Make an appt and you are taken care of. Its a clean, nice quiet atmosphere. Its not packed with people. My nails are Awesome. They are strong, shaped to fit my hands and was done within 45 minutes. Im returning in 2 weeks for another relaxing and feeling Awesome!!!Check this place out!

I have gone to Jennie here for 8-9 years. I have never been disappointed. I dont get breaks, or lifting. They are a small business, so you need an appointment. Excellent work done here! Highly recommend!

My nails turned out horrible. The guy messed up my color the girl had to redu the polish. I was there for like 3 hrs. They charged me 50 for my nails when I only needed a fill. My nails are super short and ugly I cant wait to go back to my normal nail place

Started getting my nails done here. They did a very good job. Ive always just walked in to get my nails done. But this last time i walked in and asked for a fill. She told me no. And said they had no openings. Didnt even offer to set me up for an appointment, really need to work on their customer service. Read other posts down below, one lady says that they accommodated her last minute need to have her nails done. Anyways i went to op nails on Academy and north carefree by the save a lot. They did my nails for me. They did an amazing job and had me done in half the time it took at lovely nails. They were super nice over there very warm and welcoming to new comers. They turned my day around. So thank you Op nails for taking care of me!

When I first got to the Springs, I asked my new hair dresser who does her nails. She gave me Jennys name and phone number. Been going there for 3 years. She was even nice about my one missed appointment and the time I couldnt find my car keys. I wont go anywhere else. She even did a pedicure without disturbing my ingrown toenails.

The worst pedicure Ive ever had. they only did half of what they had to. You expect soft pretty feet when you leave my toes look worse than when I went in. When I had wet nails Noone offered to move my wallet and phone for me while my nails were drying. Everything I got done today was half ass work. I would not recommend them. I will definitely not be returning to this place.
