Helen and her staff are ALWAYS friendly. The prices are decent. I have never had a complaint about the service or the final result of pedicure or manicure.

Everyone in the store was wonderful and super nice. We came in right at opening and were greeted with a happy face. My friend and I both got a full set of acrylics and they were so fun and talkative the whole time. I will definitely be going back. They also did a super amazing job on both of our sets.

I got the cutest cow pedicure ever! This is my first time going and I’m so glad I went. I finally found a place that does a good job, you don’t feel rushed, and feel welcome there. Helen did my nails, she is fun to have a conversation with. Very glad I came!

This place is clean and inviting, and I like the owner as she is friendly and experienced. However, last time I went for a gel manicure there was a new girl who was trying her best but not experienced and very slow. I was there for two hours and she kept having the owner come over to help her with my nails. And the whole time both women were loudly talking bad about another employee. My manicure was decent, but I won’t be back here because of the excessive amount of time it took, the lack of professionalism and lack of experience by all staff members.

This is my go to salon for mani/pedi. I scheduled an appointment this morning to show up with the doors locked, open sign on, and no one answering my calls.

Nice place, I unfortunately forgot the name of the woman who did my nails, I know she was the owner. She was very sweet. The nails turned out great but sadly can’t give 5 stars due to some issues, not horrible though.The week I had gone they were understaffed. I made a last minute appointment for 5:15pm I believe. I got there at 5:20 ish but wasn’t seen till almost 6:30. I wish I had a heads up that they were short staffed and it would take a while to be seen. I didn’t have anything else to do so I decided to wait. The nail apprentice/hair stylist prepped my nails And did a good job!The owner did a good job with my nails as well. Even though it was so late she was kind enough to work past closing hours to finish my nails.As I said the nails turned out very nice. If I must be picky there was maybe 5% of unevenness, but you cant really tell unless you stare at them.Its been two weeks since getting them done and my left hand nails are holding on strong. But my right hand not so much. My pointer finger nail popped off (last for a week and a half), the other finger nail except for the thumb are on the verge of popping off too. Trying to hold off on taking them off but don’t think I will make it.With this being said, please don’t take this as a bad review. My nails looked beautiful and I got so many compliments. For someone who had worked so hard and what sounds like by herself all day, THEN staying an extra 45 mins after Closing to finish my nails, I think she did great! Honestly I have had worse results from people who saw me on time and took their time.FYI, I got the dip powder nails which can last 2-3 weeks, so I feel like for the most part I got my money’s worth’s. If only the one nail didn’t crack in half I would have just glued it back on. My natural nail still looks healthy btw, definitely recommend getting the dip powdered service to keep the nails healthy. It’s worth the extra money.The pictures I posted don’t do justice of how they actually looked when they were fresh (I file mine down a little so they can last a little longer and won’t bend as much).Give this place a shot, maybe try to schedule earlier in the day.

My mom and I came in today, recommended by my daughter who has come to you and I just want you to know we had a great experience!!!! You are such a great person! We have as we said had a long few months helping a sick family member and we got our little relaxing break today with you!!! You are just what we needed and I thank you for your amazing job on our nails and feet but just also being a good person and enjoyed your company!!! Steer clear of this place at all costs paid $180 for 3 pedicures and manicure only to have to go elsewhere to have them fix what they messed upSo we’re out $180 but learned a valuable lesson about this business

The salon was very clean and modern. The people were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I took my daughter to get a pedicure and she is 4 years old, so that took an incredible amount of patience. They were very kind throughout the whole process and my daughter felt like a princess! Thank you! We will definitely be back.

After a few days of getting my nails done they started to come off customer service was nice, its clean but their product quality is horrible. For $50 plus a tip I regret getting my nails done here.

Where do I even startI never though I’m my life it would come to this, but it has. The quality of service at this place is so incredibly low I’m amazed people continue to go there! I’ve NEVER seen more disrespectful and disappointing staff in my life. They were rude to me the whole time I was there and were completely unprovoked. The staff came at me with nasty attitudes without me saying a word. My visit was so terrible I made a yelp account just to report these people and save your time! I really never thought I would need to make a yelp but, I stand corrected! These guys take the cake. DO NOT GO! Save your money and go somewhere else!! Your nails would look better if you just did them yourself! TRUST ME.

Called on a friday morning once they opened and luckily they were able to fit me in an hour later. Got my nails done by Helen the owner and she did an amazing job! I wanted ombre nails with the red bottoms and she was worried on how it would turn out because she used red tips instead of painting the under side but she still rocked it out! I will be definitely be coming back if Im around this area.

I have been going here for about a year and have never been unhappy with my manicure. They listen to my requests and make sure I leave satisfied. I have never had a nail break or chip. The store is beautiful and clean and the equipment is sanitary. The prices are appropriate for the area. I am always able to get an appointment quickly. They have a rewards program, which makes me feel like my repeat business is appreciated.

Went today to get my toes done. I have baby toe nails Im super self conscious about so I decided to get acrylic on my toes to lengthen them. Immediately felt welcomed. I could tell these ladies had been working hard all day. Helen was cracking me up! Nikita was so genuine and made sure not to hurt me cause I have sensitive skin. Beautiful atmosphere!! Looks like it was designed professionally. Clean. Inviting. I dont get pampered a lot but when I do Ill make sure to come back here!

I came across Personal Touch By happenstance and from the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome and relaxed. I was offered water and I appreciated that they spoke in English the whole time and so I was able to join in on conversation. Its a beautiful environment and Helen the owner is very genuine and friendly! Nail tech, Anna, gave me a full set of acrylics and did such a great job spending extra time on the hand massage! Ive been coming to this place since i moved to the springs and havent been disappointed once. The staff is polite and the place is clean. Every time helen does my nails she doesnt hesitate to make sure its the way i want them, she doesnt mind me being too picky about how i want my nails done and wont get irritated if i have her fix multiple things throughout the process. My married daughters and I rarely treat ourselves to nail or spa services. We decided to try Personal Touch Nails & Spa, as they were running a grand opening special and it is central to all of our scattered locations. We went in the evening. The salon was very clean and nice. We were served a glass of wine (there we several beverage options) The pedicure felt wonderful, we didnt feel rushed, and the polish job was great too! We will definitely be returning.

I wish the beauty of the interior of the nail shop matched the owners personality and business ethics. The sign on the door may say walk-ins welcome but it should say if we are staffed properly, if we are not busy with other clients, if I am in the mood, if I get to work on time before my scheduled appointmentsif I dont have a hangover ......The owner does not speak to clients as they walk in the door, or say thank you for coming in or maybe thats just for people she knows. She yells across the room at her employee, which is very demeaning. Treat people how you want to be treated. Dont take employees or new clients for granted. I tolerated it because I thought the 1st time I came in she was having a bad day, but it is now the norm. So even though her employees do nails great, I cannot spend my money there under these conditions.

This is my first time here and I am pleased with my pedicure... Cam did a good job. I am definitely coming back here, check it out. The place is calming, clean and everyone is nice... and they serve coffee, a plus I may say.

I left a review yesterday about gel nails chipping. I came in to express my disconcern and the owner (not quite sure of her name) informed me certain polishes are thicker and therefore more prone to chipping with women who have shorter nails. Although I wish she expressed this the day prior; she did an EXCELLENT job of repairing my nails and even going as far as to put another color on them for me free of charge. I noticed she was very attentive and made sure they were perfect so this wouldn’t happen again and that means a lot to me. After a few days if my nails haven’t chipped (just to make sure) I’ll make this review 5 stars.

Ive had bad experience with this place the 2 times ive been. The staff is nice but their work is not so nice. I got my eyebrows done the first time and the lady who did them waxed a chunck of my eyebrow off. I just went and took my sister to get her nails done for her first time and the same lady who took a chunck of my eyebrow off did her nails and was still in training. She messed up her nails so bad that the owner had to try and fix them. Also got my nails done and they were so crooked and uneven

This place looks beautiful, but they have no clue what theyre doing. Went in for a dipping SNS manicure; left 2 1/2 hours later with my nails looking as if they were done by a 5 year old. Very few color choices, left with unevenly dipped nails, with a top coat all wrinkly...I had to search for a different salon to get them fixed later. Real bad experience that will make me never want to go back there.

This is a beautiful salon with a very talented and friendly staff. They help you achieve nails better than you had pictured and have never hurt or burned me with the drill like every other salon I have visited. Absolutely love.

I have been going to Personal Touch since the end of October, I rarely got my nails done before as I always thought of it as an over priced luxury that never lasted or always made my fingers feel weird. I walked into this salon and was met with a rich luxerious atmosphere and a very welcoming staff. From that moment I knew I loved this place. Helen, did my nails and I was absolutely impressed at how natural and real they looked. She made me feel so comfortable and was so wonderful to talk to. Even to this day she has always kept me feeling welcome and comfortable even encouraging me to bring my boyfriend for a couples pedicure and massage. No other nail salon has ever made me feel like like I should be pampered with every visit. They are very reasonable in their prices as well. Ive coming here since they opened. The service has always been OK. I came here because of how clean Helen keeps her salon. Helen is moody and will only talk to me if she feels like it. She will even ask where have you been? Thats none of her business!! She should be glad I WAS a repeat customer!!! My experience here has not always been the best but Ive kept coming back hoping it would improve. My last visit was my last! I was a walk in. I always ask if they have time. I was told Yes. The technician I had looked annoyed that I was there. She burned me with hot water and cut me twice as she did my cuticles. One of the cuts was so tender, it hurt for a few minutes. IM DONE!!!! In my opinion, every customer should be greeted with a smile. After all, it is because of the customer that they have a job!!!!

I had the worst manicure ever! The tech cut my cuticles and made four of my fingers bleed very badly. She cut my long nails very short. There was no massage at all with my manicure. The polish job was very sloppy. Two of the four lights on the drying table were out. Ill never go back. Money wasted!

All the times Ive been into the salon have been great. I know I was a walk-in, but the individual that did my classic manicure wasnt very good. She severely cut my thumb cleaning my cuticles. The French manicure started chipping less than 24hrs later. I love this salon for the service but I really didnt enjoy this experience.

I was here for an hour and a half for a simple pedicure and eyebrow wax. My brow lady left wax all over my eyebrow and it was the most painful one I have ever had ! The wait was long for someone to just put a last coat on . It was unorganized to me and I only went here because my usual place was closedNever again 🤦🏽‍♀️

The owner is demeaning and mean to ENTIRE staff. Awkward experience. Nice to the FEW customers who came in. It was very uncomfortabletable to witness.... I could NEVER go back. Some people should not be leaders or business owners. The owner sat around like she was the Queen of Sheeba (literally LOUNGING and fillng her nails) while she barked out random insults, orders and told customers personal things about the employees. She told one employee that since she was 20 minutes late that day she was going to dock her pay an hour, maybe two... THAT was not any of my (or anyones) business. And she told ANOTHER employee that she was docking HER pay because a customers nail fill was a different color of polish, than the original color.I have not seen or experienced a genuinely nasty person in many years and cant believe she gets by with this... Oh... I almost forgot.... I asked what their hours were and while the employee was telling me.... Helen, the owner announced to everyone that SHE works 7 days a week and the customers all started whispering and chatting about what a joke that was because by the looks of things she LOUNGED (in the pedicure loungers), WATCHED TV, and ORDERED everyone around (all that was missing was the bon-bons. It was like watching a live drama.... Such a beautiful and spacious salon, what a waste... I hate to give negative reviews but no one should be able treat staff like she does, it seemed her staff members were desperate to work and couldnt afford to walk away, so she knows she can demean and verbally abuse them and they wont do anything. So sad sad sad.

I give MARIZELL GARZA 5 stars because this girl can work magic! Im the pickiest girl when it comes to my nails and she satisfies me 100% every single time! Shes been doing my nails for 2 years now and I highly recommend her! On another note, I wasnt completely happy with my visit to this salon. The salon is beautiful and the receptionist is so nice, but the woman who Im assuming is the owner kept hovering over Marizell and I like a dark cloud and kept making rude remarks to me about her! As if I wasnt going to feel offended that one, she was trying to make one of her own nail techs look less than her worth, and that two, she was just being very rude in front of a paying customer. As a fellow cosmetologist I was appalled that someone who owns a business in the servicing industry would ever show that sort of attitude! That being said Marizell made my appointment amazing and I left feeling beautiful with my new nails!! She was worth it completely!
