Helen did such a wonderful job on the pedicure and I was amazed at the way she anticipated my needs. I picked a sparkle that didn’t work with my nail polish. She painted three different versions on her nails to give me an option and see how they would go together - without me asking her. She just wanted it to look good. As I closed my eyes to enjoy a wonderful foot massage she turned on my massage chair to give me a fuller experience. I had forgotten but it was a great add. Such a caring person and I really enjoyed my pedicure today.

Both times I visited without an appointment I had minimal wait & awesome service. Both Kim & Tammi took great care, were careful (I bleed easily) & thorough. I will be returning! Thanks ladies!

I was nervous to do a walk in because most places require you to call ahead now but as soon as I got in they were able to help me within 5 minutes even though they were pretty packed. Loved the way they took off my acrylics! It was so clean and didn’t feel bad at all. Definitely going to come back here. Great prices and even greater people!

3/26/21It was great. Went on a snow day and they werent busy at all until it cleared up...but they still got me in and out and did a great job. Very friendly.4/2/21 I went back a week later because one of my nails broke off ...totally my fault. But this time my nails were very rushed..And they werent busy because it was noon. The nail shape is totally off. And when I left I noticed bubbles in my nail polish.. So I officially will not be going back.

I went to LV nail & Spa 6.4, very easy to make an appointment. I havent been to a Nail Salon since maybe, October and that was in another State. I got Gel manicure/pedicure and really loved how it turned out! Everyone was very nice and attentive and just did a great job overall. I dont get my nails done much but I will 100% return.

Jason is amazing at acrylics. He always does a great job and he’s current with nail designs and trends so he knows how to do most of them!

I have Kim do my nails. I get them dipped. She is wonderful. My pedicure and nails are always done so well and last me for awhile. Kim is skilled at what she does. The management is very kind and accommodating. Good clean, professional salon. That you for taking care of me.

Unfortunately, the girls that did our pedicures were very distracted, kept watching the door and/or walking away from the chair. Everything was very rushed! The only time they werent distracted was when it came time to pay for our services.

They rushed my nails so the gel polish came out very sloppy. I have pieces of my nails along the edges that did not get covered well by the polish, and my nail underneath is chipping, and in some places he put the gel polish over my skin so now I have to try and file that down. I don’t have time to get them redone so I had to go to Walgreens to get some supplies so I can try to patch up the job they did. I paid $50 for something that I have to take home to fix in time for a wedding, and which will be coming off of my nails asap.

I’ve been coming here for a year now! Toni does amazing on my pedicures and Lynn does a wonderful quick job on acrylics!

I’m new to Colorado and went by the reviews. This place was super clean, and Tony was super nice but I cannot even begin to tell you how disappointed I am with my overall nails. There are so many lumps, and you can still see my old polish on the side. Under the artificial light I could not see this, is was not until I got outside. Honestly, I felt like towards the end he was rushing. I will not be returning, laying acrylic is the same no matter the shape.

They do the opposite of what you ask for, and they are limited on supplies! Very poor customer service and to think that u tried them twice 🙄!

They were great... we were a loud group of 4 girls and they were very fun!

Unfortunately the pedicure was not good at all. She was rushing and just going through the motions. The process of the pedicure was done poorly. There are many in and out nail salons and I was hoping this one would be different but it wasn’t. Disappointed.

Ben and Lynn are so kind and ways know what I want. They have been doing me and my moms nails for years. I would recommend coming here to all of my friends and family.

Honestly, the service was nice. They were very kind and helpful but the nails themselves....not great. I went to get a gel fill and they literally broke off my fingers after a WEEK of having them done. The paint has peeled off on a couple nails and I was so disappointed. Especially for the price I paid. ($50 with tip). I won’t be going again and it’s unfortunate that it’s poor quality because like I said they have nice people working and it’s very close to campus.

I didnt like the way my nails looked and they completely redid them. So happy.

Great relaxing experience with excellent service

I will start off by mentioning how clean and well organized this salon is!This was my second time going in for a gel manicure. The first gel manicure lasted almost 3 weeks without any issues. I work in healthcare,so I wash my hands very frequently throughout the day. Ive never had a gel manicure last me this long!Today I went in and showed Miko a picture from Pinterest. She went above and beyond and did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend trying them out!

I have been going for months now and have always been treated with respect and a friendly face . Lynn who does my nails always takes her time and my nails last for four weeks. I would recommend this place a 100 times over. The price is very reasonable especially for the quality you get.

I wanted to go in to try the place out, my mom had recommended a woman to work on my pedicure. But the reviews make me worry, Im new to town and really dont want to waste money on damaged, lumpy nails(via reviews). My mom says that the service here is very rude, but her nails (gel) came out the way she liked when she visited. I dont know, between the reviews, the shop not answering the phone, and my moms own personal one time experience. I think 1 try and done might be the way to go, unless I find another shop.

This place is pretty and spa like inside. Mani’s and pedi were satisfactory and nice. The owner or gentleman who checked us out was obnoxious to my daughters and me about paying by card and leaving a tip on the card. Never had anyone check us out like that before. Though this spa was a nice experience... that made us not want to go back there again.

Just came to this nail salon & spa for the first time and loved it!! Very great staff. My nails turned out super pretty and it the nail technician got it done so quickly! Also noticed when coming in just how pretty this spa is. Love it!

My favorite nail salon!I have been seeing Lynn and Ben for manicures (Ive utilized acrylic, shellac, and dip), and Sana for pedicures for over 10 years. Their staff is loyal and friendly, the quality of service always meets or exceeds my expectations, and their new location is spacious, clean, and inviting. In addition, my appointments are always on time. I can walk in with a photo for them to replicate a nail design, or just simply ask them to make my nails look pretty because I dont have any design in mind that day. Lynn always comes through for me. Whether you have a personal need, or want a group experience, I highly recommend LV Nails.

They were hurried and distracted- Services were not personalized. Before I could take off my Michael Kors watch, she slabbed lotion all over my wrist and I said, excuse me can I take off my jewelry?? She said No, its okay haha. After, she put acetone on a paper towel and rubbed it over my watch. I was shocked by her arrogant oblivion. Will not return.

The best nail salon in Colorao Springs. Due to nerve damage, my right hand shakes. Lynn is so patient when she gives me a manicure. Helen gives me a wonderful pedicure. Everyone is professional and pleasant. The pedicure chairs are comfortable and relaxing. Come on in! Youll love it!

I just moved to the Springs area from Dallas and this was the first place Ive gone. That being said... Do not go here! Worst experience Ive ever had. The lady was nice, but was very rough with my nails. Cut me twice to the point I was bleeding. Twisted my fingers in way they dont bend. When I asked for someone else she told me no. The nails are not done right and are different lengths, shapes, sizes, and thickness. I will never go there again. I really miss my place in Dallas.

They used to be my favorite nail salon in town - the only place Id go. But it seems after COVID hit they lost steam. Still decent but not 110% like they used to be.

I cant say enough how great everyone is at LV nails. Being able to relax yet get your nails and pedicure in a great atmosphere with exceptional nail techs is rare. I never feel rushed but everyone is always conscious of your time. I am loyal for the right reasons and LV Nails has me as a customer for life!!

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. Not only do they do an amazing job on my wrecked nails, but they have been apart of my life for the long run. My mom and I have been coming to this salon since I was in middle school, which I am now currently a sophomore in college. Over the years I have only once gone to a different salon due to the fact that I was in college and couldn’t make it home to this salon. Let me tell you, LV nails has spoiled me because I had the worst experience of my life at that other salon, and I will never go to another salon again.Your initial experience just walking through the doors is amazing. The environment is absolutely flawless, everything is brand new, and extremely well kept/clean.Now let’s get to the part you really care about. My nails look brand new every time I walk out of this place. Being a full time college student, walking everywhere, and an EMT, I am always on my feet. My nails are terrible. They always fix everything and make them look as if I never broke, ripped, or cracked any of my nails(which I do every time). If you’re in to true pampering, this is the place. Spoil your self and get the deluxe pedicure where you get to customize the experience you have based on your needs. I absolutely love this place and would recommend going right now.

I’m not one to complain and my pedicure was lovely. When I moved onto my manicure a woman named Diane took over and was so rude and aggressive - didn’t even paint to the edge of my nail. 👎🏻 The owner was nice but I was so over the experience I left after she took my polish off.

I’ve been searching for a nail salon since I moved to CoS in 2018. After many less than desirable experiences I finally found this gem. The location is great, service and price are perfect and the technicians are warm, open, friendly and have a great sense of humor! I always leave feeling pampered and pleased with the results whether it’s a deluxe pedi I’m after or a nail shellac. This salon rocks!

She takes time to ensure the best quality service possible! LV NAILS is a beautiful salon, beautifully kept, peaceful atmosphere & wonderful, kind & fun-loving staff!

Okay nails. I was charged 35 dollars for a simple polish and was told it would be 18 when I walked in. Informed me its 35 afterwards, stating its because I chose gel polish, but its also 35 for a full set of fake gel nails? The colors that are on the sample arent at all like the colors I chose, either. Never going back. Dont fool people on pricing and PLEASE use the polish on the samples that youre using on people.

They always take great care of me and do an amazing job on my umbre dipped nails. Only shop I recommend for this.

This is the worst place I have ever got my nails done. I tried going there twice and got two different technicians just to see if that made a difference. I think they water down their nail polish because my nails chipped the day after service and this was the gel polish. The customer service is also bad and they are way over priced for the quality of work.

Disappointed with Pedicure, lady argued with customer in front of everyone and the lady was upset because her skin was clipped. The lady who did my feet did well but my feet felt horribly sore and rough the next day and it wasnt worth the price. Love Eyebrow Wax...she did my eyebrows better than anyone I have seen in Colorado Springs in 5 years!

Rude and expensive. I went in to get a fill and pedi $120 later.. I was not happy, I was shocked by the way the nail tec handled my nails. She was very ruff bending and twisting my hands and fingers. At one point I thought she was going to slap my hand for not doing what she’s asked. The place is beautiful and in a great shopping area. However ,they do not post the prices and I find that odd. I paid $ 55 for a nail FILL!! That’s insane also when I picked my pedi I swear I chose the basic. However I was charged 60 for my PEDI. I was robbed to say the least.

Loved this place, they were able to accommodate 3 of us right away! It was clean and the prices were great!

Everybody in there does a good job except the male. My cuticles were still showing and 2 nails broke within a week. You can’t charge $50 if you’re not doing $50 work.

I go there once a month for my nails and I get nothing but excellent service and nails. I dont go anywhere else, Im loyal customer for life
