This is a nice little salon. Eric was so nice and friendly. The haircut he gave my daughter was beautiful. She loves it, but my haircut on the other hand is uneven and it looks pretty bad. Im mixed, so I have really curly hair. It seems like its hard to cut, or I might just be picky because Ive only known a couple people in my whole life who could give me a good haircut. I dont think he knew how to go about cutting my hair so that my natural curls would flow evenly. He cut it while it was wet. That was probably where the mistake was made. When its wet, the curls havent formed yet, so we dont know how theyre going to set. I shouldve asked for a Deva cut, but I wanted to see what Eric had in mind. Im all for trying new things, but it didnt work out.😢 If youre picky and have really curly, multi racial hair, this might not be the salon for you. I give 5 stars for my daughters hair, but 1 star for my haircut. So, Ill meet in the middle and give 3 stars. Thanks so much for the effort and being so kind! Definitely returning the next time my daughter needs 💇🏽‍♀️ or color!

Eric was very professional. He took the time to listen to me and look at the pictures I brought of what I wanted. We agreed on a cut and he did an excellent job. I love my hair cut.

Excellent reception and quality of service. When Paloma micro-spa closed Bruce took up a chair here. He will always do what I as for in a cut... Usually, I just tell him cut it for the time of year or the event without giving specifics and hes never disappointed. Everyone else here balance professionalism and fun. They do awesome colouring, nails, and makeup. If you want to try something new with a fun experience try Lady Godiva.

I have long, thick frizzy hair and generally hate getting my haircut because it’s never what I want and stylists complain about it the whole time (rightfully so). But Sammi is great! I’ve been to her several times for cut and color and she listens to what you want and if it isn’t right she’s great about fixing it (and not even complaining even though my hair sucks!). Highly recommend. Also great scalp massages which -let’s be real - is the best part about getting your haircut 😊

I went in to get highlights for my birthday and the lady was very nice and friendly. I left very satisfied with my hair. But the next day I felt something in my hair and had my daughter look and take a picture for me to see. I was surprised by what I saw. My scalped was burned. Ive never had this happen before and it hurts to brush my hair now. 😔

Visited salon after purchasing a groupon. The salon itself is a bit cramped; individuals with claustrophobia may have a rough time here so I recommend a tour first. Excellent scalp massage. Work was quick and thorough. Nice cut and highlight though it is already beginning to fade (after only a month). People are fun and friendly. Good experience.

Visited this salon today to get my hair highlighted grey so that my natural grey could grow in, as I have long hair. Samantha did a beautiful job and it looks totally natural and blends perfectly. Would highly recommend this salon and would definitely go back again.

One of the toughest parts of moving to a new community is getting all your needed services in order--doctors, health club, restaurants, and perhaps most critical hair salon! You know how important getting the hair right is! I hit it spot on with Lady Godiva and have been returning month after month since moving to the Springs four years ago. Best salon in the Springs!

Received my first haircut at this salon since moving here to Springs. I called and they said they could fit me in right away. The gentleman on the phone was positively lovely and very nice. Sami cut and styled my hair and I absolutely loved everything about it! I have to admit, I wasnt horribly specific with what I was looking for but she did a fantastic job and gave me one of my favorite haircuts!

Worst salon experience Ive had. I wouldnt go back even if they paid me. (Especially after writing a negative review) The owner was telling everyone how he shouted profanities at a previous customer who wrote a bad review (she came back wanting it to be fixed) and he kicked her out of his salon. She wasnt the only customer he made fun of while I was there. If that wasnt bad enough my highlights were the worst Ive had- orange and blotchy, the girl doing my hair wanted to charge $40 to fix it with a toner! (Pretty overpriced since you can by toner for $6-8) I was not impressed!

Wassnt impressed with the manicure or the pedicure. Polish doesnt look good, filed nails and toes slanted, my nails are still dirty, whole manicure and pedicure took about 25 minutes. Wasnt worth the groupon price !One star for the 1 minute massage on feet actually being good!

Absolutely awful! I was very specific as to no red tones; I ended up with red tones and they were going to charge me an additional $40 to correct their mistake! They said that they would have charged me for the toner when I had the work done yesterday as well on top of what I had already paid! I have NEVER had a salon refuse to correct their mistakes or work to make sure I was entirely happy with the outcome! These folks want to get away with crappy work and then charge to correct it! Stay away from this salon at all costs! And be aware that the person who did my hair (Sami) wasn’t the one who called me about my complaint! I’m assuming it was the manager or owner— and she ended up hanging up on me! All I got was excuses and a desire to charge me more. If you care about your hair, how it looks, if the stylist is really listening to what you want, and customer service that works to make things right and happy customers, then by all means go somewhere else!!!!I received this response from them:Have an awesome day and we are glad you aren’t coming back, we appreciate it. You were absolutely awful and your hair was beautiful when you left. We have before and after photos, we made sure to take them because you were so awful to deal with from the beginning. Thank you for taking your business elsewhere.I had a cordial interaction throughout my time at the salon, in spite of not getting what I asked and paid for. The difficulty came from the woman that called me from the salon. Clear they don’t like to take care of Groupon purchasers and are VERY unprofessional!

Never answer there phones or return calls. Tried to set an appointment over a week because somebody gave me a gift card as a gift. The first time I talked to somebody she answered and was still talking to somebody in person and acted annoyed that I even called the time she gave me for appointments available was not as soon as I hoped for and ended up not booking. I then though about it for a couple min and called back about 5 min later to just take the appointment she offered but she would not answer. I then called for the next 4 days and left voicemails. Was trying to get my nails done before a trip at least. They finally got back to me to tell me that appointment was not available. This is so frustrating especially since I called the receptionist back five minutes after she offered that date. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Eric is the only person I’ll let cut and highlight my hair. He is a master and the staff is fun and friendly. Don’t ever leave me Eric!!

Went through groupon. Also had a friend recommend them. So, I thought why not?? Had an extra special event coming up and wanted to look my best. Went in showed them exactly what I wanted and was told they could do it. Ombre (what I basically already had just wanted to get lighter blonde tips and a few going up closer to the roots) they had told me it would be extra for it and I was cool with that. Needed some me time. Left thinking it was okay. Got home looked in the mirror. .... 1) not ombre at all and it was GREY!! Walked in the next day and the amazing owner fixed my horrible hair himself and now it is better. Still not what I wanted.

I have been coming here forever and my cut & color are always great. Eric knows exactly what to do with my hair. I drive downtown from Monument and I wont go anywhere else. Even though I travel frequently, I will suffer bad hair days until I can get back and have Eric do my hair.

What an awful experience. First off - I couldnt get ahold of the business to set the appointment for a month. When I finally got should of them - I requested a Saturday appointment at 3:45 pm in January and je said it was full. So I opted for the following Saturday and was told it was full too. I asked for 5he first Saturday in February and same thing. Then somwone jumped on the phone unnanounced and said Listen honey - we dont have those appointments available. Our last one on Saturday is 3:30 pm. If our hours dont work for you contact Groupon for your money back. I received my money back from Groupon.This place was so unprofessional and disrespectful!! What a waste of my time and efforts. Save yours and go somewhere else.

Eric - the worst non-haircut of my life!

Really did like it here. The stylist is everything! He takes his time and in the end you look radiant. He keeps good conversation(minimal) so much so you wont realize how much time has gone by and how effortlessly he has taken his time to bless your hair. Haha, yep, he was that good. The mani-pedi guy though! he keeps good conversation but doesnt really do the quality pedi. I have had better and I can say his wasnt really up there compared. I will go back again though, they all make a great team out there. I believe he should have gotten a few positive criticism and might have uped his game.
