Rose Nails is amazing! I have been going here for a year and a half! The salon is very clean and nice. Their nail polish is up to date, very high quality, and they have tons of colors to choose from. Cindy is the best nail tech in Colorado, hands down! Shes very busy so book an appointment with her if you want her to do your nails. All of their nail techs take the time to do the best work. They are really good at acrylics but they can do any nails you want. I tried multiple nail salons in Springs and Rose Nails does the best job. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They are professional and hardworking. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Go here if you want your nails to look fabulous!

Andy did my nails, and they turned out great! He was very patient and had a strong attention to detail. I now have beautifully-shaped almond nails. I am very pleased :)I also saw Cindy working on some nail art (turkeys for thanksgiving—not easy) on the woman next to me, and it looked great!5 stars for them both!

Perfection is what I always get at Rose Nails. Sophie does my nails and my daughters and does more than an excellent job every time and always makes sure we are comfortable and happy with what she has done before before forward. I have found my permanent place.

I visited Rose Nails today and I have to say that my experience was extremely subpar. If I could give them -0 stars, I certainly would. I brought my own nail polish to avoid an issue with watery polish, but I avoided little else much. My technician did not pay ANY attention to detail. At 1st I wasn’t going to say anything,but as soon as I got on the road I realized I’d left my water bottle so I went back. Upon retrieving my water bottle I asked to speak with a manager or owner to point out to her the imperfections in my manicure and pedicure. I did not ask her to do it over or for any money off (which would’ve been a great gesture if you’re an owner who cares about your product). I tried to be as discreet as possible so as not to disrupt her current business. The woman met me with immediate attitude. Sucked her teeth, huffed her breath, and referred to my friend and I, the only Black patrons, as “you people”. She insisted that what I got was the standard. I decided to leave before the encounter escalated. I will NEVER patronize this place again first and foremost because of the HORRIBLE $50+ manicure and pedicure, but for the lack of grace and care extended to my friend and I. I urge other people not to patronize this place either, unless they want their manicure and pedicure to look like this.

The people here have saved my nails on more than one occasion. The fist time I came it was because the previous set I got at a different salon were so poorly done they were lifting and popping off my hand within a week. They did a beautiful set that stayed for weeks. The second time I came, I stupidly went to ANOTHER different salon that, again, messed up my nails horribly. Each time I have always left the establishment with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 😍😍😍

Wish I could give zero Stars. I went in here for the first time on Monday and wanted to get my nails done. I showed the woman what I wanted from a picture and she went to work. When I ended up leaving the shop it was dark and closing time. It wasnt until today that I really got to look at what she had done to my nails. When I went in there today to see if they could just touch it up I did not want a refund I just wanted my nails to be fixed. The guy told me that thats how it was supposed to look. My cuticles are showing the nail polish doesnt even meet the end of my nails and on top of it I can see my nails on the side of my fake nails. I am so disgusted that they did nothing to help me nor did they care that they lost a customer. Keep in mind I was completely polite. Im really just so frustrated because we get our nails done because we want to feel pretty and I am literally stuck with these on my nails unless I want to go spend another $65 somewhere else. I would not recommend them at all. The picture from google is what i wanted. Heres what happened 😓😓

This place is excellent and they have very nice equipment. Cindy is one amazing person and she is excellent at her job! We recently had a medical situation and found Cindy to be extremely helpful And accommodating to our needs. Its been 8 years of Detailed work and professionalism, she treat you right if you treat her right. I have an appointment every 3 weeks and she is definitely worth getting in on regular schedule. I love their massaging chairs ! This place gets busy so walking in could hold you up a bit.

My nails look great!!... after I fixed them... for the past 7 or so months I have been going to rose nails, and my service quality has dulled increasingly. Last night I came in to fix a job they messed up already this month. I came in before Valentine’s Day and got a fill and new color. The job was already sloppy and thinned it too much at the tip. A week later 3 of my nails break so I come back in to get them fixed. Last night I was frustrated after having 2 others chip and the other two looked uneven because I had to file down the other two chips. I came in saying that I just wanted a new color and for them to fix the chips. The job was uneven and I basically put 40$ down for someone to give me attitude the whole time and to file at my cuticles till they were raw. Especially since my job was just a new color and two tiny little fixes, it shouldn’t have been the price for a BRAND NEW SET. I have loved this place for the past couple months but they will never see my service there again.

Called to make an appointment with Cindy because she was recommended by a friend. I was told I couldnt because they dont take phone in appointments for her, she makes her own, shell call you to make an appointment. How does that make any sense? The guy took my number but I never got a call, not surprised. I guess I wont be going here.

Love the owners of this place and just the overall environment. I’ve been to other salons in town who don’t treat you with the service these guys do even without an appointment. They take their time and make sure you are satisfied and always very prompt. I will make the trip across town to go to them over anyone else.

I went to this location on Saturday and it was the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I got the SNS dip nails, and loved the color. At first the appointment was going well, as the nail tech began the top layer there were bubbles being created under the top coat. She ended up taking off the top coat THREE different times to try and “fix” the problem. After being there for over two hours I was so frustrated I just told her it was fine. I will not return to this location, and wish I would’ve trusted the more recent reviews.

I have gone to Cindy for the last 9 years. I had acrylic nails for a few years, and now I have shellac. She does an excellent job, and is very detailed oriented. She knows how I want my nails done, and she always wants to do her best. She does an excellent job with french nails using the shellac. She is very talented at doing little designs for holidays, etc. She also orders new polish that she thinks I would like to try! Cindy does my pedicures, and I use shellac on my toes as well. I feel fortunate to have such a good place to go.

If I could give Cindy 10 stars, I would - she is extremely detail-oriented and cares very much about customer satisfaction. Being a recovering nail biter, Cindy is helping me take better care of my nails and has been doing the SNS powder on them. I cant believe how good my nails look and feel after Cindy does them. Rose Nails is also extremely accommodating, very reasonably priced, super clean, and friendly. After a couple other complete misses at some other salons around the Springs, Im so glad I found Rose Nails!

Ive been there multiple times and theyve done a phenomenal job each time. I get acrylics and they have never cut me, the nails are always smooth, and they are able to make them very short. My nails always look fantastic until they are grown out and need to be filled again. The people are extremely attentive and professional and produce wonderful results! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I wont go anywhere else!

Came here as a last-minute walk-in to get my nails and toes done before a wedding shower. The technician was very thoughtful in asking me exactly what shape and thickness I wanted my nails and didnt rush me when I wanted changes. I was very happy with the outcome. The space itself was a little outdated.

Ive been to many nail salons in my day and Im still pleased by Rose Nails. They are consistent with excellent quality regardless of who the technician is. Appointments are necessary though.

Place smelled overwhelmingly strong, my mom and I came together and she had to leave because the chemical smell was making her eyes burn. Better ventilation is needed! They also dont use single use/packaged tools, seemed very unhygienic and not sterile at all. The tech doing my manicure cut my cuticles extremely far back, and aggressively, leaving little skin tags all over my fingertips. Filed decent length nails into extreme nubs, and filed again after polish, but before topcoat, leaving the particles on my nails and causing a really gritty, bubbly finish. I got them done less than a week ago, and they are already peeling and catching on my hair etc. I have never had a gel manicure this disappointing. Only 2 stars instead of 1 because I was sat immediately when I walked in, no wait whatsoever.

Rose Nails is my favorite nail salon. Its a convenient location for me. I usually go as a walk-in, and they can often get me in right away. They are quick, thorough, and they care about a job well done.

I have gone to Rose Nails for 5 years and absolutely love them. Cindy is the best! I highly recommend her, though all the technicians do a great job. The area is clean and they use up-to-date machines and products. They offer a wide array of services. I do gellac (not sure of spelling) nails and toes and the amount of colors to choose from is insane! They are all very nice. Cindy and I talk freely and with ease. Do not bother going here. I’ve given them several chances and am always disappointed. My last time in I got a full set which I was very pleased with to begin. After three days, two of my acrylics had popped off. People who get their nails done regularly know that acrylics don’t usually just pop off. However I was very impressed with how they looked so I decided to go back and get them fixed. The man was incredibly rude and clearly not happy that he had to fix them. Today I had another nail come off while taking my trash out. I went to get them fixed once more. He told me that he had no time for it and to come back another day. I am very flexible and understanding but if you’re considering going here I will save you some time and money and tell you to go elsewhere.

This is a long and over due review. If I could give Cindy 10 stars I would. I have been getting my nails done by Cindy close to 10 years now, and I drive 30 min to go to her location. She is that good, attention to detail and her caring personality are just a few things that come to mind. I recently was on my way to see her and was involved in a car accident, she was so caring and offered to work with me on rescheduling my appointment. My nails always look so nice and I could never imagine going to anyone else to get my flippers (thats what my better half calls them) and nails done.

Great place to go if you want to see where not to get a great 💅 manicure. Lumpy, bumpy bubbles, nubs instead of nails, and a ⚰ coffin nail cut that looks like a beaver had a run in with tooth grinder ran by a farsighted owls seeing eye dog.

The staff, Andy & Cindy are courteous, and professional. I go there because they are one of the few places that offer SNS Dipping gel color. Their prices are reasonable, my nails turn out beautiful and last several weeks.

Ive been there 3 times, 3rd will be the last. Terrible service. Male tech would not listen and appeared to be preoccupied and in a rush. Picked incorrect Color, ruined my nails by aggressive filing down to my fingertips. I left without allowing him to polish the short ragged edged job. He stood up and began yelling in an Asian language I did not understand and he stormed off. I will never go back.

I was looking to try something new as Shellac doesnt ever last on my nails and I could not find anyone to do acrylic the way I like them. I am a retired nail tech and did nails for 20 years. I did some research and decided to try out the SNS dipping nail system and I absolutely LOVE THEM. Tom did my full set 2 weeks ago and today I had a fill with the same color. I wish I could post a picture on this review. My nails are beautifully shaped and they look just perfect. This system is as strong as acrylic and much thinner and much more durable than Shellac, which is perfect for my weak natural nails. Tom does a great job and he is a friendly guy. You wont be disappointed

First time to visit this salon...I called and they got me an appointment right away. It was my birthday so I decided to go all out with a pedicure and the SNS nail dip with nail extension. Everyone was very nice.The pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had! I would recommend the classic or deluxe pedicure with the hot stones. The chairs were very comfortable and Danny did a phenomenal job. He was gentle, and they looked awesome!The SNS dip nails also turned out pretty good. Again he was gentle and took his time. The only thing that threw me off a bit was I was quoted (and says on website) that they were $45 for white/pink and when I went to pay said $50. However they painted a couple of my daughters nails so I just paid it.I will definitely be back!!

So I first came across Rose Nails maybe 5months ago. I ran in because I really needed my nails done and I was in and out! I didn’t even have to wait. Another good things about Rose Nails is that they are very informative on product and nail care 💕💕 My FAVORITE nail tech is Mesa!! She is amazing and always hooks my nails up!! Cindy is so incredibly sweet and will take good care of your nails. She takes her time and will not let you leave unhappy. The prices are reasonable and she uses high quality products (SNS, OPI, etc.). I would recommend here if you are new to the springs and need a new nail place.

All my nails are different shapes and lengths... horrible customer service, the lady that did my nails didn’t talk to me the whole time, I also made a appointment and still had to wait 30+ mins. Friend and I went, they were curt and straight to the point. Not very friendly and not very chatty either. All about business it seemed and some rushing. I dont recommend the place unless you need a quick job, even at your own risk. One woman was pushy, trying to press us to spend more money. The other woman was nicer, and the man who appears to own the place is all business which is alright. Area was clean, but everything look worn or used.Though heres a tip when choosing a nail salon: watch carefully to ensure your nail technicians open new tools in front of you. Its for your safety and hygiene! If it looks worn, its probably used!

Rose Nails is an excellent nail salon and Andy does an awesome job every time! I move around a lot and have always had a hard time finding a really good nail salon. Rose Nails is one of the best I have ever seen.

Great Dip by Mesa but very disappointed you wouldn’t let me use my birthday discount ON MY BIRTHDAY, just because I didn’t happen to have my phone. Your system knows when my birthday is, you know you sent the discount offer and yet would not honor it. Poor customer service

One word: Rude. Barely looked up when I walked in. First told me it would be a 5 minute wait. Someone else walked in who knew the staff. Took her ahead of me, then told me it would be a 15 minute wait. See ya! I walked out and found a much better place nearby, where I was greeted warmly, seated immediately, and treated to excellent, professional service: Go to Elite Nails on Dublin instead!

I prepaid a pedicure and gel manicure. Had to leave after more than 2 hours, manicure still not finished. They wouldnt reimburse!

Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to hands down. So I see all the rave about Cindy and request that she is the tech that does my nails. I called earlier and she said I could just come in. So as a walk-in she said she couldnt do my nails because she was booked up all day until closing. Lie #1. At around 2 pm the shop was empty and everyone was sitting around doing nothing including Cindy. I then requested that I get the next best highly skilled technician and I didnt care how long I waited I had all day. Well she just gave me the next technician on rotation who just happened to be the worst. He couldnt get the nail tips to stick. The tips were wider than my fingernails. He had to have someone look over his shoulder to advise him. I also requested a hand painted American Manicure and Cindy said they dont buy that polish anymore so I just had to go with the pre-painted tips. Lie #2. I Was complaining about how the pre-painted tips looked and the tech (who hadnt been informed of the lie) said why didnt you just ask for a paint job? As for my pedicure when I got home I realized I had different layers of skin on the bottom of my feet. Bottom line it seems that this salon cares more about making money for their techs than providing quality service and listening to the requests of their customers. If I could give a -1 I would. BTW, If you want to have Cindy as your nail tech she told me you have to book two to three weeks in advance. Just a heads-up.

Well the guy (mr. 15 yrs of experience w/o customer service skill). slammed the product down and walked away & refused to do my nails my way ($30.00). The minute he held my nail to file it, it felt his refusal to be kind. Cindy you get 5 stars for recovering the day. Get job Cindy! Yes I will be back, but keep in mind the Elite Nails does a great job almost consistently.

I had an appointment after work to get a fill on my nails. I had Andy he did a TERRIBLE job he was rushing, not paying attention to my nails, he kept getting up and helping other customers. He didn’t take his time to do my nails neat he didn’t paint my nails all the way I asked him to put a matte cover and he missed one nail. I left and and I just wasn’t happy with the way they turned out so went back and he had already left to go home (probably why he was rushing to get my nails done) so Cindy had to fix them for me. She had to saw them down and re paint them. Do you think I received one apology? No instead she blamed me for not telling him when he was there and that I should speak up. I asked her if she can do gel nail polish to accommodate my time so I didn’t have to wait for them to dry again. She told me no and said that “I was asking her to work without pay” and then while I was telling her that I didn’t think that was right and she should offer me something or give me gel nail polish for Andy wasting my time and not doing his job right the first time, and hers for having to fix my nails she told me to “be quite and let me fix your nails” and then through out the time she was repainting my nails she was giving me attitude and being rude to me. I was asking her questions and she would not reply and if she did it was a one word answer. She asked me if I ever seen the movie frozen and heard the song let it go because that’s what I should do. I advised her that my mom and I will never go back there again and she said “ok we don’t need you guys anyway” and wrote my number down just Incase I call to make an appointment so she can tell me no. That is horrible customer services and normally I do let it go... BUT I can’t because she didn’t even try to make her customer happy if she’s the manager you would think she would want to keep paying customers happy and want to come back but instead she would rather make them feel like it’s their fault by putting blame on them and telling them to shut up and let it go. I never witnessed a manager like that before! I DO NOT recommend going there unless you’re ok with that kind of customer service.

I love their SNS dipping nails at Rose Nails, nature products with vitamins E, calcium help your real nails grows stronger , look thinner and lighter than acrylic. My nails got much better after switched to sns dipping. I definitely recommend Rose Nails to everyone.

The last time I visited the technician was an old man with a crack in his glasses and he hurt me and bruised my legs and feet and refused to do what I asked we will never go back again. Also I have since learned that the graters they use on feet is illegal. We will never go back.

I highly recommend Rose Nails to anyone located in Colorado Springs, CO. I had a great experience when I went. Their shop is super cute and clean. I hate when a nail salon is dirty and doesnt look like its been taken care of. I felt comfortable there. They also did an amazing job on my mani pedi. My nails looked brand new when I left and didnt chip for at least 2 weeks. They also have a very affordable menu for manicures and pedicures. Not only do you get a beauty treatment, you get it at a reasonable price too! Definitely a go-to nail salon in the area!
