Came here to get a manicure and pedicure, had the best experience that staff was very friendly and did exactly what I asked for! I’m a huge anime nerd and they did really complicated nail art which they went above and beyond my expectations. I absolutely love the result.

Went in for a pedi with two of my girls. No appointment, but had called about 40min in advance. We were greeted immediately and began soaking our feet right away. The technicians were very friendly and delivered great pedicures. Prices are decent as well. Im a very happy customer and will definitely be back!

Three different times I went for a manicure only to have the polish start peeling off the next day! The prices are too much for the bare minimum that is provided by the nail techs! Never again, Krystal nails. Three strikes, youre out!!!

Great little nail salon!! My 6 year old daughter and I came here for a mommy daughter spa day and got pedicures. The lady who did my daughter was GREAT!! So sweet and friendly with her and even did a design on her toes at no additional charge! Definitely going to continue to come here!!Update: The gel manicure now pictured was just done today by Tracy, she is SO super thorough and did a fantastic job!! Definitely ask for her! I showed her what I wanted in a picture and she totally recreated it for me! When I get great service like this I don’t mind the cost or tipping more. WELL WORTH IT.

I am always very pleased with the quality of work done here. I have only been here a handful of times, but my pedicure was very thorough and my manicures, both gel and acrylic, were beautiful! I think this has been the best service i have had since we moved here last year. Alice did my manicure and acrylic nails and did and great job. She is very much a perfectionist. I believe MJ did my pedicure but either way it was wonderful and my feet thank her for it too. I recommend you go there for a spa day.

Tracy and Krystal are great. I work with Tracy and she is so sweet, perfectionist, professional and she is just so outstanding. I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend her!!! My mother see Krystal who is the owner. She is very professional, problem solver and does an outstanding job as well. My mother and I are very satisfied customer.

The reason I gave them a two because I did enjoy the hot oil and rock massage. My cuticles are raw and it look like a 2 year old polish my nails and paid $50.00 not including a $10.00 tip they are over priced I live in Florida and for a manicure and pedicure at a prestige salon Toi spa and pay $34.00and they have an amazing staff and don’t destroy your cuticles.

I like that they used the cheese grater (a literal cheese grater looking tool) on my calluses. They have different types of packages for pedicures and they do a really nice job with manicures. A little pricey but they do pamper you pretty good.👍

This is my go to nail salon and has been for over a year now. I go see Alex and my daughter drives down from Loveland to see Krystal (yes they are that great there). I have been getting my nails done for 20+ years this is the best salon I have ever found. The nails are smooth strong and most of all Beautiful 😍. Take a chance and stop by your wont be disappointing.

Wow, my pedi with Ti was one the best ever. She didn’t hurt my tight calves (almost everyone does), and the hot stones were amazing for such a reasonable price ($40 special). I highly recommend.

This used to be my go-to until today. I got the deluxe pedicure, which has always been fantastic. Today though, I paid full price and didn’t even get the basic service. No massage, which is one of the best parts, she didn’t trim my cuticles, and my heels are worse now than they were before. I couldn’t say anything because they were busy and the wait was so long for other people that I didn’t want to give the feedback. I will call, and update this if they choose to resolve the service issue.

My friend and I called to make an appointment for 4 pm (called yesterday for today). They didn’t do our eyebrows until 4:15 which wasn’t a big deal, the woman who did them was fantastic. Then 4:45 rolls around and the employees are sitting around or getting their nails done so we left. I would have understood if we just I did a walk in but we scheduled a time and it seemed extremely unprofessional.

My friend and I went in to get our nails done her a manicure me a pedicure. We were sat down right away so the customer service was alright however she was told she couldnt go shorter on her nails and she wanted a certain design but the nail tech kept telling her what she was going to do instead of doing what my friend wanted. She also wanted boxed but the tech gave her coffin shaped. My pedicure was completely rushed, there is an air bubble under the polish and the polish is already chipped. I kept telling the lady a spot needed filing and she wouldnt listen kept filing in the wrong spot. So now my nail has a funny slope to it instead of even. Overall, our experience was not great.

Absolutely terrible service. Made me bleed on 3 fingers and the place is not very clean. I hated the color so I asked her if we could switch...instead of taking of the original color she put the new one on top which resulted in 5 coats of paint. It was disgusting and I just wanted to leave.

The first time I went here, Tracy did my nails and did a fantastic job. She was very thorough and made sure my acrylics were even and correctly shaped. However, when I went back to get a fill, the man who did my nails was extremely rude to me. He rushed through my nails, did not ask me the shape I preferred, and left my nails looking like a mess. The polish was bubbly and he got some on the tip of my skin and around it and never took the time to remove it. On top of all this, he listened to music in his air pods the entire manicure and often stopped what he was doing to check his phone or text someone back. He was obviously more concerned with his phone, then he was with servicing his client. I will never get my nails done here again.

I took my girls there to get their nails done and the ladies did a fabulous job! They went above and beyond what was expected! Plus they were so reasonably priced!

I usually love this place! They had the best stylists who do an awesome job. However, they have a new stylist today who did my pedicure. She barely touched my toes despite paying for the special pedicure. She kept asking me if I was okay. I wasn’t bri g ride, I was just watching her do my toes as I normally do because I get bored with my phone. So the whole experience was super awkward. She didn’t even file or clip my toenails until I asked her to, literally just brushed the file over my nail so lightly nothing happens. They were so uneven that I did it myself. I am not usually high maintenance at all, but this was a waste of an hour since I will have to go home and do it again myself. I think I would opt for a different salon from now because quality has apparently tanked.

Anne is fabulous! Mind you as I say that I am not easy pleased with my nails. I have been long for a place closer to my home and work and I am so glad my friend suggested Anne. I generally have acrylics with shellac, but it is rare I find somewhere I leave completely happy with my nails. I couldnt have been more pleased. Anne refused to rush and offered such amazing attention to detail!In addition, the facilities are very well maintained and clean. In the summer, the front of the salon opens up so you can feel the lovely summer breeze! A great experience!

Clean, Chill, Nice Staff, Decent Price...I dont get my nails done often because I dont feel like Ive found a great place to go to in the Springs. Im picky about cleanliness and Im not a fan of the assembly line feel. Krystal nails is a lovely salon with friendly staff, clean equipment, and an amazing sea salt scrub. Walked out of there after my pedicure and I felt like my legs and feet were GLOWING ! I will definitely be back! I dont know everyone yet, but Christine and Anne were lovely.

This is the only salon I have been to in Colorado Springs where I get great, timely customer service. The staff doesnt talk about you. They offer free wifi. If you dont like something they will correct it and not fuss about it. It is always clean and welcoming. The pedicure stations are cleaned before each use, the chairs are not worn out and broken. And when you get a manicure they actually include the massage. I love this nail salon. I know i will always get pampered here.

I love it! Just got my nails and toes done (much needed) both nails (acrylics-full set painted $35) and toes painted for $10) so everything for $45! Not bad! Everyone there is so nice and it’s so relaxing there! Much recommended! Thank you guys!!!!!

The lady that did my nails gave me the completly wrong color, a bright pink rather than a soft blue snd msde me blead a liotle on mr cuticule when giving me gel acrylics

Had a pedicure tonight and they did a wonderful job! The place is very clean and comfortable. I love the big garage door that opens up allowing fresh air in! It doesnt smell like a typical nail salon. I should also mention that the tools used for the pedicure were out of a sterilized package - I usually dont see this and it speaks to their level of cleanliness. I will definitely come here again in the future!

This shop is absolutely amazing!! They’re so professional and friendly. Apple and Alex are wonderful with nails and chan is great at pedicures. I’ve only been to here only a few times and every person that’s done my nails are amazing. You won’t be disappointed.

Super friendly service and quick but SO OVERPRICED. $40 for GEL, no removal, and for SURE not the best gel you can get - had polish on my cuticles and around my nails. For $40 at an average environment I just would expect a higher level of mani / quality.

They were quick with getting our nails done which felt rushed. The lady that did my toes hurt me a tad bit but she felt bad about it. The massage was really quick and I was hoping for a bit longer.

Im on my Husbands account but I was really disappointed with how my eyebrows turned out. She completely took off the hair from the front of my left eyebrow and Im waiting for it to grow back. I need another place to do my eyebrows that is good and not expensive. I dont want to pay more than $10 but I want good , experienced people. Help!

Such reliable service! I can go here for an eyebrow or lip wax stress-free. Theyre inexpensive, the technician doesnt double dip, and even though shes fast, my eyebrows look great! ( I even have an issue that my brow bone is higher on one side so getting them even can be hard without skill.Ive also gotten a full set here, and they did a great job, except that I asked them not to use the drill and they refused. In exchange, they gave more care to keeping the drill light on the nail and it still lasted a while! I will be going here in the future!

Just recently moved to Colorado was looking for a new nail tech and found this place here on Google. Went in for my first appointment and it was a great experience. My next appointment was horrible. Wasnt treated so nicely and i felt that she didnt have time for me. I was going to get a full and shellac and one of her other customers came in and was rushing my nails. I went to go wash my hands and she took her other customer and asked if another girl would finish my nails. By that time I was pissed and said Ill leave my nails like this and payed then left. Dont know if it was an off day or what but not a good experience.

Previous visits were great with Nathan. Always did a good job. He was off and someone else attempted to do a full set (I’m respectful enough not to name her). She was so inexperienced and messed up the initial nail bed set up. I was then passed to someone else because her “regular” customer arrived (pedicure) So rude but was relieved in a way! The Positive on this is the 2nd lady fixed what she could and my nails on my left hand are looking good, (apart from my thumb) but the right one is nothing like the left and for $50 it’s shameful ON THEM what happened. I cringed when I saw the lady who messed up mine, sit down with another client as I was leaving. I’ll never go back and won’t ever recommend this salon.

The first 15 minutes the lady who did my nails didnt talk to me at all, but kept trying to call her husband. He finally answered and she talked on the phone with him the whole time and wasnt paying attention to my nails and ended up making every single one of my cuticles bleed and it hurt! As she was on the phone she was also cussing at him! My nails took way longer than they needed to and the nail polish is uneven and bumpy. Not the best experience at all!

Today was my second visit there. I love Krystal Nails. They definitely did a great job with my nails. I showed the nail technician a picture from Pinterest and she didnt disappoint me. Alex is awesome!

I had 1 coat of regular nail polish on and Tracey wanted to use the Dremmel tool. I said NO! She said its too hard to take-off. She sat there and watched me remove my nail polish with 1 cotton ball. I found her to rather stand offish and rude, and i told her so. Will never go to her again. 45.00 for a mani.

I love this place! I have been coming here since they opened. I love how each employee stays consistent with a routine. I mostly come for a pedi but have been in to get mani for my wedding and I even loved those as well. This is a place I have brought my mother and friends as well. I would recommend them for sure.

Went in on a Friday. Wasnt busy. Had time for my appointment with a friend and also the 2 walk-ins I brought. Atmosphere awesome, people great. But the service itself sucks. 3 out of the 4 people nails were painted horrible...Bubbled, didnt clean polish from skin. Left little to no tip.

This is the best nail salon in Colorado Springs. Crystal and her team are amazing. This is the first time Ive ever been loyal to a nail salon and for good reasons.

It was my 1st time at the salon and I ended up with Lily. Lily was in such a rush she ended up cutting me and ruining my nails. She shaped them so horrible I could not believe it. Not even a week after and my nails are popping off and my paint is peeling. This was my worst experience and will not go back.

Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I wasnt sure i would have enough time for a pedicure and a full set of nails. And the lovely woman who was doing my pedi(christine) had another woman come over and start on my nails at the same time. I was very impressed. My nails were beautiful and i felt completely welcomed and pampered! Thank you Christine and Apple! I will definitely be going back for life. I 100% recomend them!!!

I am usually satisfied with the service, but today I am disappointed. I had a pedicure and gel manicure done. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was not. All but 2 of my nails are bubbled and look terrible. It is very doubtful that I will return.

Way overpriced for a simple pedicure. Wanted to have shellac polish so they added the full shellac price to the full pedicure price. Paid $80 for a basic pedi with shellac polish! Manicure was terrible. They did a terrible job painting my nails and then told me to come back the next day to have them re painted. Up charges for everything even the brand of nail polish you choose.

Went in with mom and sister, horrible service, very slow. Had pedicure done by one of the “specialists”. She pulled a hangnail and cut some dead skin away and ended up getting an infection. Do not go to this location.

Superfriendly place . But their nail techs do nails horrible within two days my nails started to crack and then with in four days they started to falling off!! I paid $35 for them it was just horrible and their over price . I dont recommend this place at all. It’s not worth it

The first thing I noticed as I walked up was that the entire storefront was open like inset wall doors so you can feel the summer breeze and get fresh air. Looooved that first impression.I was greeted immediately and although they were pretty busy for pedicures, took me back within 5 minutes. (The only thing I wouldve changed is not having to tell 3 people in 5 minutes what services I wanted) buuuut no biggie.The firewalker pedicure was amazing, wish more places would have something like this. My only bummer is that I didnt know the chairs had massagers in them.Dam did an amazing job fixing my acrylic nails when another place messed them up and he also rocked the nail design that I wanted. And his attention to detail was immaculate. He never onced rushed through my nails to get to the next client. Mind you I wear them long and Im picky + do intricate designs.The thing I loved MOST about Dam being my technician is that he loves his job, he has a positive attitude, constantly made me laugh & he actually talked to me the whole time. I felt like I had been going there forever.Im not local here and dang I wish I was because this is where Id be going on the regular. I will be coming back every time I visit my family here in the springs.Thank you Krystal Nails & Dam for being amazing and I have already started spreading the word.
