So this nail salon is nice inside, but most of the staff is not very friendly. Their unfriendly demeanor takes away from a relaxing spa experience. Ive gone there three times for pedicures and have been disappointed in their customer service. Pedicures have been alright, but really wish the staff would show more friendliness to make customers feel more welcome and relaxed

They take their time and completely pamper you! Best pedicure I have ever had, both Lee and Ben know what they are doing when it comes to the pressure points and reflexology in the foot, my legs were so relaxed I could barely walk out! Today I told Victoria what color I wanted and that I wanted some kind of simple design and laid it in her hands (literally) and I was so impressed with my manicure! You should have seen how bad my nails were when I walked in! Beautiful work!

This was the best manicure and pedicure I’ve had in years! Pricing was very competitive with other salons and the service was outstanding. Helen is a gem and a pleasure. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I didnt have a appointment but after a nail broke and was not going to go hold on till the weekend I had to take my chances to get it fixed asap. Helen exceeded my expectations once again. I have been coming here for close to a year now and in the last few months I’ve brought my sister as well. We have a 3-4 week ritual with Helen and Victoria who are both absolutely amazing! Helen gets the shape of my nails perfect every time and is very accommodating to my color and design requests. I also will not let anyone but her touch my eyebrows from now on! She’s amazing with wax! My sister adores Victoria and has nothing but great things to say about her work. We’re both very satisfied customers.

I had my first visit to this salon yesterday, and it definitely won’t be my last. Even though they were running a little behind (who isn’t these days) they were so nice, and my nails look and feel beautiful. They did not rush through my services and I really appreciated that. Great price also! Can’t wait to go back

Highly recommend!! My mom and I had a wonderful Mother’s Day getting our nails done here. We got manicures and pedicures and they turned out amazing. Hellen was amazing and made sure my acrylics were perfect and the designs were amazing! The acrylics weren’t too thick which I find with a lot of other places!

I called to see if they had an appt—EVERYBODY NEEDS TO CALL— they can get you in same day which is wonderful♥️. My pedicure was dreamy, literally, I loved having my foot and leg massages. AND time is a premium for me. They did my nails at the same time I was having my pedicure. These ladies take HUGE pride in their workmanship and do an amazing job. I will 100% be a regular.

My 2 daughters and I took over the place for a mini spa day. I had a royal/aloe pedicure which was amazing and a basic manicure. My 16 yo got a full set manicure and my 12 yo got a gel manicure and basic pedicure. Our nails all came out looking fabulous and we had a great time. The tools were prepackaged for sanitation and the station’s clean. The staff wore masks and everyone had to wash their hands as soon as they came in. I would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

I loved how friendly and nice the staff was, they did a wonderful job on my acrylics and I’d definitely recommend going to them for all things nails!

Me and mom got a pedicure and facial and it was wonderful the pedicure was really amazing and did great on the polish and the facial was relaxing and gave me amazing skin!! Definitely going back there.

Jasmine gives an excellent pedicure as does Thomas. Gentle, yet thorough, and I leave with nearly baby soft heels (theyre not magicians). Salon is clean and they open a new package of nail tools in front of you each time. Highly recommend.

This was my first time here, but it definitely won’t be my last. I got a royal manicure and royal pedicure, and both were incredible! I can’t wait for my next visit!!!

It was a clean place but they did not do the pedicure correctly and seemed bothered by me being there. Honestly I wouldnt go back, not great service and the guy who did my pedicure obviously had better things to do.

Stopped in on short notice and sooooo worth the drive. Quaint and comfortable, so far best pedicure I have ever had...and my feet have been around(lol).

My husband and I received the Royal Manicure and Royal Pedicure plus Jelly warm gel this evening and it was amazing! 😍 I have had many mani and pedi in Texas, Georgia, Virginia, Florida, Hawaii, and Mexico and this was definitely the best ever! 🥇This is the To-Go place when you want to feel pampered. Plus, all the staff is super friendly and great at doing their services, highly recommend it! 💗 We will most definitely come back to treat our girls next time. 😁

This is one of the best nail salons I’ve been toz very quiet and calm salon. The employees are very nice and courteous. I received a pedicure ($30) and gel manicure ($35). The staff spends a lot of time with the massage (my favorite part) and ensuring the paint is done cleanly. I will most defiiitely be coming back to this salon, and I would recommend you try it out as well .

Very accommodating. They were about to close and still offered me an appointment. Great service and attention to detail. The nail technician that helped me was very thorough. He even added a sugar scrub and hand massage with lotion at the end! I will be back. I had a great experience there.

Me and my mom went in to get some nails done and we said we wanted solar nails 33$ and they did the nails (which mine took over 1 1/2 hr and they weren’t perfect) and we went to pay and they charged us 48 dollars we even said we got solar , they did pink and white without telling us. They pretty much scammed us and both mine and my moms hands are very cut up and drilled around the skin. We’re going to wait and see how the nails hold up but we are not going back unless they have no problems whatsoever but I can already see one of My nails lifting and they got done yesterday.

My experience here was truly pleasant! It was my first time getting extensions of any kind, and I decided to get solar nails. They are gorgeous and were completed quickly. I believe Helen did them for me, and she was very nice. I only took off one star because it’s not the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to, but it’s also not the dirtiest either. Also, the website says that solar nails are $33 yet I was charged $45. I didn’t complain because the work was very nice. Would go back again!

Will not return to this salon again. Went with my mother in law and daughter to get pedicures and manicure. The pedicure were great! The manicure, done by the head female was so incredibly painful. My cuticles on several fingers bled and my nails are still throbbing from the brutal filing and cuticle cutting. On top of that she asked if I wanted my cuticles cut and assuming it was included in cost said yes. She then proceeded to charge me extra $5! My daughter also had her cuticles cut, but no extra charge. The woman who did my nails was impatient, rough and caused damage to my cuticles. In all my years of getting manicures I have never left with bleeding cuticles.

This was the best nail experience I’ve had here in Colorado Springs. The staff is lovely and sweet. My nail tech was extremely patient with me when I struggled deciding a color, and she was extremely meticulous in everything she did. She took extra time to make sure I had the desired nail shape that I wanted, and she was very friendly and sociable. I got acrylics done here and they were filed down beautifully. I hate when acrylics look too bulky and unnatural, but when she was finished it looked very natural and clean. I love my nails so much! It was a great experience, the shop is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff have an excellent relationship with their regular clientele. I will be going here from now on, I wish I discovered it sooner, and I look forward to knowing the staff on a first name basis like some of the other lovey ladies who were there the same time as me. Some of the other reviews complained about the price change, but I think your first time with the shop is around $40 because they give you an unofficial first time discount as an incentive to go back, it was very clear and there was nothing “shady” about it like the other review said. It’s a smart business move that definitely worked for me lol

Helen did an absolute BEAUTIFUL job on my nails! This place is the ONLY place that will do your dip nails the right way. I have gone to sooo many places, and they will all put a gel top coat on my dip nails at the end (which aways ends up peeling), instead of putting the right dip top coat. She did my nails to perfection and took her time. I am so happy with my nails. Thank you!

Hellen is FANTASTIC. This nail place is the best I have EVER been to for my nails and pedicure in all of COS. I have been to many before and this by far is the best.My friend and I had an appointment an hour before closing. When I got there I decided I also wanted a pedicure on top of a fill. I asked if they would be able to do that since it was an hour before closing and they did even though it wasn’t put down in the appointment. Not only did they do an AMAZING Pedicure (it was literally the best I have ever had) I kid you not I could see my reflection in my toe nails!!The nails that I had on that a previous salon did were super janky and crooked, lumpy, rushed through, and coming lose. So instead of doing a fill Hellen redid them all and gave me a full set. Hellen seriously spent time to do my nails and do them right she stayed almost an hour past close time to ensure that the nails were and smooth, and shaped correctly. I have seriously never been so excited about my nails before until now. I will 100% be coming back!

I mean. overall, it was pretty good. i got acrylics, and i really enjoy them. i went to go get yellow originally, but they had no yellow colors!! my only complaint is that there are finger prints in my nails where the lady has touched. i would probably go again though.

I got gel nail manicure here and a regular pedicure. If I could show you a picture I would. I could of done a better job myself. The guy who did it took his time and the massage was good. But, my feet look dry still and the paint job was pretty awful. I wont be going back unfortunately. Spent $70. Waste.Update to say its been only 5 days and my gel nails are peeling. So irritating.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with the few that gave 1 star.... but I’m the pickiest person in the world when it comes to my nails and this is one of the best places I’ve been to in the 30+ years of getting my nails done everywhere from Alaska to North Carolina to Louisiana to Colorado. Fair prices, friendly staff and clean establishment. Will be repeat customer for as long as I live here!

Helen at Glamour Nails is FABULOUS! Clean, great attention to detail, and very professional. Im very hard on my nails, and I go over two weeks before needing to go back, and my nails dont break.

This is the best place to get your nails done! They file them down sufficiently so every time they are done, they look brand new. They never let the acrylic build up and look bad. Their skills are excellent and price is as expected...very fair! Best of all...no cuticle cuts!! I highly recommend this group.

I have been to Glamour Salon several times. The staff I have had are crabby and seem to rush through the pedicure like they can not wait to be done with you. I had waxing done once and the older gentleman was very rough and not friendly at all. Its a beautiful atmosphere and close to my home so I gave it a few tries but I am done with this place. There are plenty of local nail salons and I will find another.

A friend recommended Glamour Salon and Spa to me and I brought my mom here for a late Mothers Day pedicure. We love it! And they have the cutest little girl pedicure chair! Best pedicure Ive had in all of Colorado Springs!

I came here once before to get my eyebrows waxed and was super pleased with the results. However, I went in again last week and the results are probably the worst I’ve had. The lady didn’t ask any questions regarding how I wanted them shaped, and didn’t give me any time to tell her before she had wax on my face. It was very rushed, the whole thing took less than 5 minutes. My eyebrows are not even, not shaped well whatsoever (which is fairly hard to do because I have a good natural shape, so you just have to follow that). I am very thankful my eyebrows grow quickly because it is a point of insecurity now. I’m giving two stars because the first time I got them done was great, but I will absolutely never be going back

Best nail salon in Colorado Springs and Monument. They take their time, their prices are more than fair and they do excellent work. Prettiest toes and fingers when theyre done! Wouldnt even think of going anywhere else.

Im from out of town and this place is way better than any that we have in my state. The man who did my pedicure did a fantastic job with the foot massage!!

What a chemical smelling dump. Cold water pedicure. No greetings, no please or thank you, no flicker of a smile, mediocre pedicure at best. Will never return or recommend to anyone. It’s not one star, it’s a big fat zero.

I live in Los Angeles (and have been to about a million nail salons) and have another home near Colorado Springs. I visited Glamour Salon and Spa on a weekend I was there for a last minute much needed mani/pedi. This place is top notch. Amazing service and best mani/pedi I’ve ever received!! This place deserves more than 5 stars! I’ve already been back again as this is my new all time favorite nail salon!! You all are doing a fabulous job! Keep up the amazing customer service!
