I went to the guy and he was fast and did an AMAZING job. They’re thin, sooo pointy, and the painting is well done. 10/10 would go to him again

Whoa! I looked in the bowl at opening and the attendant asked me to have a seat. There were nail clippings, lots of them, in the drain area in the foot tub. NO THANK YOU. I decided I had to make a phone call out side and left. Also, the person at the front desk was not polite and the place was overall dirty. Yuk. I found a different, great place with kind people who did a great job in a clean, relaxing establishment.

They did a great job with my nails. The shaping was immaculate. I let her come up with the design for my ring finger and I was not disappointed. Coming from New York I thought I would have to search forever to find a good nail artist out here like I had in New York and was thankfully proven wrong by fusion nails ! I will definitely be back !

I scheduled a appointment at 2 got there at 2:10 they told me to wait. She asked me what polish and I showed her a ombre nail and she said she couldnt do it. Then a girl came in had a appointment for 4:45 then said it was supposed to be at 3:45 Im still waiting and then they told her to come and they started doing her nails while I was still waiting. And ot was 2:45 I will never come back here. So rude

The BEST! Ive been going here since I moved to Springs a little over a year ago. One week ago I went to a different place, because I was too far from here, that place was rated 4.3 stars but truly it was absolute trash!Today I felt like a jackass once I realized how not-simple the design I chose was, but as always they came through!David did the fill & base then Miley did the design which required the use of some sticky-tar looking product 😳 😳.Thank you for being amazing, and I will never go anywhere else for the sake of convenience again. ❤️❤️

Ive been there twice. The first time the person did a good job on my gells so I decided to come back. The 2nd time I went back for a pedicure and a gel. I picked my pedicure color and chose a near yet sparkly light purple gel color. My pedicure finished first. After one coat I noticed the the gel color wasnt even close to the one I picked. I said something and she totally ignored me. I didnt have time to go through the process of taking the gels off and the whole process again, so I decided that I would leave it at that and not come back. They were pretty pricey also. As you can see..... not purple at all.

I have been here twice, 1st time the lady did a great job with my gel manicure. I went the 2nd time on a Saturday right when they opened. They weren’t busy yet it took 10 minutes for a lady to come out. No one showed me where the colors were I had to find them myself. I noticed early on she was in a rush the phone kept ringing she was answering the calls I of course have no problem with that. When she had all the previous gel color off she went to fine the whole nail. She was soooo rough! Didn’t even stay on my nails and needed up filing my pinky finger skin off!!! She was so rushed that she didn’t even leave my hands under the light long enough so some of them have bubbles. Ugh I’m not sure why I can’t post a picture but I now have a scab because the lady was in a rush and clearly didn’t want to be there.

I asked before making an appointment for someone who is good with long nail design and does a clean work with the shape but didn’t get one of them so now i’m very unhappy with my nails and paid way to much for that bad work

I have had a pedicure here twice and they were fine... BUT I got my first eyelash extensions....OMG AMAZING...WORTH THE PRICE... the manager is the only one who does them and she was great. I am going back for regular maintenance.

I’m rating this salon 2 stars because of the following:1. I made an appointment for 4:15, I was then told to wait 15 minutes which turned into 25 minutes and I had established obligations.2. I asked specifically how much the nail service I wanted was going to cost before the lady started on my nails. She told me it would be the same price as acrylic full set, then proceeded to charge me a completely different price. I specifically asked before hand for this very reason and what she said is not what happened.3. The nail tech did not ensure that every nail was the same length and my shape is not consistent for every nail.I was excited to go to this salon as the pictures are awesome on their reviews , however, I left very disappointed, not getting the same treatment. I did reach out to the salon and received no response.

I don’t usually like to write reviews unless I have a great experience and have only good things to say, but I feel like letting people know about my terrible experience here will save them money at this overpriced nail salon. When I first arrived everyone seemed nice enough and the girl that did my nails was very friendly. Unfortunately, as she was doing my nails she informed me that she hadn’t done nails in a while and was rusty (which was apparent). She didn’t file my nails evenly, forgot to put cuticle softener on one hand, and didn’t make me wash all the nail dust off my hands before she started painting them. I always like to get a little design and asked her to just do a simple line design. She gave it a try and could not do it so she asked another guy if he could do it. He attempted and couldn’t do it. He spent so much time trying to do it and removing it over and over again to the point where I just told them that I just wanted to leave. THEY STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE! $38 for a simple gel manicure that was terribly done. I am going to my usual nail salon tomorrow to get everything re-done and with the simple design I wanted. They typically do much more complicated designs for me so it will be a breeze for them and it will cost less. I went to Fusion because it was conveniently on my way home from work, but NEVER AGAIN. I will definitely spend the extra time to drive to my usual nail salon!

Possibly the worst nail salon that I’ve been to. I went in for an acrylic set on a Thursday, by Saturday night one of them popped off. I went back and they fixed and it thought the problem was solved, however, slowly but surely the bottoms of the rest of my nails were lifting up. I’ve had my nails done for several years and I can honestly say that I’ve never had nails last as short as these. 4 DAYS. These nails lasted 4 days. Save your money and go elsewhere. I wish they would’ve put a little more work into making sure their product is quality.

This was one of the best salons I have ever been to. They are quick and organized, I was very impressed by the level of cleanliness. My manicurist was also very gentle and did an amazing job. I can’t wait to go back.

Horrible. I would give them -5 stars if I could, but I cant. Not worth the cost. Usually nail technicians discuss what you want to clarify and answer your questions. My technician was unfriendly and rebuffed my questions. When she did respond, she was rude and curt. I understand sometimes there is a language barrier, but this was not the issue. She made my nails look like hump back whales and when I tried to express my concern, she was short with me. Dont go! Horrible, horrible experience.

This place has the best, most natural looking nails Ive found in the city. They get busy sometimes and yesterday they accidentally missed my appointment due to being busy. However, today they reached out and made it right!!! Amazing customer service. Amazing nails. Cant imagine going anywhere else. They will be my go-to nail salon moving forward!

You Do Not get what you pay for. Me and my best friend came in for a early mothers day treat to ourselves. The services bought were the same. The treatments received were not equal. I had my gel polish taken off with a dremel. All the way to the bed. Not by accident on one spot but intentional to quicken the process. My friend had no massage, no scrub rub, just a rushed process that was not well accomplished. By the halfway mark she was wishing she had a translator. I had to agree.We had to request them stop the designs as we were not happy. Bill was not even close to services rendered. I should have read and paid attention to reviews. While you are expecting the same treatment that you paid for they do not.

Please do not go here! Youre better off going up the street to la rue! Upon entering I told them I wanted accrylics with white tips. They told me $33. I said okay and they starting doing my nails and cut chunks of skin out of THREE of my fingers. It was bad enough I had to get up and get a paper towel to stop the bleeding. He did not apologize at all. He just threw some nail glue on it and kept going. Then after completing my nails and I went to pay he told me $40. So not only was I treated poorly but I was charged an extra $7 to be cut by the guy.Dont waste your time or money at this horrible establishment.

Duy has been doing my nails for years now and I have never experienced a lift, broken nail or chipped paint ! They use all solar products and the prices are reasonable. I have never had a bad experience here !

Nice salon but my nails chipped (very badly) within 24 hours. They did a complimentary polish change to repair them which was greatly appreciated. Terrible chipping again within a day. Not sure what the difference is here and other salons...maybe a weird base coat?

And the staff was immediately warm and welcoming.... Very sweet. I didnt catch that gossipy vibe that you might sense in some other salons...i mean sense from the staff members too by the ways.I asked for full new acrylic set and a pedi.One word AMAZING! I was absolutely pleased with the service provided! Staff was sweet and friendly. They made it an atmosphere that was comfortable to be in and easy to relax in. Prices were fair and the talent of the staff was BEYOND EXPECTATION. Very impressive!! Never once did I have to pull my hand away in pain or feel tense from discomfort in any way!
