So i dont know were to start.... made a reservation for 4 to get Manis and pedis done they did not honor our reservation they allowed other customers go before us they came in ihad to tey to get nails done by three different people because they could not do an ombre settled for pink and white tips that were not of any good quality I had asked for nude nails they gave me pink with glitter the tips on mine are too small for my two of my fingers and when I said something to act like it was an inconvenience.

I went with my 4 daughters to get pedicures and myself with my best friend and her daughter a party of 7. When we arrived they had 2 techs available even though I made a appt not only that while waiting my daughter notices white big pieces in the water I got up to look. And it’s skin from a shaving she didn’t get touched yet her feet are not rough she is 9 I told them nobody was concerned. I moved my daughter chair while waiting a male employee comes to help my 11 year old daughter and says you need to sit here I can tell I’m not her type I ask for him to repeat it and he gets a attitude and walks away! Poor service unprofessional I will never return.

This Nail Salon is a literal hidden GEM! They do amazing work and their pricing is beyond reasonable for the wonderful work that they do. The atmosphere is fun ,warm and they treat their customers like real people not just like they want your money and try to get you out as fast as possible. They take their time and make sure they leave their customers as happy as they can. Number one nail salon and I will never go anywhere else. Emma does AMAZING work! Ask for her, she is such a fun lovely person to chat with too. All in all I couldnt say anything bad about this place, LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Horrible. They rush just to get the next customer and poor quality work. I had the bald man do my pedicure which looked more like a polish change because he didnt even file my nails so that are even. The young 12 year old looking girl cut me twice and didnt do what I asked for. The thug at the register took it upon him self to finish off my pedicure because they had other customers waiting. He did a horrible job just to get me out and the next one in. Horrible place. Poor quality work I do not recommend this place.

Pedicure was awful. They scalded both mine and my friends feet with the hottest water that has ever ptouched my skin.. technicians Z 8th rude! Didnt complete the services promised.llll) My expectations were not fulfilled. The included 8 min foot massage was more like 2 mins of one hand alternating with the other.. awkwardly rubbing the edges of my shin.. lol really weird !!! Will not go back . Ever. They yelled at an old europran lady because she didnt understand the pamphlet and asked for pictures to help her.. this man threw a fit and sc we wames;bhh;;

They were really rude the whole time I was getting my nails done, I asked for a manicure and all they did was file and paint. My nails are very uneven and some parts are missing paint. I let the lady know she was hurting my finger and she didnt say anything just pulled my hand back and continued doing exactly what she was doing. When I let the lady who was doing my daughters nails know that I was unhappy with my nails she said she would fix them and just filed then a little and said they were fixed.

Way overpriced for the worst service I’ve ever received. On the pedicure I got gel polish on the toes so I could match them with my nails on my hands. When I picked my colors they said they don’t have them and told me to pick another color, which I did, but then they use the original color I picked on my finger nails so ultimately, they did have the original color and now they do not match. They don’t give you a massage they simply put oil and rub it. The guy kept slapping my foot or leg and pointing to “tell me where to put them” that’s was irritating! I have never had anyone do that usually they place my foot or direct it with their hands not slap them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever, that’s why I felt compelled to write a review.

I got gel on my hands and feet. My total was $77 which I thought was expensive. But since I liked how good it looked I overlooked the price. That is until 2 days later and my gel nail polish chipped while I was scratching my leg.I gave them another try. Basic manicure, clear polish. $20, because we removed the shellac. Extra $5 for a minute of work. Cool. Get home and wash dishes, my fingers are stinging. I look down and I have small knicks around my nail bed. Not 1 or 2 but every other finger. If you want over priced low quality work go to this nail salon.

Ive been here a few times. They are always nice and do a great job. I get standard gel nail manicure and sometimes a pedicure. When I was there today they were super accommodating to a very demanding client and they impressed me how they handled that.

Had to wait over an hour to get my pedicure when I had an appointment and when they finally started they took short cuts and didnt do most of what was on the treatment I paid for. Worst pedicure ever and will never go back.

Save your money! Besides horrible attitude, I asked for coffin shape nails. The person who did it had it clearly different sizes and square, I asked to have it fixed and a woman who identified herself as the owner comes over and while fixes it proceeds to tell me “next time understand not everyone knows how to do that”.So the professionals you hired, can not do a basic shape? Needless to say not going back.

This place is awful. I seriously am a pretty considerate and polite person about things but from the service, to employees, to quality was EXTREMELY POOR! I tried telling them what nails I wanted and they just talked like they knew what I meant. I was switched over twice from the guy to the girl not even knowing who to tip. When it came to doing my eyebrows this lady didn’t even give me a second to lay down. She did my brows within 15 seconds had a severe reaction and she didn’t even clean off the excess hair all over my face. DO NOT GO HERE. You will walk out that door screaming in anger because your nails didn’t turn out the way you wanted and had to spend hard working money. I seriously mean it this place is awful don’t go here.

Asked for a spa pedicure that was listed as costing 43 dollars, then at checkout was told the total was 58. No idea where the additional 13 dollars came from. The pedicure was mediocre at best, my guy seemed like he was due a break but was forced to do my pedi. Not convinced he used the color I asked for either. I won’t be going back.

It’s very nice here. This has to be the first nail salon I’ve gone to were my foot wasn’t man-handled and it didn’t hurt; I really appreciate that. The nail polish they use is super nice to.

I was excited since I wasnt able to get them done because of work. They nails were uneven and thick. They lady who was doing my nails had an attitude and was open to bashing on my with one of her coworkers. On top of everything they forgot details. For example, putting on the cuticle oil at the end. Save your the time and skip out on this place.

Over prices poor quality unprofessional staff

I usually do not post about bad experiences- but this one was for the books.The man doing my nails had nicked my cuticle, no big deal.But, when some of the activator got on my cuticle, it burned extremely bad.He proceeded to just hit it with the buffer, and more painful liquids.It got to the point where i couldn’t take the pain and was disappointed that my thumb wasn’t going to get fixed.He then said it was my fault cause my hands are dry, and that the virus has people acting crazy because I didn’t want to pay to his new client, and me while I was across the store at the register.He didn’t even get up and come talk to me because he was too concerned with his next person.I wasn’t even saying I wasn’t going to pay, I was just saying how I never had a bad experience there before.So, never again.Watch out is all I have to say!

I’ve been here multiple times always went to the same person and always had an amazing experience until this last time where he was busy and I understandably couldn’t get serviced by him so one of the girls had to fill in for my appointment which she clearly made obvious that she was upset that I wanted my regular nail guy the entire time my friend and I were joked about and completely made to feel uncomfortable when I tried to say how I liked my nails done she told me that she wouldn’t do them that way that she was going to do it another way which costed me more than my first set no fill should cost $70 that I’m going to have to go elsewhere and pay to get fixed later this week safe to say I will never come back or refer this place to anyone

Would never go to this place again! I should have listened to the previous reviews but thought I would give this place a chance. The nail tech that I had was extremely rude. If she wasn’t talking on her phone she definitely wasn’t talking to me. She gave me a very limited amount of colors to choose from for a dip and when I asked if there were any colors that had glitter I got an eye roll and I don’t know where that book is. Now, she did go and find the other book that had the other colors that were also very limited but she acted as if any question that I had was a burden. I have paid less at other places and was a lot happier with the service I received at those places. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My first thought when I saw my nail tech was I was happy to have someone that was easy to understand and that I would be able to talk to you. Not only was she extremely rude but she was also rough as well. She was in a rush to get my nails done but there was a lot of product left on the sides since they were not properly shaped. When I asked if she would shave my nails she replied with I already did. I had showed her that my nails were digging into my skin and she lightly went over it again. I finally told her never mind that I would do them at home and she put the final coat on and I left. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I received my pedicure and I has some dead skin and they lady scrubbed my feet so hard I told her it was hurting and she said no I have to get the dead skin. She went to scrub the top of my toes and you should see them. She took the top layer of skin of of my toes and now I have sores and they hurt so bad. I went back the next day to show them my feet and and said who did that? And I am so sorry it will never happen again. I know that because I will never come back...

First visit to this business. Mike was wonderful with my pedicure. Im not sure who was the male that did my nails, but he was rude and lacks customer service skills. I would rate Mike a 5 and the other guy 1.

Poor service..I dont usually do any reviews but I had to for this one. I got my nails done exactly 9 days at the Colorado Springs location and the acrylic used is very cheap. All my nails are breaking easily and are bendable from the cuticle it is hurting my nails so badly. I paid $50 for a full set acrylic with only a glitter polish coat. I was a customer for the Denver location and I always only paid $30 for acrylic set and a color nail polish. My nails also lasted 3-4 weeks. I am so upset with this location. Not to mention I scheduled an appointment and waited over an hour to get seen by a nail tech. Will not be returning this place is a rip off!

I was originally scheduled with Lily but she fell ill so she recommended Nana. Nana was wonderful! So thorough and professional! I know Lily personally and am looking forward to working with her, but her recommendation of Nana was perfect.😊

The salon is spacious. However, not all the massage chairs worked, but Im glad mine worked. The technician forgot to offer me any beverages, but the service was speedy, pretty and relaxing. And the prices are affordable! Will definitely be going back.

Amy is the best!!! My feet love her, she gives an amazing pedicure and Nathan does amazing dip manicures. 100% recommend, Ive had horrible experiences in other spas. Im a repeat customer here and have always left with beautiful nails, plus the place is decorated nicely and always clean.

A teachable moment is what I had going to this place. I’ve been getting my nails and toes done at the same place for years. They were closed the day I decided to go to fb Signature Nails. I made an appointment, but still ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seen. I then let my toes dry two whole hours before putting my socks on. Took my socks off and all ten of my toes were ruined. I called the nail tech, and told them what happened. They told me to come back so they could fix my toes. Instead of accommodating me and providing customer service, I ended up paying 15 more dollars to go from basic polish to gel polish. Mind you this nail shop was about 20 minutes from where I live. Not only that I ended up spending enough to cover two pedicures somewhere else. I worked customer service for years and this place did not offer me that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was my second time to go here last Sunday. Walked in and as soon as I did was helped right away and the tech who did my nails was amazing did what I wanted. My husband was with me and he liked it because of how spacious it is and way the staff was joking around with us and talking with us about different things. We will be going to get pedicures and back to have my nails done

Ive been going to this place for a couple years now! At first customer service was great, but in the last few months Ive noticed that EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE THE EMPLOYEES ACT AS IF THEY Dont see me! The wait is ALWAYS OVER AN HOUR WAIT BUT JUST FOR ME? EVEN IF THEIR IS ONLY ONE CUSTOMER A HEAD OF ME! THE CRAZIEST THING IS THE WORST SERVICE IVE GOTTEN THERE AS BEEN FROM MANAGEMENT!

The staff are wonderful; polite and professional. Always the priority is the comfort and happiness of the guest. I am a regular guest, have visited a dozen times and can vouch for their consistent, good work. Ive even gotten my hubby hooked on couples pedicure. Theyre always busy, such is a good thing, so even when I walk in with no appointment, Im never asked you washout for very long, and honestly, waiting a few minutes for this level of service is a small price to pay.

Was not willing to wait. Probably wont be back. Rating lowered from 5 to 3 stars.

They tell you one price and steal your money off your debit card. They gossip about all their customers, not knowing that some people, like myself understand multiple languages. The owner was the one doing most of the degrading of her customers and the one who did my nails, as well as scanned my debit card. I have been getting my nails done for 30 years and I have never been so disgusted to be in a degrading unprofessional environment. Don’t waste your time with this nail shop. Overrated prices for unprofessional thieves.😞

Great staff and very clean! Brought my step daughter in to get a manicure & pedicure done. She loved it! They made her feel like a princess for the day. They were even so kind as to fix her polish when she accidentally smudged it. Lol I recommend to anyone and will definitely be back.

I got my nails done from here and I feel like I was not valued and then also rushed because when I got was so terrible it didn’t even look like a professional did them , they were lumpy and two of my nails are crooked and also I got a cut that got infected which was bad then when I tried to tell the man how I wanted my nails and he kept acting like it was a problem so I asked for the simplest thing and still did not get what I wanted , I’m only mad because I spent my money here and now I have to look at nails I didn’t want and just a sloppy job .....

Ive been going here for a few months and while my nails never broke and I was super happy with how they looked, I now have green nail fungus. In 20 years of my getting my nails, Ive never got a fungus. Considering that my neighbor used to go here and also got a fungus months ago, there seems to be a pattern with equipment not being sanitized properly. Once I get rid of this nasty green stuff, Ill have to find a new nail salon.

Kelvin used to run this place perfectly. Ive been a regular for over 2 years. Since new management, their service has gone down. Inside is beautiful. But no sense in making an appointment because they like to sit in the back on their phones while appointments scheduled 30 min after you are taken first because they requested specific nail techs. I thought being flexible and open to next available nail tech would be helpful, obviously not when you arrive early to your appointment and end up waiting 30+ min after the scheduled appointment time.

Very great atmosphere. They did a very great job on my nails. One of the nails were glued on wrong but he was quick to fix it. I love this place and will make it my permanent nail salon. You guys are wonderful.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done. While I was waiting they took 3 ladies before me. None of which had appointments as far as I could tell. The manicure I got was mediocre at best. I tried to be patient but it was hard. It took about 2 hours for them to do a new set for my daughter and they didnt even have the ability to do the simple glitter style that she wanted. I will never go back there.

Heather is awesome! Its usually very hard for my nails to look great because they are oddly shaped to begin with and I usually get hurt by the person doing them, but not this time! Heather took great care, she was expedient yet showed expertise in her technique. She is my new go to for all my nail care needs.

I called to make an appointment and was told I could just walk in, when I showed up there was a 25 min wait which was fine, however after waiting about 20 minutes, they were getting ready to take me back two others girls walked in for pedicures and was told by staff it would be 25 min wait and the girl was like I made an appointment and they took her back immediately

Amy did my pedicure and its was the best one Ive ever had in my life shes super sweet and I had a wonderful time Ill be back in a couple of months and Im most definitely requesting Amy to do my pedicure i came all the way from Alabama to get this experience Id your in the Colorado springs area come see her it will change your life....

Ive been to 6-7 different nail salons, and this was BY FAR the best yet. Very clean and professional looking in there. Kim did my nails, and took her time and did an AMAZING job. All were super friendly, and it was a great experience. DEFINITELY recommend this place!

I recently set appts for my husband and son; our son has special needs and the staff were kind, compassionate and gentle with him. Father and son enjoyed a spa experience together, thanks to the attentive staff at Signature. 🌞

Went there to get my nails done and they are absolutely ugly. Asked for coffin shape and was charged an extra $5 not quite sure why when thats the shape that I came in with. Instead of it being coffin it was square round also the painting job was horrible as well you can see all the brush strokes from the brush. Would not recommend unless you go to a different tech than I did.

I love this place! I would highly recommend going and working with V. With as picky as I am V is very patient and always fixes whatever I think needs fixed with my nails. And let me tell you my nails were screwed up prior (a friend wanted to try her place) JACKED MY NAILS UP. Anyways, with a time crunch V did phenomenal! Thank you!

The best pedicure I have ever received. Angela took her time and made my achy legs and feet feel amazing. My full set of pink and white acrylics came out stunning. My daughter loved her shellac manicure. I will be returning soon.

This is the only place I will go to now. The customer service is fantastic. They offer you drinks and make sure you like the look and shape of your nails before they finish. Ive had my set on for almost a month. There is no lifting and no chipping in my polish. I get the ballerina shape and they do them fantastic every time. A bit expensive, but other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.

I do not recommend this nail spot. My friend got nail fungus from this nail shop about a month ago which resulted in her real nails breaking off in bits and pieces & her being in alot of pain. The damage done will take a while to repair themselves so go elsewhere. Anywhere but here
