Wanted to do a nice spa day for the girls and MX Spa exceeded my expectations! Everything was beautiful from the Lounge area all the way to the locker rooms. Such a relaxing ambiance with complementary refreshments, steam room and sauna for before and after your massage. I highly recommend!

HORRIBLE front desk customer service. Booked a spa package for my husband and myself for our honeymoon. I had to call numerous times to even get someone on the phone. Never received an email confirmation (that they said I would get). I finally called a few days before to confirm, to find out they booked the package for the wrong day (when we wouldnt even be in the state). In stead of apologizing, the extremely rude and condescending receptionist argued with me [claiming my first website inquiry (not booking) had the wrong date]. Do not spend your money here.

The nicest and most professional spa experience! The massage was super relaxing. The facial was refreshing. And the pedicure was so much fun. If I lived in town, I’d come all the time.

Had the gentleman’s package and it was amazing. The massage, facial and pedicure were all excellent. Enjoli is making my feet look totally normal again. Tonya was a great experience for the massage and Tonya had me floating in air during the facial.

Had a spa day at MX Spa. It’s such a beautiful and elegant place with a one of a kind experience. All the women were so sweet and the atmosphere is very inviting. I plan on making this a tradition for the girls in my family. Nikki gave me a wonderful massage and made sure I was super comfortable. Enjoli did my pedicure and manicure and she was super friendly and very informative on skincare health. Love this place, I’ll definitely be back!

Recommended by a friend when I was visiting. It’s an amazing Spa. Minus everyone had LONG acrylic nails! My facial was not good at all, could feel the gals nails and it wasn’t relaxing pretty basic not a lot of massage or anything! Rose is NOT the one to see there! Massage same thing Sara was sweet but I couldn’t enjoy my time with feeling her nails here and there. Never been to a fancy place where they have longer nails .

WORTH IT! Had a couples massage. The spa is an absolute treat. Relaxing in every way with luxurious feel and fantastic service. Brook and Sarah did a fantastic job! We highly recommend this spa and will be returning soon.

Wonderful experience, brought my husband here for his birthday & we both were able to enjoy this lovely spa. The huge jacuzzi tub was so awesome and relaxing, i highly recommend! Great massages, soothing music and they even allowed us to choose the aromatherapy. Only thing was parking, we couldnt find a spot so we just used the valet service.

This is an incredibly relaxing spa with attentive personnel. I dont go as often as Id like. The sampler of massage, facial and pedicure is a great value and great way to try them out. Fun historical location inside the old mining exchange with huge vaults.

I went in for a massage with Miss Sarah and it was the best ever! I had rotator cuff surgery and she was able to get a bunch of the knots in my muscles worked out. My arm feel awesome. I would highly recommend MX Spa and Sarah to anyone. Hey did you know that with the massage one can also get a steam and a sauna along with a glass of wine all included in the price of the massage. I received a gift certificate here and then decided to take that and splurge on a spa day for me and my best friend. We got massages and facials. I am pretty well used to massages, but I have actually never received a facial before and I think I am hooked. Everyone I encountered was professional and took the time to check in with me concerning pressure and about my skin. I have rosacea and had just started on a new topical steroid and the lady who did my facial was knowledgeable and upfront about how my skin might react with the steam and then was sure t use products for sensitive skin. Will go again and will recommend.

Mx Spa is in an amazing space that instantly feels like a peaceful calm retreat from the craziness of day-to-day life. The staff are very professional and top-notch, friendly, and not pushy whatsoever. Whether its nails, hair, facials, or massages, Mx does not disappoint!

I recently treated myself to a spa day at MX Spa. I had an oxygen facial that was one of the best facials I’ve ever had in my life. If that wasn’t enough to make my day perfect, I had the most incredible massage by Jacob. 80 minute hot stone massage, pure bliss. He is simply amazing. I highly recommend this spot, they use great products, and they hired the best massage therapist in town, Jacob.

The therapists all provided an excellent service which my wife and I really enjoyed, however this was spoiled by the receptionist who was quite rude. We had spent $600 for the day in the spa and had given a 20% gratuity, but there was no acknowledgement or thank you from the receptionist. I think a 20% tip is very generous and the therapists really deserved it, but one likes to be shown appreciation for gratuities given, especially where it amounts to $120! We would feel uncomfortable about visiting again I am afraid.

I came into town for business and had a sore neck. I booked a massage in with Sunny and she was able to send me on my way - pain free! I get massage all over the country, and can honestly say Ill be booking with her every time I fly into the Springs. Simply excellent. The receptionist seemed a little flighty and confused, and honestly seemed not to care. Just a small hiccup for such a great visit, though. I also liked that Sunny offered me the use of the steam room after my visit, along with a glass of wine. The minty steam helped relax me after a long day. Ill be back!

The best spa experience Ive ever had

Being a new mom, it was time for me to have some relaxing time and get a massage so I got the Citrus Lavender Scrub & Massage. It was FANTASTIC, and the massage therapist Catherine made my 1st visit to the MX Spa so peaceful and enjoyable. I would highly recommend visiting and treating yourself to their services!

The spa was beautiful. They had free mamosas, a steam room and a sauna complimentary. My masseuse was super sweet and kind as well. A little pricey, but great experience.

My back was completely in knots from work, airtravel, and stress. I booked a 50 minute session and in that limited time my masseuss had my back feeling the best its felt in months. Staff was friendly and facilities were top notch, overall great experience.

I went in for their high altitude facial and it was amazing! The spa itself is very serene and relaxing and the accommodations are beautiful. My esthetician was very knowledgeable and the facial was blissful. I will be back for sure.

I purchased a monthly membership and so look forward 2 this 3 hour selfcare break. Sauna, steam room, hot shower ... ending with fragrant Phia skin products. Suni was my massage therapist today and it was perfect 4 what I needed.

I am pleased with the management of this spa. Sophia is very respectful and high class person.

I would highly recommend MX Spa and, especially Sarah Lenza , who was my massage therapist. On a trip to Colorado Springs in August, I arrived with extreme back pain. Sarah Lanza recommended 2 treatments, including one overall body massage with hot stones. She was very professional and extremely experienced. Her treatments definitely helped me and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services on a future trip.
