First time I went to Hi Nails n was treat great n I had a pedi n set n they were excellent n they did n excellent job I left there very satisfied my husband had a pedi n was also satified

I absolutely HATE the color, even though it was the same one they told me was what I was wearing. Its nowhere close and when I said something she said she would change it this time for free. What?. I trusted they knew what they were talking about. Then to make me feel as if I was the one in the wrong and that I would like this one eventually. Ummm NO. NO I WONT. If you want to pay your hard earned money to listen to a nail tech tell you what you want and then cram it down your throat when you object ....go here. If you want to be respected and treated as if you have a say in what your money pays for then go elsewhere. Plus...it should never take 2.5 hours for a fill. Wow. #neveragain

Stopped by at 3 pm to see Tammy, was told she would be available at 6pm, waited until 6 pm and went back, the other gal started working on my nails, I figured she was prepping them for Tammy, but no, she did the whole job!!! Nothing was Said to me, NOTHiNG , I left but when I got to my car I was so upset I went back in and asked why this happened, NOONE had an answer. I will NEVER go back again, very unprofessional.Tammy is not the most appropriate person either and has not always treated me well, sometimes she has a real attitude. I came to the conclusion ( I have nothing else to base it on) that she just did not want to do my nails period, so I got shuffled to the other gal without even being asked. The other gal is the one who made the appointment for me at 3.

This place is awsome! I have been going here for years. They are family owned and operated. Because of my new job, I could no longer have acrylics and my real nails underneath were very weak. She worked on them with some powder and made them so nice I walked out with a natural French manicure.Great place reasonably priced

Dont go here for gel nails. Other customers seem to love the nail art though. The guy filed my nails down to weird shapes while half paying attention, half watching TV. The ladies are friendly and fairly nice. The younger lady did an okay job with applying the polish - I feel like she could have taken more time and made the edges cleaner. I need to find a more professional shop.

This is a wonderful family-based business. They are so polite and kind and they do a wonderful job to boot. They also provide bottled water. It’s not just about getting a manicure and a pedicure it’s about being treated with kindness and respect and enjoying entering this business!

Ms. KIM is amazing nail tech! I only lrt her touch my nails and boy am I always happy with the results. The location is close to safeway so its convenient to go shopping for groceries after. Keep up great work Ms. KIM

I have been going here off and on here for 20 years . NOT RECOMMENDED FOR COURTESY. They usually do a good job on nails. Period. I guess they are doing their job. CONTINUED...However, the man and woman are not pleasant. The daughter is usually friendly if you start a conversation first. Lets face it. You are sitting here a good hour and 1/2. Much longer, if you get a pedicure. They boss you around, i.e., go pick color, go wash. I understand that part of it is their vietnamese language, but it takes nothing to be polite!! They are serving customers. There are many other shops in the city to choose from.I always come in very cheerful, letting them know what service I want. I compliment them on things and am truly friendly. I never receive any compliments. I dont even receive a hi, how are you, how have you been? The kicker is when they go into their language and talk to each other. You know or feel it is about you and it makes me very uncomfortable!The services are not cheap either. I wonder if they realize that for some people, this money is set aside. It could just as well be used for a dinner out or another service.Well, have a great day and be happy!!!

PSA: Do not patronize Hi Nails! I got my nails done on Wednesday evening (received a few good reviews) and I was not impressed; paid $70 plus tip. When I got home I had polish and acrylic all over my hands. Feeling like they need a second chance I scheduled a pedicure for me and my mother. When I called I let her know I was not happy with my nails and wanted them fixed. I dont want a new service I just want them cleaned up, like the polish on my cuticles, theyre filed crooked, the glue underneath my nails,and the rhinestone replaced as Ive lost 3 in 2 days.... no problem she says. We get there and the male was really short and rushed through our pedicure. My toes nails are not filed even and 1 foot is soft and the other is as if nothing was done. Paid $80 plus tip for 2. I sat down to get my nails done and they were rude and said that I needed to pay $45 to fix the job because they are gel and she didnt know how I treated my nails after I left. BEWARE!!! They dont believe in customer service... I will say Tammy, on of the nail techs, attempted to make it right but the older lady told her No, go do your job.

Ive come here twice. Once for a full set that took 3 tries to get the paint not to have bubbles in it and teen the nails started to fall off a wk later. Then I went back wanting a pedicure. He painted my toes (which look like my 2 year old painted) and spent maybe 8 minutes total giving my legs & feet a rub. They have reasonable pricing but are very lazy at technique and dont ac they care to give you the experience of paying for services. While I cant do my own acrylic nails I can say I wont go back because the nails were falling off quickly and I could have painted my own toes and rubbed my feet for 8 minutes at home instead of spending wasted money.

Love this place! Ive been coming here for 4 years and never had a problem. My only issue is they dont open at the time posted on their window...30 mins past open time and still no one. Ugh.

His Nails is amazing! The service was fast and the work was both attentive and exquisite. The french tips are brillant and the range of colours is very impressive. Everyone was kind and friendly. They dont even deserve one star. Got my nails done their for my birthday, the first lady i had didnt put them on well, they fell off within a week, then the 2nd lady was too rough and broke my actual nails so when my nail fully broke my actual finger nail fell off with the acrylic. I do NOT recommend this place

This place is horrible. Went and got a full set for my birthday and 2 days later the nails started falling off. I went back and the older lady that did my nails had the nerve to chew me out and blame me for the nails breaking. I listened to her bs and had the whole set redone and once again 3 days later 3 nails have already broken. I submitted a review on Facebook and the owners daughter that works there as well started harassing me and trolling me on Facebook. AVOID THIS PLACE

I came here to get a full set and the older lady who did my nails cut my cuticles to much, 9 of all ten of my fingers were bleeding at the end of the day... It was painful. I went to pamper myself and ended up with bloody fingers that burned everytime I got my hands wet...

Dont go to this place , save your time and money ! 3 nails glued on crooked .Has them redone which added an extra 45 min to an hour because she couldnt do it right . Glue all over my fingers .The next day the nails start to fall off . absolutely horible and deserves 0 stars
