Great service and quality! The only place I have gone where they remove my in-grown toe nails with very little to no pain. High quality that lasts a lot longer than any other place I have gone to. Also great with gel and acrylic nails if you feel like treating yo self to more than a pedicure!

Good prices, professional and friendly staff. Always willing to try to accommodate on short notice too. I always get a dip powder and it looks great and lasts for weeks. Will recommend to others.

Myself and my daughter ( Age 5 ) went in for manicures and pedicures.Both the ladies who did our nails were polite,courteous ,professional, And patient.My five year old has autism and was doing some hand flapping as well as rocking not once did we get a weird look or a invasive question. I do look forward to Bringing my daughter back

Walk in and literally they were not busy only had two people who were already being worked on. Anyways the ladies did not bother to take our service and said they were busy. Funny thing my roommate went a few days before me to see if they can do her nails and same thing. Not walk in friendly.

I’m new to Colorado and needed a new manicurist. You never know what you’re falling into when going to someone new but I am highly impressed! I was a walk-in but was able to be seen right away. I’m very particular about my nails and told the lady what I usually get done. She actually introduced me to a new product which I absolutely love! I get gel nails and they were narrow instead of wide like most salons like to do. They were filed evenly, no crookedness, and the gel polish covered the entire nail (pet-peeve of mine).The pedicure was nicely done as well. A gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax can get expensive but the pricing was fair. I found my new spot and will continue to come back. The best thing about the salon is that everyone is good and I don’t have to wait to be seen by one particular person.

Mys is awesome! Everyone here works to keep it clean, all employees Ive met are so friendly. I think My runs her shop very well because her employees stay long term, too, which is a super bonus. They always have Netflix on and accept requests from the customers which helps customers connect and chat.

Requested a pedi / mani, pedi was great. Different person doing my nails. She couldnt do, what I thought not too difficult, a candy corn color design for Halloween. Went with just orange and black. One swipe of topcoat to cover barely half the nail. And 2 hours later, washed my hands, paint smeared off. All of the nail polish looks old and is over diluted. Not going back!

I am very satisfied with the look of the nail salon. Everything is dimmed and peaceful, very relaxing. All the pedicure stations had a curtain in between them, which I loved. The prices are very reasonable as well. I got the $35 package which included paraffin wax. Ask for Ashley she is a you g lady that does an excellent job..

Im a nail tech and this is usually my go to place if I cant get in where I work. I saw a new person but I wasnt happy with my manicure this time around my gels lifted and peeled within the week. The price didnt fit the quality. I however enjoyed my pedicure and may be continue to come for that.

My favorite nail salon in Colorado Springs, Ive been a customer for the last 4 years! Customer service is top notch...come here a few times and its like you are family! I love coming back every two weeks to just catch up with everyone! The massage chairs are top of the line, I could sit in these for hours! Prices are great and they offer a 10% military discount. Plenty of services and selections. The place is always clean, especially the restrooms. You can schedule Sundays by appointment. Great establishment, owner, and employees!

I love Mys nails. I have been going there for over 2 years and the friendliness never wavers. My gel nails always last 2 weeks, no problems. I recently had my eyebrows waxed there for the first time and the shape was spot on. The value is great and they always remember my name.

If it was possible to give a lower score, I would. I am completely dissatisfied with the services given. I got a gel full set. Not only did I have 3 nails break in the first week of having them. But the shape isn’t even didn’t. Never going here again! Don’t waste your time or money.

Great experience, they were able to get me right in and did a beautiful job on my pedicure and manicure. I loved they had the Food network on 😊 And also the touch of shear curtains between each pedicure chair made it very relaxing and serene. Thank you Ill be back!

Mys Nail staff treat customers like family. They take time to allow you to enjoy the experience for the treat it is. Other salons rush through the service and rob customers of the relaxing experience it should be. Im a loyal customer!

Today was my third time visiting My Nails and I am about to call it quits. I went in for a Luxury Pedicure and shelac removal. There were only two people working and 4 customers. The technicians jumped from another customers pedicure to my nail removal without washing our disinfecting her hands. gross.Also, the Luxury Pedicure was supposed to include extra massage which to my surprise meant the technician rubbing the bottom of my feet with a hot stone. There was no lotion massage on my feet or legs, which in my opinion is the best part of the pedicure.

My pedicure was a disaster. She never clipped the toe nails.These folks will not have many Asian clients so they need to all make an effort to learn English. My came here to make Money...but this country needs people who want to be a part of this community. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I broke several of my nails off so I called to see when I would be able to come in for a removal.She told me 1900 and I heard snickers in the back ground, mind you they close at 1900. I just had to make an appearance and let them know I know what happened and it wasnt funny to me. I will NEVER go back!!!

If I could I wouldnt give them any stars. I got a pedicure and full set charged me 50$. They rush through the whole thing. My nails were left so rough from not being filled correctly. My pedicure took ten mins, and all the person did was my heels and my toes for 25$. I have given them multiple chances but they let me down every time. So after the 4th chance I had to leave this review.
