Vee is amazing. So fast and fun to talk too. I havent had my nails done in 7 years and she was incredible and so fast. She did exactly what I wanted and exceeded what i wanted. I plan on going back to see her asap

Truthfully I wanted to leave a good review. I kept trying to tell myself my nails didn’t look that bad....but they do and I am sad. Especially sad because this was a treat for me. My husband wanted to get my nails done for a date we had the next day.Starting from the beginning the whole experience was not great. We walked in and the man started immediately yelling at us from another table asking what we needed...which was odd because there were several employees sitting around on their phones who should have been able to come up to the front desk and ask us personally. He then try’s to find someone to do the basic acrylic I am asking for and waves at me to sit at one of the tables. She asked me what color I wanted and that was the extent of our conversation for the hour I was there. That part wasn’t so bed because I hate small talk. She did not remove the nail polish in the corner of my nails. She did not even push back my cuticles to properly apply the acrylic. She finished the acrylic, painted them, and rushed me out the door saying they looked good. She charged me 50 and I tipped 10 as that was what I had allotted for tip and I hadn’t really had a chance to look at my nails. The polish is streaky, and the acrylic is uneven and some oddly shaped. It’s been 5 days and it looks like there’s been 2 weeks of growth. I’m so upset and disappointed. Don’t waste your time or money, at least on nails there. Their pedicures seem popular.

It was my first time coming here and my mom found this place walking the mall and they have good prices! I just got my nails done and I’m very satisfied. The man that did my toes took his time and was very nice. The lady that did my nails was very fast but SO good at shaping and being a perfectionist. She kept asking me if they look good to me every time she did something. She was very sweet to me.

Vi and the salon staff were incredible. Made appointment for pedicure and manicure for prom and feel beautiful. Got a French ombré manicure, Vi did an exquisite job doing this. Highly recommend her and this style!

I just had the worst experience at this place,I went in for a mani- pedi with the intention of removing my acrylic nails, nancy dug into the corners of my big toe nails until she made me bleed,( I never had any problems with my toenails),after she was done the other lady already had her on another job and she was going back and forth,and she told me that she didnt have the time to remove my acrylic nails for me,to come back the next day for it to get them removed, I had called in and made the appointment earlier that day, but I think another customer walked in and she was going to make more money with them,but that should not be the point of customer service I was willing to pay wherever amount she charged me in order to get my nails removed,my nails were awful to start with and it was at premier salon where I had them done.

This was my first time going here and I had an amazing experience. I was a walk in for a fill and to get my daughters eyebrows waxed. We didnt have to wait, but maybe 5 minutes. They took their time, very friendly and the gentleman who did my nails was very friendly and efficient. They did exactly what I wanted and my nails look so beautiful. I will definitely be going back for future services and will definitely tell everyone about this amazing place.

I came into the springs for my friends wedding. I was only getting a pedicure. The man that did my nails really gave off the impression that he did not care at all. He originally smudged my paint on 2 toes pulling the liner out. Instead of removing the polish he painted over it and now it is truly ugly. Very upsetting as I had an event to go to.

Excellent service! The shop was completely sanitary. Constant cleaning, plexiglass between you and the techs, hand washing is a must to even get started! All surfaces were constantly being wiped down. I highly suggest t Premier Nails and Spa!!!

I’ve been coming to premier Nails in chapel Hills mall for about 3 years now. I typically book my appointments with Vee for a full set or fill. Her work is quality and I always leave satisfied. I have also had Danny and a few others do my nails too and never had any issues.The mall closed for a while due to the pandemic but once salons were officially permitted to open, Premier nails opened up for business for appointment only. I was very impressed with the initial precautions management took. Minimal people are allowed in the salon at a time. All staff and customers required to wear a mask. Shielding Glass is set up at each station. Customers are required to wash their hands upon arrival. Customers are spread apart for pedicures. Even with all the extra precautions, i left my appointment with my nails looking great!

I got gel acrylics from Danny, and he did a really amazing job! I had never gotten acrylics before so he did great making them a manageable length. Absolutely no flaws with the nails.

There were four of us, we called and made appointments at least 3 days in advance. While we are getting ready for our full sets, two young ladies walk into the shop (with no appointment) and our appointment was pushed to the side so they could get their nails done before we did. After about four hours we are finally done. My nail polish began chipping as soon as I left, and when I came back to get them fixed they put the wrong colors on my nails and they began chipping again. Alone, I spent $100 to get my nails done and the quality was absolutely terrible. They couldn’t do what we asked, we showed them pictures of what we wanted and they did what they wanted to do instead. While talking to them they acted as if they couldn’t understand us but when other customers came inside they addressed them in clear English sentences. Asking them about life and work and our responses were “ Yeah” and “Okay” They were not professional and barley addressed any of our issues. We WILL NOT be back to that shop and if you are looking for great quality work that is worth a pretty penny and equal respect, I would recommend going anywhere but here!!!!

I have been coming here since 2011 and it’s been awesome I bring my family and friends here. If I’ve ever had an issue Danny or V handle it for me and make it right. Only thing I wish they brought back was discounts and/or military discounts. Other than that 100% yes.

I was visiting from out of the area and happened to come across this nail location. I am so glad I stopped in for a pedicure. A wonderful young lady assisted me. Her name was Heaven, Ill never forget her! Absolutely lovely in every way. She was not only professional and well mannered but so attentive and made sure I was comfortable and my toes looked beautiful enough to wear sandals again. Ill definitely be back to her soon!!! I would recommend her to anyone who visits this nail spa!

Called on Friday for Sat apt for 2 sets & a pedicure. Was told 11am when they open & it was a bit of a shuffle. They shuffled me between 2 different people for pedicure. Guy that did my nails knicked me 3 times. Danny did my daughters & he was awesome. I will go back but will request someone else.

I come and see Heaven for all my pedicure needs and shes AMAZING. My cuticles grow out of control sometimes and she does a fantastic job at pushing them back and cleaning them up and she is so gentle. Ive had people in the past be really rough with me but she takes her time and is super gentle. She gives awesome massages and her nail painting is so amazing. My polish stays on so nicely and does not chip. Shes my go to girl now!

V was so amazing. My nails turned out amazing. I came in not knowing what i wanted and came out with the most fantastic looking designs, and details. Even though i was everywhere with what i wanted she pieced it together and gave me something I can not stop admiring. She also was super sweet, and I loved being able to just have a normal conversation and laugh and not just sit in dead silence. I am absolutely coming back, and I suggest if you need your nails done come to Premier Nails and Spa at the chapel hills mall. Then ask for V. You wont regret it!!!!!

I was able to get an appointment right away on such short notice they welcomed me right in and I asked them to do a different design on each nail and not only did they surpass my expectations but they took the extra time to show me a new technique and its safe to say Ill be only coming here from now on! I go in for pedicures with Heaven all the time! She has been my go to since the first time I went into the salon. She’s amazing! My nails always come out perfectly and I never have any complaints. She’s very kind and has great customer service when interacting with clients.

Vy has been doing my nails for more than 20 years and I would never consider going to another spa. She as well as the other technicians is extremely professional and well informed on the latest techniques.keep up the good work.

I paid 42 for a pedicure that was okay, nothing special. When I walked in I said I wanted a fingernails done too but they brought me to the register after my toes were done. I guess they didn’t want to do my finger nails.I understand if I would have asked again that someone would have done them but you all missed out by not asking if I needing anything else or even remembering that I asked for my nails to be done. The whole time I was getting my toes done I was looking up what I wanted for my hands. Also with as big as the Salon is I don’t know why you insist on sitting strangers next to each other instead of leaving one chair in between.

This is by far the best Nail Salon around! V customized and personalized my nails beautifully down to how the color would look with my skin tone! I believe she was precise and took her time with the shape and cover of the polish! Would 100% recommend!

Premier is in the mall. We were shopping at 12:00. We walked in and made reservations for 3pedicures 1 manicure. Come back in 45 min. We came back and waited 15 minutes to get seated and then 1 hour for the nail tech to get started. Sitting in the pedicure chair with feet in cold water for half an hour is just gross.

I have visited various nail places and this is by far one of my favorite places to go. V does a really good job detailing and making sure every little thing is perfect and exactly how YOU want. I will be sure to visit many more times!

They attend you right away but not the best of nail service. Nails were left crooked and some sides thick. They were suppose to be coffin style but they took off too much from one side on most nails. I feel they just want to be able to take in everyone that comes in (more money) and less focus on the quality.

I have been coming to Premier Nail in Chapel Hills Mall for 3 years now and I enjoy coming there. I love getting my pedicure done by Chi, she is always happy to see me and she thrives in giving me great experience every time. I also get my Gel set manicure with V and Ugly John (his Nick name he loves). He is very good at shaping my nails just the way I like them and V always does amazing job at designing my nails. I highly recommend trying Premiered Nails on your next nail pampering.

I was able to get in quickly. The lady doing my nails bragged about how good she was the entire time. Then I was handed off the another person to do my toes. The powder dip on my nails only lasted 6 days and now is coming off in sheets. This is really disappointing now I have to spend another $50 or so to fix this. Her method was not as good as she thinks.

Went here with my best friend before her wedding and had wonderful customer service and beautiful art on our toes and fingernails! Wonderful day and wonderful memory thank you to Premier!

I came here because I was visiting family in Colorado, I’m from Texas. I got them done on Sunday, today is Tuesday. They talked me into getting gel instead of a full new set to save me money. I asked for matte black. Now the gel is peeling off of my nails 2 days later. 2 DAYS! The lady who did them was awesome, super sweet & friendly. But never have I ever had the polish or anything peel off of my nails after getting them done 2 days ago! Super disappointed!

I love this salon. I can show anytime and they will take care of my nails. Danny does a fabulous job on the dipping powder - perfect for a busy person like me, they last a long time. All the techs do a great job!

Paid $35 for a gel manicure. My cuticle was cut during the manicure and would not stop bleeding. He put on two layers of color and it was splotchy. I could not tell how bad it was until I walked into the mall. I came back in and he put on another layer of gel and top coat which made them thick and goopy. At this point I just wanted to be done. Now five days later the color has come off completely. I could do a better job myself at home. Avoid at all costs.

I asked to paint all my nail instead of giving space and they decided to paint on top of the cuticle. Then I asked I was a thin layer of gel because I wanted more of a natural look and they paint 3 layers of gel plus the topcoat. I wanted thin layer so it looks normal. So disappointed. Not worth $38 plus tip

This is a very elegant place to relax, however, the nail tech who worked with me seemed annoyed. I asked him to shorten my nails more and he said he would file them lower later. I asked him to file lower and he filed them crooked. My nails were thicker. He squared them. No pride in his work. I paid for the callous remover and my feet still werent smooth. I know a place where it is done better for free. love Apple and Tom. :)

I came in and they fixed it for me for free, the guy who had done mine before no longer works there, and they let me get a new color and all! Vee is awesome! Great customer service.

Came in to get my nails reshaped into a square; because my nail broke, and this old guy straight decided to start removing my thumbs gel nail polish off!! Then all the staff were super confused about me requesting him to fix it after he ruined the metallic gel that was more high priced than the gel I even asked for. Then after finally getting a new set of gel on my thumbs the old man refused to do anything else. I would highly recommend to never go to this place & save you’re money. The way their attitude is I guarantee they won’t last long. Plus they kept complaining about the length of my nails like that even mattered to me. 😂

Did not like the service

Asked Kevin for ombré nails and got horrible results. He cut me so deeply and kept trying to file the cut. Don’t waste your money here. They are extremely inexperienced and will lie about their abilities for money.

I absolutely loved the person who did my nails (Michael), but the staff hovered over him as if he was always messing up. He did cut my cuticle.... and the manicure was a little sloppy. (Just pooling in the cuticles). It was not worth the price, but I would still recommend this place for the friendly staff and nice experience.

Came in today for a full set and I am AMAZED. I absolutely love my nails! I came in with an idea and Vee turned me on to a design called cat eye. Absolutely thrilled and completely satisfied. Ask for Vee! She will not disappoint!

Went in with a friend for a pedicure and manicure. A new girl named Mary did my pedicure and did a great job! She just started on my manicure and the others made her stop and go do a pedicure. A tall guy with glasses did my manicure and rushed through it doing a lousy job!! They bubbled and peeled and he left 2 chipped nails! I complained and they ignored me. I went back the next day and they were rude as hell and said they would re-do the paint but they would charge me again!! Of course I had a few choice words and left!! FYI.... The entire time we were there, the other workers were all talking bad about Mary!!! I hate that!! I will never go back and I hope Mary goes to work elsewhere with good people!!!

I’ve come here several times, but services has been steadily declining. Last weekend I was with a group that had an appointment, and I sat in the pedicure chair for over an hour before getting any service. When I finally got my pedicure, it was rushed and sloppy. I had to ask for her to file my nails multiple times and it still wasn’t done well and I had to redo it at home, as well as clean off polish from the skin around my nails. After that, she told me she wasn’t able to do my manicure and asked me to wait for someone else while she started another customer’s nails.The only good service was from Amber, who ended up doing my manicure. She did a great job, though the gel chipped faster than any other mani I’ve ever gotten. I would only go back if I could guarantee getting her again.

Love this place! The people are fantastic and do such a wonderful job. I’ve been coming back to this place for years! No other place take so much pride in their work and are so attentive to detail like these guys.

I went to get my nails done, with dip, and the first day they looked great. By day 2 the powder and top coat were breaking and cracked they filed my nails so thin. It is overall terrible quality. So disappointed, on top of that, they were $45 dip on my actual nails. I won’t be back and do not recommend
