Angela C does such a great job! She is so talented. I had medium length hair and asked her to cut it short. She didnt disappoint. She is amazing at creating a cute and sassy hair cut. I liked it so much! I even got highlights. ;)

This is an update from a previous review I just did few days ago.After a phone call with Shannon I got a complimentary appointment for a hair cut with Emily, she was kind, patient and very profesional, she took her time to fix the previous hair cut and she did everything in her power to please me with good customer service. My hair was well stylized and looking healthy . Thank you Shannon and Emily, I really appreciate the commitment you both have for your customers.I definitely will go back with Emily and I highly recommend her.

Such a lovely experience.Mikala did my hair cut and bangs. I hadnt my hair cut in a year (covid, ammirite?) and was looking to rehab it. I wanted to shorten it, get layers and fix my bangs. Mikala was incredible personable, friendly, and lovely. I melted when she was massaging my head during the shampoo.The salon had a lovely atmosphere, very calming, professional and clean. While Im not from the area, I would definitely return when Im in the area.

Angela was amazing to work with, I can’t recommend her enough. I was coming in with a bad balayage from another salon that resulted in a lot of hair damage and she listened to my concerns and looked at photos of what I was aiming for and recreated it perfectly. I don’t know how she managed to blend it all so well but she gave me the perfect fall colored balayage and made me feel pampered while doing it. Thanks Angela!

My overall experience was fantastic. I did not get much done. I had a trim, style, and frame done. The lady who did my hair got rid of all my dead ends taking very little length. All the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. They offered me a choice of coffee or cucumber water as soon as I walked in and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment 4 weeks out to get a full highlight and cut when I showed up for my appointment I waited for 40 minutes up front. When I was called back the stylist said I was booked incorrectly and there wasnt enough time to do my hair. So I went up front and was rescheduled for 2 weeks later, when I arrived I was told I was scheduled incorrectly again. The stylist who was helping me felt really bad and said she would try to do all she could. She was very nice but the color wasnt the color I wanted or the amount and I couldnt get the cut I wanted either because there wasnt enough time. I was definitely disappointed wont be going back!

Christopher and the front desk ladies are amazing! I screwed up and showed up to the wrong location for a bang trim and Christopher squeezed me in anyway with no hesitation. The front desk woman was so kind even though I had made the mistake. Definitely my new salon! Thank you for your great customer service!

I went in today to get lash extensions, eyebrow waxing and tinting with Angela and she did such an amazing job! I couldn’t be happier. I always come here to get my hair done with Maci and always leave SO happy. I’ve been seeing Maci for about a year and a half and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. I’ve also always had Lindsey do my lash lifting and tinting and haven’t ever had a bad experience. She’s amazing as well. So happy with all the services and will never go anywhere else. Jen was amazing. My eyebrows look so perfect and have the cutest arch. She was so kind and her room was very clean. She walked me though the process and took very good care of everything during. She was quick but not rushed. I will deffinalty be booking with her again.

Kayla is AMAZING! She helped me pick a style that will fit my hair and suit me the best. Styled it, AND talked me through how to do it on my own for quick easy style! Got me set up with what product I needed. She didn’t try to sell me on mother products or ask me to buy. I asked and she deliver the one product she said I should try! So impressed with my Veda Salon and Spa experience and won’t be going anywhere else!

I’ve been going here for over three years now to see the same stylist each time. Staff is always charming and welcoming. Sammy is my stylist and since she knows my hair style I can just sit down and relax without having to think about much which is always nice for me after a long day at work.

This place is very unorganized and not coordinated. I had a interview set up with them at this location, everything was planned out. I had my application to show, phone numbers who called me to set everything up, addresses and everything. When I got here 15 minutes early for my interview, they had no idea who I was what I was there for, told me all positions where full, proceeded to look for my name and asked if my last name was something with a “w” and I said no, if all positions are full, 1- who called me a week ago to setup this interview, 2- why were they asking about a different person with a interview if all positions are full, 3- if positions became full before my interview date then why didn’t I get a call telling me instead of wasting my time. This is super upsetting and very unprofessional.

Loved the haircut experience. This is my favorite salon. No chemical smells= I leave without a headache! Erin did an amazing job on my hair- I keep getting comments that my hair doesnt look different just way better :) She made me feel safe, comfortable, and at ease and was a great listener making me feel confident that she understood what I wanted.

Any visit to Veda is brilliant - the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and skilled in their field and the facility is gorgeous. I highly recommend them!

I likely wont be back. Hadnt had a bad experience until this eyebrow waxing. Im swollen and look like I have either a rash or burns on my brows. There is a lot of pain. For $26 hair wax of just brows, Ill be going elsewhere that is half the price and Ive never had pain and swelling and rash from. Makes me wonder if too hot or unclean or both...ew.😭

Great Big shout out to MACIE for fixing the blotchy color and cut I received from another individual. She curled my hair too and didnt just leave me looking a mess. Made a disappointing experience wonderful. Explained to me what, how and why. She stayed with me the whole time and I didnt have 3 different people working on my hair. Truely is a HAIR ARTIST. So first off I waited to post this review because I didn’t want to post a negative review in anger! I have been getting my hair done at Veda for about 4-5 years. About 4 months ago I went in to get my hair colored at a different location...I left In tears and with pink hair.. which I did not ask for and frankly can’t pull off. My colorist who I really enjoy as a person and I have been seeing for years, acted like nothing was wrong which made it worse! About a month ago I got the courage to go to this location to see if I could get what I originally asked for done or just one color to cover the pink.. while making the appointment I detailed what I would need done. I showed up and I believe the stylists name is Sami, was kind at first but as we got to talking she got to making me feel bad about wanting to fix my hair which was not the color I asked for but also incredibly damaged from the color that had taken place a few months prior. She refused to fix my hair as I believe she thought the time it would take would keep her there later than her scheduled shift (about 15 minutes). She tried to pass me off to someone else but after these two horrific experiences I will NEVER go back.. not only did they ruin my hair which still feels like straw- I can actually get over that part... They made me Feel horrible for wanting it done correctly.

I’ve never had a bad experience coming to this salon. I called one day in advance to see about finally getting my quarantine-hair trimmed. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, and Kristen did a wonderful job. She was very intuitive about the hairstyle I wanted and made suggestions that I really appreciated. My hair desperately needed some maintenance/care, and I love how it turned out! Thank you!

I had gone to the same person at Ulta for about two years, and the last time I went she touched up my highlights so bad that I could barely see them. So, as someone with thick hair, I was nervous to book with someone new. Shannon gave me highlights that all over, and i truly mean ALL OVER, were dispersed evenly and brightened me up.___________________________________________The only ehhh moment I had was with the front reception. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment and the front of house completely ignored me. It wasn’t until someone from the back came to me that I knew Shannon was running late (15 mins later from appointment time). Coming from someone whom has salon experience, Isnt the job of the receptionist to answer the calls and relate information from stylists to clients?

I only got a cut and style this time around, but my stylist, Whitney, was amazing! I go to Veda frequently and always get great service from everyone, but she was hands down one of the best stylists who has ever touched my hair! The salon was clean, everyone was wearing masks and practicing social distancing which was very comforting. I highly recommend Whitney and Veda to anyone who hasn’t already gone.

Do not go unless you want to deal with horrible customer care, don’t even think of touching or smelling any product you might be interested in buying because you will be rudely ridiculed for just wanting to know what it smells like! If you do not comply with their own personal mask preferences as in not just a face covering but the mask they want you to wear then you can expect for the hairdresser to immaturely refuse to do a service and be asked to leave. Save your money and spare yourself the misery go somewhere else that is willing to do what hairdressers are meant to do which is make people feel better and beautiful not impose their own personal fear and control on paying customers.

I usually have a great experience at Veda. I usually get the service I pay for there. My stylist is great. She actually does know better than I do with my hair. :)

First time at this Veda location for a manicure. I had a great experience, the people were very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was very peaceful, especially in the waiting area. Also, the manicure was very well done. She payed great attention to detail, and took her time to make the manicure perfect and worthwhile! Definitely will return for a manicure or other service.

NiNa is amazing! I asked for a blunt bob and she cut and styled it just like I wanted. She is so sweet too, she made me feel at home. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

VEDA was great at getting me scheduled fast and the service was friendly. However, the 3 times Ive gone over the years they have always turned my hair a black/purple instead of a red/brown. It looks awful, but I dont want to get it fixed since it would require a lot of bleach. I just expected more for the price.

I totally adore Shannon and her quality of work. I’ve only seen her once before but I knew I’d come back for her talent! I had an appointment today and called Veda to let them know I may just make it in time but that I am showing up. I was advised that as long as I wasn’t more than 15 minutes late it was ok. Gal that I talked to said it was ok, she would let Shannon know. I arrived seven minutes later than my scheduled time and waited another 15 minutes outside. I realize the Covid thing is not fun for any of us. However they would not accept me and offered to rebook me in three weeks. Love Shannon but yup, NOPE!

I liked the friendly professional service received at the front desk and also from Macie. Shes very personable and good at light conversation while also cutting my hair. Very knowledgeable in mens hair styles. I really enjoyed the hair wash and hot towel experience. Best haircut Ive had in years and will be going back for sure. Thank you!

Im so completely satisfied and recommend to anyone.

Had an amazing day here. I enjoyed a manicure, pedicure, shampoo, cut and blowout. My feet have never been so smooth! And my hair looks and feels so healthy. But the highlight of my day was a facial by Angela. She was so gentle with extractions, but very through. Angela seemed to go above and beyond with my facial, from the therapeutic hand and arm massage to helping me choose the best aroma for my treatments, she exceeded all expectations.Treat yourself to a spa day here.

I had a great experience here! Walked in and the place was pretty busy. The customer service was awesome. Kaila(cant remember if that is the right spelling) took amazing care of me. I walked in and let her know that I was nervous and that I had not had my hair cut by someone new for about 20 years. She asked a lot of questions and made sure she understood what I wanted. She was conservative with the cutting making sure I was happy every step of the way. She did an incredible job and I love my new hair and will definitely be back!

Excellent! Moriah is wonderful. She talked me through the big change I was making, taught me how to style the new cut, and was helpful but not pushy about products. Veda is also being very careful with COVID precautions which made me feel very comfortable. Great experience!

AVEDA essential oils were setting in sun on shelve. Quite a few went bad. Not a good experience sampling some of my favorites. By the way I am an Aveda trained stylist and a former Aveda Concept Salon owner.

Ive been several times and couldnt give Macie enough stars. Shes professional, talented, and super friendly. I had to bring my 4 month old son with me to my appointment and both her and Kayla were very accommodating and understanding. Always a great experience 😊

First impression of Veda. I was scheduled for a consultation today with Rachel, and I left feeling belittled. She spent less than 5 min with me, it felt like I wasnt worth spending any time on. I have had 2 consultations at other salons and the other 2 took a moment to test their product on my hair to check for reactions etc. as part of the consultation but that did not happen at this salon. I wanted to come to Veda because as a consumer quality is important to me. Rachel gave me her price for service and immediately made a comment to the effect that I couldnt afford it. Why would she assume the price was a problem for me? I am happy to pay for quality any day. After her second comment I had to tell her that price was not an issue for me, and I should not have had to say that. Also, her schedule did not have room to squeeze me in for another month and a half which is fine, but why couldnt or didnt she offer to see if someone else was willing to help? I thanked her for her time and told her it was ok, and she said Sounds good. Really? It sounds good to let a customer walk out the door? I could tell that she was relieved that I was leaving.....it didnt have to be like that. I expected more.

I went for a cut and color. I was greeted and offered a drink and a hot towel at Check in. When Logan came and got me from the waiting room she took me to her chair. She was so sweet and very personable. She kept the conversation going and I felt very comfortable.Usually when I get my hair cut, colored and styled it comes to $120 or more at other salons, but it only came to around $90 here. 10/10 will visit again

We are new to Colorado, and I tried Veda on Academy for a haircut purely on a whim. I was booked with Macie, and she was WONDERFUL. I have long hair with long layers, and she gave me a beautiful cut. Her sweet, sparkly personality is an added bonus. So happy to have found my new stylist on the first try.

I have had good experiences here in years past, but I will never go back here for a partial up-do again. I took my daughter for prom hair, paid $65 for curled ends and a regular, small braid on the side. I could have done that myself and saved $75 (with tip). The gal was shown pics of what was wanted (a large pulled braid), but that is not even close to what she got. Not to mention, the curls were pretty much gone about 3 hours later. When someone books an appointment for any kind of up-do, they probably expect to have something they cant do themselves. I rated it as a 2 because the facility is nice and clean.Edit to post: I spoke with the manager, sent her photos of the hair and she refunded my money (minus the tip, but Im ok with that). She told me they would use the photos for training in hopes to get better. I appreciated that.

Nina R did an AMAZING job for wedding hair. She is so patient and kind.. she really wants to make sure you are happy! Before I moved, I went to her for cut and color, once again, she did an amazing job on my hair. Nina R is so talented and I cannot recommend her enough. From color to cut to updos, she is talented in all of them! You wont go wrong if you go to Nina R, shes absolutely awesome!!!

So, now I they responded to my review by saying they tried to get a hold of me however they couldnt. Whats so interesting is they had both of our numbers, mine and my moms and they could see clearly who made the review so it would have been easy to look up. I dont see the problem and I definitely didnt hear from anyone. If they truly tried to get a hold of me then they would have known I was with my mother, Dawn and we had an appointment with Becca on Sunday, mothers day. how many people came in that day to have their nails done? I didnt see anyone waiting.

Love my hair!! My stylist always checked with me what I wanted before cutting off the inches. I love my long hair and I want to keep it long and healthy. They are awesome!!

I came in for a haircut and a gel manicure. I give 5/5 for the haircut I received. Wendi was very thorough and seeked advice to give me the best pixie cut that she could. I felt very taken care of.Im not sure if the nail ladies were new, but it took 1.5 hours just to get my original gels off and my nails ready for the manicure. We ran out of time, so I had to come back a couple of days later. When I came back, another person was going to finish my gel manicure. 1.5 hours later...the polish was very uneven and my cuticles were not trimmed. She had accidentally sprayed some chemical on the thumb nail, which made it blotchy. She seemed to be doing her best and I had other things to do that day, so I left with what I had. Less than a week later, the gels were chipping off. I ended up just redoing it when I got home. The nail ladies were very nice and professional, but if I pay someone to do my nails that is trained in that field, I expect their manicures to be better than my untrained ones.The salon is very beautiful, warm, welcoming, and has great products. I will definitely go back for my hair cuts and color, but never again for my nails.Update: the salon called me and gave me a complimentary manicure to make sure I had a better experience. It was definitely a lot better. This was 2 weeks ago and my gel nails havent chipped at all and still look amazing. I had my hair cut too and it was a great experience. Thank you Veda Salon for the wonderful and relaxing experience. Great and friendly staff. ❤❤❤

Always a pleasure to get my hair done at Veda. Customer service is always on point, quick and courteous check in and they always offer a drink for the wait, which is typically short. Stylists and Colorists are skilled and Ive never left unhappy about my cut, style, or color. They send specials on your birthday via email, give great scalp massages during shampoo, and complimentary hand massages while waiting for color. Salon is well maintained and facilities clean. Returning customer for sure.

The service here is fantastic! I prefer the experience here over massage heights. I give a 4 star rating because setting up a deep tissue massage appointment via their website takes a long time. Its difficult to maneuver through their clunky calendar to find available therapists. Just call them and set it up with the help of a real person. I come back to this place anytime I need to relieve stress!

This place would have gotten 5 stars if the front office girls didnt act like they were better than anyone else. The massage was good, the facility was clean from what I could see, but the front office staff was rude and belittling. Plus Im unsure of why a massage is $100 when I can get the same massage with oils at the place I normally go and its $60. Wont be going here and would advise anyone who goes in to be prepared to be looked down on.

I never understand the bad reviews about this place. I have been a faithful customer of this chain for over 10 years. The rare times I have had concerns or requests the team has bent over backwards to try and accommodate the need and/or make the situation right.Tammy has been doing my hair for 9 of those years and she is utterly the most amazing, talented, most professional hair stylist I have ever met. I know absolutely nothing about hair but she is always able to interpret my vision and explain to me in full detail what to expect in my new look. I like to go wild with my colors and she is never afraid to try something new while still making me look sleek and sophisticated.She is always worth every penny I spend and it is always so nice catching up with her. Derek did miracles when it came to my hair! He completely nailed my dream hair color and cut. I had a horrendous experience at another salon but Derek completely fixed it and made it more gorgeous than I could imagine. Absolutely will be seeing him again!

I’ve been going to Yolanda Kyle for waxing services for almost 9 years and followed her to Veda because she always does such an incredible job and helps make your waxing experience comfortable. Veda Salon is the best! I went in to have a cut and color, and unfortunately I was not satisfied with the final result. Nobody did anything “wrong”, the color was just not what i was hoping for. I understand coloring is tough, and it is not an exact science. I gave the color a few days, thinking I would might like after a few days. I did not.I contacted the management at Veda and could not have had a better experience! I received a personal response within hours. I spoke directly with Heather, she got me set up with a new appointment and was able to correct my color, I am so happy with the result! I cannot say enough nice thing about Veda Salon, if you are looking for a new salon, look no further!
