Awkwardly quiet, destroyed my nail with the dremel, and left uneven, streaky nails.There were 4 workers there, not a single one made a peep. It was a bit disturbing. My nail tech Hannah i believe took off about half my nail when she went over each nail 4 times with the dremel once with a rough file and another 2 times with a sanding block. Unsatisfied with my this flimsy nails. They were burning she was drilling them so far down. Very uneven and disgusting nail job. Pictures attached. She asked what shape I wanted and I said a rounded square but I dont want a flat top. So closer to an oval on the side with a hint of square-ness. I got a point. I corrected her twice then just sat through the rest of the session. So unhappy. Photos taken outside the store. Dont come here. I dont know why it has over 3 stars.

I really like this place. I recommend an appointment because they’re usually quite busy. Best nail salon I’ve been to in the Springs by far. They do a pretty great job at designs. Very impressed

My nail tech was very nice and all of the staff i interacted with were very kind and pleasant. The salon was very clean and neat as well. That being said,I have to give this place 3 stars. Though i loved my color,I asked the tech for coffin nails but instead I got long square. Which I’m not terribly annoyed by but still kind of bugs me because my thumbs are coffin shaped so i know she knows how to shape them in that style. My manicure also came out a bit sloppy in areas. I have a few bumps and areas that could’ve used a little more care,cleaning and concern. Overall not a terrible experience though.

I love my nails. Im allergic to most nail products, but Spoiled has dip nail system. I wont go anywhere else now. Pricing is around normal, but worth it. I also wanted nail art and they were going to do it, but I ended up leaving my nails simple. The color is amazing!

It’s so frustrating when you ask for something and they smile and nod yes, then don’t do it. Also, the polish was not put on smoothly at all. When I mentioned this, the lady told me that she hadn’t put the topcoat on, so it would be okay. Then her supervisor (?) came over and looked at it, and they spoke in a different language. Still - even with the topcoat it wasn’t smooth. I won’t be back.

Jimmy is great! He listens to what I ask for, hes not in a hurry and hes incredibly gentle. Competitive prices and appointments run on time.

Very good work! I saw Hanna (she’s been recommended to me by a co worker) I did a dip manicure and she really took her time to do a perfect job. I’ve tried multiple nail salons since living here and been disappointed until here! I highly recommend them! There prices are a little higher, but I don’t mind spending a few dollars extra to have quality work that lasts.

This was my second time here and I will be making this my go to place for nails. They are clean and a lot of fun. Great atmosphere and super hygienic!

This place was recommended to me, as I complimented someone’s nails. Friendly service. Establishment was very clean. One of the techs was sanitizing everything as people were completing their services. My nails were in terrible condition and I showed the tech a picture and he nailed it. He was also pretty gentle with the electric filer (which is one of my biggest concerns). Got acrylic hombre nails with tips and paid $65. They are operating by appointment for the most part. Came back for a pedicure and hands down best pedicure I’ve ever had! I did choose the deluxe and picked shellac and it came out to $65 as well. It was totally worth it. I was so relaxed and my feet hadn’t been done in two months due to lockdown and were the softest they’ve been in a while. Thank you!

They did a great job on my pedicure, and they were super good with my daughter (3). They were efficient, but did not rush you through your experience. I highly recommend coming here for all your nail needs, especially if you have a little one who wants their nails done.

Went in for a mani pedi....guy didnt know what he was doing couldnt paint. Another guy was sent to fix it...end story I have what appears to be mold when the shellac lifted off my nails just over a week after going in to this place. Never Never Again!!

I’m a little late typing this up so bare with me... However I feel this is a review worth telling so here we go.I went to this shop for the first time this past Saturday and I will not be back.My friends and I went in for full set and pedi session for her birthday and were told it would be a 45 minute wait to get serviced. We left to go to one of the near by shopping centers and arrived back 10 minutes before our “suggested wait time” and still ended up waiting an hour plus for our pedicure. The staff were very cordial for the most part however. After i was serviced for my pedicure the next nail tech available to take me took a walk in in front of me which caused me to have to wait about another hour and a half before getting serviced for my full set. Finally, it becomes my turn to be serviced....(Mind you- my friend is already being serviced by another nail technician and is half way through with her service by this time) I get the first guy (the one who took a walk in before servicing me) and he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience of skipping me as if I didn’t witness the foolery in the first place secondly he prepped my nails for the full set and told me another guy would actually be doing my nails so I had to wait an ADDITIONAL 20-30minutes so he could go back to servicing the walk in he took before me😐. Mind you I already knew it would be some mess cause I’m not accustomed to switching techs in the middle of a service!!! However I was just ready to get the experience over with at this point so I followed suit.. AND THIS IS WHERE IT GETS SKETCH. New guy comes on the scene (Totally different technician) and I try to correct him on the length of my nails telling him REPEATEDLY I do a lot of typing at work I CANNOT have my nails long at all. I showed him a picture and everything of what I wanted and every time I went to check him on the length he would tell me “you’re getting almond nail they will get shorter as I shape” 🤥🙄 DIDNT HAPPEN. He was very beside himself and rushed through my service which resulted in sloppy work..I’m assuming he was irritated by my saying anything to him. By the end of the service I had claws essentially which was not my request and sore hands from being rough handled through the entire process 😑. And here’s the icing on the cake- before I even leave the building good my big toe needed REPAINTING because the paint didn’t finish drying ?! Even after a 2 hours plus time lapse between the pedicure and full set —— HOW IN THE HELL?Whew. Spent $73 for regular paint standard pedicure and full set w/ gel polish only to have to ask the lady at the front desk to clean up a few nails for me cause I had all sort of gunk around my cuticles from his bogus, rushed work and a few hang nails that was catching in my hair. i went home and did more patch work to actually make them presentable. My friend experienced the same things as well I found myself cleaning hers up too.I chose this shop off word of mouth and the beautiful pictures posted here of previous work done by “Tim” however, “Tim” or whoever he is seems to be the only skilled tech in the building from the looks of things 🤷🏾‍♀️. I regret spending every dime. I will not sell myself short by doing business with this shop ever again.Attached to my review are the length of nails I wanted vs what I got. In September 2019, my mom and I came to get our nails (acrylics)done for her wedding. They chipped her paint, multiple of her nails had many scratches and we had to get them redone the morning of her wedding...at a different salon. I decided to go this week again because they seemed to have potential and maybe we just had a bad experience once. Nope. The male who did my nails was rude to me when I was shaking and kept yanking my hand and scoffing at me. I shake and so do most people. As well as, at the beginning of my appointment I was told it was going to be 50$ and I added 4 of their tiniest rhinestone onto my nails and they ended up charging me 70$... what? 20$? Not going here again. Even after I gave them a second chance. Unfortunate they don’t have stars under 1, so the one star is a compliment for this salon.

I have been coming here for years. They are friendly, kind, personable, very clean and prompt. Highly recommend Spoiled Nails to anyone who asks.

I’ve worn my nails for three days now and I’m giving a 5 ⭐️ Because the young lady upfront with the black mask, she took her time with my nails. She made sure that they were completely even and there was no deris or hanging nail filings on my nails. She took her time to give me exactly what I asked for. I was sitting down in that chair for an hour and a half. That’s the kind of service that I look forward to every time I go to the nail salon and it was my first time. She showed me that she loved what she does and she does it well. Loved it, loved every bit of it. Will always come back. No complaints here.

I went in and I had an appointment but I felt like I was rushed the whole time (took 30 min for a full set with paint). She rushed the whole time and didn’t take her time making sure it was perfect. Didn’t clean up my cuticles, cut me with the nail clippers. Never going back.

Absolutely amazing. The staff was kind and professional. The pedicure was amazing and very relaxing. My nail tech walked me through what kind of set would be best for my lifestyle, and was very pleasant. Will certainly be back, and recommending to everyone I know.

I just spent $95 on a full set of acrylics I left the store absolutely in love. Two days later two of my nails have started peeling and one of them is so crooked I can’t even show off my left hand bc it looks so weird. The gel polish must not have cured because I bet within the next week all the gel will have fallen off or chipped 🙄 NEVER COMING BACK. Overpriced and poor quality. UPDATE: the nail she placed on crooked ended up ripping off my entire nail bed and I had to go to the ER DO NOT COME HERE

Have been going here for years now but the prices have increased since the pandemic and the price changes every time I go in. I have had to go longer between fills due to the price.

Horrible experience was rushed the whole time there and ended up with a cut cuticle and put toe nail all the way down to the skin definitely not worth $140 for short nails when I specifically asked for long whole time there I received a attitude especially from the older lady that seems to be the manager I will never go back super expensive and rude not a “relaxing” environment.

We have been here form the beginning, wife followed the owner. She is the only one that is allowed to do her nails. I have had good luck as a walk in ever other nail appointment as a walk in for a pedicure. This has worked out good as we are don about the same time.

I’ve gone to this shop for a very long time and have always been in love with the work they put out as well the people that work there. But my experience yesterday, I am done. I had an appointment for my nails and feet and the minute I get there some guy tells me I’m going to have to wait. He said 30 minutes, okay cool. Until an hour goes by and I still haven’t been helped. The lady at the front was so nice and could tell I was VERY unhappy and kept attending to me and making sure I was okay while I waited for an extra hour after my appointment time. I ended up feeling bad for her because she had to deal with all the other customers going through the same thing I was when it was that guy who couldn’t say no. Now waiting, I can understand if an appointment is running long. But that was until I found out it wasn’t an appointment, it was a walk in he decided to take FIVES MINUTES before his scheduled appointment with me. So apparently appointments make no sense here. Just walk in for one service, ask for an extra while you’re there, and get put in front of everybody who had an appointment. I didn’t see the usually lady who’s there running things so I guess this guy was in charge. Too bad he’s ruining clientele and I won’t be back.

My daughter and I went and got pedicures together, they were really nice there and very affordable, they put flowers on her toes and did a beautiful job. The sun is clean and the staff are knowledgeable. The price is pretty Comparable to other salons

Loved this place! Lori was fantastic! I have never had someone take such care when removing my nails. My nails ended up perfect! The shape is exactly what I asked for, super thin, the color goes all the way to every edge and wraps the tip! I will be going back to see Lori when ever I need nails so basically every few weeks.

Went in for the first time the other day and was told it was a 45 minute wait, which is fine I understand they are busy and walk-ins aren’t prioritized. I decided to leave and come back today, I called at open asking for an appointment with any nail tech and was told 1:00 was the best time. I arrived at 12:52 and waited 46 minutes, with an appointment. Watched them take the lady in front of me who had just walked in with no appointment and I sat there. I’m not the type to post reviews but this is frustrating. I’m sure they do great work but good luck getting in.

I thought it was very clean and nice inside. The people who worked there are super friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was how long I waited. I got there at 1 and didn’t leave till 4 so definitely if you don’t have nothing to do that day go.

The salon always offers exceptional service and they have highly skilled stylists. I have a short undercut A-line and don’t trust my hair to just anyone.

Super good experience today. Randy did the nails and Diane did the design. Amazing to be honest and I’m hard to deal with. 😂 it’s going to be my new place. Four stars because it’s a little pricey and they skipped my cuticles which is a big reason i go. However the attention to detail was so great.

This salon has been going downhill for awhile but today’s experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced at any salon. I left with one finger bleeding due to her rough filing, at least 8-10 dips on two nails while she tried to correct mistakes by just covering them up, my nails stuck to my fingers in many places, dry skin flaps sticking out in the sides of my nails that she failed to trim, rough unsmoothed surfaces to my nails, and finally spots of nail polish on my fingertips left for me to peel off or remove once I got home! Pedicure was, while not as much of a disaster, not a great pedicure. This place is clean and convenient for me but I just can’t go back. Time to find a new salon.

I’ve given this nail shop several chances because the pedicures were amazing but every single time one lady does my nails, I end up having to return. The gel is done too heavy & peels off within a day so I have to return. This last time, she ensured it was dry. Within 4 hours it started peeling on my nails & feet. I went in to have it fixed (for the 3rd time) & she told me I had to wait in line. I’m a repeat customer, with a repeat problem & I need to wait. Not the type of customer service I’d provide.

Their service is great! They paid so much attention to the tiny intricate details, the finished product was absolutely fabulous and they even gave me a lil’ tiny bottled water! The staff are super kind as well, I thoroughly recommend this salon. 🌻

The gentleman that was doing my pedicure put cuts on both of my feet, one from the calluses grater and the other one by cuticle cutters cutting my skin on the other foot. The gentleman that was working on me DID NOT spoke any English, did not understand anything I was saying and didn’t have anybody around to really help translate for me to him and vice versa. I won’t be going back!!

The lady that did my nails dont paint that good and there are bubbles in my nails and when i told her about the nail polish she just keeps going and the nail polish you can see throw the blue color

I have been going to this nail shop since February and have had a great experience every time. She spent a lot of time on my cuticles (which was great) and then gave me the fantastic nails. & I absolutely love how natural looking they are even though they are acrylic.

Really great atmosphere but the wait is terrible. Its Saturday and it should be more nail techs than just 2 1/2. Ive heard really great thing about this place but maybe I should come when their unlocking the doors at opening. Until next Spoiled Nails, I have to be at work in 3 hours I dont have time to sit and wait

I will not be returning to Spoiled Nails. Ive been to this location TWICE both times had an appt. Still a long wait time. The man who does my nails is very slow. I watch multiple customers come in and out and done with their service before I am. He does them WAY too thin. By the second day my nail has either completely broken off or has cracked. Which pisses me off even more because THESE ARE MU NAILS! Not fake. WONT BE WASTING ANOTHER PENNY AT THIS PLACE!

I’ve been getting my nails done for 5 years consecutively and have moved around. This place is by far the greatest. They always manage to find me an appointment time (sometimes she’ll even stay late with me). Diane specifically always does exactly, if not better actually, what I ask for. Tim also has degree in nail art design and will give you magazine worthy looks for a little extra $$.Overall the price is about average and the quality is impeccable.

Nails turned out okay but I wouldnt go back. It took longer than any other set of acrylics Ive had and the nail tech cut several fingers on each hand. He was nice and gave me a discount for cutting me but over all it was just okay. I felt like I could get something better for the same price.

My friend talked me into doing my nails here and I am very impressed. My nails are well-shaped and the ombré is even. Def would recommend!

Have been there before and always been pleased. Made an appointment for my daughter and I to have our eyebrows waxed. They had two techs we had never seen before waiting for us. My tech was very RUDE! My daughters tech was very inexperienced, seemed like her first time! The tech that did my eyebrows tried to fix my daughters but still not straight or even! Please take the time to train your employees. Dont let them practice on REPEAT CUSTOMERS!!!!

Every time Ive been in the town I always visit in Spoiled Nails & Spa to get the Gel manicure. She was so sweet and nice. The Shellac pedi lasts up about 2-3 weeks. Its such affordable price!

The customer services was great when I went to get them done. Then the next day I found my nails to be lose and not put on right so I went back and asked for the manager. She was rude and refused to fix them.

This place is great! I dont typically see the same person everytime I come in but that never matters because they all do a top notch job. Their attention to detail and great customer service is very impressive considering how busy they always are. I wont ever go anywhere else! Thanks guys!!

After seeing the seemingly positive reviews and beautiful nail pictures, I decided to give this nail salon a try on 3/20 at 9:53am for my husband’s upcoming military ball. I was instructed a full set would have a wait time of 30 min. In total I waited over 50 min and when I exceeded that 30 min wait time by a few minutes, I was the one who had to request a update. “5 more minutes”. 10 minutes later I was walking out. It’s terrible walking into a beautiful salon, expecting a great experience just to experience raw customer service. It definitely doesn’t feel good to sit waiting on services but wondering HOW LONG services will take bc the employees won’t look up after the initial welcome. After wasting a hour of my “me time” I had to dump my vision of the nails I wanted and head back to my normal nail salon on the opposite side of town. A little communication goes a long way.
