall vision was for my hair. I left in tears. I told her my concerns and she told me just to go home & play with it a little to see if I can fix it. Im sorry but you cant fix uneven cut hair! She told me if I was unhappy to call back and we could fix it. So thats what I did. Coming back to correct my hair was such a mean girl experience. The owner had quite the snotty remarks about how I cant get exactly what I want when it comes to color when you show your stylist inspiration photos bc of filters they apply to them. (The cut & color didnt have to be exact but close wouldve sufficed. And it was far from being close!) And of course the owner and another stylist had something to say about the color just when my stylist was finishing up with my hair. What perfect timing for their passive aggressive remarks.. Which was quite hilarious and immature for some grown women to act in such a way. What a shame. I emphasize that I never had issues in the past & always got exactly what I wanted everytime. Even there with a different stylist. Their customer service needs a little tweaking. A positive approach towards people can go along way. Women should support women 🙂 After having to pay $200 plus tip for a complete mess just blows my mind. I hope they can calmly understand mistakes happen and not everyone is going to be satisfied with a rushed job. I wouldnt recommend this Salon to anyone.The 2 stars are for the 1st experience I had with the amazing stylist I had a pleasure of meeting! In my opinion her level of expertise & customer service surpass anyone employed with Lotus Salon. Thats just my opinion. Other than that I would rate it a 1 star!

Sarah the nail gal was fun and open to create the nails I have always wanted. I know it sounds silly I have my nails done a billion times but this set came out spot on. I told her I had a few events coming up and she found a great color. She doesn’t use a drill which blew my mind. It was a great experience. She has a customer for life I think.

My first time here and I loved it! I got a cut and color from Ginger and she did an amazing job. It was so nice and clean and she even made me tea and massaged my scalp 😁 I will definitely be going back.

Ginger cut my hair and I am absolutely in love with my new style. She listened to what I wanted and made sure I was 100% satisfied before we finished. Would recommend Ginger to all my friends.

Called for a same day appointment and they fit me in right away. Nan was a great and knowledgeable stylist, shes the only one in the springs that understood and executed perfectly the style I wanted.Would definitely recommend for your hair needs and Ill be back for that plus the spa services.Great place, great people!

Lotus Salon and Spa is just lovely. Its on the top floor of the shopping center and youre greeted with a smile right off the elevator.Jordan, my stylist was incredible. She was able to translate exactly what I wanted regarding cut, style and scalp treatment.Knowing how to cut and style long hair is very important and not a norm in my salon experiences. Jordan exceeded any of my expectations and highly recommend her!

I had a great experience. Nicole fixed my massacred haircut from a previous cut. She did exactly what I asked and also helped find a nice style. I also had my eyebrows waxed. Almost painless. I felt so comfortable there. I will definitely be back! I will also tell everyone I run into to that Lotus is the best place to go!

This was the worst spa experience ever! I have been a massage therapist for almost 17 years, and have never had such a terrible massage. The service was horrific.

There was another salon I went to originally that only had an available appointment in the late afternoon but I could not wait that long so I went here instead and they had a stylist ready for me in 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and offered me water while I waited. The salon sits on top of a shopping center building but its not hard to find your way up there since there is a sign posted. I only had a wash and trim, and after my stylist was done with my hair, it looked voluminous and gorgeous! Its hard to find a good salon and I rarely go to one after being disappointed more than once, but I am definitely coming back here!

I had the most disappointing pedicure, I can’t even explain how huge of a bummer that is, 60$ and my feet still hurt from working 12 hour days all week.. she bask tickled me the whole time.. and I am not ticklish, I always think you get what you pay for.. but I have had extremely better for extremely less expensive. I guess this place goes on the list of never going back. You guys should really do some more training or find employees who do a good job.

Went in for a quick trim and they got me in right away. They were really sweet and made sure I got the hair style I wanted. I think I may have found my new salon.

Customer friendly!! I called them last minute for a couples massage because some birthday plans had fallen through due to weather; they called in another masseuse and made sure my husband and I had a fantastic day. One of the best in Colorado Springs.

Apparently their policy is if you get the worst hair cut of your life and leave 100% dissatisfied you still have to pay full price. Absolutely atrocious.

Probably the worst salon ever. My stylist was nice, but I was there for almost four hours. Instead of touched-up blonde highlights, I came out with ashy/grey hair. And the owner was so rude! They need some help in the customer service department. Who wants to go to a salon that doesnt treat their customers with kindness and consideration? Ive been telling everyone I know to go somewhere else. I was shocked how I was treated at Lotus. How the owner ever became the owner of a business is beyond me.

Very very bad service. I booked an appointment at 2 pm was there by 1:55 pm. By 2:15 the lady, who was supposed to see me was still cutting another costumer hair. The receptionist looked like she was forced to be there, when I told her I was going to leave she mumbled an ok, without a goodbye or any type of apology. They will never have my business.
