I scheduled an appointment for my sister and I to get our nails done. The atmosphere of the place would of been nice but it was SO hectic and busy. I got moved around to a different chair and manicurist. When I asked for a drink it took almost the whole time to get it to me that I had to almost chug it instead of enjoy it while getting my nails done. Then I had to ask for the nails to be reshaped because they were crooked and I had to ask for one hand to be redone because it didn’t have as much glitter as the other hand. Within 4 days 3 nails popped off fully just while I was typing for work! And this was powder dip! It usually lasts me 3+ weeks! I was thoroughly disappointed.

Ive never wanted to write a bad review for anywhere, until now. Lets start with a positive note, this place is absolutely beautiful. The vibe here is extremely relaxing, but the artist that did my $120 pedicure made this experience the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The end result looks absolutely nothing like the photo I showed them of what I wanted, they messed up like 5 different times and had to keep re doing my nail, and in the process cut me and made my toe bleed. I left this place hurting and with toes I am very unhappy with. Then after only 2 minutes of leaving the salon, one of the diamonds fell off. Absolutely not coming here again.

I made an appointment when I had to come down from High Country and I seriously think this place is worth a 4 hour drive in the future! I had Kevin and he was great! Helped me figure out what would work best for my nails and pocket in the long run. Pedicure was out of this world! And he did such a fantastic job on my nails. Yea this place is a little pricey but it was worth every penny, which most times I pay close to the same and it’s not so much worth my money! Will definitely be back here again soon to see Kevin!

I always come here and I usually get my nails done by Eric. Mia is also very good and there is this other guy (I think his name is Dat) who is also very good… I had Tracey the last time I went and she charged me $68 for a fill… The tips were super thin and worn out after ONLY 5 days of having them on. One of my nail broke after 5 days so I went back and had someone else fix the broken nail and he was rude about it. If i’m paying $68 for a fill, i expect them to last at least 3 weeks or more.. I will only come back for Eric, Mia, and Dat now. I have attached my favorites from them…

I went in yesterday and was there for a total of 4.5 hours. I wanted a black dip manicure and a black gel pedicure. The pedicure turned out great (except for a tiny chip on 1 toe which mustve happened while at the salon).My manicure was done twice and still did not come out the way I wanted. In the end my manicured nails are now a dark charcoal grey and the glitter is not what I wanted either but I was just tired of being there. The second attempt of my manicured nailes came out better as far as the glitter design, but I felt it was rushed and just not what I wanted. I asked for black dip nails and these are definitely not black. The first nail tech who helped me said she was new and didnt know where all the colors were so she mustve grabbed the wrong shade. She was still very nice and I believe she tried her best.Overall I gave 2 stars as I was very disappointed in the end. Unsure if I will return to this place, which is sad because I have been there before and they did an Amazing job with my manicure. The staff is very friendly so I will give them kudos on that. I added 3 photos under the photo section for the nail salon and also under my photos as to what I wanted (inspiration), how my nails came out the first time and how they came out the 2nd time.My manicure cost $65 and I dont feel like it was worth that amount. Would like a refund or to have them redone a 3rd time. I spent a total of $155 yesterday and dont feel that I should have for the outcome.

Miley did an incredible job! I was a walk-in and was seen immediately. She was so quick and yet, a perfectionist. My nails came out so beautiful. She had to take off my super thick dip nails from a different salon and re-did mine. The price was excellent too!! Literally the best manicure I’ve had! I love my dip nails! Highly recommend! I stopped in the place bc I was in the area waiting on another appointment. I needed a manicure and didn’t want to drive to my usual place just to come back for my later appointment in this area. I waited about 5 minutes after being told I might wait 10-15 because u was a walk in. So that was a nice surprise. Wing did a great job with my gel manicure. She was so meticulous with my cuticles and getting the right nail shape. I will come back for a pedicure with Wing within the next week or so!

If you are perfectionists when it comes to nail art and acrylics I highly recommend you get your nails done by Eric and Mia! They do great work, they take their time to replicate any image you show them, and they are very kind! Eric fixed my nails that were done by another nail tech and he made a huge difference. Anthony Vince can be a great experience if you make an appointment with the right nail tech, so avoid doing a a walk in when it comes to more complex acrylics.

Was given a gift card to get my nails done while pregnant and ended up doing the stone massage pedicure. It was so wonderful. Was about an hour of massages/scrubs/etc. I definitely will be back before baby arrives. The place itself is beautiful. I appreciate the staff wearing gloves and masks. Felt clean and safe.

I want to start off first by saying thank you to the team and manager at Anthony Vince’. I came in here sobbing after leaving another salon, I was at for 2 hrs. They couldn’t believe another salon made me pay and leave their salon with the art they did on my nails. My nails looked like a 4yr old did them. They assured me they could do nail art and fix my nails from the salon Ridgeline nails(which I left a review on their website and Yelp) if you would like to read. They put me with ERIC, I showed him my Pinterest inspired. Eric knocked it out the park. He was clean, professional, precise and took his time. He is a true artist. If you can get a chance, book with him. Don’t go to Ridgeline nails, I am out of $180, for 1 person, with horrible quality and a horrible experience! I will insert Ridgelines nail art, then Eric’s from Anthony Vince’ nail salon. Thank you Anthony Vince’.

I never write reviews.. I never have time for them or really care to be honest. But the staff at Anthony’s Vincés really took care of me. They took me in last minute and were all so kind. I had my baby with me and she was getting fussy and crying. One of the male techs came to my daughter and held the phone for her to watch so she would calm down. She did for a while.. then began to cry again. The other nail tech came over and picked up my baby and held her so he wouldn’t cry. She played with her until the lady doing my nails was done. That made me feel really good, I don’t know many places that would do something like that… very satisfied with this place and the kind staff. Will definitely be coming back!Let alone first impression was amazing, spa is beautiful and so luxury…

Im extremely upset with how my service went. First of all I booked an appointment for my friend and I, we were seated, and my tech arrived first. Everything seemed fine, my friends tech arrived then they seemed to have a discussion. Another worker arrived with our drinks then suddenly our techs were arguing. Not being able to understand whats being said does not make it completely unclear there was an argument going on. After the argument stopped my tech rushed like she was angry, cut me THREE TIMES with her grinding machine. I didnt stop her because I didnt want to cause a scene. I still left a tip because I understand everyone needs to be paid for their trade,BUT needless to say I WILL NOT be going back to this place ever. And will NEVER recommend.

This was my first experience here, and I LOVED IT! Ben took excellent care of my nails, ans he was great to talk to! He is the only person who was able to do EXACTLY what I wanted to have done to my nails. They look perfect! Definitely going back again soon!

My nails were done by a different salon that did a horrible job, I called Anthony Vince to see if they could fix them. They were able to squeeze me right in! The nail tech fixed what had already been done and did beautifully! And not to mention at a good price! The staff is so friendly and very welcoming! I left a very happy costumer. I will never go to any other salon again!

I have been going to AV Nail Spa for a few years now, and have ALWAYS enjoyed going to get services. Their color options are phenomenal (gel, dip, normal polish, etc.). They offer you something to drink when getting started, and their nail artists are talented, quick, friendly and go the extra mile to make sure youre comfortable and that youre happy with the outcome. Ive personally requested Kevin multiple times, and he makes the experience absolutely wonderful. Oh, and did I mention the atmosphere/ decoration? Its absolutely beautiful and top notch.. I will never go to another nail spa in Colorado Springs!

Kimberly was my nail tech and she did an amazing job! She was very sweet and friendly. All of the tools came out of sterile packaging. The atmosphere was very nice, not only were the employees nice, but the customers were too! The price is a little high but it’s worth it. I was recommended by 2 people and I would recommend Anthony Vince to anyone who is interested

Had a regular manicure from Teresa. She did a fantastic job on my rough cuticles and gave me great between-manicure hand and nail care advice. Will definitely be back!

I like going here for pedicures, however the last couple of times I went I have gotten cut some how on my feet. Otherwise it’s a good place to go the chairs are nice and I usually feel relaxed after. Customer service is good. Your usually standing around waiting to be seated for about 10 or 15 minutes before you get seated..for a pedicure at least, even if you make an appointment. I like going to this salon so it’s unfortunate I keep getting cut during my pedicure. But will give it one more try.

My pedicure was fantastic! worth every penny. however my daughters got acrylic nails done and there were a lot more fees.. 40plus is not very realistic.. they charged my one daughter $80!!! due to her design she wanted. she was extremely happy with them however to pay double the price on menu is ridiculous!

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this salon. I never leave reviews, but I feel inclined to now. I went into this thinking I would have a great experience based on the reviews. The lady who did my pedicure gave me a 5 minute massage (honestly, I wouldn’t even call it a massage it was like she was petting my legs), she exfoliated my feet for maybe 10 seconds each. I gave two stars because she did a good job painting my nails. But it was not worth the money. The whole process took 15 minutes.

The most beautiful environment, its like being in Vegas at the Forum Shops. Very professional. Very clean. Super high end massage chairs for pedicures. Amazing technicians. Best Mani Pedi ever. Loved it hands down my new favorite!

They saw me right on time. I got exactly what I wanted without any upselling. The employees were very courteous and attentive. The supplies were opened in front of me. The massage portion of each service was very brisk. The drawback was that the manicure table had dust and nail clippings around the base of the lamp, and the floor had a few things not yet swept up. However, they were very busy, and probably needed an open time to do a cleaning. I didnt mention it to them.

I usually love this place they have the best people but today I went in with a friend and the lady filed my nail down too short and cut me I was to afraid to say something. She also was very rude and told me I love to much even tho my hands were shaky due to when she cut me. This ruined my experience and hopefully it will get better soon

AMAZING!! I went in with a set of acrylics that were awful that I got from a different salon. Mia was my nail tech and she did a fabulous job. She fixed my nails and made them exactly how I wanted. She was very sweet and respectful and lovely to talk to. 100% recommend!

I booked it for 5 girls and we were able to have our pedicures together and most of us had our manicures together as well. They were so quick and professional. We all LOVE how it turned out! Our people were so sweet!Plus the mimosas and sangria were 👌

Went here on Saturday and my nail tech was Mia she was super nice but I’m disappointed on how much I spent for my nails to come out looking clumpy, uneven, and big...Update: they called me and redid my nails completely. Their customer service is GREAT even called me to follow up on how everything went. Eric was very nice and fixed the shape and corrected everything. I will be returning.

New in town, visited Anthony Vince Nail Spa twice and have been very happy with their professional service. Kevin offers great quality work on both my pedi and dip nails. Looking forward to going back.

This is my first time coming to this nail salon. I liked it a lot they had wine and other alcohol beverages there and non-alcohol beverages day the employees were awesome Mia and her husband Erica thinking his name was theyre awesome she did a good job and I will be returning thanks me up 😉

Very over priced for the experience and the quality of both the pedicure and full set of nails. Service was great and so were the people. Wouldn’t recommend this place though. The gel polish peels off and the pedicure isn’t done equally. The full set isn’t very high quality either. Good atmosphere though.

Ben was very nice accommodating and professional! will definitely be booking with him in the future. a bit pricey but worth it for the value of customer service and nails!

The front staff (including the female manager) was extremely rude. I was so turned off by their behavior that I decided to go to Q nails and spa (up the road). I’ve patronized Anthony Vince in Texas and Alabama and am extremely disappointed in my experience here in COS. I hope that this was a one-off and that they were having a bad day… because there are way too many nail salons in COS to patronize that exhibit warm and welcoming behavior.Also, I’m new to the city which is why I went to a place of familiarity first, when I decided to get my nails done.

My mom and I stopped in today for pedicures to celebrate a belated Mother’s Day. We each got the Champagne Rose Pedicure special and it was divine. Our nail techs, Alina and Jim, were so friendly and we very much enjoyed our conversations with them. They did a wonderful job and made the experience even better than we’d hoped. The glass of Prosecco we sipped during the service was super fun as well. We will be back!

I’ve been there many times. Disappointed they increased their prices, but everyone has. The last 2 nail dips I’ve had started chipping and peeling within the first week. You pay more for dip and it should last longer than gel. I do like that they have plenty of nail techs that you don’t have to wait. I do wish tip was not REQUIRED to be cash or venmo.

Came in for a walk in and was told 15-20 minutes. Was called to sit down after about 5 minutes and waited 20 minutes. During that time people sat next to me and were helped so I went to the front to ask for an update since I had already waited about 25 minutes. The lady rudely replied in a nasty tone I told you that you would have to wait, we have to take our appointments first. Which I understand I just wanted an update. So I waited another 15 minutes without an update before walking out. If you do not have time for a walk-in dont accept it and at least give updates if its taking longer instead of being rude about it. I waited a total of 40 minutes without anybody checking in, bad customer service.

Anthony Vince is my favorite nail spot in town. Got the signature pedicure tonight and Teresa was wonderful! All of their staff is consistently great. It always smells so good in there too, and lots of great options for pedicures!

Tracy gave awesome advice for the type of style I was wanting. I originally planned for dip but she made acrylic really look beautiful! 😄 I will definitely be coming back. A little on the expensive side but the quality and effort was well worth it!

I visited once. It was my first time getting my nails done there and it’ll be my last. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. The complete opposite of a relaxing environment. I got their pedicure- the tech got nail polish all over my skin. I had a different tech for my hands. She was so rude (her name was Candy). She put one of the fake nails on crooked and when I mention it, she pulled it off my natural nail with her nails. She nearly ripped my natural nail in half- not even apologizing after I said “ouch!” Then when she was using the electric drill to shape the nails, she left it in one spot and burned me. Again, non apologetic.I gave her a small tip and she had the nerve to count it in front of my face- so unprofessional.

I have lived in Colorado Springs for 29 years. I dont have my nails done allot, but I can truly say Tracy did the best pedicure and nails for me I have ever had. The site is large, very nice, very clean. I would definitely visit again and recommend to others looking for a relaxing and professional experience.

I had my first appointment with Dinh Nguyen and he did a beautiful job on my nails. I got classic acrylic French tip. I love them! Very professional and friendly. The place itself is lovely and has a relaxing atmosphere.

As a walk-in, they were able to accommodate me quickly (only my second time there) and my nails look great! I’ll definitely return!

I got pedicure and manicure today, Wing, the lady who did both was very nice. We had a good conversation and she made me feel so welcomed. She did an amazing job on both nails and toes. She took her time with both and made sure I was happy with it. Absolutely loved her and the salon!

New favorite place to go! My friends and myself have gone 2 to 3 times now and the quality is AMAZING! Very quiet and peaceful and we were able to sit together as a group! Just amazing!

Rushed, manicure was performed at the pedicure chair as I reached my arm across to place it on the chair tray table. The 30-35 minute pedicure lasted 20 minutes. No massage, it felt very rushed and impersonal. 1 day later, my nails are chipped, rugged edge, snagging clothing. I will never return. So very disappointed!

I used to do my nails at Anthony Vince for a long time more than a year, and almost all times is good or ok but the last time my nails start breaking 3 days after and a week after they are horrible I called them and they said is more than a week so I need to pay again to have my nail fixed or done. If you pay $50-60 for nails at least I am expecting 3 weeks with nice nails not a week and pay again. I dont have time to post reviews or go there at any time but must improve the customer service.

The guy that did my nails was rushing (for no particular reason) didnt seem that busy but cut me twice, was rough when filing and didnt pay much attention to detail, 2nd time Ive had him and both times were disappointing. Put a bleeding stop powder on cut and turned yellow and messed up the powder dip, this is not what I expect my nails to look like after paying to get them done. Wont be returning.

I had a good experience, but no one was kept 6 feet apart. Everyone was seated right next to each other. My pedicure was great but my manicure was not. Almost every finger was cut and bleeding.

Don’t waste your time and money here, expensive! and extremely rude people. I asked them to fix something and they “don’t see it the problem” I had to get upset for it to be taken care of and they now they look worse then they did before.

I don’t get my nails done often but I had Miley and she did such a wonderful job. She let me change my mind and pick a new color and she gave me a great flower design too! It wasn’t long either I was in an out in 45 minutes! I will definitely come back!
