Sassy never disappoints! This is my 4th time here and they do a good gel pedicure plus a good gel manicure. Some of the techs do take longer than others but today I went to a new lady and she got me in and out in a hour! Mind you, I did not have an appointment but I went in on a Friday at 10:30 am, they were already somewhat busy but after I got in, they were getting busier. The earlier you get in here, the better off youll be!

This service was all that. Thanks Jenny!!!! I am very pleased and love my nails . Everything is great, the size, shape and color. Looks like I got a new spot to get pampered when needed and the first impression was amazing....We sat an appointment and was greeted upon entering. Everyone is wearing mask, they are social distancing and sanitizing after everyone. The place is neatly decorated and laid back.My daughter enjoyed her pedicure and was very satisfied with her service. She got the deluxe pedicure with pineapple. She said the paraffin wax and massage was the truth. We will be back and I do recommend them to family and friends. Even though its snowing outside Im glad I changed my mind and gave Sassy nails a call!!!

The only place I will go to for my acrylics! The quality of work is more than worth the price and the people are very friendly. If you’re looking for a new go to nail salon I very much recommend going here!

Last minute we needed to get our nails done for a friends wedding and we did not properly prepare well and didn’t realize how hard it was going to be to get in on a Sunday we called around and they said they only do walk ins but we might have luck . So the five of us hurried over there and they were able to get us all. They were extremely kind and accommodating. I really feel like they went Above and beyond for us they accommodated my girlfriend that’s it’s in a wheelchair , my two nieces with their crazy nails they wanted and my four-year-old who is not always the easiest and I didn’t feel like they charged us an arm and a leg either it was a really great experience and I will definitely be back and recommend them to others. Thank you sassy nails for the good experience♥️ And all are nail looked amazing is the part !!!

The lady that took me first, start working and then passed me to other guy. I explained her and then to him and showed on picture what I wanted. Guy began to trim my nails and made them shorter and shorter. I told him nails should be the same length and shape. Nope! Then he put color and did so sloppy job, so I asked him to remove everything and when he removed it, he damaged my nails. Then they asked me to pay for all this. Even not to say sorry or so on. They speak no English between each other and then scream at me.I have to stop in different place to fix this. Have to cut my nails very short as it was so damaged.Do not recommend to go this place! I am so disappointed!!!By the way, they do not disinfect their tools and use it after one customer to other.

I had to write this down because of the way that I was treated coming here. I’ve been to this nail salon before 4 times already and this time will definitely be the last. I walked in and awkwardly stood there for awhile while several people looked at me and said nothing until I was finally greeted. Then when I told them what I wanted to get done they treated me like I couldn’t afford to get anything done. I was so embarrassed. Every time I’ve come here I always spend roughly $80-$100 or more and always tip well. Definitely will be going somewhere else where hopefully I’m not discriminated like that again!Oh and im pretty sure the water for my pedicure was dirty from the previous person!

Been here a few times and I absolutely love this salon. Great people, professional and clean environment. This is the gel nail job I had done today, squared shape, natural nail and I love the silver glitter look. I also had my eyebrows done and the girl did an amazing job!! Painless, clean and great shape. Pricing is fair, I walked right in and my wait was less than 5 minutes with a full house of clientele, great atmosphere and social distancing practices in place.Great place! Check em out!!

I absolutely adore and love love love this nail salon. I go to refill my acrylic nails every month and always request a design. Every time, Sam delivers EXACTLY what I’ve asked for. He’s a perfectionist!The nails stay on longer than any others I’ve ever had done (meaning, they’ve never come off before I get them refilled).Prices are very reasonable and worth paying for!I’ve also seen Jenny’s work and some other nail technicians and all are incredible.

I went to Sassy Nails on a whim... it’s close by my house and I figured why not ? The experience was great and the nail tech took her time and did a good job but my nail polish started to chip after TWO days ! Which is completely ridiculous in my eyes but I took it as a loss because I didn’t have time to go back and get them fixed. They’re were a couple other technical issues but overall for the price , I shouldn’t be having to get them re-done within a week .

This place was my saving grace . I had a horrible experience at another place in Denve, Sue from sassy nails saved the day and made me.feel.100% comfortable . I will be making future appointments with her .

Go here for nails!!! They really went above and beyond with everything they did for me. I have been looking for a nail salon that I could go to regularly and this will be it! Sue did a fill on my nails that I had gotten done somewhere else and she made them 100 times better. She took her time and made sure they looked just how I wanted. And there was no skimping on the pedicure either! Foot massage, hot towel...it was wonderful. The woman who did my eyebrows even did a quick 1 minute massage on my face and neck. Definitely recommend Sassy Nails!

I read all the reviews and was super excited. Sue did my nails. She was super meticulous and really took care of my nails, making sure they were perfect. She didnt try to push me to talk but she was personable. She knew her stuff and was fast. I wish I could give higher than 5 stars.

I really love this place and I have been there once. Its calm and relaxing. I got a full set ombre acrylic nails and they did an amazing job. They are so pretty. Expensive but definitely worth it. They really did everything to make them look nice.

Had to come back and update my rating because I had only had my nails done less than a week and they were so cheaply done that, untying a string broke one. They feel thin so when I grab things they hurt. I will keep shopping around. Not worth $62

For selfish reasons I hesitated to write this, but this salon is the best kept secret - its the best and cleanest nail salon in Colorado Springs. They use disposable plastic liners in the foot bath. Tina is meticulous and wants everything to be perfect. She does a great job and takes pride in her work - it shows. My manicures and pedicures look good and last longer. Prices are reasonable.

It really is as good as it gets!My sister mentioned this place to me earlier this past week when she went to meet up a friend who just getting her nails done at Sassy NAILS. We talked about going there for a little while and decided to go this past weekend.We didnt make an appointment and walked in hoping that there wouldnt be a long wait or that it wouldnt be packed. It was kind of a blessing to go get our nails done on a rainy day because there was only a couple people there at the time.Tina worked on my manicure and I chose to get the gel polish for my first time. I chose the color Allure which is a bright gold and had some glitter added for oomph! It turned out beautiful. My sister got Ivory which turned out beautiful as well. We were in awe at how they looked like acrylics!The aura of the room was cozy and the massage chairs were a great addition. Its a perfect little nail salon.I am definitely going to go back here again to get my nails done! I have been coming to Sassy Nails for over a year and have always had a great experience! David is a perfectionist and always strives to make his clients happy. Ask for him, he saved my cracked toenails by working with me over several months to nurture them back to normal. They look great again! Highly recommended!

I had to go back to this place because I loved my pedicure so much and I have to say that I experienced the same great service for my gel manicure. Again, Tina and her crew are friendly and very personable.Tina and Macaria did my nails for a second time. She did an excellent job making sure that my manicure was just perfect. She was very careful and paid close attention to detail. I can tell that she actually cared about how my manicure turned out, and I absolutely love it.This is my new favorite salon. I definitely think the price is equal to the end result. I do recommend making an appointment before going in because it is small and cozy salon with limited chairs.

I picked the pedicure plus which is $35. I told him thats what I wanted. Thought I was receiving everything package included. At the end he told me $50. $15 extra for gel. Never did he ask me or tell me I was getting anything extra. Polish said included in package. So I am confused. Dont like the surprise charge they try to sneak in. Very deceiving.

Sam did a great job on my nails. He is a perfectionist and they look great. I had white tips done with the dip, love them.

First time here and would highly recommend! Sam is fantastic, and he takes great pride in his work. They are all very pleasant and welcoming. I was SO thrilled with the job Sam did for me! 5 star +!!!!

Love this place! I just discovered it after I got tired of my regular store messing up I went here the first time and they fixed me up. Since then every nail tech Ive had has been great. very friendly and helpful and genuinely want you to have beautiful nails. Will be returning many more time! Very affordable and worth every penny!

I’m very conflicted about this review because I am pretty certain (Not 100%) that the tools she used for my acrylic set were not previously cleaned... they seemed to already be covered in dust before she started on me which is a big no no for nail salons. However, this was one of the best full sets I’ve ever gotten! Fast, well applied and shaped, and not too thick or thin all for $35. I’m so picky about my acrylics and it’s hard to find a place that does good work for a good price. Sue did an amazing job and they got me in immediately. So I guess this review isn’t super helpful because I’m not sure if I’ll return or not lol. Sue did awesome work but cleanliness was a bit of a concern for me.

This was the worst pedicure Ive ever had. Not to include the outrageous pricing. Over paid and my feet we not exfoliated asked them if they could fix it. They stuck my feet in cold water for 2 mins then the lady scrubbed the same spot as she was paying attention to everything else going on in the shop. Will never go back!!

I came into this shop for the first time, to a nail shop heaven, Vee greeted me at the door, so kind, very nice. My nails were a hot mess, she took her time with me, explained exactly what she was going to do. It was a miracle the way they looked afterward. I almost cried when I left there....what a Beautiful job she did. Worth every dollar spent. There shop was very busy, full of customers.

This is the best place Ive found after trying many other places in the Springs. Their different pedicure options and the time they spend on your feet, did it for me! It felt so good and relaxing. Ty Mae:)

I’ve been coming here for years. Best service EVER!! Staff is so friendly and engaging and very knowledgeable. Great prices and a huge selection of color in both polish and shellac. Will never go anywhere else.

I went in the other days to get my nails done and that man that was doing my nails kept getting up and walking away and talking with other staff and did not fill in my nail completely with acrylic so theres a huge space between my cuticle and the acrylic nail and feel like they overcharged me a lot had to pay $60 when it was supposed to be a $30 full set acrylic this picture is only a day old and theres a huge space between acrylic and my cuticle not worth it seriously disappointed

Best nail place in Colorado Springs, hands down. My polish always looks great and they do a wonderful and detailed job in terms of making sure your heels and cuticles are kept in order. Gel nails are a good deal too!

I received The BEST nails experience I’ve ever had. They were so sweet and kind, Sam did an amazing job on my nails, took his time and made sure everything looked how I wanted. This is definitely where I will go when I want my nails done!

Love this place! Having moved here from Denver I didnt know where to go so I randomly picked Sassy Nails (I liked the name) and Im very happy with it. They are friendly and do great work.

My pedicure took forever I had an ingrown toenail and the man had to have another person come out and do it. The massage sucked and it was way over priced I should be walking on clouds.

Horrible place, Ill never go back. I went there on my birthday to get my nails done and when I told the lady I didnt like the design and asked her to change it ( it looked nothing like what I had requested) the nail tech got up and started screaming in my face in front of everyone in the store, it was so embarrassing. Managers did nothing.

I did not have any issues with this salon until a month ago when I noticed I had an ingrown toenail I had to see a podiatrist for to fix. I am now having to have my other foot fixed as well for the same problem. I have not had any issues with this problem the past 18 years of my life so I do believe a nail tech cut my nails wrong causing this issue. Will not be coming back at all.

Sorry its long but this was by far the worst place Ive ever gone to get my nails done. I went to Sassys Nails because it was Sunday and my usual place was closed but man I should have waited. The lady who did my nails was terrible! It was so uneven and the nail tip didnt even cover my whole nail. And within a week they were already lifting. And now my thumb part near my cuticle is looking white and coming up so I hope its not infected. Definitely not a good place to go!! And I went back and asked her if she could fix them because they were so bad and she filed off the part that started lifting and said if they break to go in and theyll fix them for free but I dont want to take that chance unless maybe someone else offered to do it and even then who knows. She should have offered to take them all off and have someone who knows what their doing re do them for me. And I got a pedicure and even tipped them good. This is the worst place ever and I will definitely not be coming back. I wasnt even going to write a review but I wanted to warn others because when I originally looked them up the stars and reviews werent that bad but I was wrong.

Definitely a Colorado Springs gem! I usually get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The prices are reasonable and you get more than a bang for your buck. David is my fave because he gives really good massages during your mani/pedi and he has great attention to detail. He wont stop until its absolutely perfect!

I had gone in Tuesday, had acrylic taken off. Had gell polish painted on after and by Thursday it all peeled off. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The paint job also looked like I did it at home. Do not recommend.

This nail salon has new owners. I called ahead and made an appt for a manicure. I showed up on time and had to wait 20 minutes. My nail tech could not any English, so she had to get someone to translate what I was telling her. She did a good job, but I probably wont be returning.

Honestly never had such a horrible manicure. The paint is still soft and they look dirty from whatever top coat he put on. The natural nail isnt covered up all the way on any sides of any of the nails and so on. Im so annoyed to be honest I feel like I waisted my money. Oh! And no refunds either! While we were there we saw them be rude to at least 3 people and one other lady there showed us her French manicure and it looked very bad with thick white chunky lines. When she asked to get it fixed the lady up front acted so annoyed with her. I didnt want my nails fixed there. Rant over lol. This was Sassy Nails oh and they used USED nail files and buffers on me that had other peoples nail dust on them. After using the cuticle cutters on me feet he dunked them in my feet water, wiped them on a towel, and threw them in the basket to use again.
