First time coming here. The stars goes to the first guy and yes to good customer service.I’ve wasted my time and money painting my nails.

This was my very first time getting my nails done at Angel Nails. I got a full set of acrylics and the nail technician had to be called in since there was only an old lady there who barely spoke English. There was another lady there who didnt work there but stayed for about 45 minutes speaking to my friend and I about spiritual makeup and she was interrupting constantly while we were trying to tell the nail technician how we wanted our nails. I ended up having the nail technician reshape my nails because they were extremely flare at first. He was clearly upset and was fixing them in a rush and being rough even though my friend and I were the only ones there. He did a very quick and bad paint job then sent me to the drying station and left the store. He did not add the final top coat or spray our nails afterwards. He came back and we paid and left. While I was there, he was telling me how my parents are lucky to have me and that I should be a model and get all the boys but to be careful because boys will ruin my body... He also kept calling my name while he was working on my friends nails to tell me how beautiful I am. It was a very uncomfortable experience for my friend and I and was definitely not worth it.

I got my nails done and were kind but my nails arent even the shape i asked some are different shape so disappointed dont recommend this place unless you wanna just throw your money to waist!

My sister was here visiting me and needed her pink and white nails done. She called several salons and told me the Angel Nails was the one she felt like they knew what they were doing. We both had pedicure and manicures and were very happy.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. First off, the color selection is awful and there are very few designs you can get. The place smells like s*** and the workers there are SO RUDE. Dont waste your money because its is horrible. For the nails themself, THEY SUCK. I asked for medium length coffin shaped nails and the gave me short, wide, square nails! The price is horrific for the quality of the nails. DONT GO THERE.

I asked for a full set and he did a rebase that came out horrible and I still 2 days later had to go get my nails done again

The best place to go in Colorado Springs! The ambiance is relaxing and quite. Very clean and awesome packages and prices! You wont disappointed!

This is the first time Ive visited them and Im completely satisfied with my new nail. The stylish is actually stylish. Ill be definitely back!

Do not get your eyebrows waxed here, mine look patchy and uneven!! Also dont bother getting a pedicure, my polish is chipping off after 3 days. I dont think they wash their toenail instruments like they should. The lady dropped some on the floor and just threw them back in the basket. Oh and instead of using a foam toe separater to paint your toes, they use a twisted up paper towel! Ghetto! They inside of the place is very outdated and grimey looking, not exactly an oasis. Oh and the hot rag she brought to put on my legs was super dingy looking. Im beyond disappointed!!! Do not go here. It may be cheaper but its a waste of time and money.

At first it was pretty good the pedicure was refreshing however they didnt listen at all. My feet still look crappy and my nail he didnt listen either I will not be going back they should shut the doors

Its a dirty place, they dont know how to do nails. Kim was great, but now that shes gone Ive tied all the other nail techs and they are no good.

Wow well I dont even know where to start! I have been to this place many times because it is close to where I work but I cannot stand it anymore. There is a little 4 year old boy that runs around the place saying F&%$, the owners wife complains at people (not at me but I have witnessed it) for not tipping enough (ie. when she is tipped she looks at it and her response is is that all), the hygiene is non existent and the pedicure woman looks at you with complete and utter contempt. They blatantly talk about everyone in between fits of giggles. If I never go to back to this place until the day I die, it will be a day too soon. Run! Run away as fast as you can!

I made an appointment for 6:30 and when I showed up at 6:20, the doors were locked and no one answered the door or phone.

This place suck!! They rip you off! My nails broke in 2 days after getting them!! I paid 30 dollars for gel nails and they container he had said acrylic total rip off!! The paint job sucked to!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!😠😠😠

I have been a customer for 8 yrs..I have never heard this lil boy say swear words and Kim has never complained about her tips..

This salon dont even get 1 star from me but 1 star is the only way I can write my review yesterday was my first and last time at this salon my nails look horrible and they rushed my service and then the nail tech got amp with me because of his mistake Im never going back here not worth my money or my time

Very dirty & got infection on a few toes with bumpsWill never go here again .

These people suck I honestly think they need to get shut down 😡 so unprofessional wouldnt recommend to anybody!
