I literally sat over an hour waiting to get in the chair to get dip done for my nails. People came in after me. The color I picked wasnt the color on this picture because they didnt have the color. Asked to trim my nail, but then they file it super short and the dip isnt even all the way to end it my nail. Coming to this shop is so touch and go and for they charge, it should be better.

This place doesn’t care about if you made an appointment, and the lady I had did a bad cleanup job on the acrylic nails. I had an appointment at 12:30 and their kid told me to follow him to a table in the very back (~40 minutes after I arrived). They continued to take walk-ins for all other services… she didn’t clean the underneath part whatsoeverever, I asked her twice to fix it and still didn’t fix it. She did a terrible job putting nail Polish on the tips to cover up the acrylic, it’s all scratched up and not filed down.

Horrible experience. I have never written a negative review, however this establishment deserves one. When we first walked in I was told it would be a 30 min wait… we were not sat in a chair for an hour and 30 mins. They were busy and I understand that, however there were no apologies or anything of the sort. My 6 year old and I were there for a polish change, maybe they didn’t value our business? When we were finally sat the lady doing the polish change was so rude and acted like she was disgusted with our presence there, it was extremely uncomfortable. No matter how busy or how small our service was, I was still a paying customer and shouldn’t be treated so disrespectfully. She then proceeded to file/buff my polish off (extremely rough and aggressive) taking some of my skin as well. I jerked my foot back because it was painful and she grabbed my foot and said “don’t move!” Trust me, at this point I wanted to jump up and leave but I had my daughter with me and she was just excited to be there and I didn’t want to make her leave. My nails look awful- I could have done a better job myself… they are crooked and sticky- not sure why? Just gross. The polish selection is very limited and they barely have any decent colors to chose from - the color I picked by default was almost empty and smelled horrible. You can still see my nails under the polish because they were scraping the bottle for polish. I can’t believe I was charged $75 for this - and I still left a 20% tip because I’m not one to not tip (even when undeserving). I was blown away by this place and definitely not in a good way.

I love my nails, the lady was very friendly and detailed... but when I got home to wash off what I thought was just red powder, I noticed it was blood! Three of my fingers bled and the side of my pinkie is sliced open!!I called to tell them and the little boy asked me to come back in, but I’m already bleeding... what else can be done!? He had no answer and just said “Well, um... we’re sorry.”

They were very busy when we arrived on time for our appointment. This is the type of place that wont turn away a walk-in so we had to wait until 30 mins past our appointment for one person in the group to get started. That being said, my nails look fabulous. I recommend trying to go during less busy hours. Otherwise, make sure you dont have anywhere else to be.

I have been having my nails done by Anna for a year! She always finds time to get me in and does a great job. I recommend Kat for a great pedicure as well. Lana, the owner is one of the best nail artists I’ve ever seen!! Her work is detailed and absolutely perfect!

Waited forever to get back, had a tech screw up another girls nails, then another tech had to fix them, same tech that screwed up the other girls nails, started mine and was so bad, I got up and walked away. She made 5 fingers bleed badly because she wasnt careful. She was rude and didnt care, plus her strain was dirty and disgusting. Lana ended up finishing my nails after talking to me, she thickened them, she straightened them, she was careful. I still wouldnt go back, but if you do go Lana is great.

Good pedicures and good service. But I was charged $3 extra for my pedicure than the price listed. It is only $3 but the price two weeks before was $30, the price on the service menu was $30, but I was charged $33. They just cheated themselves out of a tip, but at the end of the day make sure your prices are updated or don’t overcharge your customers.

I loved my experience here, me and my three siblings came to get acrylics done we were sat down right away and they started on us right away. They were very nice and friendly and were very social. Me and my older sisters nail tech Ana was amazing❤️❤️. Honestly 10 out of 10 recommend. I will definitely be going back!

This is by far the best set of acrylics I have ever gotten! I wish I had made an appointment, as a walk-in on a Saturday wasnt my best idea... But (I think his name was Kevin?) did SUCH an awesome job! My nails look so natural and beautiful, and they took great care in fixing a not-so-great set done while I was out of town. I will definitely be returning!

I got this gel french manicure Saturday morning, and five days later on the following Thursday they’re still perfect :) they’re so nice at this salon and they do an amazing job!

I haven’t had my nails done many times before this visit. This shop is small and kind of grungy. I didn’t pick going here, it was a surprise Mother’s Day outing with my daughter. We had an appointment but we still waited nearly an hour to be seen. My daughter and I both wanted acrylics. The chairs we sat at were not clean nor was the surrounding table. When they finally called us they separated us even though we requested to be together. The nail tech started friendly but quickly acted annoyed when I didn’t know when to move my hands or what to do. I did tell her I was fairly new to this. My cuticles were very aggressively shaved off and now look like a hot mess. It caused my thumb to bleed. My nails burned for days after. Although I’m not well versed in acrylics I felt my nails were too thick and crooked. The shape is flat and funky looking. The supplies she used did not look clean and honestly I should have spoken up. The worst of it was all the hairs that were caught in my nails. I have little snags and bubbles on many of them. My fingers were left with dots of nail polish I had to peel off later. Honestly I do a better job at home. My daisy art actually has pieces of hair and gunk sealed in them. It’s really gross. They also painted up too high on my demolished cuticles. I’m very disappointed in these nails. My nail tech also chatted on and off on her phone nearly the whole time. I would NOT recommend this place.UPDATE: After going to another nail salon to remove these nails she became increasingly concerned my acrylics were made with MMA. I am now forced to grow them out in fear I’ll ruin my natural nails.** Now after two visits to a nail tech, they both agreed MMA was used on my nails. It is poisonous and FDA banned. It is prohibited to use in Colorado. I will be reporting them. Buyers beware!!!

Scheduled an appointment which was not regarded when I arrived. It was my daughters 18th birthday and she had flew here to enjoy a enjoy weekend with me. This was the start and let me voice I was sadly disappointed. They applied wrong color to both of our toes which we disregarded bc it would be applied on our fingers. But then they wanted to make us wait for nails.. but pushed that they could just do a mani..we accepted. Then when the young girl at reception hit us with the price I was dumbfounded. Not worth it. Ill pay well for any experience, which was what I was trying to do for my daughters birthday but I cannot express how dissatisfied we both were. I will never return and would highly advise anyone to look elsewhere. Nails can be great in many places but customer service was by far the worst Ive ever had. Then top that off with being over charged.!

Going back and giving this place another shot was totally worth it! Ana D did amazing fixing my nails! Walking in they were so generous and understanding of what I wanted and I got my nails fixed immediately! The service took over 3 hours and the quality of the work and overall cleanliness just wasnt there from prior visits. I hope its a blip but I wont be returning for awhile.

The person I had was not friendly at all. He would much rather talk to his friends than talk to his customer the only time he would talk to me is when I was flinching because it hurt so much and even then he would only say one to two words. He was very rough with my hands and fingers. He cut my fingers, didn’t use a clean file, and when he was using the drill he cut my finger even more. I asked for matte nails and he said he would charge me five dollars extra. I said that was fine and even after that I didn’t get matte nails and they still charged the fee. I’m very disappointed in my nails and my experience. 10/10 would not recommend. They also don’t give prices ahead of time. $50 for something I don’t like.

I absolutely adore this place. I started working right around the corner and went here for the first time about three weeks ago. I went on my lunch break, they were busy, but got me in super fast and I was back at work before my hour lunch was up. I work in a field where I work with my hands and wash them constantly. I had one of my nails start to come up and I went in the next day and they fixed me right up. Naturally, I went back when I needed my nails done again. On my day off, I went in about twenty minutes after they opened and they were already pretty busy! Ten minute wait, and I was called back. I apologize for not getting her name, but I will definitely be back so I’ll get it in a few weeks. My nails were shaped the way I like, the polish looks great and I just love the atmosphere. Everyone is really helpful and nice and I feel appreciated going here. See you in a few weeks ladies!

Appointment times aren’t seen as a priority, different nail artist was assigned to us than the ones requested. Before this business was amazing but the quality has gone down each year. Not only with service but the quality of the job done.

Ive made appointments to have my nails done on three separate occasions, calling to confirm after booking online each time. When I have arrived, the salon is completely packed with people, not observing any kind of social distancing guidelines. My appointment time was not honored, at all, and it was very clear the salon takes walk-ins in addition to (and at the expense of) people who make appointments. The salon manager also has her school-age son there every single day, watching cartoons at the front of the salon, talking to customers, and completely detracting from the spa environment. After the third missed appointment, I will not be returning to the salon. I am incredibly disappointed.

A kid was getting beat and screaming and banging on a door. I think he was locked in a closet. Once they moved me to dry it wasnt plugged in. Hairy dirty shoes are sitting in front of me alone with a random pair of boots that have no owner. About 5 kids running around touching everything I think one kid is trying to break a glass case right now.

Awful experience I got my pedicure done I usually get Gel because Gel last longer and it looks better Polish was not put on correctly when I got back to my house I realized that the nail polish was chipping I called them and let them know I wasn’t able to go back same day so I made an appointment to go in the next day I waited 30 minutes before they sent me down it was just for them to fix the nail polish I ended up waiting a whole hour before I walked out awful customer service find a different place to go they wasted my money and my time!!!

I’ve been here several times now and made an appointment every time. Every time they are running late and it takes forever to get started. This time I made an appointment for a birthday appointment for my daughter at 10:30. At 11:15 we were still sitting there. They don’t wipe anything down between customers (covid issue), unprofessional and really really disappointing! I won’t be back.

I went in for a fill and a pedicure. Pedicure was short, but good. But the lady who was doing my nails didnt want to do a fill. She wanted to do a new technique on. After she clipped off my nails she said she wouldnt charge me much. At the end she wanted me to pay $38, for this new technique. When a fill is $23. I honestly dont like this new technique and wasnt going to pay more for something I didnt ask for. I ended up paying $23, but she was angry. Well so was I, when I left there.

Pass just pass on this unclean hole in the wall. Masks not being worn properly or at all. No social distancing..Pedicure was horrible girl could t speak english at all. I had to get another pedicure 4 days later at a different salon.

The wait was a little bit past my appointment time but the treatment was very nice. A little pricy but worth it.

Came to this salon for the first time to get a gel full set and pedicure that was well needed. I came in one hour before they closed and didn’t hesitate to take me. The lady that did my nails took her time and took pride on my nails which came out amazing. After my nails another lady stayed past closing to do my toes and didn’t rush. Took her time and did a great job. Will definitely return.

Got a Mani/pedi. Nails turned out well (basic polish) but my the tech cut the skin on the side of both my big toes. Theyve been bleeding, a bit inflamed, and tender to the touch ever since yesterday (pic is of inflamed toe)

Friendly and attentive staff. Got gel polish removal, basic manicure, and new gel polish which took about 1.5 hours--a bit longer than I expected but I guess the removal takes time to do right. But my nail tech paid really good attention and listened to my concerns and preferences. Id like to give 5 stars but minus 2 for length of service for what I ended up with, quality of product and tool storage (old looking lotion bottles and clean tool container looked iffy, Im used to seeing the sterile packets that are opened in front of me), and charging $5 for a matte top coat instead of shiny and she had to scrape the bottle for the last bit of product instead of just getting a fresh bottle. Nails look nice (except I can see brush marks from bare amount of top coat) considering what I paid over all ($37 +tip) and the fact that I really needed the service but Im unsure if I will return regularly.

My experiences with Cheyenne Nails is almost always fantastic and I havent been to another salon in over a year. Two days ago, I got a full set of matte white nails. By the next morning, the nails were dirty and streaky and looked pretty bad. I came in the next day and they changed the color for me, for free. I love interacting with the staff and they remember all their clients well. Theyre great with my young daughter too when we come in for manicures. We will continue to go back to Cheyenne Nails as long as we live in the area.

After getting a bad manicure on my vacation- one of my friends suggested I get my nails done here. I absolutely loved the outcome. The shape is fantastic and I love the color selection. I always feel relaxed when I am there. Lana is great and I am on my second set of nails. She is quick and does excellent work, far better then anywhere else I have been. They are reasonably priced for the work quality of work they do- my nails lasted 4 weeks, which is far longer then anywhere else I have been. I will def be going back.

My sister, mom and I went here for pedicures. The result itself is great; my feet look and feel wonderful. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. I was the first to be seated and the last to be tended to. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the tools they used. The files looked used, the cuticle trimmers came out of a plastic pencil box, not out of sanitizer. The women who took care of my sister and I barely spoke to us, and used rude and aggressive hand gestures to have us move our feet where they needed them. Im sorry, but I dont think Ill be coming back.

Took my daughter in to get a pedicure and manicure with me. The guy was extremely rough with my six-year-old they even put the hot towel on her legs... My manicure looks awful I got white tips and she placed them incorrectly.. now I have to have them removed and get a new set Instead of a fill.

After going to three other nail salons, I have found my forever home. Lana did a most excellent job on my nails. Believe me I am pretty picky since I have my own nails. Very professional, polite, clean salon, very friendly ladies. My nails look beautiful and so do my toes!!! I will be back and refer my friends to this salon.

Not a terrible experience but probably will try somewhere else next time. I got a full set today and felt like the lady was rushing. They don’t look terrible but a couple nails aren’t shaped like the rest. It was also the most expensive nail place I’ve ever been to for sub par work and service.

Love the staff. Nails turned out really good and didn’t have to wait long at all. Some of the acrylic nails were a little different sized but not too noticeable. I do although think it’s better if you get coffin or square shape because the last few times I got oval and they were very odd shaped, but this past time I got coffin and they were perfect! Strongly suggest you try this place out!

There was a mistake in my nails and color but the owner was generous enough to offer me a redo! So this company is forgiving and always strive to make the corrections necessary to please their customers. I am very happy with this company!

After waiting for about 30 minutes, they told to me sit in a chair and that “someone will be with you shortly”. After about 25 more minutes, someone was finally about to do my nails. I asked if I could have a little curve in my nails. She said I would have to wait 5 minutes for another person because she didn’t know how to do them. Like what?! I waited for about 10 more minutes and left. A big waist of time.

Lana, the owner does a great job with my nails and her employees are meticulous. I constantly get compliments on my nails and feet. She is honest and dedicated to her customers.

I really love this place. The owner is so sweet and always remembers me and will ask about my kids! I do my nails with Emily, she’s incredible! She’s so sweeeet!!!!! But honestly everyone in the salon are talented and incredibly sweet! I can’t imagine going elsewhere....they also have cat eye which is super fun!

6/4/19... I dont usually write reviews but what an amazing job! My daughter and I just had our nails redone at this salon. Our nails were absolutely disastrous (to the point we were flat out embarrassed for anyone to see them) and the wonderful staff here took the time to ensure we received the desired look we were seeking. Thank you for the lovely job, it is so very much appreciated. Anyone seeking thin, natural looking nails, this is where you want to go. The prices are right.

Hands down the worst pedicure Ive ever had. The girl had an attitude towards me the entire time I was there. She cut my cuticles 3 times and to the point I was red and bleeding. She cut the back of my heel. The massage was her gently sliding her hand over my foot and calf. It was more like what I would expect a massage from my 3 year old would be like. She tried to put my shoe on but was struggling so I gently pulled my foot back as I said I can get it and she actually threw her arms up at me. Lastly she didnt paint the entire nail on half of my toes and 1 even has a giant bubble in it. Will never ever come back again. I was very disappointed.

Friendly and they got me right in to remove the acrylic nails but they kept trying to force additional services when I was clear that I only wanted my own nails. Short, natural and clean! I would recommend for getting in fast but prepare to stand firm on what you want....

My device was great. I only had to wait a few minutes past my appointment time. I got a fill with no polish or anything fancy. Just a fill. My tech Lisa was gentle, especially on my damaged nail, but firm so she didnt slip with the efile. Everyone was nice and friendly. I took away 1 star for the price. A basic fill should never cost $38! Unless of course if you get new polish or other things. I will go back when I have that kind of money.

Great nail salon. Very friendly technicians that clearly enjoy their job and working together. Everyone speaks English and they remember their clients. they are always fully staffed so walking in for a pedicure isnt usually a problem. Anna and Aiden do my nails and are both excellent. :)

I have found my nail place! I moved from Texas and have tried two other places and was not satisfied at all. Cheyenne nail was amazing, kind, polite, relaxing, clean and greeted everyone by name, That was the best thing! Let me know that they have returned customers and remember them and know there wants & needs. Lana the owner do my nails and I’m so impressed with them! I recently moved here from Louisiana and there and so many nail shops to choose from. I read good reviews on this one and decided to try it out. I got a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I am very happy with both. I was treated very well and they made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I will for sure be going back!

First time coming here from San Antonio to fix my manicure that I had done back home in San Antonio. Lana did my nails and she was AMAZING!!!! I loved how she took her time trying to meet my needs and the result was that she did an amazing job!!! I definitely recommend this place especially Lana. She’s the best!!!

Just a wonderful , friendly, clean environment. I am new to the area and I have tried another nail shop but it was horrible.Cheyenne nail shop really took their time on my pedicure and my nails. I am very pleased to say this is my new official nail salon! I highly recommend it!

I took myself and two adult daughters to get pedicures, we got the deluxe for all three of us, all three were the same which was fantastic if it wasnt for the fact that our cuticles were trimmed too much and caused pain they would have been a 5 star rating given. My youngest daughters cuticles were cut too close and actually were bleeding and very painful even hours later. Mine were also cut too close and a few of my toes are very tender in those areas now. I may go back but my youngest wont.

Came in on a weekend and made an appointment. They brought me back to a chair and had me wait 45 minutes without anyone helping me. The lady who was supposed to do my nails was working on 3 other manicures at the same time!! If you want your nails done in a timely manner do not go here! They will end up rushing the work and/or make you wait. I ended up walking out after 45 minutes.

Amazing location! No matter what they fit you in to their busy schedule. They are fast and efficient! Ill drive from the north end of town any day to make sure I can get my nails done! They do stiletto and coffin shape too! Also they are pros at waxing!

I had a basic pedicure and a gel manicure done here and was charged over $70 not including tip. One day after I got my gel french manicure, the white began chipping off. Within three days all the white had lifted and peeled away. What a waste of money. I was looking for a regular place to get my nails done.I only gave this place stars for cleanliness and the staff were very friendly.

Used to love this place, but was very disappointed today. Went in for a mani/pedi and left with several cuts on my skin. I do not have fragile skin. On my fingers and feet at least one cm widr...tools used on me were not cleaned prior to use and just opened from the persons box. I will not be going back. This place needs to be checked out with a health inspection.

This place is amazing! Ive been going for 3 years and Im never disappointed with the service. What I will say is that the wait times are really long l, ranging from 30 min to 1hr 30 min.. Just make sure you go Monday though Wednesday in the morning if possible.

I just returned from another amazing experience at Cheyenne Nail & Spa. I always have Lana do my nails but, Annie did my pedicure tonight and she did a most wonderful job also. I believe the whole staff is fantastic and highly recommend anyone to go there!
