The guy working there did my nails soo good, the acrylic goes all the way to my cuticles and the design came out better than I thought it was. I paid $75 for these and am very satisfied.

So normally they do a very good job on my nails. I get acrylics done and most of the time an older gentleman does my nails. This time I was so excited because I havent my nails done in over a yr! I asked for a peach and purple ombre and got like a pink with white. I noticed the color and ignored it because it is still pretty but then when he got done, he did not clean underneath my nail so I have caked up stuff under and 1 of my nails on my pointer finger if a little crooked from being filed to much on 1 side. I am mainly disappointed because I paid 70$ when I was done. Im not one to say just do it again or fix it but I am sad they did me like that.

I love this place! I think it is the best in Colorado Springs, and I have gone to a lot of places. It took me a while to find them, but they do an excellent job. Very friendly, good service. I like my acrylics to look real, and not super thick. That is very hard to get at most salons, but they do a great job of shaping and thinning, so the nails look like real nails. They also do nice pedicures. Family owned, with a cute but very shy little dog :)

Broke Nails-Repaired!Im from out of state. And you know it is an act of congress to get another nail salon to repair nails.I appreciated that LC had taken good care of my nails, broken while hiking. And since I will still be in town a few more days, being a fashionista cannot wait. They did not ask any questions, they did not refuse service, nor make me feel uncomfortable because I did not get my entire set done at their business... they simply served the customer.Can you tell which nails were broken?Also, the owner is quite a comedian. You wont know that unless you engage in conversation.Walk-ins were accepted. Reservations are highly encouraged. I believe the pedicures are divine because the women oohed and ahhhed.May LC have a prosperous New Year and I hope the same type of service is extended to all that walk in.

Best nail salon in town, hands down!! My regular salon was booked and I couldn’t wait so I decided to give them a try. They didn’t rush, took their time and my nails are literally perfect. Super clean and professional. I think I’ve found a new spot!

The older guy that works here needs to work on his customer service. He messed up on one of my nails and then blamed me and yelled at me not to move. He then proceeded to get up and talk to another lady about me, he stopped doing my nails and she worked on them. Just rude !

I went here since it was close to where I’m staying for my vacation. The quality was very poor. The lady with short hair stopped doing my nails and went to do a women’s toe polish, I thought it was very unprofessional. I wanted a simple French tip and she could not do it, so I had to get a regular color paint. I was very dissatisfied and my nails look horrible! 😭😭 would not recommend!

I paid $50, I got a full set and a design that was done very poorly! I called the next day asking for them to re due the paint job. Was very disrespectful and didn’t let me get another design or I should say what I paid for the first time. Will not be going back to this place and don’t recommend at all! Don’t waste your time here!

This is a great salon! I have been going here for years and there is always great customer service and they do a great job! My manicure last for weeks and they do a really good detailed pedicure for the price you pay. I moved out of this area but still travel back to go to this salon! Highly recommend!

The few times Ive been here ,I was taken care of pretty well . Up until today , nothing I asked for was done or addressed . My polish is filled with air bubbles and I asked for square and NO!!!!! rounded edges PLEASE! and this is what I got, and most if not all of them are so crooked. 😬😫$$$ money wasted Im so dissapointed.

I just moved to Colorado from Texas. I was looking all morning for a nail salon and just randomly went into this one and I’m so glad i did! The lady didn’t bother me with talking and gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had and it was just the basic with gel polish. I also got a gel manicure which was amazing. Good prices too. Will definitely be back and recommend.

Went in for a fill asking for burgundy matte color, probably one of the most common colors at the moment especially with the holidays coming. The older gentleman did an awesome job filling my nails but then passed me off to a different woman to put the color on, she goes to put the matte on and it’s complete sparkles. She wipes it off in a hurry and starts looking for the matte and you can tell they can’t find the one they usually use so she starts using a different matte on me. After doing it once and it not turning matte, she wipes it off starts again and looks at me and tells me she’s going to do a glossy finish because they’re not coming out right. I tell her no, i want matte, i don’t like shiny, so she tells me I’m done then and sends me to the front to pay. I tell her i don’t like them at all, they came out like nothing they were supposed to look like, I ask her how much and she charges me full price. I ended with half glossy, half semi matte nails. The ONLY reason I paid without arguing is because i had been there for an hour and a half and was running late to work. Super upset that even after I voiced that they were wrong they decided to charge me the full price. I definitely will not be going back. I guess there was a reason I didn’t have to wait to be seen there.

Incredible experience! Went for a pedicure and got an incredible leg/foot massage! This lady has hands of gold. She took her time and didnt make me feel like she was rushing to be done. Super impressed! Will definitely be going back!

Went in an hour before closing and stayed enjoying the massage chair after my pedicure till closing and wasn’t bothered or pressured to pay or leave. My feet are still soft 3 days later and my polish is perfect. My massage just about put me to sleep. $25 for the regular pedicure, was about a 10 minute massage 30 minutes for the full service.

I am so impressed with this place! Great customer service, very friendly. Mic is good at what he does!! Highly recommend him. He listened to what I wanted and my nails are fantastic. Best place I’ve been too. I will definitely come back and will refer to friends and family.

Visiting From San Diego Ca and I tried this place out. it was the most complete service I’ve had for both manicure and pedicure. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Gel manicure wasn’t perfect but it was still a 8/10. I’d highly recommend this place.

Been going here for months. Always been happy with the work and the prices until today. What I wanted was miss understood and when I had to ask 3 times to start over and just take the old fake nails off I could tell the lady got very irritated with me. The guy came out and fixed the problem immediately but her attitude about it kinda killed the relaxing experience I was trying to have with my friend cause I was worried about my nails. His work ended up being great and the prices were also great but the lady that works there needs to be in a better mood. Your customers can tell when your irritated. I dont feel welcome to return. But if people are gonna be paying for your services then they deserve to be happy. Not potentially leave with nails that look rushed and lumpy.

My friend and I came in on a Saturday morning as walk ins. We were told to pick a polish and were seated in less than 10 minutes. The young woman who did my pedicure was quick, had a gentle touch, and did an excellent job. I will come back to this salon.

The best nail salon in Colorado Springs - staff is friendly. They do not force you to get anything done. I had family come over and they were patient enough to slowly work on them when they had a bad and painful experience else where.

Had a appointment at 1030 went in they had me wait a hr and half . Took the lady who came in after me but I had been there before her.. Very rude when i went to pick my color rushed to hurry up and sit down. Very unprofessional will not spend my money there again . Horrible service

Very rude dont even talk to you, I walked in and stood for a good minute before someone looked up then he said what you want so I said pedicure and he didnt say anything so I went to the shade wall to pick it out what I wanted then waited for another 10 mins until a lady just pointed at me and a chair she filled up the tub and walked away leaving me with cold water and the massage chair was unplugged I was left in cold water for 20 mins with no one to ask to warm up the water or plug in the chair someone finally came to do my toes BUT she didnt even pumice my feet or barley massage them they look about to exact same just have polish on my nails...definitely not worth the money!

I usually like this salon but my last few experiences were not good and today they lost a customer the lady handled my feet like she was stuffing a turkey after I told her my feet hurt and i have an ingrown toenail she didnt massage at all and my feet look like they need to be done the manicure lady was flinging my hands everyone was rushed and the customer service just was not acceptable what should have been a relaxing mani pedi turned out to be a rushed painful experience my cuticles are still hard smh at any rate I will not be recommending them

Just walk into the salon to see if I could get my eyebrows waxed. The lady sitting in the chair on the left doing someone’s nails. Said what do you want I replied do you do eyebrows her answer was I’m busy. I replied OK and just walked out she was very rude. A professional would’ve said there is a wait or can I make you an appointment for a later day, i’m busy is not a good response to a potential customer. I will never come to this place again

Great job on the nails but doesn’t respect people’s time. I always spend at least 2 hours here even if you tell them you have to go at a certain time. They are a bit understaffed.

Been going to this nail salon since it first opened with my mom. My mom may be gone but this will always be our favorite son salon. The men are so great at doing any nail shapewhile the women are great at painting and pedis. I always enjoy getting a pedi here. I just wish I was more social, they got some great stories.
