I did not have a good experience at all. I went in yesterday to get a full set. (What I wanted is included in picture). The woman who did my set would not help me pick a color that would work, did not offer me any advice, and then blamed the final result on the color I chose??? (I asked for help but was told verbatim that I pick the color and she does the design). I went back today to try to have the nails re done, and she basically told me what I wanted could not be done (why even try in the first place because now I am out $70?) and she could fix them by painting them all one color (It definitely is possible because I went right over to another salon, showed them the picture, received help picking a gel color, and got what I asked for——picture included).I’m giving two stars because they were willing to redo them for me if I came back an hour later but I did not want them to end up the same again so I went somewhere else. I honestly don’t even know how they thought my nails looked good and let me leave like that. Not to mention, how they made me feel like I was out of place and dumb because my reference photo was “unrealistic” (definitely wasn’t). Sigh.

I had a great experience at this nail shop I had a appt and didnt have to wait when I walked in Ms. Helen took me as soon as I walked in some shop make you wait even if you have a appt not at this nail shop. I didnt think my nails could be repaired at all but I was seen by Ms. Helen and she did a Great Job on my nails I was so happy she was able to fix my nails cause these are my real nails. Ms. Helen was very nice, gentle and she gave me the nail design that I wanted Im so glad I went to this shop cause I Love my nails. She also gave me a pedicure and she also did a Great Job on that as well she didnt hurt me and my feet feel so good. Also got my eyebrows waxed and shaped and the lady that did them she was also nice as well. I would recommend this nail shop I will be returning to this shop. Im a very satisfied customer.

My nail technician I’ve used for over 13 years left this establishment. I tried another gal, won’t mention her name, but she did such a poor quality manicure. I needed to remind her several times to clean up my cuticles and still left with having to trim my cuticles at home after spending $25!!! Waste of money and my time. Terribly disappointed!! Will not return back to this place. Save your money and check around. I was lucky enough to find my nail technician somewhere else. So grateful I did as she is the BEST!!-Gina

I had dipped nails done by Tin and he was fabulous . Very caring and meticulous. His brother Tim did my pedicure and was very good. Would go back again for sure .

We had a large group of nine people doing pedicures to celebrate our friend’s 60th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make our friend feel special and make her day memorable! Because we were such a large group, two people had to wait a little bit for an available chair, one of them was a child. One of the gentlemen even painted her fingernails while she was waiting for her turn in the chair. They did a wonderful job on everyone’s pedicures, were professional, and friendly. They truly exceeded expectations for customer service and delivered a truly incredible experience!

I made an appointment & when I arrived, I still had to wait an additional 10 min before I was called back. I have a regular nail tech at another salon, but she had a family emergency so I went back to the 1st place I visited when I moved here. All I wanted was a dipping powder refill. Nothing major. What takes no more than 40 min, took 2 hours here. I realized that my tech was also working on 3 other clients at the same time! I understand the need to serve the most customers, but this was not professional. 2 hours of mostly sitting, waiting...& if the end result was good, I wouldnt have said anything, but they didnt turn out well. Uneven, few nails thicker than others, bubbles in the powder & no gel topcoat. No consistency & its disappointing. I would NOT recommend.

I have come here multiple times to have a manicure and now it is the only place in town I will go. It is quick and easy to make a reservation and they always try to get you in as soon as they can. I have dip manicures with extensions done and they have always turned out beautiful. The staff is sweet and helpful and the precautions and health safety is up to date.

I really enjoy the location and how talented all of the technicians are here. I usually just get pedicures and gel manicures, I’ve even had them wax my brows. This last round I decided to get a full set acrylic. I will tell ya- THEY ARE BUSY ON WEEKENDS! Make an appt & stick to it! Or walk-in during weekdays :) Helen is GREAT!

I had an appointment at 2.30 pm on the 7th of May and I arrived late so i was willing to wait because i believe in fairness. But I was made to wait till 4.40 pm and while i was quietly waiting they went ahead to call 4 white people who’s appointment were at 4pm, 4.30 and 5pm ahead of me.

Diane does a beautiful pedicure. We have realized that it is worth soaking the feet for 30+ minutes to facilitate easy exfoliation. During these times,this service is a total luxury. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you!

Super clean and a nice interior! The employees were very nice and helpful as well. The salons I usually go to offer gel manicures for cheaper so I was little hesitant due to the cost, but HOLY COW it’s been three weeks since I’ve gotten my nails done and there’s not a single chip! I would much rather spend the extra $10 on a manicure if it last over two weeks longer than usual. I highly recommend them.

Ok so I went there 2 weeks ago and obviously its time to get them done again but I dont think Ill be going back. The Nail Tech that did my nails was be very nice and I did like how she did my brows. My nails on the other hand. The polish, which is gel polish (cost more and should last longer) but it started to come off the following week. When I rubmy hands throughmy hair it gets caught under the nail.

Karen did an amazing job! She did very detailed work, wasnt in a rush to get my nails done and move on to the next person, didnt make me bleed like other technicians usually do (not at this place). Will definitely be coming back.

My wife and I just got pedicures at this location on Friday July 3rd. The shop was fairly busy, however, they require masks be worn, and not a single person in the shop was without a mask. Moved from Illinois and found this place by chance. They are always really good, both mani, pedi and acrylics. Sometimes the wait can be long but they always try and fit everyone in and they take their time once it’s your turn. I definitely recommend this place for a great experience.

I have been seeing the same Perfessional Nail Tech by the name of Myloan for over 13 years and I wouldnt want it any other way she is a perfectionist and I know that means she takes pride in her work and always fits me in her schedule even at the last minute life moments. Every time I make an appointment I have to wait 15-20 minutes. Every time I come in with out one they tell me a hour or so, that’s fine I go shopping for a bit then I come back at the time they tell me and I still have to wait 15-20 minutes. They are so unorganized, it’s unbelievable.

It was over $200 for three full sets of nails that came out just ok, but my daughter got an infection in her finger underneath her nail the day after we had them done and we ended up having to soak it off with acetone as soon as it was removed her finger got better.. they refused to give me a refund for her nails even though they were $70 for 12 year old and took no responsibility for the infection that she got on her

This was the second time coming to California Nails and was very impressed again with the service and quality of the work they did. Both times we have been we felt like we were the priority, not just get us in and out. The first time we went they had just opened for the day, and got us in, made sure we were comfortable and then took there time to make sure we got the service we asked for. This time they were very busy, we only had to wait maybe 10 minutes, and again took us in made sure were comfortable and then gave us the service we asked for. No rushing through because they were close to closing, just made sure We were taken care of. This is definitely our go to location for nails and pedicures.

First nail shop in Colorado I’ve liked since moving here from Alabama. For one, they soaked my old nails instead of ripping them off like most shops so my nail beds aren’t sore and bleeding. The tools they use DON’T cut your cuticles either!!!!!!! They took their time on my nails and made sure I liked each step they performed. I wish I could remember the staff names but she ensured even if I didn’t like them one week from now I could come back and she would fix them. California nails is officially my go-to nail shop!!

I want to give this place 0 stars!! I got the dip powder done & in 2 days 3 nails have chipped & cracked! The dip powder should last 3-4 weeks & normally does for me. My technician was also very rough jamming her nail underneath my nail causing it to bleed. I live out of state & we went here on vacation. For 2 pedicures & 1 dip powder with NO manicure was $144!!! We were also there for 3 hours!!! This business says they open at 9am & no one came to work until 9:20am!!! Very disappointing.

Tony the owner did an awesome job doing my French tip nails! My first time here and He took his time and even their closing already i can tell hes not rushing in getting my nails done! What I love most about the place is that their techs are super nice and skilled. For every time I was here, I left happy with the results. They use good quality products and beautiful colors. Techs are very gentle, careful and they know of lot of beautiful designs. The place is clean and organized. They sanitize their tools and equipment after every use and that makes me feel very safe and comfortable being. Reasonable price. Pretty much nothing to complain about. Highly recommended !!!

The nail tech left me with fungus on two of my nails because she was super unprofessional, there is a good question if they sanitize their instruments, they deserve a thorough check by the authorities including health and sanitation department. BEWARE CUSTOMERs!!! Don’t go there unless you are ready to get fungus on your nails and receive crooked hand service because ladies there also like to talk on their cell phones while performing services. This is my new go to place to get my nails done! Their price lists are definitely reasonably cheaper than other places but they dont cut corners in return. They double-booked technicians the day I was there, so my tech kept bouncing back and forth, and didnt end up paying much attention to detail. I had a lot of clean-up work to do on my nails afterwards. But the salon was clean and they took efforts to social distance. And they were very friendly.

I had been looking for a salon since moving to co springs in October 2018 and had been to a couple different salons before finding Karen at cali nails. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience at a nail salon in my life. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and I did not wait long. I got a full set with no color(I like to do them myself) they were perfect. The shape was perfect and its been a little over 2 weeks and not one has even chipped. You have a new regular here! So I am from California and I thought it would be a fun idea to have my nails done in a place named California in Colorado haha. Turned out, I wish there is something this good near where I live so I could come more often. Very happy with what Ive got from the place. Outstanding service. Everyone is so nice and professional and communicating with them is just so easy. The place is clean and well organized. They have a great set of good quality products for you to choose. The tech was very careful and she took her time to make sure all the details I asked was taken care of. For such an outstanding service, they have a very reasonable price. I walked in and she said what do you need with a very serious look on her face ,fine I continue to say Hi how are you she said (FINE WHAT DO YOU NEED ) as if I am there to get a cup of coffee duh, I said to her I am here to get my nails done!. Like what else. if it was a busy morning I would understand but the place was cool and calm. Diane Get it together this is running a business not your house you stupid woman.
