Place is nice but they had another employee sitting on the couch with her shoes off and had kids running around with no shoes and yelling, I’ve seen this a lot with nail salons I think it’s unprofessional. I asked for a manicure to make sure I would get my nails cleaned and cuticles cut before getting acrylic but no she just buffed and cut my nails without asking if I wanted them cut and then didn’t even file them so not looking forward to seeing them after I take my nails off. I tried to make it comfortable for her and me and move my hands and hold them so she can see ,but she would hold my hands and her nails would press into my fingers and just felt like she wanted to rush rather than make it comfortable. I got glitter ombré I like that she used the acrylic glitter rather than polish but one nail isn’t ombré and one nail looks like it has a crack which I’ve never seen this was right after getting them done, I do like the nails, also hate when nail places want you to get nails longer, I get that it’s easier but it feels like they won’t listen. She goes to cut the shape and holds the scissors up I say “shorter“ and she moves it down a tiny bit 🤨 I just wanted to try a new nails place from my regular place. Never cheat on your nail place

I got my nails done for homecoming. They did great and were very careful about it all. It was quite quick and very reasonably priced. Overall it was a great experience and everyone was very nice my mothers nails were also painted. They look great and were very well done.

Got a fill and a pedicure here. The pedicure was AMAZING! Have the gentleman (forgot his name, sorry) do your pedicure, great massage.A young lady did my nails and she was great.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars they did my nails and pedi at the same time, which I really couldnt fully relax because I had to criss cross my hands and lean to one side so she can paint them and shape them.I will be back no doubt about it.

Took my daughter to get her nails done for graduation and the woman who did them did an amazing job was polite and super nice!!! We have finally found a place that did wreak her nails. I will definitely be bringing my daughter back!! Thank you for everything ladies!

Horrible horrible horrible. She got mad because I didn’t want gel. Her kids were there screaming because he wanted her phone. She ignored me multiple times and then told me “your nails won’t last” very mean because I didn’t want gel. After I told her I didn’t want that she continued to be rough. Was a horrible experience

Very nice staff. The young lady did a nice job on the gel polish. Was unable to pay with card which sucked but they have an ATM in store.

This was my first time using any mail salon in the Springs and I do not like my experience I got me and my daughter pedicures I got gel polish on toes and a manicure with gel polish. I will never come back it’s like they let both of the older employees work on me and it showed! I thought I would be ok cuz they had experience but clearly that wasn’t the case it’s been 1 week and my nails are chipped the paint is messy gel polish does not suppose to look like this. Then the old lady cut my skin on my toe put solution on it and I was so uncomfortable. The man that did my nails didn’t even fill it in correctly or complete! And I tipped $5 I wish I could take it back. So be aware go to another salon just pass this one up

Due to covid the nail salon I had been going to for 6 years shut down. I have been looking for a place that did good work. I was greeted right away and this awesome girl helped me (owners daughter I believe) she was super funny and friendly and did an awesome job. Helped me pick the perfect colors and shaped my nails the way I like it. The price was a bit higher but I will definitely make this the new place I go to.

Would not suggest. Cut my cuticle while trimming nail. Had to have them redue my moms nails. Used old paints. And design was spudged and not good.

The man at table 5 (I wish I asked for his name) did such a good job I decided to get a pedi too. His quality of work up-sold me & that says a lot. Couldn’t wait to get home to write this review. I am fairly new to this city and have been trying to find a new nail tech. I went to another salon about 3 days ago it was a horrible experience. Today I decided to try Star Nails to see if anyone could fix this botched full set I received. Let’s just say I was extremely happy leaving. Addy went above and beyond. I told her what I wanted and she executed what I asked for to a “T.” She is amazing. I cannot brag enough. I will definitely be returning.

You really grow a whole new relationship with everyone here with how nice and caring they are, and Nancy always does an amazing job on my nails. I will always recommend this place to everyone I talk to. Other nail techs are nothing compared to everyone here!

I’ve been going to a certain place for a couple years now, but with a few people I’ve had once I’m done there is always something a little off about my nails so I’m not completely satisfied. The other day I was just scrolling on twitter and saw someone ask about where they could get a certain nail style with chrome and a girl recommended this place and also mentioned Addie. I thought I’d try it out today since the location is closer to where I live and I was lucky enough to end up in Addie’s chair! She was so sweet, funny, and paid great attention to detail! She evened out my nails and got them to the shape I desired and the chrome powder turned out amazing! I definitely think she will be getting me out of my “nail comfort zone” (:

Horrible service. Business 101 says if a customer doesnt like the service you provided that you try to either resolve the issue or give a refund. Get better nail techs, or dont charge the customer when the tech does a bad job. With the variety of other shops around dont waste your time here. My wife was very upset about how they made her nails look.

I have been coming to this nail salon since I moved here in 2015. It is clean, which is super important to me. They are always welcoming as I have a son and he is always made comfortable. They do a really great job as I am always switching from acrylics to gel or just a regular mani. No matter what I get they’ve always done a great job.

Ive gotten my nails done for almost 20 years but just started going to Star nails several months ago due to my normal nail person moving. Nancy is by far the Best person Ive ever had do my nails. My nails last 4 weeks and never lift. She uses quality product and words extremely hard. I personally go to Star Nails every week and love it. The service is great and Nancy who does nails, always can do what kind of design i want on my nails at an affordable price. I have had some serious issues getting my nails done at other salons recently so I decided to try a new place. Addy did my nails and was very careful, took her time and asked many questions to make sure I would be happy with them. She did an excellent job and I couldnt be happier!

I decided to try this place out because it had so many good reviews on google. I was slightly disappointed by the service. The pedicure was okay but I paid for the deluxe pedi and I got pretty much a basic one and the guy doing my pedi used the smallest amount of lotion I’ve ever seen and continued to give me a leg massage even after the lotion absorbed into my skin and dried so it actually hurt a little bit. No salt scrub or anything. The older woman doing my fill was nice but I got charged for coffin nails but I feel like she rushed filing them because some of them still look kind of square and some are lopsided. If I decide to go back I’ll be asking for Nancy or Addy for my refill.

Dirty equipment, not cleaned in between clients, the nail tech wasnt paying attention and cut my cuticles, didnt care I was bleeding! Kept coughing on me and not covering their mouth, messed up my nails moving my stuff and nail tech didnt care or try to help. Never going back. Been to a lot of nail places but this place is the worst!

Went there for the first time and had a great experience! I will definitely be back!

For starters, the lady who did my nails also was doing 2 other clients at the same time. she would work on me for a few minutes, work on the other 2 clients separately for a few minutes and then come back to me. i felt unimportant and like the QUANTITY of the number of people she was doing was more important than the QUALITY of work she was doing on me. My nails are uneven and my fingers sore from her using the files on my skin and not just my nails. On my one nail she had wiped part of the design off with her fingernail on accident and when i brought it to her attention she told me not to worry about it, it was fine and never fixed it. Also, the fact that there was a young child running around crying and causing a disturbance made the experience more of an annoyance than a relaxing spa service.

I wish I could add a picture. The first time I went was great, the second time was okay, but this time was the worst. They take good care of you, but the quality of work is poor. The older man did my nails on all three visits. This time I got a gel mani and a regular pedi with wax. When he was done with my hands, I noticed there were several indentions on my nails. It was weird because it looked like some oval shape had been impressed in the polish over and over again. I showed it to him and he put more nail polish over it which made it worse, and in the process added two black hairs on my middle nail that are now stuck in the gel polish. He, also, cut one of my toes and one of my fingers. I’m not one to complain on site; I just don’t give them my business anymore, but I wish they would have offered a small discount or something to make up for the errors. Like I said, I won’t be going back, again. I paid $65. No tip.

Walked in and it was cool.till they said $10 to take off and the tips we wanted were like $35 or more pluses the yen anywhere me and mother in law jabril gone they remove them for free if u r getting a new set

Im new to the area and depending on the person they are good. But at times they are careless. Last time the guy cut me on 3 different fingers and ground my real nails down to the point they burne . They came out lovely but the process shouldnt be that painful

I had a great pedi...The older gentleman in the shop did mine for me and he was very good...I have had very many pedis in the past, but this guy showed the most attention to details out of all of them! Took my sister here for her first mani pedi, it was nice until this chick with a shaved head had to come at us yapping about prices when i informed them we want a different color for our ring finger with a design... yes, i understand there should be an additional charge for the decal, this isnt my first go around but an additional charge for a different color nail? Yeah ok great, wonderful.... i obviously came prepared to spend as I am able to afford the $25 tip i gave... if she hadnt started yapping about prices and this and that while we were trying to have a relaxing sisters day ...and if they didnt charge for the extra color, we were preparred to request some additional services but that turned me right off. I am a busy woman and i demand perfect service with a quiet relaxing experience but instead, i got some strange chick yapping about money and their kid running around the salon. Well find a new place for our next sisters day, thanks.
