This nail salon is a huge step above the rest. Great atmosphere and they treat their clients the best. Nail artist Lyn is absolutely amazing and the best nail artist I’ve ever gone to. She loves what she does and is so creative. I trust her with all my designs and she even helps pick out the designs for me. Everyone there is so nice and personable. Love everything about this salon!

Ive been going to Grand Nail Spa for nearly 7 years. I have never had a bad experience. The service is always great and the employees are always nice and welcoming. There is never a reason for me to try to change nail salons. Every time I try Im highly disappointed and decide that I will forever stay at this location. I had a great experience here for my first time. Tan took very good care of me. My nails are perfectly designed. I showed him a picture and he gave me exactly what I wanted, but a little better. This is definitely my new place! :)10/10 recommend.

This was my first time being here and it was a nice experience. The nail tech that did my nails was so in tune with the nails it was so nice to see her effortlessly do my nails with so much grace and achievement at the same time , i walked in with an idea of design that they had 0 problem doing and was immediately assertive towards it , even helped me find the colors!! Normally the techs will get the coffin shape wrong but she was completely on point. i highly recommend for acrylic and i will be coming here again for sure !

My nails were actually BETTER than the picture. My mom got a deluxe pedicure and she said it was absolutely amazing. I went for the first time this morning to get my nails done with Dipping Powder.. The nail technician did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job! There are a ton of different dip color options you can choose from and it takes about 40 minutes to complete. They are very thorough in making sure that the nails are filled in properly and are of the right length. This place looks absolutely amazing!!! I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants to get their nails done!!!!!!

I love the price of it but I’d rather spend 20$ more somewhere else. Acrylics are supposed to be very durable but not to the point where they never come off unless they take your whole nail or over half of them off after having them for a month because they will not come off like normal acrylics. I love that they lasted but not at the cost of my real nails. I think spend 10-20$ more at another place is worth it for keeping your nails so you can get them done again. Also at the end the nails came out not straight and not smooth. In the end not what I wanted and it’s what you expect outOf a cheap nail salon.

I came in for a mani + pedi; the experience was pleasant. The salon is beautiful, everything is new and clean looking. They have a huge collection of nail colors. The owner is sweet and polite; he makes sure you feel comfortable. I showed them a picture of the nail design and the nail tech was able to follow. She took her time to listen and make sure I was happy with the result. They were short staff so it took longer than usual to have the whole set done, but I didnt mind. Their service is great, I would definitely come back.

Fave place to go to get my nails done!! The ladies at the front desk are very warm and welcoming. In addition to always doing a great job, the staff is friendly. Their dip/SNS manicures are great and last 3-4 weeks. Their gel pedicures are also well done. While the prices might be on a bit of the higher side, I think its worth it because of both the quality of the job and the relaxing/aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.

I always make appointment with them. I like that they make sure evens out your nail length. My tech is a talent with nail art - all the ladies are so kind and thorough. Ill be back again and again and again.

I just had the most uncomfortable experience in a nail salon that I’ve ever had. My nail tech’s name was Lyn and he treated me like such an inconvenience the entire time. He barely said a word to me and when he did it was always with attitude and he kept pausing the service to check his phone and text. When I told him I wanted ombré nails he said he couldn’t do that and that I had to pick something else or wait for another person to do them, and he still rushed through the service and you can barely see the designs I asked for. This was my second time being there and to be honest it was my last. Nobody wants to be treated like that when they’re spending money and paying you to get a service done. I’ll definitely be letting everyone I know, know how my service went at this place.

What an horrendous nail salon. Their customer service is terrible. 3 times Ive been and whilst the first time was ok, the second time, i was treated like an inconvenience, my nails were rushed and all the lady was concerned with was her tip! Today, walked out after waiting 15 mins for at least someone to let me know what the plan was. Will never go here again or recommend.

This is my forever go-to place. My tech is SO careful with her work, takes her time, and always pauses to stop and make sure Im 100% satisfied with the length, shape, and color of my nails.

I went to nail salon for the 1st time and Im super happy with my results! My manicurist did a marvelous job on my manicure and SNS‼ This is 1st time that my SnS nails are not thick.

I came in today as a new guest. I was letting the lady (Amy) know what I wanted, she was laughing at the picture and took my phone and showed everyone of her co workers. I let them know I wanted a new set instead I got the same set she just retouched it up. She was doing my nails didn’t communicate with me ask me “if everything was okay” all she said was “done” like wow is this really how you treat your guest? Horrible. My nails are also as horrible as the service. She didn’t bother to ask if I even liked them.

Ive been going to this salon for a couple of months now. First, the staff are so very friendly! The selection of colors is a bit overwhelming there are so many! But the colors are actually organized and grouped by color so it isnt quite so daunting a challenge to pick out the right one! The options for pedicure range from basic to feel like Ive spent hours in the fancy spa. Peter does an exceptional job on my feet - they are so smooth when hes done! Tony does my manicure as well as the art and Ive never been happier with the work!One of the things that really impresses me as well is the place is CLEAN! Rarely do you see any of the staff sitting around doing nothing. If they dont have a client, they are cleaning! I even saw one of the staff cleaning the base and wheels of the client chairs today! Seriously! Not many salons take pride in not only their work, but their surroundings as well. Head and shoulders above the rest!

This makes me so sad to even write a review about. This nail salon I have been going to for a long time now, and I normally love all the nail techs that I see. This time around, I had an awful experience. I was in the salon for over 3 hours just getting acrylics. The lady that was doing them first filed them crooked, did not give me the shape I asked for, i wanted something sparkly and I know that it doesn’t show up sometimes without something underneath. She pulled the wrong color for the base coat and tried to put glitter on top and it just looked terrible. Then basically demanded on a color that I hated and painted over the glitter that I already had on my nail. I asked for a different color and she pulled the wrong color again. By that time I was just so ready to get out of there that I just accepted the service and the way it looked. I told the manager about my experience and she basically pretended like she didn’t know what I was saying and just continued moping the floor. It was just overall bad customer service and the lady doing my nails should not do acrylics. My ACYLIC NAILS are so thin that you can bend them slightly, the old color is still showing underneath the new color as well. Don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Spend your $45.00 elsewhere. I will not be returning unfortunately.

I’ve been here multiple times and usually have really good experiences. The salon isn’t fancy, but they do a great job. Every dip manicure I’ve gotten here lasts at least 3 weeks and usually longer. Their prices are also VERY fair—especially for how good of a job they do. The staff is always friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

I had to write a review. Best walk in pedicure experience ever! I live in so cal and have (I guess) just lived with and expected the rudeness that comes with all so cal nail salons. This place was so nice and so different. They took such good care of me and we SO FRIENDLY. My husband and I were Here for business I needed a pedicure, this place was close and the reviews were good. So I went there for convenience. I have never had a better, more friendly warm environment and they took REALLY good care of me, were clean, organized, had good color selection.

I used to drive all the way downtown from the North Side of town because I didnt want to waste my hard earned money on nails that were only going to last a week or so. Well this photo shows how great my nails look after two weeks! Not only is the quality great but I love that the ladies speak in English to one another and are SO friendly! I highly recommend Grand if you live on the North Side, or any side for that matter!!

Im not sure who did my nails, but they did great as well as the person who did my sisters nails who also havent had problems or issues with their nails. Will be coming again!

I will definitely be coming back! The minute I walked in, I just knew I would love this place.. I had scheduled an appointment for a 3pm. I was a little over 10 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic on the main road and trying to find the location, as this was my first time here. But the staff was very kind and forgiving and gave me a call to check up on my absence, and as I walked in, I checked in and was seated right away (: My nail technician was very focused and payed close attention to detail. I am very satisfied with the outcome and I feel comfortable to trying new designs because I dont know a lot of nail places that could really do what I want, but this place seems to know what they are doing with their art and designs!

Happy I stopped in while I was in Colorado Springs. Walked in, no appointment, and 15 minutes later I was getting my nails done.Everyone was super friendly and nice. I did not catch the ladies name who did my nails but she sat at station #3. She was honest and recommended a few options since my acrylics were in sad shape. Took off my old set and it didnt hurt one bit, then put on a new set.Overall it was a great experience and I will be back next time Im in town.

Absolutely love this place! The owner is super nice and the quality of work is wonderful! My acrylics stay on like glue and do not lift at all! They always do a quality job! They take their time and make a point to try and make conversation with you! Getting a brow wax is super relaxing as well, because you actually get to lay down! In the entire Colorado Springs area this is the ONLY place I will go!

Grand Nail is my go-to for pedis and nails. Ive tried them all between Monument and the Springs and by far the most consistent, high-quality service that is never rushed no matter how long the lines. Theyre kind and diligent.

Great pedicures! They are super meticulous and get every last rough patch you may have. Very detail oriented workers! The sugar scrub massage is very thorough as well. My feet needed some serious work coming in, this was amazing!
