They are very pushy. My pedicure was fine after I finally agreed to callus removal, which I didn’t need. Went to get a full set and the woman kept pushing me to get coffin nails, which they charge extra for. But I agreed because I loved having coffin nails before. They don’t look like coffin and they are crooked. Not to mention the woman kept using the e-file(nail drill) on her own finger while she was drilling on my nails, literally stopped doing my nails to drill her own, didn’t change the bit or anything. Same thing with the nail file. Won’t be going back. Don’t waste your money.

I purchased the second to most expensive pedicure they offer The reason I had picked this is because it said it had callus removal. As you can see from the photos my calluses are still there the feet are dry and crusty I have applied lotion after and the next morning woke up and they were dry with calluses still on them. I would only recommend this place if every other place was booked up and even then I would still say just go with the cheapest option because even if you pick the expensive option you’re getting poor quality So save yourself some money and choose the less expensive choice.

The gentleman taking care of me made my experience very wonderful. He made sure I was comfortable and that everything he did was to my liking. I truly recommend this place.

The young lady who painted my toes, did a good job. Only good thing. However the woman at the front, refused to fix someones nail. It was not busy, nor was she doing anything. The woman was very upset saying she was just in this past couple days. To the 7 people getting pedicures we all couldnt understand why she acted that way. Afterwards she rushed the guy doing my partners toes to another person. Again not busy, so not sure why. She put so much oil on her toes. And when we asked for the rubber sandals, she said oh well your nails were dry. NOT the point, we didnt want to get oil all over her expensive shoes. We did anyway because a dollar sandal was such an inconvenience, even after paying a total of over $200. Oh and it was super quick. Wasnt the relaxing pedicure we planned.

Where do I begin. I am injured and have gum nails. Between my sister and I, we spent $250. We both got a pedicure and full set. Our pedicures were rushed. My nails weren’t even cleaned. If you want shellac, it’s an extra $17. The prices were raised, I was never informed.Then I get a full set, David, was too rough, also gave me a blood blister on the side of my finger from digging in his nails from holding my finger. Both my sister and I left with bleeding cuticles........ The place isn’t sanitized, and because of our skin color, we were treated awful. I hope this places closes down.

I love the customer service here people are very nice. But tech who did my fill and a nail repair made my acrylic nails very very thin the one she had to repair and start from scratch only lasted two days before the tip broke off. And she didn’t file the new growth of my natural nails behind the acrylic so they look bad in the back 😓. This place is a hit or miss depending on who you get.

I went to the salon yesterday because I’ve heard that it wasn’t such a great place to get nails done so I decided to try it out myself and honestly I don’t think I’ll ever recommend this place to anyone. Firstly the lady I had wasn’t very nice there was a few times where I tried to make a light conversation going and she just brushed it off, the only time she talked to me was when she had another client around, secondly she kept burning the hell out of me with her nail file I had told her about it but then again she said sorry and brushed it off and third what really shocked me was the price I asked for very short basic nails and it came out to 55! I thought it was going to be $35 or even $40 at most but 55 was ridiculous. :/

We have literally been sitting here for an hour if it wasnt for me really wanted my toes done then I would totally get up and leave but they are the only ones open this late but they keep you waiting and they take other customers over you Ive been here before a year ago waited maybe 15 min max my first time sitting down I waited 20 min for water the water was col the other lady saw my face and change it for me I told her thank you the lady got mad because I said I wanted basic this is not my regular salon so I wasnt going to spend money on something that I had no idea if they were good at Im glad I didnt get it. Theyve added water to their products so you dont get the full effect of them while did them I felt as if it was a rush job she painted them and didnt take the time to check and clean the polish that was left over on my skin she got mad when she did the second coat because she stuck her own finger and messed up the polish all around in professional I would say but because they stay open late is the only reason I believe people still come here my last and Im glad I will be moving to Hawaii and I hope they improve ok heir service and their customer service because they are rude I sat down to dry she left out the door someone else rung me out she only came back to see if I had left a tip

I gave this place a second chance, keeping an open mind. In conclusion, I am never coming back here again. Just walking out and disgusted with the service. No care for customer service and lack of attentiveness.

The 1st time I was here they wound up charging my card twice $57 each time they charged me when their system was supposedly down so I paid cash instead.... Different nail techs provide different quality (meaning everyone is not the same). I was not satisfied this go round. Sat there for an hour and ten minutes before anyone even got to me and then the nail job was not that great, uneven product, different lengths and shape nails. The plus is I like the atmosphere! I will go again, it will just be a while and will not be on a Sunday!!

Not too happyAside from being the sloppiest nail job Ive ever had, she filed to hard,I watched her notice how crooked the nails were and she didnt fix it, it tookan hour and a half, it was$50!!!!, she stayed on the phone the ENTIRE time,& when I gave her her tip,(which was $8,less than half of what I tip for GOOD service), she got an attitude & was snobby. The place looked nice & they have more color selections than anywhere else ive been though,but what good is that if they do a poor job?! I will start with...most of the time I have had no complaints about the end product of my work. I have have pedis, manicures, eyebrows, and dip nails done at this salon. My issue is that the last 3 times I have gone I have been charge a different price for the same exact service. No clue if it has has happened more or not. But today was the last chance. And they did not even honor the price I got last time I was quoted a price. If prices were consistent I would not have a problem going back. But to tell me “they” don’t know the language well, and maybe got confused is not my problem. I will say that the 2nd time they did give me back the difference that was owed. This time they were a bit more rude about it.

Omg l wanted to get my nails done and they were so bad at it. They were Cricked and uneven. When I tried to say something they said it was supposed to be like that. They also kept hitting my hand. I hate this place. They also were demanding tips. My hand is bruised.

Tech wore his mask around his chin and kept touching his face, tools used were not sterile, manicure was uneven and shellac hardened in chunks around the edges of my nails and is now peeling.

My nails came out decent but I feel as though everything else was terrible, I took my daughter and her friend to get mani pedis, I feel like because they are kids they just went quickly and I definitely could have done better for them. Nails partially because painted and different shapes. I really decided to write this review because I asked for a basic pedi and was told I need at least the one above, I agreed but now I have scratches from the pumice stone and was burnt due to my skin being broken. I wish I could show pictures of the scratches all over the tops of my feet.

Deon took care of me. I had a manicure. He was very attentive. Did all I expected and more. Very gentle. Inexpensive compared to Helens etc. Will definitely be back!

She painted my nails so they looked elegant and classy. I would highly NOT recommend gel manicures. I received one and as I was walking out it started lifting. There was polish all over my cuticles. The polish was thick and looked like a toddler did my nails. The “manager” is the one who did it and he became very unprofessional when I brought this to his attention. He claimed they did not do refunds because they didn’t know how. The pedicure massage was about a whole two seconds. I was burnt by the towels.Please save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I absolutely loved the shape of my nail and work of my nail tech. However I have been in this salon 4 times in 3 weeks. I have been serviced and paid full price for 2 full sets on my hands due to the acrylics lifting and pealing off during that time. I also went two different times during the 3 weeks to get adjustments to the acrylic nails that pealed off completely(not polish), Oh if you need a nail fixed, the nail tech charges $5.00 each time I went in to get one nail fixed. The staff was sweet, poor quality of acrylic products, Iv never had this issue in the many years of getting acrylics done with lifting this bad. When I went back to demand a refund for my last set, I was offered another service. Not happy, I wasted my money here. Will not return for services.

I love the way mine and my daughters nails look, but the service could have been a little better. I left my primary debit card at home and I forgot to transfer funds to the card I had with me before going into the shop, so, instead of approaching me and subtly letting me know my card declined, my manicurist announced it out loud. Overall quality of service was excellent otherwise.

Worst mani pedi I’ve ever gotten. The quality is no where near the price they charge. They also end up charging you double what they tell you. Looks like a blind person painted my nails.i will never come here again.

I just moved to CO Springs and I was not happy at all with my pedicure. The customer service was nice and everyone was friendly. But the skill set was very low. It looks like a toddler had painted my nails. I even asked them to fix the paint that was on my skin and even after I asked them to fix it, my toes still looked messy. My nails were also cut so uneven. The only positives, my tech was friendly and he did a little longer of a foot massage than normal.

Use to come here all the time I think they changed most of the staff because no one looked familiar. Took my mom with me for her birthday we both got a full set of acrylics and looked at the price before on the sheet up front. Ended up getting charged twice as much as the price sheet. We didnt get anything special or shape or extras like shellac. Be careful, also the nails lifted towards the bottom, had acrylic dried all over my skin, and air bubbles all throughout the nails.

Long time customer. Sadly Ill never go back. I tried something new off of the recommendation of a tech. All my nails cracked within a week. Im always good with my nails. Went in to get them fixed. Nobody wanted to fix them because of the length. And then when someone stepped up they wanted to charge me $90. When I paid $60 for the original set. This isnt the first time Ive been treated bad in this shop. Nor over charged. Luckily I found someone near by that took care of me at a much better price. And gave me exactly what I needed.

First time going, and will definitely be coming back. Kevin was awesome , loving my color changing gel nail set.

I had a picture of what I wanted and it was pulled up the entire time. My nail tech looked at it repeatedly. What she did is no where near what I wanted. She also repeatedly slipped off of my nails with her powered file, my cuticle area is cut up. On top of that she put a matte gel coat on , it has been an hour and the orange is turning black.

Took my daughter here to get a mani and pedi. The service was excellent and timely. My daughter felt like a princess and she loved her nails. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

Drove around all over town trying to find a place open and they said they were open till 9 I got there at 10 to 8 and they weren’t open.

Never coming here again I just moved back home and had to find another nail person from where I lived and I had a great nail person. When I went to the lady try to explain to her what I liked and she was just on her phone so had to wait for her to get off her phone and when she finally did try to explain to her what i always get then she wanted to argue on what was better and what would look better so I just let her do it and then she told me one price and did another nails dont look good and never coming back again.

I bought a $30 gift certificate for my teenage daughter because that’s the cost listed (in store and online) for a full acrylic set. I dropped her off and they charged her $47. Do not go here.

Their pedicures are decent if you get the right person. We sat down at the same time and got the same pedicure but I was finished 5-10 minutes before my partner. (Yes I understand some steps may have more work than others but he gets pedicures regularly so there’s shouldn’t of been much). For $50+ I expect to be in that chair for a while.As far as nails go, stay away...far far away. I had to ask multiple times for my nails to be cut down, on EACH NAIL! I also had to have him correct the lumps in the acrylic, on 5 nails. My polish was applied to thick that it would not dry either. My partner got a manicure that lasted an entirety of 10 minutes and his nails look no different than before.

I just wanted a regular manicure, nothing fancy because I didnt want to spend a ton. The lady doing my nails tried to get me to switch to gel or acrylics at least 5 times. When I kept saying no, she became obviously frustrated and very lackadaisical, leaving empty spots and just making my nails look sloppy. She also made me prove to her that I could pay before she even began. She said $20, I told her I didnt have enough cash, so she made me put my credit card up on the counter before she would do anything. None of my friends that I was with had to do this...but I guess I just look sketchy?? Also, our artists took our credit cards while our nails were still drying and ran them without us being able to see them doing it. I dont know, for me thats a little weird because Id like to be able to see what theyre doing with my money. One of my friends said that her artist tried to change her tip amount. Needless to say, we arent going back any time soon.

The Lady that did my nails was rough and rude she put on her headphones and listen to music the entire time she did my nails. My nails are average at best and then she decided to be nice once it was time for a tip and to pay. By that point shes lucky I gave her anything but I understand that its not easy job, nor is being in a mall. But I will not be going back I now remember why I stopped going!

My mother and I came here for a mother daughter day and this place was absolutely wonderful!!! Great service, welcoming, friendly and they did such a good job we loved it!! I got my nails done by lee and my mother got hers done by yen and they both did such a good job! Although one woman went in there to get her acrylic nails removed and the lady that was taking them off didnt soak them in acetone first but instead just started to rip her nails off and almost ripped her nail off😬 But my mother and I had a wonderful experience there and will definitely be going back 😄👌

My daughter and I went here today for mothers day, the staff was nice and friendly. We got pedicures and full sets of acrylics great job by everyone. We will definitely come back.

Stayed open for my friend and I, because we live an hour away. She took her time and did an amazing job. Great music, great aesthetic. Kay was super gentle, and was constantly getting reassurance that I liked how they were looking. 10/10 highly recommend!

The service at this salon has continued to decline. The staff is RUDE and don’t care to do a good job. Most of them rush you in and rush you out only looking to get as much money as they can. I brought my daughter in with me. The woman who did her pedicure was impatient, leaning over her later at a table without saying excuse me, and tossed her shoes toward her while she was at the dryer, rather than getting up and placing them near her. We asked for a flower on her toes. However, they said it would take too long to do it and offered a sticker instead??? Really ???. No conversation with customers - it is ALL about the money at this salon. If you are looking for good service, keep it moving because you won’t get it here.

Just came here visiting the Springs for my mother’s birthday & they slayed mine & my sisters sets but my mom wanted a challenging nail. Her tech never did that kind of nail, but tried. Unfortunately , they came out pretty bad. As we we’re leaving, the owner ran out to stop my mom with the promise to fix them the next day. My mom came and got a fresh set the way she wanted. She didn’t even accept the tip my mom tried giving her. If I need my nails done while I’m in the Springs, I’ll be back here 💜💅🏼

Went there to get my nails done and a pedicure. Pedicure is nice but the nails are horrible the man wanted to sit on his phone and play with headphones and was dragging the process. So I went to someone else, demanding my nails be done correctly and faster. Literally the next day the acrylic started lifting and my nails look like I’ve had them for weeks. I’m so upset and too busy with work to go back for my money or them done over. Toooooooooooooooo much money for bad service . I recommend no one go here

I’m not even finished with my pedicure but the service is terrible. When the tech couldn’t upsell me and my boyfriend on the pedicure treatment she was rough as heck on my feet. Walked away for about 7 seven straight minutes in the middle of my pedicure and just disappeared until she came back. I definitely won’t be returning.Edit: I just finished the manicure and she cut three fingers with the drill!!! And had the nerve to look at how much I was tipping which was simply a courtesy tip. I definitely won’t be back. The customer service was horrible and I had to correct her several times on the shapes of some uneven nails.

This was absolutely the worst nail place and disappointment Ive had as a nail experience. I paid 45 for my nails my own polish and I gel top. 30 full set 5 for shape and 5 for gel top. Plus a five tip added to my total. Without my permission. I spent almost three hour getting my nails done. The tech informed me if the bottom paint didnt dry all the way they top would crack. My nails werent all the way paint and the glass crack in the same place on every nail plus many more locations. I called the following morning before work and the owner claimed shed fix it. The following day after work was to late still communicating with the owner throughout this process. so I come in today as we spoken about and she tells me its not their fault and she would only put top coat on my nails no other fixed. Practically refused to put gel paint to correct this problem.. she said I must pay 25 additional dollars after saying she would fix it. A kind hearted customer waiting volunteered to pay for the fix which didnt make the owner happen. To say the least the owner was so unprofessional and had zero customer service. She just wanted me to pay more money for over priced quality and care . I fell robbed . Ill post picture and videos of this disappointment

Just went to do a pedicure the one that took care of me was great but when I was about to leave i ask is there is a bathroom and what seam to be the owner said dillars has a bigger bathroom so I stood with a look on my face and the guy spoke to her in there language said something then they said yes. When i got out the bathroom I ask is it okay that the customers use the bathroom she said yes the other lady said oh just saying bigger bathroom in Dillard so she basically made a comment refering to my weight . I wont go back.

The lady that did my nails left a huge gap that made it seem like I had my nails for a while, she also did a bad job with the nail polish. I had it all under my nails and on the side. To top it all off she made me get gel nails because she said they would last longer and said she would charge me lesss if I got them, so I agreed and she ended up changing me $60 she also forced me to tip her when I said I didn’t want to. I would definitely not recommend this place!

The staff will pretend not to hear you if you ask a question, they just talk to eachother in vietnamese and ignore you. Until you get mad. They know the word sorry as you walk out.

Went for a repaint of gel. The lady burnt me with the dremmel and took all the thickness of my natural nail. Came out with polish on my cuticles.... globs of polish on the sides and edges and bubbles! Paid the same price as a gel manicure at my regular salon. They hovered over me as I signed my receipt. Pass!!!! I’m never cheating on my regular lady again! (She was on vacation)

Just left and so disappointed!! If I could give zero stars I would. Took my daughter for pedis and she was done in 10 min with hers. Meanwhile I waited for about 30 and it was terrible. Girl doing my nails said about 2 words to me and was pretty rough. Then she tried putting my shoes on immediately after polish had been applied and smudged my toes. After all that they ended up charging me too much. The only good thing about this place was the young girl offering water and candy. She was very sweet and and kept asking if we needed anything. Will not be back!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I got the $42 pedicure and didn’t get my feet scrubbed that good and the paint itself looks like a child painted my toes. I would have been better off painting my toes myself.

I just went in for a full set last Wednesday. I was very happy with my nails until the following days they started to lift and chip being that they were very thin on the bottom and she didn’t push my cuticles down so they were even on my skin! I went in yesterday to ask if there was any way they could fix them being that I haven’t even had them for a week and they are doing all these things is ridiculous, the man I talked to was very rude and told me that I couldn’t get them fixed unless it was by the same lady when in which she is the reason my nails are having this issue. My friend has come here and got her nails done and they have tried to rudely upcharge and force things upon you. If you bring an issue to their attention on your nails they get very rude and snippy and act as if you aren’t paying them ! I’m very dissatisfied and would not recommend this place. My nails have also started to fall off and I paid $65! And gave a ten dollar tip.

If I could give no star I would. I recently tried this nail salon and it was the worse experience of my life. I wanted French gel tips with my natural nails since I’m pregnant and they’ve gotten pretty long. Well the lady cut them super short to the point where they’re super sensitive because of how short they are. Also she was super rough and constantly was pulling on my arms. She didn’t take her time and didn’t even talk to me. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all.

I got my face waxed here, she went over the same spots 25 times, could barely see, and after all the pain I was still just as hairy. I did a better job myself at home. Not only that but the dummy did the same spots over and over and now there’s a scar on my face from where she literally ripped my skin off.

The environment and atmosphere is really nice. However, my full set done on 4/20 is HORRIBLE! I have been doing my nails for years and this is the worst full set of nails. Bulky, acrylic chipping, and ombre is not ombre. Paid 65 plus tip for ugly nails. Couldnt address with nail tech before leaving because of dim lighting and was rushed. Now I have to find another nail salon to fix this mess.

Take my daughter here for her birthday. She liked this place, the staff was very friendly, my daughter and she talked and laughed all the time. The space is very comfortable, the air is very fresh and the nail of my daughter is gorgeous. Will be back!!!

Super clean, good atmosphere and great prices and service. My first visit was a month ago, went back yesterday for full set acrylics and eyebrow wax. I am so happy with the results. Thank you Lisa.

Do not i repeat do NOT come here. they find any way to keep bumping up your prices but don’t tell you so you end up paying over 100$ for a pedicure and fill. it also says you get a 10 minute massage and she literally gave me a 2 minute massage i looked at the time. the prices they have on their website are also not accurate. save yourself the time and ugly nails there are tons of places in the springs! go somewhere else!! ALSO he dug his fingernail into my finger repeatedly while having a conversation with other employees he cut me and i’m bleeding.

I had the worst experience. The man who was doing my nails kept failing my nails. I asked him to stop because it hurt amd he responded with well it wouldnt hurt if your nails werent so short i bite my nails because of anxiety and when i get my nails done its to help with that.

Awful experience...2 times! 1st time the lady tried to convince me my concern for my polish being on too thick was silly. Never dried..completely ruined the following morning.Today (6/19/19), on my birthday, I attempted to have 2 acrylics put on my big toes because my right one I broke the corner. Saved the nail and had it glued on. Agreed to a pedi as well. He put the acrylic on super thick. Then I had to remind him that he never even pushed back my cuticle before he polished. Never did put a base coat on. Once the polish was on I noticed a huge bump at the base of each big toe. Asked him to file down. Took numerous times. Then as we was finally painting I noticed he had filed off the corner that was chipped and I was now left with a huge gap.He got super rude & nasty. They still made me pay the $25 fee for the craptastic pedi & awful service.NEVER GOING BACK!
