Kellys is the best nail salon I have ever been to! So thorough strong beautiful nails that last! The pedicures are wonderful too! $25 for pedi plus gel paint! and $55 for full set of nails! Been going here for 6 years now!

Everyone there was so friendly. I went alone but it was like hanging out with girlfriends. It was cheaper than a lot of places. One week later, I am still super happy with my nails.

Very disappointed. I have been here before and Kelly did my nails the first time. She did a wonderful job I was impressed. Not so much this time. One of her employees did my manicure and pedicure. She rushed through it didn’t listen to anything I said. I guess since I’m a male she felt like I don’t care what my nails looked like.Guys unless the owner is doing your nails don’t go there. It’s was by far the worst experience I have ever had a nail salon.

I love coming and getting a way from the hubby and kids to get a pedicure here. They do a great job. Im always 100% satisfied and relaxed. And the owner is so kind.

My daughter and I went yesterday, had a manicure and pedicure done (not by Kelly) but 2 other ladies. The pedicures were great but when it came to our manicures it was not consistent with the treatment for each hand. Once we left my daughter realized when we were home there was no top coat on the gel polish and it was still sticky. Once we showered today, her gel polish lifted and completely came off and mine has come off as well. Super frustrated since I paid a lot for these services and I am going out of town tomorrow and have no time to go back. This is not the first time I’ve had incidents like this here. Thought I would give it a 4th try. Kelly does amazing work herself, but for the thoroughness of the other staff, not so amazing.

Kelly is always amazing at what she does! Her and her staff really do a great job on anything! I called last minute for an appointment and she got me in at the perfect time.

Went with my GF for her birthday, had a really good time. The only issue we had is my girlfriends nails were cut a bit too short afterwards and bled afterwards. Overall a good experience aside from that though and the employees were friendly.

It was disgusting, there was no cleaning of utensils, they used the same 4 acrylic brushes for everyone without cleaning, my nails came out lumpy and huge like marbles, if I could give 0 stars I would, the service was terrible, the woman had barely spoke to me unless I flinched because she was very rough and say “ angry” “you’re angry” under her breath, the room next to the enterancw also had an empty gallon size vodka bottle which sure shows me where their quality comes from, they also do not tell you what else you’re secretly being charged with. Worst place ever, drive the 5 minutes to somewhere worth the money that is cheaper and does a better job.

I called ahead to see if I needed to make an appointment or if I could just walk in. They told me to come on in. Got there sat at a desk for awhile a man started doing my nails. He was friendly and talkative then he left. I met the hand tapping lady who was rude, rough and in a rush. Went to pay she was like $45 how much tip you want to leave I told her $15 she said o $50 no I said $15. Worst experience definitely will not be going back.

I dont have a lot of experience getting my nails done. Even more so as of the last couple years. Kelly walked me through it disgust color and variations and even said I could come back if the color wasnt what I wanted. Great customer service and good time management.

I was very impressed with the ladies at Kelly’s. This was my first time here and it was a great experience. I received a jelly pedicure. The ladies took their time massaging and scrubbing my feet. Before I knew it I had gotten a 2 hour pedicure with a perfectly hand drawn design on my big toes. By the time they finished it was closing time and I had offered to come back to get a full set but they declined and worked after closing to complete my full set. I showed Kelly a picture of the design I wanted for my nails and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Even though it was after closing Kelly still took her time and made sure she did a good job. The negative reviews are hard to believe considering how well I was treated. I plan to recommend Kelly to everyone I know.

They had ok customer service!! They were kinda rushing. I have a lot of bumps in my nails! Nail polish is messed up. I wanted to get little gems on my ring fingers. But they I guess didn’t have them. It took way to long to do the nails. Price kinda too high for the quality. Termites every were. Just not the place I would recommend!!😳

The place was nasty. i asked for a very light pink and they gave me purple. i asked for cloud and star designs and they were rushy and sloppy. my nail shape is horrible and lumpy. there big for being “coffin” they were rough with my nails and how they filed them. one of the ladies kept putting acrylic on top of it and did shave it correctly. i got poor service. my “clouds” and “stars” are done so sloppy and they do not look anything like the picture i showed them. they painted like 2 nails at a time then put my nails in the dryer thing. there was termites flying everywhere. and they didn’t communicate. i am disappointed with that place and what they did.

My 4th consecutive visit here so this place definitely warrants a good review. Theyre clean, quick, and I always leave pretty satisfied with my nails & toes.Prices are reasonable , theyre one of the few places that actually use 90% of the tools from a new or sterilized package. They also dont make a lot of conversation with you to keep the place a relaxing environment which I appreciate after a long day at work.Helena is super nice and friendly. Strongly recommend

I stopped by Kellys Nails for the first rime yesterday. The salon is very large, clean, and theres a really good energy about the place. Kelly welcomed me as soon as I walked in, and although I didnt have an appointment and she was already with a client, she was very accommodating. Because I walked in while she was working on other nails, I had to wait, but it was totally worth it.Kelly is very honest about what she will charge for service. Her prices are VERY modest in consideration of the amazing work she does.10/10 will always go to Kellys Nails from now on and 100% recommend that anyone reading this go to this nail salon.

I have been here several times am i Nails never last more than a week or two they have cracked or Ive had to go back every time. Make sure you schedule an appointment if you go in. It is a higher priced nail salon. High ceilings. and snacks and refreshments for free. Two of the ladies are really good at nails that one lady couldnt get the coffin tip right and my Square now was a rectangle now the third time I went in

I wasn’t impressed. I went in for a pedicure. There were no packages to chose from or at least they didn’t ask. I guess I got the basic package which was $30...$5 more than what I’m use to paying for a basic pedicure. The person taking care of me was not very friendly. Never said hi or anything. She just pointed and tapped when she wanted me to do something. She also cut my big toe nails way too short. I could have done the same work as she did with the polish which isn’t very good. Overall I won’t be going back to this place.

With the help of reviews and friends in the area I found the perfect shop Kellys Nails. The customer service, atmosphere, and quality of work are by far the best. Every time I am here I am treated like I am family. I love this shop and would never consider going anywhere else. I will never come back here again.. I came her to get a full set and a pedicure.. I had to clip my own nails and file them.. they didn’t clean underneath my nails or do any work to my fingers besides put the damn nail on..then I wanted a pedicure and they charged me pedicure prices but didn’t scrub or even put my feet in the water..they helped 10 other people why trying to help me.. I’ll never go back!

I love coming here for my nails, always friendly and professional, a nice relaxing place to go. Gentle touch when they do the nails, I have had other places that have caused me to bleed along the cuticle, never had that happen here. Lots of fun designer nails to pick, custom requests are not a problem. Everyone always has a smile to share! Have done a few pedicures here too, always feel so much better after getting that done!

Love the ladies here!! They do the best work, Kellys is a tad more expensive than other places, but the care they take of you and the amount of dedication they have for getting it right is WELL worth the couple of bucks! I send everyone who asks here!

We always go here for manicures, pedicures and never had a problem. Today my 16 year old had her gel nails removed. The woman popped them off instead of soaking them first. She made 3 nails bleed, she couldnt even paint them. My daughter was in tears on the way home, they hurt so bad. We wont return again.

I had to wait a long time because they were short staffed. I actually didnt mind waiting but my pedicure was bad. There was gel polish on my toes and my already short toenails were cut even shorter and crooked. I dont know how acrylic powder and solar powder works but Im pretty certain if someone comes in with acrylics you shouldnt fill with solar powder (apparently they only use solar powder). Although I had my nails painted with a dark color that didnt seem right. When I asked if I should get a new set with solar I was told it didnt matter. I went as a recommendation and wont go back again. Nice staff, questionable services, and over priced ($105 for a fill with solar powder on top of acrylic, pedi with designed big toes, and about 3 hrs to do everything) I hope the staffing issue get fixed soon seems like a nice place.

I have been there a hand full of times thus far and cannot express how happy I am with the service that I get there EVERY time! Their Pedicures are absolutely the best and they dont charge you an arm and a leg for it. The manicures are equally as good. I have yet to get a full set there but hopefully this will be happening this week, so Ill let you know. I would recommend this place to any one!

I’ve been going to Kellys Nails for 7+ years and this last time I went I was told I was too picky. For the last year I made appointments with Kelly that were often disregarded. Whenever I came in for my appointment I had to wait at least half an hour if not more and once Kelly did get to my Nails she would often have to stop and help other people because her staff was so was useless. They lack basics customer service skills often carrying out conversations with each other in their own native tongue. If you have 2-4 hours to spend getting your nails done then this place is for you. Good riddance.

I had an amazing pedicure by Viet, she massaged my legs and continued her massage on my arms when I was under the dryer. The shop is clean and friendly and the staff go above and beyond in their service. I was referred here by a friend of mine who was a nail technician so she is very picky about her nails. This is the first place she came and shes been coming to Kelly for a year now. This is an example of a successful business being run my a single mother who is determined to provide a life for her children and employment for other skilled men and women.

Ive gone twice for a Mani/Pedi. I was given a gift certificate, and the first time I went in I forgot it, so paid and figured I would come again. It was fine. I dont do anything special, just a simple manicure and pedicure. I was a little thrown off that a lady did my manicure while I was sitting in the pedicure chair. It felt awkward because of the way I had to position my arms. Then she started rubbing my shoulders and that was super awkward. I really did not want a massage. The lady doing the pedicure was a little sadistic and honestly, I have pretty decent feet, so it shouldnt have been painful. The second time I went in, the same lady did my pedicure and was even rougher and made me bleed when cutting my toenails and almost seemed to revel in causing me pain. Maybe she has a sadistic streak. Who knows. Im not taking a chance and going back.

I moved here from Maine 2 1/2 years ago. I have had acrylic nails for years and have been rather picky when it comes to service. I experienced a few nightmares before discovering Kellys facility. She was welcoming and personable from the very first day. Each time I visit there are customers who have been visiting her for years. Her remodeled facility is gorgeous and impeccably clean. I reccomend her to all of my friends and coworkers! Her products are great and she never puts a time limit on perfection. Thank you Kelly for being such a great hostess!

Ill be honest, this was my first pedicure. Normally, I take care of my own feet, but after being deployed to Africa, my feet were torn up, dead skin everywhere, nail issues, and every other bad thing that happens when you live in combat boots for weeks on end. They did a great job getting my feet repaired, she nicked me once, but as nasty as my feet were, she did great. She took care of the issue, and made sure I wasnt upset at it.She literally, took huge swaths of dead skin off my feet, and yet was gentle the entire time.

Incredible service! By far the most thorough pedicure Ive ever had. Viet is wonderful! She took off all the extra skin and callouses and picked the perfect color with my skin. I will always come back here and you should too!

BEST NAIL SALON IN COLORADO! I moved to Colorado Springs from southern California two years ago and I had been unsuccessful in finding a quality nail salon. I finally heard about Kellys nails and decided to try it out. I am so glad I did. Everyone there is so friendly and the staff actually TAKES THEIR TIME. They seem to take pride in the quality of their work. They have over 200 nail tip designs to choose from which I had never seen before. I love this place and they will have my business as long as I am in Colorado.

Been going here for years. Now my daughter comes with and we love it there. Kelly takes such pride in her work she has no issue fixing something you dont like. Loyalty goes a long way with her too.

Ive had my nails done here twice and I regret both times! The first time she left huge bubbles and my nails were uneven and now this time he mad my nails fat uneven and was rude at checkout! When it was time to pay he said how much for tip? I told him $15 (even though I wasnt happy with my nails) then he swiped my card told me to sign and walked away. NO thank you!! The owner was sitting right there doing someone elses nails and didnt say anything. Ill never come here again and Ill never recommended this place for any reason other then bad. So much for second chances 👎

As my mom and I arrived at the salon we were greeted and told to take a seat after stating that we both wanted full sets. We sat at the nail booth for over 30 minutes before someone came to get started on us. Mean while they had me soak my nails in a disgusting container with a nail polish remover soaked sponge. After 30 minutes of soaking my hands they finally came over and got started on us while the nail polish removed had left a disgusting pink film all over my fingers which didnt concern them at all. The shape that i wanted my nails was never discussed so i got square which is what i had previously but i would have liked to have the option to try something different. The paint on my nails has numerous bubbles in it and some nails are very thick. My moms nails are extremely thick and look very unnatural. My moms artist was at least nice and created conversation. Overall however it was a very unpleasant experience and we will not be returning.

I called ahead and they said they had time to get me in for a basic manicure since I had an hour to kill. When I walked in there were kids everywhere including in a room watching shows on their tablets or whatever. They were the children of the people working there. I sat down and 20 minutes later a little girl (literally a child. She was like 8) comes up to me and starts putting some serum on my hands and then my hands in the warmer. I sat there like that for 20 minutes.... Why they had children doing this is dont understand. Then a older lady sat down and started clipping my cuticles causing one to bleed. She put freaking super glue in the cut to make it stop bleeding! Completely unsanitary! Then as shes picking at my cuticles some more she proceeds to show me all the dead skin in a rude manner as if I wasnt already aware that my nails werent in the best shape. She was so rough when putting the lotion on and she put in on all the way to my upper arm. It was horrible! Finally after I was done I went to the front to pay and two little boys probably age 7 and 10 came to take my money. One boy told me $25 the other told me $45. I paid $25 because there was no way that was worth $45, wasnt even worth the $25 and quite frankly I shouldnt have even paid that. Im half tempted to report this place for breaking child labor laws. I get they were busy, but there is no reason children should be doing adult work, and there is also this thing called daycare. No reason a business should have a room full of little kids plus more little kids out running around playing with chemicals. This place had good reviews so thats why I went, but I was appalled and will never return. I think they would fail a health inspection as well as Im almost certain the tools they used on me had not been cleaned and sanitized since the bag they came out of had brown stuff on the inside. My nails did look decent, but definitely not worth it at all.

I love going to Kellys Nails! Ive been going to her place for 4 years now and never had a nail chip or crack. I love the free hand nail art kelly does and its always a good price and my nails last for a whole month without having a re-base. She makes sure you walk out with the best nails. They have tons of colors and designs and give the best pedis youll EVER HAVE!!! Theyre super friendly, I go in there once a month and they remember my name (which is awesome, not a lot of people do that). They are by far the BEST nail salon in the springs! Ive been going to Kellys for a awhile. Today I got there a little after 10 am. They open at 10 I was told to wait so I did...then I finally got service. She got up twice leaving me sit there...the first time to go work on a pedicure and the second time to go set out food displays leaving me sit for a long time. I stayed patient even though it was getting close to 12. I walked out paying more than I had ever paid for service that no one should ever have to deal with! I will be going else where from now on!

They dont show all of their available nail polish and design options but ASK them to do ANYTHING youve seen on the internet or that your thinking about...if you can describe it, they CAN do it!! I only see Kelly, (She is the BEST!) I have been coming here for 7 years and Ive never had a break, I sometimes have to go 4 weeks+ before a rebase and still, no chipping or breaking. Not once.

I started going to Kellys awhile ago and have never been disappointed in the service or quality of products, I moved to pueblo west and still wont go anywhere else, totally worth drive.

Worst pedicure ever! I wouldnt even give this place a star! Lady scrubbed my heel so hard it bled. My nail polish buckled! The staff was so busy talking to each other, she kept stopping in the middle of the pedicure. There was actually someone else who came in complaining of their pedicure asking it to be redone...

They have a great selection of gel colors. The last time i was in though one of the techs did a sloppy job on my fill..nails are crooked..wont be going back there for a while..I tip very well thought i would get better service

Kellys nails is one of the best salons i have been to. NOt only that, the staff are friendly the place is lovely and kelly is the best. What i do not understand is that many people are talking about how there are children doing some of the work such as putting cuticle softener on people and checking out customers as bad. I understand that this place is a family owned business and there is no need to fight and fret over these minor things. Anyway, this place is great.- Kenny

No way in hell am I coming back here they did my toes so bad the old lady had no idea what she was doing and I showed her the picture a thousand times she even had my phone in front of her and during my pedicure she was so out of it having a conversation with two other ladys that she repeatedly cut me and continued pouring nail polish remover over my cuts almost as if she was purposefully trying to cause me pain and when she was painting my toes I feel like she gave up on the design that I wanted and started doing whatever came to her mind until another lady showed up and fixed them to what I wanted but even then the nail polish was thick and overlayered and they left nail polish stains all over my skin and when it was time for my nails she filed them in the same spot over and over again until I bled and the nail polish was streaky and the tip was wavy and uneven, I wanted squoval nails and she gave me semi flared out nails and she left a lot of acrylic under the nail and on my skin very very bad service would not recommend to anybody and I am never going back there I cant believe I payed $70 for such horrible service I left extremely angry I wouldnt even give it one star

! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I used to have my nails done regularly when I was younger but due to the trauma and pain years of it caused to my nails I stopped. Gel nails were the only thing I was willing to do because it was supposed to be better and less traumatic to your nail bed. The first visit I was given Solar Nails(Acrylic), two weeks later I came again(With my same friend) and clearly stated I wanted the Gel nails. I even paid to have the acrylic removed and to have the gel put on. I was told that the gel was simply a coat put on over the acrylic. If you know about gel nails then you know, it is not a coat of gel activate that goes on top of acrylic. Then, after another two weeks, I returned(again with my same friend) and asked for a Gel rebase,knowing I hadnt received gel previously just to see how it would be handled. I was given a solar rebase and charged the $35 fee for solar instead of the $20 fee for a gel rebase. On the first visit I was cut by the tech and she acted as though it was my fault and didnt even apologize. Second visit she cut me again~same tech. Third visit she was distracted by a conversation with her friend and cut my hand with the drill as she was repositioning it, and again acted like it was my fault and again no apology. Even if I had moved, the professional thing to do when you cut someone is apologize, regardless of fault. As I was getting my nails done a brand new Customer walked in and asked Kelly(who wouldnt even look up or acknowledge her) if she did the Gel Powder Nail Dip, to which Kelly responded No, so rudely that the customer was taken back for a second and then replied Okay then and walked out. Seeing her interaction with this customer who had never even been in, was really the icing on the cake. Then as I was paying the tech attempted to mischarge me, then corrected herself. Over all~ The service they offer claiming to be Gel Nails~ is not Gel Nails. Do your research, and you will see. I have given Kellys nails almost $300 over these last 3 visits, and every single time I left unhappy. However , I dont believe a complaint would have even been heard, when it was brought up that I was cut,I was told I would have the best girl when I came back in, and when I did~ it was literally the same tech who then cut me two more times. So over three visits, I was lied to, cut multiple times, and mischarged. My friend has always had a positive experience. Unfortunately I did not, at all, and when I saw how Kelly(Owner) was okay with lying straight to my face, I knew I couldnt expect honesty in the future. I will not be going back, I will not be recommending Kelly to anyone. I dont think there is any professionalism among the employees or the owner. I felt like my money was all they wanted and that they didnt care at all whether I was given what I asked for. Not a place I would spend my hard earned money ever again. There are much better places that actually care about the customer and the money they are spending.

Went there today. Theservice was excellent. The pedicure was heaven. The full set turned out amazing-pink Chanel tips for my french manigure. The quality of the finished mani/pedi was top notch. I definitely recommend this place!

Six years ago I had gone to almost every nail salon in Colorado Springs and happened to stop into Kellys Nails to get a full set and pedicure. I was hesitant that the service would be good due to the location, but was pleasantly surprised because it was clean, and she was friendly and she was quick as well. When she finished I left so happy and amazed at how beautiful my nails looked and my feet were so pretty as well. I decided that my search was over and that was the only salon Id be going to. A few months later she moved into her new suite and I was in awe at how beautifully decorated it was and how comfy yet vibrant the place looked. She was excited and honestly I was excited for her, I am a firm believer in hard work pays off :) I love that I can sit down and let her do her thing and she works magic each and every time. My nails are an open canvas with her and like an artist she creates unique, wonderfully constructed pieces of art on my nails each and every time. I love how she has so many different styles and choices to pick from, she stays on top of all the newest trends. Everything from marbling, to crushed seashells, color changing gels, and even 3d!! You name it, she has it and can do it. 2 years ago I moved to San Antonio Texas and have been looking for a place like Kellys Nails and sadly I cant seem to find one, so when we decided to take a trip to Colorado, that was one of the first places I wanted to go. I missed her so much and was so excited to go see the best of the best. I wish I could put a picture up of what she did , but omg they were ultra cute and I have been getting compliment after compliment on them. People here in Texas keep asking me where I go and when I tell them, they are sad that she isnt here lolI read some of the reviews on here and I can honestly say that in the six years I went to Kelly every other month (her nails last perfectly for about 4 weeks) she was ALWAYS there, it was always clean and well sterilized, her staff was and is always friendly and does a great job, and she does not have kids running around. She strives to let coming there be a peaceful and relaxing environment. I can say that every now and again one of her kids would help out and get the process started to remove the gel, or they would be seen sweeping or something but I didnt mind at all because it sped the process up and also helps to instill some good work ethics. and also the fact that it is a family owned business and would good is it to be your own boss if you cant do how you see fit. I wish I could fly her out here every other month, but I cant so best believe every time I come to visit in Colorado she will be seeing me. There are many nail salons in Colorado but trust me when I say that Kellys Nails is THE BEST HANDS DOWN (no pun intended) lol.

I went looking for a new nail salon, the previous one that I had gone to for over 5 years sold the franchise and moved to Florida. Kellys was close to home and work very nice and clean. Greeted me politely and got to business...It was a plus that she spoke clear English, outside of knowing that the nail tech understands what I am saying and I understand what they are saying. The first gal spoke great English. I then sat down to find that another lady would come out to do my nails, she however did not speak good English besides the fact that she didnt speak much to me at all. No big deal, she started a new full set for me, she put tips on crooked and they were to big for my nail saying that she would file it down(bad start already). As she started to put the pink gel on it was sticky and sooooo thick, my nails went from skinny to wide. I asked her if she was going to thin out the gel and she was confused.by this time I had been there for over 45 mins. OMG I have gotton a full set from start to finish in this amount of time and they looked great. I was NO were near being finished so.... Another younger gal came sat down and snatched up my hand and started drilling at my nails!! She didnt ask me anything she didnt care.. After about 3 mins of her attempt at drilling the gel to get thinner, and filing away at my natural nails now looking even worse. I could not take it anymore.. I stood up and told her no more. She looked at me confused and asked why, how can I help. I told her asking was too late now. No need to care now, I then asked her how much I owed because I was leaving, she said full price!!!! I said there was no way I way paying full price for the service I received!!! She then could no longer understand me..... REALLY!!! No surprise another man now has come to see if he could help as she didnt understand. This shop still got paid... I will NEVER recommend this shop nor will I ever go back again. If you run a business be professional, that lady had no idea what she was doing.... PERIOD!!!! Another customers husband was outside when I left asked if I was ok. I said I hope she gets better service than I did, he also mentioned that it was his wives first visit, he would make sure of it....

They do your nails the best.

Bad bad bad I had to cut my nails so the lady could do them, she put nail on top of old nail they were uneven the nail polish had to be dumped on a table and scraped upTo put on my nail worse nail shop in town

Terrible..I got charged for airbrushing they couldnt do cause they ran out of paint..no refund on the charge of it and the fill they did..one of the nail tips came off in less then a week!!

There just arent enough words. Never, never, ever again.
