My favorite place to get my nails & eyebrows done. Been going for 5 years now.Karen does a great job. She has a kids chair for pedicures.Always has the new trends.

I will ABSOLUTELY never go here again. My first set wasn’t bad, but this one I did not want to pay for and she had a sign saying if you’re not happy with the service let her know. I told her I didn’t want to pay, because these nails were uneven, clumpy, and by far the worst I’ve ever had, and she threaten to call the police if I didn’t pay or give her my license and that she’s going to take me to court. Worst 80$ I’ve ever spent. I was on the phone speaking to somebody asking them what I should do in the situation and she was screaming when I was on the phone, She also didn’t even do the pedicure I chose. Rushed as soon as another customer showed up, but would you pay for this service? Look below at the horrible set Karen made me pay for! DON’T come here! (If I could give one star I would.)

Im a faithful customer it took me time to find this place, Ive tried 4 other nail salons but this is home now.

I’ve tried to come to this mail salon 3 times and every time I come in there is no one in there but yet they don’t have time to do my nails. Take the walk ins welcome sign off of your building!! I won’t be back

Pedicure was wonderful, which deserves the 2 stars.I showed what I wanted for manicure and the lady never said she couldnt do it till it was time to do the design. I am extremely upset.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten! I showed the lady a picture of the pedicure I wanted she did the total opposite. I told he it wasn’t like the picture I didn’t want the Rhinestone because they were nothing like I want it to look. I asked her if she could take the rhinestones off if she got really upset and argued with me longer than it took to put the rhinestones on I don’t recommend this place to anybody she was rude about it and made me feel bad about paying money or something I didn’t want don’t go there

Absolutely by far the best nail salon ever!! And karen is the best!! My nails look beautiful amd my eyebrows are spectacular and great waxing as well! I recommend to every person who wants enjoyable quality work :)

We love this place. The nice girl who does our pedicures is so respectful and professional, very friendly. And Karen who does my nails is so amazingly talented and so nice! We will continue to go here and love their service.

Karen does an amazing job! And so friendly! She has tons of designs, accents and colors! Shw also has designer masks, bags jewelry and tons more! She does waxing,permenant makeup and all kinds of stuff. Love this salon!!

Best Mani Pedi Ive had in quite a while. Had my waxing done, nice painlessly (for waxing) Im so pleased there was no waiting. Karen and Aaliyah both worked on me. This is definitely my go to place. Prices are better than downtown. Thanks girls!!!

I cant believe I have never been here before while I live so close to the place. Everything is so great and it has everything I look for in a decent nail salon. Nice and friendly staff. Skillful and knowledgeable technicians. The lady who did my nails today did a really good job. She took her time and did not rush through steps. Sanitation is a big plus as the place is very clean and well organized. Equipment sterilize and they clean up after every customer. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommended !!

I tried out LA Nails for the first time today and was so so so happy that I did! Karen was absolutely amazing and gave me her full attention the entire time. Not only was Karens conversation fantastic but my nails are so much better than I couldve even asked for. I was the only customer there and got the real royal treatment. It was exactly what I needed! My daughter got her nails done and 3 days later they were breaking and falling off the lady stated when my daughter came in for a refund she couldnt guarantee they wouldnt fall off within a week and she must have been doing something to make them break we will never go back they are over priced and they dont take responsibility for their work!!!

This place offers nails with updated fashion, pedicures, massage, eyebrow work, waxing, permanent makeup plus more and I been going here for a long time.The owner karen does great work and if there is any problem. Do not leave upset just ask for Karen the owner and she will fix...This place is great but there might be a small wait but the wait is worth it. I recommend this place

If I could give a zero I would. I came here April 24,2018 to get a gel manicure she proceeded to do my nails in a hurry my nails looked worst then her chipped off nail polish on her fingers. I dont know why I didnt tell her how horrible they looked, I just wanted to get out of there I almost left my coat and it was snowing. This place is beyond horrible go at your own risk. I believe she knew she did a horrible job and could care a less she charged me $25. I went to another nail salon right after to have it removed. ladies dont go here trust me I never complain Im a very easy going person but this was horrible!!!!!

The best nail salon in the area. Whenever im in the area, i will definitely visit them for Mani/Pedi services. Very amazing works and efficient staffs here. Staffs here are friendly and know a lot of designs. They also clean up every tools that have been used for previous customers and that makes me feel very safe. This nail salon has a very relaxing atmosphere and clean environment with plenty of high quality chairs and equipment. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone out there.

Shes great super fast and does an amazing job

So I went to get mani pedi with my daughter. I was a little disappointed that the price on the website was not the same price once I got into the store, everything was $5 more in store than what the website stated. The next day both mine and my daughters nails starting chipping really bad, but it was Sunday and they were closed. I called on Monday to talk to her about getting them fixed as they didnt even last 24 hours and we paid almost $100 for the service. She has not returned my call and now 4 days later and all nails chipped paint very bad and my daughters gel paint just popped off completely on one nail. I did reach out to the owner first to see if she could fix this, but she has not responded and has ignored us. I would not recommend going there.

By far the worst manicure I have ever had. I stopped the girl after burning me with the hot towel. This place apparently does not use people that go to beauty school which is okay in most instances but you have to have someone actually TRAINING the person to make it work. She muscled her way through the soak and filing but when I asked if she could even up the multiple crooked nails she couldnt do it so I showed her how to. I let the girl try and wing her way through it, but with one red welted arm from the hot towel I had to stop her. The owner didnt even offer to fix her work or even apologize for the burn. She then said it was full price and I said mam I dont even have polish on my hands I will give your employee 10 for at least trying. She did not even say thank you for that just turned around and went on fidgeting behind the counter.

I am new to Colorado and have been looking for a nail salon. July 27th I went into LA Nails to get my nails done. The atmosphere and the environment was clean and they had many options. I do not feel as though my nail tech was the most experienced as my nails are not even and are very thick. At first glance I was happy but when I woke up in the morning after getting my nails done at 10 a.m. the day before. I found all of my nails were still tacky and sticking to my pillow case so. Ive had to repolish my nails. While repolishing I have noticed that some sides of my nails are more slanted on one side than the other as well as having acrylic on my cuticles.

The nails are thick and gaudy..and they left paint on my skin. Also they are not shaped evenly. This wasnt my usual place but they were closed. Never going again. Pretty sad I have to fix the shape myself

My nails are jagged and dull! The lady who did my nails used almost no topcoat and didnt paint the edge of my nail to seal it. She barely pushed back my cuticles. My polish has bubbles and a string got caught in the polish, which she didnt notice. Ive never been charged to have my old gel polish taken off, and apparently they charge for that at LA Nails. Horrible. I will never go back here.

I went to this nail salon as a walk in for gel nails. Both John and Karen were very plesant but my nails took almost an hour and a half and they looked really bad. There was gel UNDER my cuticles. I told them I was very unhappy and Karen, the owner, said no problem come back later and I will fix them. I came back 45 minutes later and she was so accomodating, nice, and professional. She took off the entire first set of gel and even changed the color for me, free of charge. I am very picky about customer service and Karen nailed it, so to speak. Will be reccomending her to everyone I know!

VERY disappointed!!! Wanted owner to do my nails (had gone to court o her behalf so thought she was friend) but she refused and had a new guy, who spoke NO english, begin them. I complained repeatedly and asked for her to do them...but she wouldnt...so I left...NEVER to return. If you dont mind having someone who cant speak a WORD of english do your nails then this is the place for you...otherwise...JUST SAY NO!!!!!!!

4 bleeding cuticles, lotion all over my scarf, dropped my ring on the floor.. And excess polish left for me to remove myself. When I requested it to be removed, I was given a file and told to sit over there. I will not return. Thanks L.A.Nails

Acrylic coming off after two days. Owner was talking really bad about employee after she left to me while she was working on me. Wont refund. Super awful place.
