Place was clean, they followed social distancing. The woman who gave me my pedicure had a very firm hand in a good way! Would recommend the hot stone massage for your feet. Enjoyed and would go back

I was visiting from San Diego and wanted a full set done to get ready for Halloween and they absolutely killed it! Probably my favorite set I’ve ever gotten done. The owners were so sweet, I loved talking to them while getting my nails done. When I visit again I’ll definitely be back

It was amazing my nails look great there are a few things I did notice I didnt like such as how she put the acrylics on and how her glove got stuck to the nail glue on my nail but other than that it was a great experience I would go here again

Ben is the most outstanding nail artist I have ever known! I have followed him to several shops over the past 20 years! He now has his own shop - family owned and all great nail techs!!! Ben does the BEST pink and white and ombré (latest in big cities).

I went to Paradise Nails & Spa Thursday night, 1/18, for a mini/pedi with regular nail polish, nothing fancy, costing $53, plus I added a $5 tip. Their web prices list $37 for that service. Something must have cost an extra $16 while I was there, but I did not ask for anything extra. A day and a half later, Saturday morning, 1/20, my manicure had chipped badly. I went back to show the owner my nails and she was not at all surprised. She rudely reacted like she knew that would happen. At home when I do my nails it sure last longer than a day and a half. The owner must have seen “sucker” written across my face when I walked in because I sure feel like it today. My advice—Don’t go there!

Dec 2020 I have stuck with Paradise for my mani pedi now 10 months straight. I never get the same person but that’s ok because they are all great. Wendy, Ben and Bella are family. I love supporting a small family business. They work hard to give excellent service. My gel manicure lasts 14 days!Feb 2020 I got a gel manicure french tips and pedicure with Michelle that was amazing. Highly recommend! This is a family owned spa and they are engaged and interested in your business and keeping it. Will go back.

Owners are very welcoming and sweet! Love getting my routine pedicure here, I always leave feeling amazing and refreshed! My only complaint is that I wish they had more options of the regular polish!

I took my daughter to Paradise Nail & Spa as we just moved to the area and it was a little further away than the one next to our house, but TOTALLY worth it!!! All the people are in the shop are so SO friendly, funny, make great conversation....oh, and their nail game is on point! My daughter and I both got coffins/gel/multi and our sets came out perfect. Bella was super sweet and just did an effortlessly perfect job on my set and Ben was patient with my indecisive daughter and she ended up getting exactly what she hoped for. We will never go anywhere else for nails.💜

I brought my wife and her friend here as a surprise gift. Walked in and received a warm greeting from the staff. Michelle was tasked to do my wifes nails and was one of the sweetest people we have met in the customer service industry. Her manicure was on point! We will be back again!

I come here for my pedicures. I like that the staff is personable and not just doing a job. The pedi is very enjoyable and my legs and feet feel great when I leave.

I have never reviewed a Company before but am totally dissatisfied with the new ownership. I have been going to Paradise Nails since they opened and always had great service. Under the new management my nails chipped and when I went in to get them repaired they filed them down. Now all of my nails had to be cut short to match the ones they filed down They also file off the gel instead of soaking off the top layer thus weakening the nail. In addition the staff are very curt. I have tried them 3 times under their new management and had 3 different manicurists instead of being able to set up an appointment with the same one. Also they have raised the prices.

I spoke with the owners and they recently bought the shop on May 1st and everything is under new management. I have been here before and the previous owners never did acrylic or full sets but with the new staff, they do every service that a nail shop would. I recently got my nails done by Wendy and she was very wonderful and is professional at her job. She delivered in everything I asked of her. I usually get regular full sets around I and dont really enjoy getting them done so I usually just get a manicure and my nails painted. I looked up the store and found the reviews to be solid so I tried getting a full set again and Wendy did an amazing job! The total was around $50 which is fairly priced as they focused on every little detail 10/10 will be going back for every nail appointment.

I wouldnt even rate them with a star in all honesty. I went back after new ownership once after being convinced to give the new owner a chance. About a month and a half ago the new owner began to help with my manicure and right away heated me. She would not listen to what exactly I wanted and just kept painting away. They have raised the prices and downsized their clients time. They try to have you in and out in 30 minutes or less. The previous owners managed to give the customers what they wanted and kept the prices to where they are not hurting our pocket. I went back because I got told to give a chance even though I didnt want to. And now since the prices have raised and the people that I request to see are no longer there, I will also advise not to go there. They are rude, they do not listen to what the customer wants, and do what they want when itll chip in less than a week.How they treat people is unorthodox and you do not get what you pay for. My advice is do not go to them.

Went in for an acrylic set, theyre strong have lasted long. The color has stayed on too! I work a highly physical job and i am impressed! I will be coming back.

I have gone here a number of times. They can get you in easily and I feel extremely comfortable because I can see how very clean the shop is. Nice big TV to watch if youd like and great massage chairs.

Great experience! Walk-ins are accommodated but it looked like appointments were appreciated. I had a shellac done by another salon nearby who were nice but the employee made 2 of my cuticles bleed. She apologized which was fine (mistakes happen) but 2 either shows inexperience or disregard.At Paradise, the gentleman take good care and was very gentle. I couldnt be more pleased with the attentiveness and looks of my new shellac manicure. I plan on going back a second time!

The ladies were wonderful and made sure I loved the color I was getting for my New Years Eve Party!

I was there exactly 2 weeks ago for a gel pedicure and dip nails. It cost me 110 dollars not counting the tip. Not even 3 days later every single nail was lifting and as of 4 days ago I peeled every single nail off. Keep in mind “dipped” nails are more expensive than gel because they’re dipped in acrylic and therefore last twice as long. My regular nail shop,which is farther away, does dip and it’s lasts 4 weeks or more. Save your money do not come here, their prices are was above average and their technique is awful.

I dont plan on going back. I went in on my bday and got a set of acrylics. The lady didnt push my cuticles back and now my nails are beginning to lift. My nails look terrible. My bday was Dec. 22.

Walked in on my lunch break to get my acrylic set removed. The lady at the front desk did not understand, she thought i wanted a new set of nails and asked me to come back later. I told her i couldnt and i just wanted them taken off. She finally asked one of the employees to do the service and he argued with her about it. She took me to the back and said someone would be with me soon, although there were two employees avaliable doing nothing on their cellphones. So i had to walk out because noone would start the soapy accetone water for me. Their new managment doesnt seem to know how to run a decent business. I highly recommend not coming here and wasting your time.

Terrible experience..had my nails done here a week ago..one of my nails split and was about to tear my real nail half way down. I drove 35 minutes to get repaired and they couldnt fit me in..told me to come back in a half hour..one nail, takes 5 minutes and they couldnt squeeze me in to fix...then she tells me I was here over two weeks ago..like blaming me for the nail splitting...I will never return or send anyone to this nail salon!

I have been to paradise nails a handful of times for pedicures. I have been pleased every time and received a 10% discount for being a student! Always a plus! I have never been disappointed in the past.I went for a pedicure and a gel manicure. My pedicure was short and rushed. My toes are peeling. The lady also got nail polish on my birkenstocks. It was clear nail polish so I wasn’t too upset at this point.She then gave me a bowl of water to start soaking my fingers and told me she would be back. She then went to wax someone’s eye brows. When she came back she did not wash her hands.During my manicure I was extremely disgusted. The manicurest nails were long and full of dirt. She cut three of my fingers when trimming my cuticles. She also told me she couldn’t shape my nails. When painting my nails she would run her dirty finger nails underneath my nails. It hurt and was extremely unsanitary. She should be using a sanitized tool.This is not that big of a deal, but the lady never asked me how my day was going or start a conversation. She would just point and tell me to go places.When I went to check out I asked her if they still do the student discount and she told me she already gave me a discount, which was the same price listed on the price board. The total was way higher than what it has been in he past.When I got to my car I looked at my nails closer. There was paint on my fingers, multiple bumps, missing paint on my nails, and three of my nails were still bleeding and stinging.I went back in and asked to speak to the manager. I asked for her to give me a refund or for someone else to redo my nails. She asked me to wait a few minutes and she would assist me. She started filing my nails and worked on them for about five minutes. I am still very unpleased with my nails. I will not be returning to paradise nails in the future. They need sanitation and customer service education to better their company.

They were a bit rude. There was some miscommunication on what I wanted done and they were unwilling to fix it when they hadn’t even finished one nail. Then they were going to charge me $35 for what they started but had not finished or even halfway done, and the additional $50 for the acrylic nails that I wanted done. They also had an inappropriate Chanel on while there were children present (ages 11 and 8). We didn’t have a good experience there and will not be recommending them to our friends.

Every time I have come they dont have enough staff, they can never fit you in its very frustrating. I guess Ill go someplace else and spend the money.
